I remember watching this for the first time, my friend and I were so chuffed to finally have TV that was worth watching. Nothing that stimulates you & is constantly reporting on the dramas they want to hook you in, no emotion – just a plain presentation. Plain but ever so rich.

I was talking to someone recently and we were discussing immigration as it was very dear to their heart as the UK is not their birthplace. And we agreed that everyone should undertake a DNA test and may be from that we would all come to realise that we are all the same under our skins despite what country, nationality, and language and that it is possible that we are using such words as a way of keeping us all in a false sense of separation. So the next question has to be why do we want to keep ourselves in the separation as this way of living clearly isn’t working? If we used our whole body intelligence rather than our minds how would that look practically?

It was fun listening to this interview again today whilst cleaning the house. It makes so much sense to move in relationship with and awareness of our bodies and how they feel. The feedback communicated by our bodies is immediate and very clear.

The love our body’s can hold is extraordinary – we just need to keep saying yes to the wisdom within us.

The body is intelligent, intelligent in a way which our mind may not yet be able to comprehend. There’s a lot to discover, much to learn and tons to understand. How beautiful is it that woth every single day we have an opportunity to know more.

What I am discovering Viktoria is that there is such a wealth of detail to life which is fascinating we seem to have a tendency to rush through life but there is so much we are missing out on when we do not pay attention to the actual details of life because I feel that is where the joy of life is to be found.

  • Ariana March 7, 2019   Reply →

That the body doesn’t lie is a powerful statement, and what we can do is learn from this source of truth, or try and bury it with food and activities that stops us feeling. It’s always our choice.

  • Mary March 7, 2019   Reply →

I am fascinated by my body and what it is showing me, that there is an untapped intelligence within that I have totally over looked. It’s as though we live our lives on the surface of the water, oblivious to the fact that there is so much more to be lived under the water. As the adage goes there is so much more to life than meets the eye.

  • Ariana March 4, 2019   Reply →

What we learn here about the beauty and magic of the body should be taught to everyone on a global basis, it has the power to revolutionise humanities relationship with illness and disease.

    • Mary December 7, 2019   Reply →

I agree Ariana if we really want to know what is going on in life then these interviews tell it all. Nothing is left un said. This is the television I will share with my Grand children when they are older so that they can have a greater understanding of life.

When we bring our whole body it is received by everyone!

  • Ingrid Ward February 28, 2019   Reply →

Serge Benhayon makes so much sense of what happens to our body when we work in parts, that is, we are not in harmony with every single part of what makes up our wonderful body. But it’s crazy really that we don’t natural live in this harmony, supported by the wisdom of our body; using our ‘whole body intelligence’. We all would have experienced this wisdom many times in our lives, especially when our body is speaking very loudly to us, so why is it we are not raised to know something that is actually totally natural to us?

    • Mary February 13, 2020   Reply →

Reading your comment Ingrid about our body working in parts it reminded me of how we look after our cars. We take a lot of care with them we ensure that the engine is running smoothly the tyres are pumped up, we use the correct oil and petrol, and we take them to get regular services. In fact we seem to look after our cars better than we look after ourselves and when you ask people why they take such care of their cars, they say because cars are expensive and they need a car to get to work, go shopping or drive the kids around. I understand their reasoning but surely it would also make a lot of sense if we looked after ourselves in the same way we look after our cars but for many of us we do not do this and I do wonder why our cars seem to deserve greater care than ourselves.

I am trying to remember in my new work role (as much as possible) to step aside and to hand things over to my body. What I mean by that is that I know that by getting out of my head and dropping into my body I am employing an intelligence way beyond my intellectual means.

    • Mary November 28, 2019   Reply →

Alexis what you have said is really interesting because for a lot of us especially when we have an investment in what we have gained such as a degree or many degrees, would disagree (pun intended) because we have often invested so heavily in our mind – that to discover that there is more intelligence that we can tap into than we could ever imagine and it flows through our bodies – is too exposing and so is bound to be shouted down or ridiculed. What scientist, mathematician, professor wants to know that whole body Intelligence far out weights what the mind will ever know, when many of us have invested so heavily into our minds to get us the recognition and acceptance for the whole body intelligence we naturally are but that most of us never received as a child.

  • Ariana February 22, 2019   Reply →

The body knows what love is, it’s in our particles. We can ignore it or embrace it and connect with it. The joy is ours when it is felt and lived.

  • Michael Brown February 20, 2019   Reply →

An engine can’t function over a long time properly without taking care of all the parts, not just a few so it makes sense to be the same for the body.

  • Ariana February 17, 2019   Reply →

To value what is presented here is so affirming of who we all are. The connection with our body gives us a deeply respectful quality of life, a respect for ourselves and for all others.

  • Ariana February 15, 2019   Reply →

The wisdom and knowing of the body is far greater than that of a mind that just runs in circles every day thinking it’s so great. Feeling the wisdom within us, we can listen to what is needed.

  • Jonathan Stewart February 11, 2019   Reply →

Whole-body intelligence brings an awareness that we are far more than we are generally regarded to be. In fact we are multi-dimensional beings with a wisdom and knowing that is far greater than is what is commonly perceived as intelligence, which in truth is really the glorification of the ability to recall.

  • Rowena Stewart February 11, 2019   Reply →

The more I study Anatomy and Physiology the more I realise that intelligence is not simply generated by our brains, it is a far grander Universal river of information flowing through our bodies all the time, engulfing our cells with a wisdom that keeps everything working in harmony. Learning how to become a conscious part of this conversation has completely transformed my life.

  • Mary February 10, 2019   Reply →

Watching this episode again reminds me of the simplicity of how our bodies work if we stopped trying to control them via our minds. I wonder if the reason we want to control our bodies is so that we stay being the individual because when we are in our minds we have the ultimate power over our bodies. This would make complete sense as to why we eat certain foods and drink that race our bodies to destabilize it.

  • Ariana February 8, 2019   Reply →

It’s the body that shows us everything of where we are, it explains where more tenderness is needed, down to the specifics, all we need to do is listen.

  • Alexis Stewart February 5, 2019   Reply →

The consciousness of God can’t come through a body that is hated because when we hate our bodies we don’t care for them. In fact we’re much more likely to abuse a body that we hate. Abuse, hate, dislike and disregard etc all come from a consciousness that is invested in us not connecting to the consciousness of God. It is a consciousness that draws in more of the same. It’s imperative that we eliminate abuse, hate, dislike, disregard and anything else that comes from the pranic consciousness if we want to draw in the consciousness of God.

  • Ariana January 28, 2019   Reply →

We don’t grow up with the understanding that the body has truth living within it. It’s time we lived with this absolute knowing.

    • Mary October 9, 2021   Reply →

-Ariana, I agree with you when you say
” we don’t grow up with the understanding that the body has truth living within it.”
It is only since 1999 that humanity has been given a different slant on life, which is enabling us to break free of the astral intelligence that has held us all locked down for eons. We talk about being in lockdown but this is a deeper, more insidious form of lockdown because it has become so normalised we don’t realise that we have fallen asleep to the fact that we do not live the free life we all say we want and should have by right.

  • Ariana January 28, 2019   Reply →

The way we treat our bodies makes little sense, yet here we have a man who makes huge sense of the non-sense.

  • Ingrid Ward January 23, 2019   Reply →

“Simple and practical”. What is being shared in this episode definitely is that, and at the same time very inspiring. It doesn’t scare you away with mountains of complication, as it all about life and the way we can live it in the best possible way.

  • Ingrid Ward January 23, 2019   Reply →

I have not one smidgen of doubt, that if I had been introduced to the intelligence of the body, as Serge Benhayon presents in this episode, my life’s story would read very differently than it does, especially where my health is concerned. But I wasn’t introduced to this wisdom until I was 55 years old and by then my body had suffered in many ways through me accepting the intelligence of my mind as being the guide in my life, a guide which lead me off in many self-disregarding directions, as it had no consideration for my body in any way whatsoever.

    • Mary May 3, 2019   Reply →

I agree with you Ingrid the mind to me is cold and heartless and has absolutely no consideration for the body. In fact we could say it trashes the body so that it can maintain control over it.

  • Danna Elmalah January 22, 2019   Reply →

The ease in which Serge Benhayon speaks tells us that the whole body intelligence is not something fixed but a connection to our body that knows love so well, that once we allow it to speak all intelligence is there.

  • Michael Brown January 18, 2019   Reply →

If we think we can do incredible things when we put our mind to work, we would be truly astounded at what is possible when we put our whole body into it.

What we are offered in this episode is way beyond what the world has on offer – it’s the truth about us and our body. I would not miss this for all the world has to offer.

An intelligence that does not require us to read loads of books and remember their content. And offers a wisdom that is so much more than any book or theory can provide. Sounds almost too good to be true. Definitely invaluable TV.

  • Jennifer Smith December 31, 2018   Reply →

Seeing ourselves in parts drives separation from the whole. We can see this everywhere in life today: healthcare, education, daily life where the part that considers itself to be everything – the mind/brain has ruled over the body for long enough now that we can see that this experiment has failed. Very much time to re-introduce the intelligence of our bodies so we can re-learn how to listen to its very clear non-judgmental communication.

  • Jennifer Smith December 31, 2018   Reply →

Its very beautiful to consider that when we approach life with whole body mindedness then we know that we are not in separation from any other body on this planet. We then begin to understand that everything we do or however we are affects another, somewhere along the line. Responsibility in a nutshell.

    • Ingrid Ward February 28, 2019   Reply →

This is one very beautiful knowing Jennifer; that ‘we are not in separation from any other body on this planet’. When we start to feel into the consequences of this connection to everyone else, it doesn’t take long to also realise that everything we do, think or say all has an impact on everyone else; a huge responsibility, but one that if accepted by all, has the power to change the world.

    • Mary May 13, 2020   Reply →

Jennifer, I went for an early morning walk the sun was coming up and the meadow where I walk was so still and yet the birds were singing their heads off heralding the day to come. I sat down on a bench and felt my body the reflection of the stillness around me supported me to feel how racy I was feeling which meant that my thoughts were all over the place. I then was able to feel I had taken on energy from someone else by going into sympathy, so effectively I had said yes to that energy which enabled it to enter my body. So I just allowed myself to feel this and stop the energy going any further because I do not want to infect another with the energy of raciness with thoughts that do don’t support our bodies to settle

    • Mary October 3, 2020   Reply →

Jennifer understand what you are saying in your comment, as I got to see how we move has an effect in water, I went swimming recently and I was the only one at the pool and the water was very still, as I walked down the steps, my movements disturbed the stillness of the water. I stopped to watch the ripples expand out to the point where in minutes the whole pool was disturbed by my movements of just walking down a few steps. What if water reflects the ripple effect we have when we move on land. If this is true, then we do effect everyone as the air is made up of molecules and these vibrate with friction as we move. So therefore, we can say that everything we say, every move we make has a vibration, is the vibration one that is in tune with the Universe or is it one that disturbs. This is a science that we have not been educated to understand. If we were taught this science from young surely, we would live with a greater understanding of life and the responsibility we hold to ourselves and all others.

There’s always more to what we see, and always more for us to learn.

  • Ingrid Ward December 11, 2018   Reply →

I can see that my life is divided into two very different stages; the first 50 years where I denied the truth my body was continually trying to share with me, so not surprisingly with ill-health a regular feature during this time; and the last 19 years, where I have come to understand the intelligence of my body, that it is my best friend and wisest companion, and as a result ill-health is only an occasional visitor compared to the boarder it used to be.

    • Mary June 20, 2021   Reply →

Ingrid Ward I agree with you. I can look back and like you and see my life divided into two entirely different stages; The first 50 years when I was constantly ignoring what my body was trying to tell me as a result of my arrogance. Having to cope with ill mental health which dogged me from a young age because of my wayward choices that I continued to make. Since meeting Serge Benhayon I have turned my life around, it wasn’t an overnight wonder but a chipping away of all the ideals, beliefs, pictures, justifications on how life should be, were looked at discarded and healed which has resulted in a completely different relationship with myself, which in turn has changed my relationship with all those I meet. I adore the communication I have with my body and how it constantly supports me to deepen our communication, to a point where I cannot bear to hurt it by using food as a way of racing it or numbing it, because when I do that I do not have the clear access to everything my body shares with me and this sharing is so important it means everything to me now I have reconnected back to my soul. I can say it is something I always knew was there somewhere and having realigned there is no way I want to relinquish the fullness of what I have re- found.
There are no words to describe my appreciation of Serge Benhayon and all that he shares with humanity so that we can re-align, re-connect to the truth of who we are.

  • Otto Bathurst December 10, 2018   Reply →

This is TV that truly serves humanity. 23 minutes of pure gold that merits re-watching and re-watching. I can’t think of any other TV show that does that and I’ve watched a lot of TV in my time!

  • Otto Bathurst December 10, 2018   Reply →

The episode opens with a Warning announcement. I’d add another – “Warning, the following 23 minutes could change everything you thought you knew about everything.”

    • Mary October 3, 2020   Reply →

Oh my gosh Otto! I totally agree with you, I have not come across any TV program that dares to explore and discuss what is actually going on in life and how we have been imprisoned in a life which we deep down loath because there is a part of us that knows that we are not living to our true and full potential. We crave love but because we ourselves have disconnected from that source; we have accepted a lesser version which is not true love but an emotional soup we then call love. These chat shows expose the rot we live in and have accepted for lifetimes. To me it is because we have accepted this lesser life it has stupefied us, so that this all we know and have come to accept, that is until Serge Benhayon came along and said hey did you know there is another way to live? Speaking for myself we now have a choice; we can watch these episodes of pure gold or we can flip to another channel but we can no longer say we don’t have a choice.

It is quite a concept to consider that anything outside of our mind has an intelligence and even more so to notice that this intelligence is higher than the intelligence of our mind.

    • Michael Brown December 10, 2018   Reply →

A humbling thought for a species that has always considered itself as the top of the intelligence chain.

    • Alexis Stewart February 5, 2019   Reply →

The intelligence that comes through the body is the intelligence of the Universe. How spectacular is that?

      • Mary June 20, 2021   Reply →

Alexis, Because I didn’t do well at school because I hated being trapped in a system that I knew deep within me doesn’t work, as education as we know it today actually takes us away from everything we know to be true deep within us. You actually have to be very self aware and devoted to yourself to withstand the heavy yoke that is placed on our shoulders as a result of our education system. As you say true intelligence comes from the universe and this teaching has been denied to us from the moment we are born into a model of life that ensures we are not taught the origins of where we come from and just how powerful we all are. Therefore it is no coincidence that we are taught the complete opposite of our true origins so that the model of life we are born into can be upheld.

  • Matilda Bathurst December 7, 2018   Reply →

When I listen to and respond to my body and its sign posting, life becomes so super simple. I am working some night duties at the moment and it is my body that guides me in how to support myself and sustain my ability to work effectively, not a strategy or set of rules from my head.

It’s very inspiring examining love like this, and understanding that despite our behaviours love is who we are, and we can relate to each other and ourselves this way, and hold everyone equally in the same quality of love. Who wouldn’t want to live this way?

It makes sense that the body is the marker of all truth when you see how much we attempt to obliterate it during our lifetime.

    • Ingrid Ward December 11, 2018   Reply →

And with that continual choice to obliterate the wonderful body that is the vehicle which supports us from our first day in this life, to the last, it becomes obvious that there is something about the truth that makes us so uncomfortable that we will do what ever we can to deny it. We can deny, ignore or obliterate as much as we choose to, but it doesn’t stop the body from endlessly ‘being that marker of truth. It’s not going to stop just because of our errant behaviour.

      • Mary April 25, 2021   Reply →

Ingrid the body as you say doesn’t stop just because of our errant behaviour, it is in tune to a higher vibration than we can at this time imagine… if we stay in the resistance to the higher vibration then I believe this leads to dis-ease in our bodies which is reflecting to us the energetic poison we have ingested, if everything is energy what energy are we aligning to that the body then has to discard?

It’s quite inspirational to see how Serge is identical on and off camera – nothing to hide and nothing to prove.

Serge Behhayon is his true self all of the time and being his true self all of the time he serves as a constant reminder to the rest of us as to the truth of who we all are. A light that never ever fades but one that deepens in intensity the older he gets.

The purity of the love that Serge Benhayon has for humanity knows no bounds. Serge Benhayon stands as a pure beacon of Godliness exposing the stench of evil and that we have become so familiar with it we cannot smell it anymore and have accepted as our lot in life. However all is not lost there is a way to breathe the fresh air again, and there are now thousands of people who are enjoying the smell of fresh air, all we have to do is put aside any prejudices and just listen to what is being presented and these TV interviews stand as a testament to the teachings of the Ageless Wisdom.

    • Otto Bathurst December 10, 2018   Reply →

A great comment Michael. And, working in the TV and film industry for over 25 years, I have seen thousands of people on and off camera and can testify that Serge’s consistency between the two is utterly unique. 100% I have never seen anything like it.

I totally struggled with the education system and how it asked you to not be who you are but you were told how you were based on what you could deliver. There was not connection to being within and certainly no connect with the body, it is based all on the skills with your mind. I agree a loveless system that delivers nothing but devastation of being separated from who we truly are.

    • Mary January 6, 2020   Reply →

I agree with you Natalie that our current education system is devised to keep us locked into our minds, this too me is very unhealthy and is borne out by the fact that we have so many people going on to higher education and obtaining degrees in a plethora of different subjects but this has not stopped our overall health from deteriorating and if as we know our bodies cannot lie then what are our bodies showing us? And isn’t it time we listened ?

  • Joshua Campbell November 14, 2018   Reply →

Doesn’t Serge make life so simple! I spent years and years in my head thinking life was such a mental exercise not aware that it can be another way. It is such an effort, such a drain and not to mention such boring to live from solely what we think

    • Alexis Stewart February 27, 2019   Reply →

When we live in our heads it feels like there is very little space in or around us but when we start living from our bodies space starts to open up, so much so that it feels like it cracks right open.

      • Mary April 26, 2021   Reply →

I know for myself Alexis it has taken me years to return into my body as it felt so full of yuck, I had to clear out the poison of all the negativity I had absorbed from life, before I could slowly come back and feel what it is like to live within myself again. When we live from our minds it gives permission for another energy to occupy our bodies and that energy isn’t pleasant by any means as I discovered and it has been reluctant to leave. Everything has to be looked at and addressed otherwise the energy festers and comes up somewhere else in the body, always attempting to take back what it once owned.

    • Mary June 20, 2021   Reply →

The biggest revelation to me was that we do not think, Joshua but are fed from a stream of consciousness that is constantly passing through us. To me this was such a huge relief to know this because my thoughts have been so self crushing, vile and degroitry. Thank goodness we have been taught this so I can say that my thoughts are not me. Now I know where they are coming from, I can deny those thoughts access into my body which has changed my whole outlook about myself. Because I do not entertain those thoughts any more I have actually developed a very self loving relationship with myself and the turnaround is amazing. I actually enjoy my own company rather than trying to run away from me because I considered myself to be such a ‘bad’ person. Which were all lies fed to me from outside my body! How many more billions of people think there is something wrong with them or that they are ‘bad’ in some way, when actually they are nothing of the sort just caught up in a vile energy that seeks to control and manipulate us.

  • Ingrid Ward November 14, 2018   Reply →

When Serge Benhayon first shared the words “An issue of ambulation” I didn’t quite know what he was talking about, but as he explained further it made sense. If I am feeling down and begin walking in the energy of this low feeling, my movements – my ambulation – buries that feeling into my body and my body begins to reconfigure as it adapts to something that is actually foreign to it. And of course, if the issue is not healed then the configuration becomes more and more ingrained causing many other problems. This piece of wisdom helped me to make so much sense of certain times of my life.

    • Ariana March 8, 2019   Reply →

I love how you captured the “issue of ambulation” from this presentation, for how we move is everything for us as we move in so many different ways with our body, our speech and our thoughts. Everything is movement.

      • Alexis Stewart June 14, 2019   Reply →

Yes we do move in so many different ways but all of those different ways can all be boiled down to only two and that is either moving with God or without Him. Moving with God is not difficult or elaborate, children move with Him all of the time but as adults we have learnt to move in ways that are not in keeping with God and these ways have unfortunately become our accepted living way. The Way of The Livingness is a way of returning to moving with God within his body so that we return again to being reabsorbed back into His body. No identity other than Him.

        • Mary June 20, 2021   Reply →

Alexis Stewart I like the idea of being reabsorbed back into the body of God which is the universe because that is where we all come from as our particles are made up of the particles of the universe this fact even the scientist cannot deny.

I love the discussion on intelligence. There is no criticism of what we currently know intelligence to be but asking is there more to intelligence that we currently think? The final discussion on suicide in doctors is an important case in point in showing is that our current understanding of intelligence has not stopped people from suiciding where love has. The phrase ’emotional intelligence’ comes to mind here for this is also seen as a pinnacle for health professionals. I am wondering if people with high levels of ’emotional intelligence’ have suicided? My feeling is that they have, but it would be good to look into this more. The other question is there a loving way with ’emotional intelligence’? and are emotions actually intelligent? Looks like I have given myself a research project.

What an amazing space to have that opportunity to ask questions like Rebecca is. The fact is Serge Benhayon knows what there is to know, and is a living example of whole body intelligence we all have access to.

    • Mary April 26, 2021   Reply →

Serge Benhayon is always presenting that we know what he knows we are just not accessing it in the way he does. Serge Benhayon cannot help but access this universal knowledge because his body is so open. It is because we live in closed off and contracted bodies that we cannot access what is there to be accessed by everyone.

It is very useful to be reminded of our physicality, of how we get into our car and how we put our hands on the wheel, that then affects how we drive and how the whole day goes after that. The more gentle and tender we are with our bodies the more we change our whole lives, our movements affect everything.

On some level we know how important this is but on a more conscious level we downplay the impact of how we are on our body so we can ignore the effect on our body and our well-being for as long as possible.

The body on a chemical and microphysical level is absolutely fascinating, but what’s more fascinating is how much is actually communicates through that.

My body seems to actually tell me everything when I listen to it. It’s gotten to the point where if i’m not registering anything with my body I know something is up.

Michael my right shoulder starts to ache when I am going into hardness, this usually happens at work when I’m talking to customers on the phone and not being responsive to the energy they are in because my attention is focused on the physicality of of life rather than what is the energy coming through them. Humanity has been educated to only see the physicality of something which robs us of understanding the energy that is life. When we go back to reading energy first which we can all do easily then we will never be fooled again.

Serge Benhayon making sense of life, once again. From this episode he makes so much sense of the fact that, as we take our body with us wherever we go and whoever we are with, if we are disconnected from it, will be naturally be disconnected – not in a true connection – with another. And then of course the opposite is, that when we are connected to our body we are naturally connected to all others and in both instances the feelings within our body will be so very different. When we allow the wisdom of our body to lead the way, we will definitely not be able to disconnect from it, ever again.

  • Janet October 15, 2018   Reply →

Me too, Ariana. Whole body intelligence makes so much sense, and deeply honours the fact that we each have access to everything we need to know just by simply being present with our body.

    • Mary February 3, 2022   Reply →

Janet It seems there is a deliberate attempt to prevent humanity from accessing this intelligence
life seems to be set up in a way that enforces the belief that our minds are King and the body is also ran. Which is actually the complete opposite, our minds should be in line with our bodies as our body actually holds the greater intelligence it is the access point to the vast intelligence of the universe.

  • Janet October 15, 2018   Reply →

As a psychology student, what Serge presents about whole body intelligence makes so much more sense, allowing the body to communicate what it felt and known, to truly understand the origins of our thoughts and behaviours.

  • Danna Elmalah October 13, 2018   Reply →

Of course another profound teaching by Serge Benhayon TV, it teaches our world that we have to come back to our whole body intelligence, that we can not do without. That there is an intelligence inside us all, that does make us polish our reality or destructing it, but that makes us walk in truth and leads us to all answers. This has not been presented in this era before, that makes the teachings of Serge Benhayon real and applicable in life, which we all can truly use.

I like the way he suggests we look to our being first before we do anything so that we know how our body is feeling at any moment in time and that the whole body is responsive to everyone all of the time so you cannot be selfish because it is sensitive to the people we interact with.

Serge Benhayon is offering us the being within the human being. How often do we live knowing this? – as anything less is not allowing us to feel our true potential and what we can share with others.

I look forward to the time when all schools will educate children to understand that it is the whole body that is intelligent not just the mind. And Scientists are coming round to this understanding as I saw a clip on line ( Heartmath institute – The Heart’s Intuitive Intelligence)
about how the heart is super intelligent and that’s only one part of our body, my question is why are the scientist dragging their feet when it comes to whole body intelligence? Because to me if one organ such as the heart has a level of intelligence why not the rest of our body? Why do we insist on separating the body into parts when it is so clearly works as a whole?

One of our greatest mistakes as human beings is the fact we have put more emphasis on the mind at the total neglect and expense of the body.

Hense the rise and rise of physical and mental illness.

    • Ingrid Ward October 15, 2018   Reply →

Yes, it is a huge mistake Sam, and one that we are paying for dearly. We consider ourselves, as humans, to have a superior intelligence to any other species on the planet, but do we ever see other animals treating themselves in the extremely disregarding way we treat ourselves? The escalating global statistics as to the dreadful state of the world’s overall health certainly exposes that the intelligence of the mind, we place so much stock on, is nowhere as true as the intelligence we naturally have access to in every moment, and that is the intelligence of the body.

    • Michael Brown December 7, 2018   Reply →

Precisely Sam, something so under our nose – excuse the pun!

    • Alexis Stewart February 5, 2019   Reply →

Our minds will always take us away from our bodies and yet it is through our bodies that the answers to every conundrum and predicament that we will ever face will come. We have to therefore keep coming back to our bodies over and over again. And it is from that reconnection to our bodies that we then get to feel how we’re treating ourselves and we naturally start to make changes that are more loving. Gradually our body becomes more like our lover and it is then that Heaven can really work through us for the benefit of humanity.

Mindfulness to me is as rediculous as Legfulness or Wristfulness – makes no sense when one considers the intricacy and power that the body holds when every part is utilised to support every other part.

  • Michael Brown September 25, 2018   Reply →

We have a whole body for a reason – it works better when utilised as one.

  • Christoph Schnelle September 25, 2018   Reply →

A whole consists of many parts but it is difficult for the mind to grasp dealing with a whole that consists of many parts as it can get overwhelmed by the detail and the mind may not realise that it is possible to evaluate a whole without having to go into every detail.

  • Christoph Schnelle September 25, 2018   Reply →

In my experience the body is clearly more intelligent than the mind, yet I am not aware of science even considering this as a possibility or hypothesis as it would not be too difficult to investigate. I find this very strange.

It is rather exposing watching an episode like this or even being in person when Serge Benhayon presents the absolute enormity our bodies are capable of yet we have diminished so far that we don’t even have a relationship with our bodies. We take them for granted and demand from them what ever it is we want to do and then expect 100% performance. To live in a way where we are truly vital and living and expressing the beings that we are is something that I have started to feel within myself as possible. The self-love and self-care is the way we return to our original designed purpose.

  • Rowena Stewart September 17, 2018   Reply →

It makes absolute sense to anyone who has studied how our bodies grow and develop from embryology right through to adulthood. The fact that the union of two cells ultimately manifests a body made up of thousands of different cell types, body structures, chemicals, hormones and electrical impulses all elegantly coordinated by a wisdom much greater than any human can conceive has to be the most conclusive evidence that intelligence lies in all parts of our bodies, not just the small grey mushy part we call our brain.

Wow – long before we have a mental health issue we feel it in our body – this is so huge and shows how we really have started to ignore how we truly feel first and foremost. And yes, we totally live in a time where how we feel in our bodies is not first and foremost. And recall is not how we connect – it is awareness.

I keep coming back to this first episode where Serge Benhayon explains about having harmony within our bodies. From this beginning we can then understand that we are all living in disharmony and the effect this is having on our bodies. What I don’t quite understand about us as human-beings is we have built a life which most find extremely stressful as we seem to have built a way of being that is all about security, which supports being in competition with each other and we are glorifying and feeding the profit monster that has an insatiable appetite. This is all of our own making and so if it is of our own making and we are suffering the ill effects of what we have done to ourselves then surely we can also unmake it all?

  • Carmel September 7, 2018   Reply →

Serge Benhayon suggests that Intelligence never stopped anyone from committing suicide but love does – people cannot commit suicide when they have love in their body – there is anecdotal evidence, only, no research, but ‘Love is the highest form of intelligence.’ he says. The more we can connect within the more love we find there.

    • Mary February 3, 2022   Reply →

Carmel as someone who lived in my mind for years, it has taken me many years to actually reconnect to my body. I’m so glad I persevered to reconnect back to myself because I can now feel the love that is talked about in this and other episodes. Now there is no way I would go back to my old way of living which was plagued with mental health problems they do not register in my body now because the amount of love I have reconnected to is greater than the devastation that living from my mind brought to me.

  • Joseph Barker September 6, 2018   Reply →

I look forward to the day when this topic is taught in all our schools. Until then we’ll have to keep reminding each other about this 101 basic element of life. Living from our body is the wisest thing you can do. Thank you Serge for all the intelligence your body brings.

  • Carmel September 6, 2018   Reply →

‘Our Education System is not producing love, it is not producing people who are connected to their body.’ I find what Serge Benhayon says fascinating, that we first feel tension then we walk that tension and then that walk leads to mental illness – I have studied counselling for over seven years and not one course mentioned movement in this way. There are many courses that talk about the client’s body language but only as a way of reading their mood now, not as a way of predicting mental illness to come.

  • Ingrid Ward September 4, 2018   Reply →

When watching these amazing presentations, I am always blown away by how Serge Benhayon covers so many topics all in one episode. This episode’s topic is whole body intelligence, but what he shared touched on education, health, relationships and so much more, and in the process showing so clearly that every part of our lives is interconnected; it is all one life.

  • Jennifer Smith September 3, 2018   Reply →

What Serge Benhayon shares about our bodies being response to everyone when we work from our being first and foremost, is totally exquisite. Most of us go through life unaware of our bodies, often only noticing them when we have an injury, illness, disease or when its in pain in some way. But what have we ignored prior to this?

There is this part, where Serge Benhayon talks about the difference between body function and body intelligence, and I find this fascinating because when we put the two together, function and intelligence, there seems to be a whole new dialog that we can explore about what is functional and what is intelligent.

I have noticed when I let myself feel the joy of being open and connected to one person or a few, and love is freely flowing, it so easy and natural to extend my arms and embrace others. It seems it is only thoughts and beliefs that ever get in the way of this innate expression.

‘The whole body is responsive to everyone… therefore anything you do cannot be selfish’ Serge Benhayon, and Rebecca adds ‘if we are sensitive to our own physicality and wholeness we cannot harm another’. This is an extraordinary interview that shows us the way we can choose to live to have more harmony in our lives. Being truly self-centred and becoming less of self in the process may sound a contradiction but watch and all becomes clear.

    • Mary October 11, 2020   Reply →

It shows to me Carmel that we are living in complete contradiction to what has been presented by Serge Benhayon and Rebecca. I know from the way I was raised that to be ‘good’ in the eyes of God I was taught not be ‘selfish’ but look after others first and put yourself last. Interesting that we have barstadised one of the ancient teachings so it bears no resemblance to its origins,

If we have access to the intelligence of God, why would we choose the intelligence that says that access does not exist?

    • Rowena Stewart August 26, 2018   Reply →

Good question Michael. To embrace this immutable truth that God’s all knowing wisdom can be accessed through our bodies means that we have to accept that we are all equal, which directly opposes our entrenched individualism that is so rife in our societies today.

  • Michael Goodhart August 23, 2018   Reply →

One of the many incredible things that Serge Benhayon has shared here and really hit home for me was how when we actually live in a way that is focused on our own bodies and the innate intelligence that comes from it when we are with our bodies in all our movements, it is not really being ‘self-centred’ but actually dissolving ‘self’ by feeling the connection we have with everyone else on the planet and beyond. We are then so much bigger than this one arrangement of particles, and the responsibility to care for our body then can be felt to be much greater as we know that all that we do to it effects everyone and everything else! Wow, so cool!

    • Janet August 24, 2018   Reply →

I agree, Michael. It makes so much sense that when we connect deeply to ourselves, and understand who we truly are, we cannot but feel the same essence in everyone.

  • Rowena Stewart August 22, 2018   Reply →

What an exciting future we have ahead of us as our scientific explorations will start to confirm that our intelligence does not reside in our brains, but lives in every cell in our bodies and hence is connected to a Universal Wisdom far greater that we presently fully appreciate and live.
