Where better to start at episode 1 than the body, the marker of all truths. The very same body that is by nature designed to support us, we neglect like it’s the biggest annoyance of all.

  • Rik Connors August 12, 2018   Reply →

I agree with Serge Benhayon when he says if the body does not feel right, I will feel uncomfortable or even awkward. My ‘next move’ then is a simple movement. If it is something that takes a little more work then that what is needed — more continuous choices and moves to help support a true change.

‘…the whole body is responsive to everyone…’ and therefore when we are working, walking, talking, cooking, cleaning, eating, sleeping etc. in relationship with our whole body, we are doing it in consideration and respect of everyone else… this is the foundation for community and harmony.

Whole body intelligence and the real beauty this allows us to live and be with the sameness ,wholeness and oneness of us all in quality and reflection.

I sat here watching this, especially the part about having an issue with the neighbour or another person and having someone you truly love I asked myself “How much do I love myself?” because when that tension from the reaction comes it in affects then how I am with myself and not allowing my body to express how it wants to in order to be reactive. Whenever I focus on the other I have an issue with not much changes. When I bring it back to myself, addressing the reaction I allow in and through my body then the situation changes.

So you just watched a piece of TV that inspired you to ask the question “how much do I love myself?”… the volume of moving image content that is being produced and is available to us is growing exponentially every year; we are literally being swamped by it…and yet here, from amongst the barren, toxic sludge, a glorious lotus flower has sprung up.

      • Janet August 30, 2018   Reply →

Very true, Otto. This kind of TV does not bombard us with anything but rather lets us be without imposition, and in that space we are free to consider the universal truths that are being humbly presented.

If everyone is the same in their essence and this is within our bodies, it makes sense to come back and tend to the whole body not just one part of it.

Even though I have seen this a few times I felt like I was watching it for the first time today because the way I was able to understand whole body intelligence was at such a deeper level. It’s amazing what a shift in personal awareness allows us to access. My new understanding has inspired me to start exploring this more myself starting by being more connected to and present with my whole body. Thank you to the whole team behind these amazing TV epsiodes.

What we have been following isn’t the real us, isnt wise or looking after our best interests, it’s just familiar, strong and vociferous. But it’s time the voice in our head took a back seat to the knowing that’s there in our every cell. Thank you Serge Benhayon for the stunning way you keep making life about everything.

Our body presents the truth – full stop. It is always communicating our choices back to us, whether we like it or not. Therefore we have to say that our body is from love, because love never holds back from the truth.

    • Matilda Bathurst August 12, 2018   Reply →

And if we accept the fact that the body communicates with and from love it becomes more blatantly futile and ignorant to ignore what it has to say.

  • Jennifer Smith August 2, 2018   Reply →

A very beautiful conversation regarding love in relationships and because we have a body we cannot contain that love to one person that it is something that we naturally are with everyone. These conversations take our everyday conversations and connections to a whole new level.

  • Michael Brown August 1, 2018   Reply →

The fact that we have championed one section of the body as being the entire intelligence of it all, is well…. unintelligent to begin with!

  • Ingrid Ward August 1, 2018   Reply →

Now this is what I call true television. To be presented with so much incredible and potentially life-changing wisdom in just over 23 minutes feels like one huge gift for humanity. You could watch hour upon hour of ‘regular’ television programs and never get anywhere near the level of love, wisdom and integrity that Serge Benhayon presents with. Now looking forward to the next episode and to learning more about me and life.

  • Jennifer Smith July 26, 2018   Reply →

I love how Serge talks about our body being responsive to everyone, which is why when we begin to take care of our body we begin to realise that we do love being with people and we start to feel more of what is going on around us. This has certainly been my own experience.

  • Natalie Hawthorne July 23, 2018   Reply →

To think that our bodies are not connected with everyone and thing around us is a level of arrogance that society has been caught in for a very long time. Our current affairs around the world and our general state of our health and wellbeing sums up clearly how this arrogance is not working. To live in a way that honours and listens to what our bodies are communicating to ourselves and everyone is the return to a state of being not only for ourselves but the whole world of harmony and balance.

  • Michael Brown July 14, 2018   Reply →

I can convince myself of many things through the mind but the body will always tell me it how it is – no holds barred.

  • Leigh Matson July 7, 2018   Reply →

I am understanding and practicing that self-centerness that was mentioned. Having my focus or awareness on my body and within me and THEN everything else around me or what I may be doing rather than focusing on outside of myself and ignoring whats going on inside the body. It makes me feel much more steady and stable, often appearing very calm and centred as opposed to erratic and stressed.

  • Michael Brown July 6, 2018   Reply →

We don’t just live in one room of the house, or use just one part of our cars, so why do we focus on just one aspect of our body?

  • Nattalija July 1, 2018   Reply →

The more we sell ourselves the story that its not doing any harm the more we are not connecting to the endless message that the body offers us to bring our true potential and power to the forefront.

  • Ingrid Ward June 18, 2018   Reply →

When I didn’t understand the intelligence and the wisdom of my body, but allowed my mind to run my life, my body suffered incredibly as did the quality of the way I was living. But from the moment Serge Benhayon began to present about the body’s innate intelligence it made so much sense to me so I started to listen intently to my body. It was one of the wisest decisions I had ever made, as once I began to listen I started to make different choice and life slowly changed as did the quality of my well-being and vitality.

  • Samantha Davidson June 18, 2018   Reply →

Whole Body Mindedness / Intelligence – the top is the bottom….we return to what we already know – we are in essence the same, who we are within. We live from the wisdom that we can all access equally, whole body intelligence.

  • Samantha Davidson June 14, 2018   Reply →

Yes blowing the cobwebs out with this one, no more narrow minded reductionist views, but an expanded open and universal consideration of life and the why of it All.

  • Samantha Davidson June 14, 2018   Reply →

This is for all of us and is within all of us, there is no one that has it more or less, it is equally accessible if we choose it and I am choosing more and more and oh my gosh, it changes your life, so super simple and makes such sense. Thank you Serge Benhayon.

  • Carmel Reid June 13, 2018   Reply →

This could change the course of psychology, understanding that, if there is a psychological problem, something is already manifesting in our body, and that looking at the body, how it moves and how it is, can help us to resolve those problems.

  • Michael Brown June 12, 2018   Reply →

When we live in a house we don’t only pay attention to the kitchen cause that’s where the food is, we tend and care for all areas and largely treat them equally. The body is no different to this.

  • Natalie Hawthorne June 2, 2018   Reply →

Serge Benhayon is a perfect example of how when connecting to our Soul and our Body the way we then communicate with every movement and words spoken are then unified and are in vibration with the All. Deeply inspiring and can feel how possible it is to live this with each choice that we make. We either magnify or reduce such a potential.

    • Samantha Davidson June 14, 2018   Reply →

Beautifully expressed, yes a way fo living that truly inspires. There is so much more to life that just physical form, energy comes before anything physical on this planet, in this universe etc and sound is vibration. Everything we choose is an energetic choice.

  • Jennifer Smith May 27, 2018   Reply →

There is a very exquisite science to what has been presented here about how honouring our own body and its continuous communication means that we becoming more responsive to others. Therefore by listening more to our own bodies, we are able to listen more deeply to the bodies of others. Nothing like bringing beauty and wonder back into the science of the body.

  • Natalie Hawthorne May 24, 2018   Reply →

The body can’t be a stand alone thing that just functions there absolutely is an intelligence beyond what our mental intelligence has lead us to believe. Our Soul is a being that is constantly there and when we pass over it clearly has moved on and we are left with the a body that is empty.

It is really quite incredible to contemplate the possibility or simply just the fact, that our human bodies are aware that they are sharing space with all the particles that make up all the other bodies on this planet, and perhaps even with the stars and planets and everything else that exists. This whole body intelligence is an intelligence that for me inspires a great humbleness.

  • Joseph Barker May 17, 2018   Reply →

The way we attack truth in this world is testament to the fact that what we call intelligence is very limited indeed. You don’t have to believe Serge Benhayon but surely it is time we gave listening to our body a proper try?

  • Samantha Davidson May 16, 2018   Reply →

I can feel that there is not one true love, I do feel like I want to be committed to one person in life, this feels amazing, but we can have this with every one, we do not need to make someone more special, when we love another person in truth we learn to love everyone in that quality. We can have a different sort of relationship with them, but the quality of Love can be the same.

  • Michael Brown May 12, 2018   Reply →

What a blessing this body and it’s particles are.

Being honest and aware that there is much more to our life than just the physical being is something that needs to be reminded to humanity. This is a fantastic episode of Serge Benhayon presenting the truth and it is awake up call to be all of who we are instead of a zombie functional race existing on earth.

Connecting with our bodies is something that should be absolutely encouraged right from kindergarten… Even before… And yet at the moment we have the absolute opposite of this happening… And we see all around us the result.

When the body speaks it is unavoidable and absolute. When the mind speaks alone it is calculated and fragmented.

  • Joshua Campbell May 5, 2018   Reply →

I can feel how a lot of people would pooh pooh love as being some form of weak wussy kind of mentality and that it is the might of the mind that truly rules the roast. A lot of people cannot conceive how love is actually greater, grand and way way more powerful than the cold mind would ever be but this highlights if not is highly indicative of where humanity is truly at.

    • Mary October 11, 2020   Reply →

It was explained to me recently that the ‘Harry Potter’ books were all about love conquering evil because we all know within us that this is true. As you say Joshua
” love is actually greater, grand and way way more powerful than the cold mind would ever be but this highlights if not is highly indicative of where humanity is truly at.”
We all know deep within us that there is this undeniable love, but for many of us we have been so hurt by the inhuman way we live, that we would rather stay in the denial of love than learn to trust it again. I believe this is why these teachings are by many rejected because we cannot bear to be reminded of what it is to truly love and be loved.

The whole body IS intelligent and has so much to offer when we listen to it.

  • Shami April 26, 2018   Reply →

There is no one else who presents on this subject the way that Serge Benhayon does. He is, in my view, an esteemed master of expression. Which raises questions abut what intelligence he is accessing when he speaks…

  • Mary April 20, 2018   Reply →

I so appreciate all the workshops, presentations I have attended, I have grown so much in my understanding of our bodies and how they communicate, the universe and of course energy. This is much more than anything I have learnt growing up or at school. That Serge Benhayon is taking the presentations out to the wider world so that everyone has an opportunity or choice to feel for themselves whether what he says makes sense or not is just what is needed. Speaking from personal experience I was sleep walking through life until I met Serge Benhayon now I walk through life full of the wonder and joy I had when I was a small child when anything was possible and wealth and health was what we carried in our hearts.

  • Michael Brown April 18, 2018   Reply →

Giving credit to only the brain as opposed to the whole body is like having a master of life ready to teach you but only taking 1% of the wisdom.

  • Nattalija April 15, 2018   Reply →

AH! Now this makes a lot of sense. The intelligence that had been driven by the mind is leaving the whole body behind. Hence the lack of awareness!

    • Mary December 27, 2021   Reply →

Nattalija of course it does make sense doesn’t it, the mind run by the spirit doesn’t want us to reconnect back to our bodies because if we did deeply connect then the whole foul game would be exposed. That if we regain our sensitivity which is currently being bludgeoned by our spirit that keeps us all trapped in our minds we would find the stillness that resides within us all and in the stillness the spirit is no more hence the constant fight to keep us locked away in our minds.

Here is a man that knows all about life and humanity and to me has the answers to all the questions of life and more. Why we are here and what our true purpose is. I personally feel these conversations, should be available to all schools and further education; we need to know because for too long we have kept ourselves in the dark. This to me is real TV, extremely educational.

    • Ingrid Ward May 18, 2018   Reply →

I absolutely agree Mary – this “is real TV, extremely educational” and has the potential to change lives. And yes, to it being available world-wide. If I had been presented with this wisdom and common sense at school I have no doubt whatsoever that the way my life would have unfolded from there would have been so very different than how it actually did. It would have been a life lived in the light of wisdom not in the shadows of ignorance.

  • Sandra Vicary April 9, 2018   Reply →

I agree Mary. We can indeed read energy. We only have to walk into a room full of people, where someone is causing a disturbance and everyone will feel the tension in their own bodies, and even if they arent aware that they are feeling any different, they will behave differently such as walking on egg shells as you describe here.

Watching this episode again today I began to understand what’s being shared here about whole body intelligence from my own body. Previously it’s been from my mind and that’s given me a certain amount of understanding, but this time I could feel the difference between the intelligence of my body and my mind from my own body – quite amazing, thank you.

It may be obvious to consider the whole body, when we reflect on it, but how many of us are actually putting it in to practice daily….simple and yet most of us live in our heads…this is a revolution.

Amazing insights here into the science of how relationships work. To understand that all human beings are love in essence whether they choose to express it or not and that we all have the intelligence in our bodies to be able to hold others in this love and understanding…..if this was really given a go by humanity it would change everything.

The whole body is intelligent and the more we let go of the mind being the dominant organ the easier it will be to arise out of this fog.

Another awesome interview with Serge Benhayon. And I really appreciated the reminder that our body belongs to the Universe, its particles forever mingling with the particles of everything and everyone else; that feels so amazing. No wonder our body is such an intelligent vessel, the one that supports us, often very patiently, as we move through life. I have learned that listening to my body saves a whole lot of pain, discomfort and ill choices; a lesson a long time coming but one that I have loved learning.

  • Gabriele Conrad March 10, 2018   Reply →

The statement, apt as it is, that intelligence has never stopped anyone from suiciding but love has, is seminal and proves what we miss out on when we put the mind’s intelligence ahead of everything – even human life, if need be.

    • Jennifer Smith March 20, 2018   Reply →

So true Gabriele. We need to examine this further to really expose the intelligence that we think is intelligent. This intelligence pegs one against another, making one better than another. Its no wonder in some situation that suicide results when we convince ourselves that this is true. We have highly intelligent people suiciding and really this does not make sense. Serge Benhayon is the only person I have heard of questioning our intelligence and exposing it for what it is, and at the same time saying that we all have equal access to an even greater intelligence.

  • Michael Brown March 9, 2018   Reply →

What we receive from our bodies is worth its weight in gold.

Everything Serge Benhayon presents on is an offering to expand our current awareness. Listening to the body is key to our health.

  • Joshua Campbell March 5, 2018   Reply →

Love how Serge breaks it down to its plain and simple truth. Essentially there is no ‘smarter’ or ‘dumber’ person than anyone else because we all have a body that can equally access and know the same things about life. The only true difference is the level of connection we have with ourselves and our body.

  • Lieke Campbell March 5, 2018   Reply →

I love the sharing that putting a lot of attention into ourselves is not selfish but actually something that holds everyone when it is done in a true way. We need to love ourselves and our bodies and feel totally at ease with ourselves before we can truly not impose on others and this is something I am learning and deepening still to this day.

  • Zofia March 4, 2018   Reply →

Teaching about “whole body intelligence” as Serge Benhayon TV shares so well here is monumental … and through understanding some of this vast science myself, the wisdom the body does hold and honouring this intelligence is how I turned my life around. What I’ve been learning over the years is that without true connection to our body, we lose connection to life and to living. We lose our zest. No wonder the rates of suicides are escalating as the world cements disconnected-ness through varying forms of distraction and numbing ways.

  • Elaine Arthey March 3, 2018   Reply →

“Love is the highest form of Intelligence” Were we to take this statement to heart and truly ponder on it we would realise that Love is not what we have been led to believe and that although we have had a sense of the truth of it always, we have actually had this intelligence inside us, we have not been living it and thus not allowing Love, true Love, to be in the world.

    • Andrew Mooney March 15, 2018   Reply →

Yes I completely agree Elaine and what is very interesting is that the words love and intelligence have often not been in the same sentence in human history, because as human beings we seem to have this belief that intelligence comes from our minds or our intellects only. However what I have discovered is that my body and my heart has a wisdom and intelligence that is way beyond anything my mind can come up with. It is an intelligence that knows love and therefore also knows when something is not loving.

  • Melinda Knights March 3, 2018   Reply →

Everything becomes so clear for me when I listen to Serge. Whole body mindedness is such a fascinating topic, for me it’s the missing link and explains how disconnected we have become to ourselves and to the whole experience we are having with life because of the focus on the mind and knowledge based intelligence. The body is still experiencing life and accumulating tensions and hurts which the knowledge based intelligence doesn’t know how to deal with. What is shared here is a truly wholistic way of living.

  • jennym March 3, 2018   Reply →

Indeed the intelligence of the body is communicating constantly the truth of our choices and offering us a way back.

  • Mary March 1, 2018   Reply →

I now can completely understand the notion of fully body intelligence and how we hang on to hurts and suppress them in our childhood which we then carry with us into adulthood. I am a great example of this. I wasn’t able to deal with my hurts as a child and they festered in my body as I grew up these un dealt with hurts led to depression and mental ill health as a young adult. I ignored what my body was trying to tell me for years and it wasn’t until I met Serge Benhayon and listened to his presentations attended the workshops that with support I was able to understand my body and just how much I had ignored it to the detriment of my own health. So from personal experience I can say that we really do need to sit up and take notice of what Serge Benhayon is telling us because the illness and disease rates are so out of control nothing else appears to be working. My point is if by listening to my body worked for me then surely it can work for everyone else, I am by no means unique.

Being a human being we get caught up in the human aspect and life becomes about function. When we connect to our being then we can feel and know that we are from much more than just a physical world. The sooner we bring our awareness to this the sooner we have a Whole Body Intelligence where by on a scientific level the body is being communicated on all levels. From here what and how we go about life is considering the All.

Whole Body intelligence = Love in the body. I once had suicidal thoughts over 12 years ago. I had them recently too very randomly out of the blue 6 or so months ago. These latest thoughts stood out and were not entertained for what they were knowing they were not mine. The suicidal thoughts earlier in my life were entertained but were never taken to that next level of how was it to be done – this was never a consideration. This proves the love I had in my body was too strong. The love I knew I had for me that I could say carried over from choices from past lives. It’s proof to me that every choice we make should come from and in full respect to the body in response to the all as this is what we return to.

Where do these thoughts come from Rik the thought to suicide, or to feel that we are worthless, scum etc. Well Serge Benhayon has given us all the answers from a wayward spirit that separated from the one soul and by doing so has to keep the lie going in whatever way it can so that it doesn’t have to face its responsibility of the separation in the first instance and that nothing it has created is working, literally nothing we are living in a world of smoke and mirrors and the spirit has to keep us all in the constant motion of life, because the moment we stop the trickery and false way of being is exposed.

I was there when Serge invited us to go out to our cars and reimprint how we sat in and closed the doors and yes you could feel the difference in the room when we came back. How different our world would be in offices, in our homes, if we do everything with tenderness.

Whatever we physically move in and from our body cannot but affect our every utterance, verbal or written, our posture and general demeanour., the way we hold ourselves and our thoughts. Nothings exists in isolation.

I love the fact that there is an intelligence available that will support us to stop this mess we’re in, and not try to improve it.

It makes so much sense to me that we focus more on what we are doing rather than just being, and it feels to me that the way we raise children and our education system should then change accordingly. Because currently we are recognised from young for what we do rather than who we are.

Interesting how the way we walk can amplify what is going in our minds, so if we walk in anger we leave behind an imprint of that anger as well as cementing the tension in our bodies. We can use walking to reconnect especially if we walk gently.

The idea that we Love one person over another, is so false and hinders us so much, when we live Love it is an energy, a way of being that can not be directed and held in only for one. We can be married to one, and have a sexual relationship with one, but Love that is lived is for everyone to feel.

I can very quickly go into the right or wrong of a situation, usually leading to judgement of the ‘wrong’. When i’m connected to my body I am able to have a relationship with Truth and not get caught up in the situation.

One day “whole-body intelligence” will be taught as a normal part of life and the age when we isolated one organ and made it more than the other will seem primitive by comparison. Serge Benhayon and these teachings are before their time but ironically, they are also ancient, as we are not really coming to anything new, but rather returning to our original wholeness.

I find our bodies to be absolutely fascinating that it understands that it is sharing life with everyone else, it understands it self to be part of the whole and instinctively knows it is love and that this love is not just for a few but to be shared with everyone because we all come from the same love. So to me this exposes our current way of living which is the complete opposite to how our bodies would live if it was given the opportunity to do so. So could it be this is why there is so much illness and disease in the world because our bodies are living against this innate sense of love we all come from?

It’s quite amazing to consider that it’s the body that leads us back to brotherhood, to living the truth of what love is, and that psychological ill health begins with a condition in the body. We have kind of isolated parts of ourselves in terms of viewing the human condition, such as with psychology focusing in the mind, instead of looking at the whole body and how it’s impacted. It’s a different way to view human beings, which is exactly what we need.

I am finding that as I listen to my body more this is naturally exposing another energy that is the complete opposite to my whole body intelligence. This is huge for me because I am being shown that I have been allowing an energy that has been very abusive to run my body. I know this from the choices I have made in my life, which were extremely abusive to me and others around me. As I make more loving choices to respect and take a greater deeper care of me the more this other energy gets exposed. And it hates being exposed because the more it gets exposed the less control it has over me. Coming to this understanding that there are energies at play that I have been choosing to ignore is a huge relief as I have been trying to dismiss something that cannot be dismissed which is that there are energies at play that will wreak havoc with us all because we have not been taught that they exist. Re learning this via my whole body has enabled me to take back control over my life.

I’m starting to understand that if I am intent on what I am doing then I am not with me in my body. This is huge because how many of us go about our day focusing on the what is next with little to no awareness of our bodies. I now understand how the mind leads our bodies, listening to this episode again the penny has just dropped!

Connecting to and living from the intelligence of the body opens one to the true wonders of the world and the Universe that the intelligence of the mind can never do.

This episode opens up the door on a new science, known and complete, just waiting for humanity to explore and embody it. And what awesome discoveries lie ahead of us when we fully embrace our whole body intelligence.

The body is so precise, with organs working in synchronicity to ensure that every single molecule is in the right proportion doing the right thing. Surely this is a wisdom we should not discount!
