Episode 1 - Whole Body Intelligence
What is ‘Whole-body Intelligence’ and what can it tell us about how to move and walk so that we can deliver an intelligence that holds all equal in the realm we live in.
Sound grand? It is. Welcome to Episode One of Serge Benhayon TV.

From TV screens that constantly sell the what if’s, not good enough, bettering diets, lifestyles and fads Serge Benhayon TV is a refreshing change. Not selling for change but a truthful insight that the body has all the answers and no need to look any further.
What is spoken about in this episode concerning the issues we create over the day and how this affects then our partner or children, is true. I am able to observe how my reactions I sometimes have over the day affects how I go to bed and this affects my partner. Great call and inspiration to observe even more what is going on during the day affecting my love and my sleep, not to mention my relationships.
We have lived from such a shallow basis of intelligence and yet from this we have created some totally amazing and some very dangerous things in our world. What then lies ahead of us when we truly connect with the intelligence that resides within our bodies, an intelligence that is innately aware of our inter-connectedness not only with one another but also with the whole world and the Universe we reside in?
I really like the way that Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith talk about selfishness and being self-centred with the two giving very different contributions to life which raises many questions and asks for a much deeper exploration in to what I understand selfish and self-centred to be.
We worry about our body’s function in terms of sport but don’t always recognise that our main function is to feel and express, and working with our body’s signals as they occur enables us to refine our lifestyle so that we can feel what is coming through us and from there develop a working harmony and wholeness.
Hearing that our intelligence comes from our body and how we care for/treat it is revolutionary. Especially when our Universities, which endorse developing our intelligence don’t have this as part of their courses. 101 in the intelligence of the body is a foundational subject for every student.
The more whole-bodied we become in our thinking and feeling the more aware we are of ourselves, and so, because of our interconnectedness, the more we are aware of everyone else also… This really turns the table on what is widely considered ‘selfish’. In truth, to bring focus to one’s self, who we are, our body and our movements, we can in fact put our self aside.
Serge Benhayon presents in a way that keeps me interested and engaged from start to end and covers the topics that I have always wanted to understand but didn’t have the questions for.
That is what I love about Serge Benhayon’s presentations and workshops is how practical and self empowering they are. Learning to engage the body in re-connecting to the gentleness that we innately are and putting that into real life situations. You feel it instantly and you can’t deny what you feel.
I was pondering on how we are often focussed towards one person being the only one we are able to ‘love’ because we get something back from them. If we take the responsibility to love everybody equally , in this moment we are not able to ‘love’ another person for self-gain.
Amazing science whole body intelligence, I love the natural order and simplicity of observing what it shares. I can sense when I go in to a reaction about something my body goes into a sort of resistance, it feels ‘unnatural’ and not honouring how it naturally expresses. Much to consider in this episode.
As we are categorising and measuring the relationships we have as important or non important, more loving – less loving , and often we do not realize this on a conscious level, it is revolutionary to grasp and understand that our body is always communicating with the all and only our mind can resist this. Listening to this TV episode I understand that the body has an intelligence which is greater than our minds are able to grasp. Because this is a truth it brings stillness in my own body and I am able to reconnect to truth on a deeper level.
To have doctors committing suicide every day as Serge presents and we all know they are intelligent human beings then what is really going on here? If we don’t have a life that is balanced and in connection with our bodies and rhythm then even the most intelligent of us all will expose how far we are lost from this true connection.
It always amazes me how much I can know on one subject that I have never studied officially at any institution. Its like when I connect to my quality, I am able to be an authority on so much more than I could have imagined. It makes sense that we are more intelligent when we are connect to every part of us, not just the brain. It also makes sense that the body is calling us to return to a type of intelligence that has nothing to do with recall or computers or essays but to do with a harmony and interconnectedness of all things in the universe.
The endless intelligence that our body provides makes for an incredible experience every single day.
Serge Benhayon TV shows are showing us the way of how we can be in life. Accessible to everyone they are pure gold to watch – and re-watch. Truth and livingness in action with integrity.
It is remarkable how knowing how our bodies are and how they register everything that we choose and feedback to us is the quality of those choices.
I understand now that ‘whole body intelligence’ is not just about our own body and the way it can move and work to deliver harmony, but also that in that harmony there is an intelligence that is knowing of all others too. So ‘whole body’ expands beyond the body itself.
Understanding and allowing of people is key but what Serge Benhayon is presenting here takes it to a whole other level of understanding. That the love within us is all equal and that this love doesn’t actually go any where. To be able to remain connected to this love even when people are not presenting this to you and not react allows the other to be reminded that what they are choosing is not really their innate being.
It is interesting about just loving one person. As A child this did not make sense to me at all and felt weird. But in my adult years I was caught in the same trap, however always feeling this is not true and always wondering how much love I felt for strangers. Now to bring this truth more into an equalness, an understanding and embodiing that everybody is my sister or brother, that we all are anyway connected by something much more huge and grand than our blood.
Listening again to whole body intelligence I realize how crucial it is for my own health to hold everybody in the same love as I do it with my partner or child and vice versa not to confuse love with sympathy and having sorrows, but to understand deeply that we all have the same love within us and are equally powerful to live it. It is just a matter of choice.
Listening to the first episode a feeling came up which revealed to me how I always sensed that sexuality is a separation for me. If I have sex with a person I always felt like I am separated to the rest of the world. This feeling gives me a marker how there is still potential to drop layers of protection and deepen intimacy with myself and everybody else, including my chosen partner.
I agree Elizbeth McCann, seldom have I come across such a rich, intelligent and thought provoking interview as this. It certainly raises the bar on what is at present a very dismal offering on main stream TV.
The quality we deliver in everything that we do from the body is so different to what we deliver from the mind. The body delivers form a harmony that it is connected to the whole we are from and belong to and therefore will always be in correspondence with that and in that will serve us all. While when we come from our minds, and in this in disregard to our bodies, we are serving in fact only ourselves and that is the difference in quality I am taking about.
When we allow the mind to run without the connection or respect of the body this always leads to a disharmony. Yet when the mind is in obedience to the body it will be in unison and express as one.
Utterly stupendous to hear how an emotional reaction can affect the way we move our bodies, a reaction that which becomes more and more compounded in our bodies as we move, which in turn leads to psychological issues. So simple and not only that – but very empowering too, because with this we are able to address our lives by the quality of our movements.
It really does make sense that our bodies are wiser than our minds because the mind can’t feel and the body is the one experiencing everything that it does. And because everything is energy, our thoughts and actions are energy, so those thoughts that we have are not only stored in our minds, but in our bodies also. So your more likely to get a truer version of events and why from the body than the mind.
Even though I am familiar with body intelligence I realize how ingrained the pattern is to not listen to the body but react on the outer impositions. It is revelutionary that to become self centered concerning the body is a way to act less and less egocentric, but to share space and movements with everybody else.
Isn’t it ironic that we want information at our finger tips and the first thing most of us do is search whatever it is on the net and get frustrated if we have poor access. Yet we have the greatest source of awareness and wisdom within us and not only do we ignore it, but we numb ourself with our choices and actions.
I keep coming back to this first episode – so much to hear and everytime I pick up something new
Amazing to hear Serge Benhayon talk about love, like no one else on earth, he shares what love is and can be between all people. Serge Benhayon shares how a loving whole body intelligence can be lived and expressed.
Whole body intelligence, basically my understanding it that this means making all our choices consider the whole offer own body but moreover how others are affected too, so not making choices that hurt ourselves or other people. If we lived by that inner sense we would not want to drink alcohol or take drugs, we also wouldn’t want to do anything that belittles another person, our use of language would be more caring and considerate of everyone. The far reaching all encompassing nature of what whole body intelligence means is such a huge responsibility and one that we aren’t seemingly yet ready for in our societies, but it makes sense that if people who are ready to live this way, then they provide an example and a sharing for others to do likewise.
I have found it quite an amazing experience how smart my body is when I listen to it and what detailed and useful feedback I can get from my body.
It is absolutely phenomenal to listen to Serge Benhayon talk about the intelligence of the human body, and especially how this intelligence would not do harm to anyone, and so all acts and outcomes that are produced come with this main intention behind them to do no harm.
It is amazing to hear and start to understand that the body is made of particles which are in constant communication with the all and all people on this globe.
Even if it seems difficult to grasp because we are so used to live in a three dimensional world and everything is turning around us it is very widening and freeing to understand what a communication is going on between our bodies all the time and what a change this understanding can bring to one’s own life.
Serge presents with such observation of society and it is a joy to listen to as hearing this confirms all the things I can feel, see and sense when I am walking down the street. That many of us do not use our bodies in the way we can – we function but we don’t truly live from a point of connection and love first. So what a gift to hear this interview and have recorded a way for us to look at how we are living and ask ourselves where are we at with our bodies.
Whole body intelligence reveals a magic and divine order that is only explainable by knowing the fact that everything is energy, which Serge Benhayon has been presenting on since 1999.
This discussion is very exposing of how we currently view intelligence to be. Smart, high marks, quick witted, good at lots of things, but ignorant of our body, over riding the tenderness in our body because of a belief or ideal. How is it that very intelligent people can smoke or take drugs or be in abusive relationships or even self harm. How can we call ourselves truly intelligent really when we continue to make such choices. It not about criticising ourselves, but just asking ourselves different questions. Ones that ask us to explore that what we are living is not it, and has never been it. Ones that ask is there more to us than this? This is the beauty of Serge Benhayon. He has not only asked these questions but has answers to them.
If the whole body is designed to work in harmony with itself, it is good to be aware when we put strain on any one particular part. Serge stresses in this episode that we do this when we are focused on what we are doing rather than feeling what’s going on in the body. For example, I recently attended a conference in London which I found very interesting and I loved meeting the attendees there. It was only when I returned home I realised how shattered I was, so at some point during the two days I was away, I did not listen to my body, and did not take care of it as well as I could have.
So simple what Serge is presenting but one that is over looked so easily. An equal Love for all will offer relationships that hold each other with so much respect and love that how you are with one person will effect the quality that you will have with another. What if this was taught at primary school and in the homes, my sense is we wouldn’t be in the world that we are today if we did. The key foundations are being overlooked and children today are completely lost in a world of abuse and disconnection.
We do not like to know that our body has an intelligence which is far greater than our “head intelligence” . Whole body intelligence ” is the most supportive way to appreciate the intelligence and language of the body, telling us the way to go, if we choose to accept this. I love to watch the TV presentation with Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith as it is a constant reminder of the amazing intelligence my body carries.
If “love is the truest and highest form of intelligence” then what is going on with our education systems. How did they come to be as they are, where we leave the schooling system not knowing who we innately are and have a form of intelligence running us that is capable of abuse towards ourselves and others?
“Whole Body Intelligence” this is so my thing….so to speak…I love what I am learning through body connection, it is beautiful to feel where responsibility develops and supports us and expressing from our whole body, not just our head. This is the future for all of humanity….no doubt.
Television is often used as a distraction, a check out, a relief and big fat switch off. Serge Benhayon TV is a huge light switch back on asking us to wake up to whats really going on and to remember the love we all are.
Isolate part of the whole with anything and you will always diminish the capacity of that which have have made less. The human mind and the body is no different, and if you seek to reduce your experience of life to a mental one, then so shall you reduce your ability to have a true relationship with all of life. Our body communicates to us in ways we do not allow ourselves to be aware of. And that is why the esoteric way talks about building a body that is again tender in movement, delicate, gentle. Because this assists to create a body that is again more receptive, more attuned to what is going on within it and around it. It is, what in truth allows us to feel the essence of life.
A great explanation of how our body is such an invaluable friend an ally in every aspect of life and for expanding our awareness. And how unwise it is to focus just on our mental thoughts at the expense of the depth of wisdom available if we deepened our relationship with and paid attention to what is communicated to us via our body.
Body intelligence is already in us, we do not have to search for it, just align to it, how cool is that?
To understand that we are meant to love everybody eqally is exposing how reduced or unloving we often are in directing our love to one or a few number of people. I understood in having an issue with just one person in my life, I am not able to love others to the extend of love which is possible for me .
Not using the Whole Body Intelligence that is within us all has resulted in the world that we now live in, a world that quite literally is full of things that simply do not make any sense. And how could they make sense when they have been produced by a very limited form of intelligence?
Yes true, we can often see and feel what has gone astray in our world, yet do we consider that how we live and the quality of our choices every day are contributing to the whole we are a part of ?
I’ve watched this a couple of times now and every time a different part stands out. If ever I need to understand something tracing it back to the body and how I am with my body makes life make so much sense. We go around in circles if we blame or focus on other people or objects or situations being the reason for what we are experiencing but ultimately it comes down to us and our body and the quality we are living inside.
Whole Body Intelligence, our link to the greatest wisdom we have access to, happens to be something most of humanity is not even aware exists. What this episode presents is huge.
I love the example that Rebecca Asquith gives about coming home with anger or anxiety, and how this will affect the whole family, even though it may be a great house with a great car and a beautiful family, all confirming successfulness. and yet, when there is anger and tension and anxiety what is all of that success really for? What is the point of working so hard, which so many of us do each and every day, if we then come home and are not our wholly loving and beautiful selves? Success cannot simply be for the material worlds we create, there has to be more otherwise life can feel like treadmill that goes nowhere, it can in affect lose its sense of purpose. How beautiful and wonderful would it be to work hard, and remain in a constant loving response with life?
What we access affects what we think, so the last part of this interview about suicide got me really considering how it comes to pass that people make that choice, its comes from a helplessness, but that arises from the choices we make, and perhaps that is where we need to consider the source of our thoughts, what it is we value in society and what it is that truly supports wellbeing. For it is not found in being mega smart or having a high status, as we see how many struggle in such capacities and can allow us to consider that there is another type of intelligence based on love and care for ourselves and one another, a much deeper and richer form of intelligence.
How exquisitely beautiful is it to here that the love that someone has for everyone then naturally extends to a partner and the love that is shared with a partner then becomes an extension of the love that one has with all. There is so much more to love that we have allowed ourselves to feel and to be if that is in fact a possibility. It doesn’t then make sense to say put all of our attention on making sure we are ‘loved’ by another. Which I have done numerous times during this life. It was all about seeking love, finding Mr Right, only to be left feeling that there is more. All this results in is feeling and being isolated and we have a world full of people that are isolated and yet surrounded by people. This does not make sense.
I am constantly being amazed by how much my body reveals to me should I make the space to listen to it. I spent most of my life off in my head, my body didn’t get a look in and I often had injuries that I ignored and some awful pre disease symptoms which have now reversed due to bringing love and commitment and dedication to my body listening skills. I really appreciate the opportunity to watch Serge Benhayon on TV bringing me and all of those who choose to watch a deeper understanding of whole body intelligence and how it works. It is so simple, common sense really, almost a duh! moment when you get it. It is magic too as the body responds to the love and care one gives oneself enormously and one’s relationship with oneself begins to truly evolve.
Whole body intelligence just makes sense, as how can we isolate a body part and not consider the rest of the body. These interviews are exactly what is needed to bring a truer insight into our part in our own bodies function and health. Love it.
This is what is missing from the world today – truly intelligent television. I just love spending time watching and listening to these inspiring interviews and they do not leave me drained and out of sorts like so many programmes in the past have, but alive, a little wiser and looking forward to the next one.
I loved Serge Benhayon talking about his tennis days and using the body, or isolated parts of it, and maximizing their function for that purpose only whereas now he sees his body as a company, where all parts work together building harmony and love. I understand this now having experienced it myself in my own body.
When I studied remedial massage, it was taught as only parts of the body that you fix, generally with little consideration for the the other limbs, organs attached. Now in my work I see that many if not most people come in with other issues related to whole body health, not just because they have a sore elbow. We are a whole unit of life / energy / matter, our body responds to stimulation / energy / feelings / experiences in this way, not in isolated parts. Whole Body Intelligence is intelligent wisdom to be sharing. Thank you.
And it makes us part of something much bigger, a fact that I didn’t even consciously hear the first couple of times I listened to this segment.
In episode one Serge talks about holding ourselves. This I feel is significant in going about living our days. As this is not something I learned as a child or in any other aspect of my life. In fact we have been conditioned to believe that we need to be held by another. Yet as I explore holding myself it presents much for me to consider. First of all, how do I hold myself? With knowing I am responsible for what I bring, be that with steadiness, acceptance and integrity, or in disregard of the responsibility I hold? As I explore more this way of living, living with responsibility is nourishing for my body, as it is how we are ment to live and the body releases tension and simply stands in its fullness. When ever I step away from this an unease and tension creeps into my body, as it doesn’t naturally do irresponsibility.
I love, love, love what is expressed here about that we can’t love one more than the other. As if we do have ‘less-love’ for someone, we have this in our bodies and so it is present and expressed all of the time. The more I can embrace the love I have for all – the more I can live this love in all my relationships, as every single one of us is part of the all. Only we like to get loved by someone more than others, because we would be confirmed in our individuality. But the love for all makes sure that we are ONE and not separated in fact. It brings in the big LOVE, true love that reflects the union of us instead of emotional love that created separation between us.
This is revolutionary and will over time change the fields of psychiatry and psychology – when Serge Benhayon says that mental health issues start in the body long before they manifest in a way that is diagnosable by the means we have at present at our disposal, it makes total sense. The body says it all, long before the actual diagnosis.
Its a revelation to consider that a group of people could go to carry out a task and by the simple act of being aware of their movements in the action, they all become more intelligent. As Rebecca said in this interview, that is beautifully simple and it is also readily accessible to each and every one of us. It is definitely a reset of what intelligence has been held to mean, but don’t we for sure need that reset.
What a great resource Sergebenhaon.tv offers. I love re-visiting these video interviews as there is always something more to hear and learn from them.
I found the lies, sensationalism and lack of truth that was allowed to be aired on television so disturbing that I chose to stop watching it 8 or 9 years ago. I haven’t missed it one bit since. Watching Serge Benhayon TV is a totally different experience as what is presented is the truth whether we are ready to hear it or not.
I remember when I first heard Serge Benhayon present that we are not designed to only have Love for certain people. That Love is for all and that when we are in a relationship, yes we are with them monogamously, but the Love that we share is the same Love that we can have for everyone. Serge has been an incredible example of this and seeing over 12 years a consistent dedication in being this Love with everyone is super inspiring and it makes complete sense.
How beautiful is the body to alert you to take notice and respond with decency and respect for your-self. It makes sense if we are not responding to our own body with love and tenderness, the actions of tension are then expressed to others. This is psychology.
A hugely important point that Serge Benhayon makes – is that he does not criticise intelligence or intelligent people – he is simply stating the fact that there is more, a greater intelligence that we can access through our bodies and the way we live.
I find it remarkable that we are all the same but I have voice in my head stating otherwise. So, as presented here what am I recalling when my whole body intelligence feels the truth of what Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith are presenting and there is a reaction to what is being said?
I really appreciate Serge Benhayon introducing the concept of ‘Whole Body Awareness’ for me. I am at the early baby steps of learning how to live with such awareness as my thoughts tend to override and dominate a lot of the time. But wow when I do manage to stay present with my breath and my body, life expands to a whole new level. The limited version of life mankind has settled for is nowhere even close to the grandness that is our true essence.
Phew what a relief to understand that there is something much grander than the just relying on our minds for all our intelligence. In the past science has focused on how we under utilise our minds when in fact we don’t actually utilise the whole body/mind/soul intelligence that we are naturally connected to.
Yes Jenny, the focus with science has for so long been on utilising the mind more, accessing more of the brain, yet hopefully we are going to start to see a greater understanding of the part the body plays, how it really is where all our intelligence lies. Of course Serge Benhayon has presented this for a long time now, but I guess we are a bit slow on the uptake in regards to accepting this to be true.
Serge Benhayon describes the psychology of our thinking minds as having its roots in the movements of our bodies, and how it can be very difficult for the practitioner who works in psychology to treat this condition if they have not addressed the movements of their own body first. This is a hugely important lesson, and one that is fundamental to many of the teachings that Serge gives – this is how we get to learn about energetic integrity, by addressing ourselves first and establishing from there what we are going to live and in turn give to the people in our lives.
I could watch again and again these interviews, such wisdom expressed is a joy to see. You can quite clearly see Serge Benhayon is someone who is not trying to impress or be something he is not he simply brings his all and that is quite something!
The more self centred we are the more we actually see the whole world around us. This is counter to what we are taught about selfishness and perhaps one of the ways we feel discouraged from looking after ourselves. But it is definitely true, when we make choices that leave us feeling vibrant and aware we see the world around us much more clearly, and are far better placed to help others should they need it.
The level of integrity and deep loving care towards others, is very evident in Serge’s presentation. He can see what is out there and yet hold us all with so much love and appreciation, as he sees first off, who we truly are and never does he hold us less. This supports us to start to come back to honouring our bodies more in a way that is simple and natural.
I find it so amazing that, not only does the body know about itself, it knows about others as well.
How often do we play less when we choose to use our head over the whole body knowing the truth is all there? Thank you Serge Benhayon for bringing quality viewing to the world that gets us back to basics.
“How can we move and walk so that we can deliver an intelligence that holds all equal in the realm we live in?” This question itself opens up and expands how we relate to life in a way that we are rarely used to. Everything Serge Benhayon presents invites us to deepen our understanding, connection and awareness of the grandness of who we truly are.
Whole body intelligence makes so much sense. To move the body in a way that it is capable to be connected to a greater knowing inside gives us a way of not being dependent from the knowledge from the outside as human beings.
I have watched this episode a number of times and am still marveled by the level of integrity in Serge Benhayon and what he offers the world in the simpliest form.
What Serge Benhayon talks about here is the science of our future. We are not a well race of beings, and unless we stop and start to listen to the body then we will continue as a species to get sicker and sicker. These are priceless words by Serge Benhayon.
What a depth of awareness is shared here in the communication between Serge and Rebecca about the intelligence within the body that is available when there is a union of mind and body – we are so much more than we ‘think’ we are.
I love that I get more out of each episode every time I watch it… whole body intelligence is multi-layered – there’s always more.
What Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith share here is so deeply needed. We have indeed become so focussed upon what we ‘do’, rather than who – and how – we are. As such, so much of what we ‘do’ negates our interconnectedness with all. We have forgotten that every thought, action and expression has a ripple effect upon the whole.
Embracing the whole of our body and being – and the fact that this then ensures our connection to all, and that we ‘do’ can be in harmonious relationship with all…? This is a living philosophy that impacts upon every area of human life and expression. I have never heard anyone speak of this in such real and practical terms as Serge Benhayon.
More please, of these fascinating and insightful episodes of SergeBenhayon.TV
Wow so much in this episode and love the sharing about how it has already started to happen in the body before it goes to any form of mental illness as an example Serge was sharing. To me it makes complete sense if we shutdown and disconnect with our bodies leaving them hard and out of sync then if this is played out for an extended period that has to be a further development in this dis-connection. Hence why the illness next phase is with the mind. Whole body intelligence is exactly what we are all needing then, is it not?
This episode is incredible in its detail. The respect that is shown between the interviewer and presenter is showing the viewer that there is another way that we can provide journalistic viewing where there is not a constant debate. The level of interchangeable understanding was wonderful to watch.
We are missing out on so much when we limit ourselves to the mind alone… There’s no end to our true intelligence – when we are willing to go there and live from our entire body.
The psychology of the mind as the body deals with energy. This breaks down so many barriers we have to our own true healing processes, and enables every single person on earth to have access to what does truly heal – i.e. our whole body intelligence.
An amazing presentation about the intelligence of the body. I love how what Serge Benhayon presents touches on so many subjects and topics – which seems unmatched by other presenters.
It’s interesting as my whole body is speaking very out and clearly to me, more so than before, or it may just be I am listening. For example when I go into the slightest rush, my body tenses up and my mouth gets dry, this is not normal for me, so it’s a sure fire sign something is not right. Another part of my body also aches, my ovaries, when I am doing, saying or thinking anything that is not loving. This may sound weird and whacky to some, but it’s sure fire tested and experimented with by me, and I know my body. I first noticed it a while ago, I was feeling amazing, super light and playful then I allowed in judgemental thoughts about someone and my ovaries started to ache. I thought no way, then asked myself was this because I was being judgemental – the answer was yes from my body. This is not a on-off thing, it’s happened times again, today for example again where I let a judgemental thought sneak in. When I dry my hands now, it stands out big time if I am being even a little bit rough with them, which I am a lot, but my body is making me to be more gentle. Now that’s true intelligence to me, you can’t get any wiser than your body.
I have rewatched this episode over 10 times now. It’s not that I learn something new every time, but everything I learned the first time gets confirmed on a different level.
Serge and Rebecca cover an amazing point here about the quality in which we live life in. Our bodies can move, but the way we move can differ hugely and have a huge impact on our bodies. Wow what a simple revelation that is very powerful.
What Serge discusses on being the same love with everyone, even if we are in a dedicated one on one relationship is really revolutionary in terms of its applied ability to really impact the world for the better. We currently have a situation where we believe that dedicating ourselves completely and exclusively to one person, and one circle of people, our family and friends, is the only way of expressing love, but what Serge is presenting is that, without deviating from the respect and physical expression of monogamy and exclusivity with your partner and the obvious physical expression of living with family etc, there is a way to live that actually loves everyone equally, not just your close circle. When I consider the wider ripple effect this would have, what I see the potential of is the end of only protecting and caring for me and mine, and instead the opening up to considering everyone – its not just your children you think about being cold when they go outside, but equally any other children around you – its not enough for your family to have warmth and love and a comfortable life, if there are hundreds and thousands of others out there suffering. What I get a sense of is that this way of living and loving people makes us much more worldly and able to see past our own bubble or circle to the rest of humanity.
Wow, whole body intelligence makes so much sense to me. To really be connected with the body and hold the body first and as a base before doing something is a challenge in a world full of stress, but it is worth it and gives the body so much energy that the work itself is not exhausting it on a nervous energy level.
Each time I view this episode I am astounded by the level of whole body intelligence I am able to connect to in my work and home life. Serge Benhayon brings a wealth of wisdom to show us that there is simplicity in how we can achieve this connection and choosing this over complication and anxiety is a far wiser choice in my experience.
No wonder the world is in such a mess, we have been running it from our minds, when it is the body that knows real truth and the body that connects to universal intelligence. No mind will be ever greater than the inner heart.
Serge Benhayon TV is so packed full of wisdom, each time I return to watch an episode it feels like the first time, such is the grandness of what is on offer.
Most of us have given up on the possibility that the dog-eat-dog and every-man-for-himself world we have created, can in fact easily reflect the complete opposite. It is great that we have those like Serge Benhayon reminding us in practical ways that we can choose to live another way. We could have a world where everyone is deeply caring for and honouring of one another and we are ALL evolving as one. It does not need millions of pounds of research and government funding to get there, we just need to connect to the immense wisdom we hold within us and start honouring the fact that this is actually our true nature.
Body intelligence is not about having maximum function as we have been lead to believe, but to live in a way that produces harmony and love within the body to offer us an intelligent body that can easily know what way to be, eat and do to keep it well, vital and balanced.
When we follow the lead of the wisdom of our bodies our days flow like silk with ease and grace, time expands and joy is felt in all we do. I just find it extraordinary that even after knowing this from experience I don’t do this all the time.
This is great to hear how Self-Centredness is actually something that considers the intelligence of the Universe and that we are part of a whole.. I have always considered some who was self-centred to be only concerned about themselves. I love hearing how Serge explains the truth of what things truly mean and being able to see it for what it really is. Thank you Serge.
