‘Whole body mindedness’ brings a different dimension to how we live. Our education system will teach ‘Healthy body, healthy mind’ but the focus is still on the mind. What is being presented here is that the body can feed the mind with an intelligence that the mind is not capable of on its own.

Working in busy nursing environments I have always put the needs of my own body second, in putting patients needs above my own. Not stopping for a drink when I am thirsty or taking a break when I need to stop or even considering how am I sitting in that chair when I sit and do the computer work that is required. Then there is the needing to go to the toilet. In nursing being able to hold onto your bladder is often championed, even if it is in a joking manner. “I have been so busy that haven’t even been to go to the toilet this shift”. What are we doing to ourselves when we put all that we need to do above our own bodies? and then when we treat ourselves in this way, how are we then with our patients. clients and customers? Whatever we do, we also deliver to others how we are being with ourselves and this is then reflected back to us. So when we offer to others a person who deeply cares for themselves, they feel deeply nurtured and cared for and are offered in that moment a new opportunity for themselves to be the same with themselves.

Our whole body intelligence speaks volumes of the wisdom Serge Benhayon lovingly shares and is offered to us all. How interesting would this be if all media and TV stations offered the same?

I love the interaction between Rebecca and Serge there is great connection between them both. This interview is completely different to interviews I have seen before as here there is real sense of equalness and openness between them both. No hiding, no giving away power and no trying to be something they are not.

What this man, Serge Benhayon, presents is very deep stuff. It is so simple and yet a deeper understanding unfolds with every time of listening. To me it’s God’s magic lived and made tangible.

A beautiful introduction to Serge Benhayon and the wisdom he teaches live for everyone to feel and know. The true whole body intelligence is real makes so much sense and something we all cannot truly live without knowing. An amazing interview and way of tv that feels very different access able and is so inspiring to live.

My body blows me away, it can be as simple as eating a food and my body clearly sharing, nope, that doesn’t feel right for me, it might be bloating instantly, feeling heavy, or racy.

  • Golnaz Shariatzadeh November 21, 2016   Reply →

I used to see my body as simply the accumulation of the functional organs as taught by the biology books. Thanks to Serge Benhayon I have expanded my understanding and appreciation of a far greater awe-inspiring depths to my physical body, as well as understanding that we are far more than physical and have energetic aspects which very much impact our lives (something that I had previously heard about, but until Serge Benhayon’s books and teachings had neither an understanding of nor a relationship with). Once we start to appreciate the vastness of the awareness and expression available to us through our body, it becomes inconceivable to keep limiting ourself to our thinking mind or emotions.

Life changing! The intelligence that resides on our bodies far out weighs the intelligence mankind claims to be. All the rocket science combined can never compare to the immense multi-dimensional intelligence that resides within every cell of our bodies. And so we are presented with a choice of intelligences to tune into, just like having two TV channels, do we want to tune into a source that is going to deeply enrich who we are, or just tune into a channel that keeps us fascinated but stagnant?

  • Shami November 21, 2016   Reply →

The fact that there is a whole body intelligence to speak of, is monumental in itself. The fact that we do not speak of it regularly, as a part of everyday life, is very telling of the intelligence that we choose instead.

  • Jennifer Smith November 21, 2016   Reply →

How amazing to consider that our body’s are the key to the intelligence that we live with and that the future of our intelligence will come from our body.

  • Jeannette Goldberg November 20, 2016   Reply →

If you stay tuned you can always feel the wisdom of your body. I find it often offers a contra message to what my mind is thinking, or my eyes are perceiving and I have come to know for myself that what Serge Benhayon presents is true, that my body always delivers truth, where my mind on the other hand does not.

“Whole Body Intelligence” – I love Serge Benhayon’s description of it being like a business where every department is working together, every one fulfilling their responsibility and each and every one of the employees knowing the individual part that they play. And of course one part is not considered more important than the other, each part being honoured and respected for being an equal part of the whole. Now this is true intelligence in action.

  • HM November 18, 2016   Reply →

We see intelligence as how advanced we are in our minds – but we forget that our brain is just one organ in our body – and that it is easy to sell out to the mind and forget the body. But this sort of TV is for the whole body to feel – and see how our body has an intelligence that is discovered through the relationship we have with ourselves.

  • Kerstin Salzer November 17, 2016   Reply →

How the body intelligence works is very beautiful to study. Serge brings this understanding concerning our body in a very loving and simple way.

  • Felix Kremer November 17, 2016   Reply →

To hold all equal, that’s an intelligence I thought only exists in some far away dimension, where God lives. Serge Benhayon brings this dimension into human daily life.

  • Natallija November 16, 2016   Reply →

As a person who has spent their entire life run by their head I was humbled by this episode and received a gentle wake up call. The body does speak volumes when we allow ourselves to nurture it as a whole not in parts.

  • Rowena Stewart November 16, 2016   Reply →

This episode re-writes our entire understanding of intelligence. It is not about academic ability but the willingness and ability to listen to and honour our bodies. Anyone who has studied even the smallest amount of anatomy and physiology cannot help but be in awe of the complexity and beauty of the physical body. It is clearly governed by a higher order that on an intellectual level alone we can never match. Therefore surrendering to and honouring this physiological intelligence surely opens the door to much grander realms of intelligence than we have ever previously imagined is possible. All we need to do is tune in, pay attention and respond accordingly, a choice that empowers us to make fundamental and extremely positive changes to the way we live.

My experience of “reacquainting myself with my body” is something I find interesting. I have gone from being super fit in terms of my VO2 max, my ability to keep going at high intensity, to a much gentler level of fitness – yet in that same time I have a better sense of myself, of how my body feels, which for me is about no longer overriding my body but actually becoming much more in tune with it. This is a bodily intelligence that I listen to, whereas before when I exercised heavily I wasn’t able to pick up the signals as I had to override how I actually felt to go to the extremes of constantly pushing more effort out. It feels much better to not push like that even though I understand when people say they get a buzz out of the big effort, believe me the rewards of staying in tune with your body are far greater than the adrenal buzz, the “high” at the end of a hard session.

  • Julie Chung November 13, 2016   Reply →

For too long we have praised the brain/mind for its intelligence and what it is capable of, but it seems it’s not very good at working out how to be in a relationship with others as that aspect of most of our lives needs lots of work and responsible honesty, something that is sorely lacking with so many. Thank goodness we have SergeBenhayon.Tv to bring us back to what is true and brings more understanding of the ways of our bodies.

It changes your whole out look and relationship with yourself when you bring in the Whole Body Intelligence. To be able to connect and feel our sensitivity and nurture this is something so foreign to us that when we do start to allow ourselves to express this within ourselves and with others you get to feel more of who we really are.

  • Natallija November 12, 2016   Reply →

Each time I watch this episode I am inspired by the simplicity of how the body works to support us when we remove the focus on the intelligence and make it all about the whole. The potential is limitless!

  • Samantha Davidson November 12, 2016   Reply →

Intelligence in our bodies, our particles…not just hidden away in its out post, the brain….makes complete sense. Our bodies feel, to feel is intelligent.

  • HM November 12, 2016   Reply →

To allow myself to be naturally sensitive means i am more open to talking about things and expressing in full to others. Without the sensitivity i don’t have a true relationship with myself or others.

I very seldomly watch TV, but the wisdom, love and truth what is shared in this video is inspirational and supports me part by part to understand the deeper sense of life. I love to watch and listen to it more often just than once.

The Science of Relationships….who would have thought that relationships were a science, but as I consider this it’s very true. Our every action, thought, reactions, the way we respond is all very worthwhile considering much more deeply and how we allow one relationship to affect another. We can learn so much from each other in every moment if we choose or not. It’s really the only way that we do learn, grow and evolve in relationship, not by sitting locked away in a cave forever.

Maybe the only entertainment grander than Serge Benhayon TV is listening to your own body. The intelligence that comes out is wiser than any dictionary, encyclopedia, magazine, newspaper could be – and always updated with high speed down- and upload! I love listening and watching Serge Benhayon, he speaks from his body and he is a role model for all of humanity. An living example of what he is talking about. When you hold yourself first you change the quality of what comes out of you as the body knows it is an equal part of the whole. Serge Benhayon is definitely my TV star after having not watching television for a long time.

There is no one else that I have ever heard speaking, who talks so openly and respectfully about gay and lesbian relationships as Serge Benhayon. And so when Serge talks of relationships in general, I really get the sense that he talking about people and not the relationship defining them, but who they essentially are in relationship with eachother. And this takes away completely the stigma attached to gay or lesbian couples, because no matter what gender your body may be, the love you share is eternal. This is very gorgeous.

Agreed, it is this very quality in Serge Benhayon that allowed me to accept my same-sex sexuality that under a Catholic upbringing and my own ideals of right and wrong. From the mind I had previously shut this down as wrong, a curse, and something to be deeply ashamed of constantly battling with myself as a result. With whole body intelligence, fighting myself in this and other ways to shut down my expression no longer makes any sense.

  • Jonathan Stewart November 3, 2016   Reply →

Understanding that true intelligence is not regurgitating knowledge but from the wisdom of the lived experience turns the present system of education on its head. The sooner that occurs the sooner the world and humanity will be in a better and true place.

Everyday I am amazed by how intelligent my body is, way much wiser than my head.

  • Natalie Hawthorne November 1, 2016   Reply →

This is what I Love about Serge Benhayon, he always speaks of the All on a micro level and a macro level. So when we live we can’t just focus on one area of the body and ignore the other because they are actually totally connected. How can we possible have one part harmonious if there is another area that is dis-harmonious. To be aware of our being and whole body mindedness is actually what is required in life. Here we are being responsible with the whole because every choice we make reflects back into the Universe.

  • Jenny James November 1, 2016   Reply →

Serge Benhayon TV brings the best news I have heard for a while. The incredible intelligence of the body is with us all of the time. How we tune in, and keep ourselves connected with our vessel of intelligence is our responsibility and begins simply with Love.

  • Gyl October 31, 2016   Reply →

Simply reading these words ” whole body intelligence” I know my body needs to rest.

  • Aimee Edmonds October 30, 2016   Reply →

It can’t get any clearer then that! Love is our highest intelligence. And what stood out for me is how insular it is to only focus and put effort into loving just one person. I used to think it was bad to love anyone as much as I loved my husband or family but then I realised that how I am with everyone else I met is also what I bring home to the ones I think I love most. Awesome to have sergebenhayon.tv available for everyone.

  • Christoph Schnelle October 30, 2016   Reply →

It may sound strange to ‘express from the body’ but it can simply mean to be aware of our body while we are speaking and or moving and to notice the feedback from the body. When the feedback indicated harmony, the expression can be very healing.

  • Gyl October 29, 2016   Reply →

I can live life so much from my head, but when I live from my body is just makes sense, it’s so much clearer, joyful, lighter and simpler living this way, there is no stress or anxiety. The anxiety comes from being in my head trying to work things out and the indecision.

  • Felix Kremer October 29, 2016   Reply →

Holding everyone as equal – sounds like a quality that is not from this realm of life where we are used to bullying, war, violence, separation, nations, cultures etc. Yet it can be lived as expressed by Serge Benhayon. I find a difficult aspect to learn is to not treat blood family different to others. It’s very supportive to have an accessible lived example.

I very much enjoy watching TV with purpose – and these episodes carry a true purpose about what is truly going on in the world. As Serge and Rebecca discuss, intelligence is much more than the mind. Though this might be known by some, it is not truly felt and lived by us all – and TV like this has an opportunity to ask us to check in with our bodies and start to connect more with ourselves.

Whole body intelligence is an amazing reality that really changes how we live and this interview with Serge Benhayon and Rebecca is so inspiring with a quality rarely seen before. This is a real and new marker bringing integrity and truth to the world. It is so beautiful to listen to with my whole body listening and opening up.

I stopped watching TV a couple of years ago as flicking through over 500 channels and finding nothing to watch just proved time and time again to no avail, there was nothing other than a feeling of stimulation or buzzing from a drama or TV series. But this episode felt very different, it felt like watching this there was a purpose to it that wasn’t about sensation or stimulation but deeply supportive and healing, bringing a greater understanding to life, and that is what I will take away with me after watching this. I have no feelings of buzzyness or being revved up but actually more understanding of my life. Pretty cool.

  • Abby October 27, 2016   Reply →

Speaking of whole body intelligence, look how open the body language is in this episode.

  • Jennifer Smith October 27, 2016   Reply →

I think deep down we all know that we are the same. We may all look different on the outside, live in different places speak different languages. But what really matters to all of us is the same; being loved, having people who are close and having a life of meaning (to name a few). So if we are more alike with what matters then we must have more in common than what we see on the outside. But it’s deeper than what we have in common for the inner spark that we have is what we share with each other and in that we see that we are made of much grander stuff than we could possibly see with our eyes.

  • Stephen Gammack October 27, 2016   Reply →

To consider every part of my body in every moment, decision, choice, movement is an incredible thing I reckon, and a beautiful way to enjoy being in our body. Recently I heard a comment about exercise and pushing the body to extremes – that is an indication for me of how important it is to offer a reflection in my own body that is getting closer to whole bodied movement and expression, for surely that shows others that pushing to extremes and punishing ourselves is not allowing us to enjoy being in our bodies. I love the wisdom on offer in this short broadcast, every listen brings more clarity to how it is we might be living.

  • Rowena Stewart October 26, 2016   Reply →

It is such common sense really, how can our bodies not absorb and be affected by the way we live, they are after all quite literally our vehicle of expression and are an immutable part of the natural world too. Having studied human biology I am in constant awe of how our bodies work, finely tuned to respond to miniscule chemical molecules, comprised of complex systems that work harmoniously together, powered by tiny cells that pump out enormous amounts of energy. And we seem to so readily trash them with strong stimulants and man made toxins. Why are we spending billions of dollars exploring Outer Space when there is so much to discover within our selves, so much Inner Space yet to be fully explored, re-claimed and celebrated?

  • Jonathan Stewart October 26, 2016   Reply →

What an awesome episode which gives you a moment to stop and consider that there is much more to our way of being and body than we have cared to realise. That we are in fact connected to the Universe and that this is what we are either living with or choosing to dis-connect from. Our bodies are the representation of this and all our choices are reflected in the quality of what our bodies present.

What I love is the fact that our bodies literally tell us what to eat to support and nourish ourselves, which can often be very very different from the ideas in our heads of what to eat. There is still a big consciousness, a comfortable one, around healthy eating that comes from our heads rather than our body.

Its remarkable listening to this video as each time brings to light more wisdom and insight than I had previously taken in.

We are really missing out and cutting ourselves short if we think that the intelligence of the mind is ‘it’. We only really need to look at the world to see that it’s not working. Serge Benhayon has to be the most intelligent person I have ever known, so there must be something in what he is sharing with us. I know I am willing to explore this myself and so far in my experience everything he shares and presents is true.

It’s incredible how loudly my body speaks, there are times where I may be having a judgemental thought or moving in a way that is not loving, and my ovaries start to ache. I have in recent years realised what an utter time waster TV is so gave up on it. I had often allowed to it numb me out to the point of being stuck in front of it programs I wasn’t even interested in, unable to move. That though the TV had an off switch the only thing that got switched off, disconnected, was me. I would eventually go to bed disappointed in myself for getting stuck in front of it.
This channel, sergebenhayon.tv is a whole other ball game, and I have to laugh at myself as I can feel a slight tension within me about it. On the one hand, that it is gold to stop and take the time to watch and feel the wealth of what we are being offered, and conversely that it is asking me to get off my butt, not waste time, but get on with living a connected, truly intelligent and loving life. Unlike regular TV it is TV that leaves me free to make the choice.

It is really fascinating to consider, the more self centred we become the less selfish we are, so to put that in the context of sport, I would in the past play sports strongly, and in doing so became less aware of my own physicality as I would override the feelings of having done enough, which brings a whole new understanding to what exercise could mean in regards to using exercise to enhance our wellbeing and thus make us better able to communicate and share our qualities with others. I know for sure that when I used to do triathlon I wasn’t able to share my qualities with others as I was too tired to give of myself to conversations and really appreciate other people and how they felt.

And then in utter contrast I watch this very first Episode of Serge Benhayon TV. OMG I am totally blown away! Every sentence uttered is a piece of GOLD. Every moment is a deepening of what is being presented. Every particle in my body sat up and took notice. This is real TV! This is the greatest form of television that has EVER, EVER been presented! This is truly intelligent television, presenting the wisdom of our body and how we have limited ourselves to a form of intelligence that is reduced to recalled knowledge and experience.

Understanding whole body intelligence as presented by Serge Benhayon brings a whole new understanding of intelligence; or rather it is the re-establishment of the wisdom that was known by the Ancients, such as those who built the pyramids. Once this is generally appreciated and understood our whole way of education will change.

What a revelation to consider that if we live in sensitivity to our own body then we bring that quality to all our interactions. So from that learning it seems so important that we develop educational programmes that teach us all to care for and be aware of our bodies, and that this will transform all our abilities to relate to others.

Television that is life changing – is completely game changing.

I could watch this all day (if it wasn’t inspiring me to get up and put it all into action) haha.

I realised something yesterday when watching this without sound. It’s amazing how much is communicated without using words. I love how both Serge and Rebecca are very relaxed with each other. There is no signs of trying to convince the other or trying to catch the other out or a sense of push. It’s simply a conversation, a presentation with no attachment by either Serge or Rebecca. I have heard that 80% (if not more) is non-verbal communication. Now that I have been introduced to watching body language without sound, I will be definitely doing more of that.

Once again Serge delivers us some pretty stop in your tracks bombs. Intelligence of the head being one of them and the fact that intelligence won’t stop suicide, but love will. I mean – these are simple statements with a lot of truth. The fact is that if we live in our heads then we ignore our bodies. To have a TV program that delivers something like this (when TV usually asks us to switch off in our bodies) is changing the way in which this medium can be used.

I have watched my fair share of TV programs where I was glued to each presenter sharing the facts on topics that were about searching for love, finding love etc. Looking back there were no elements about the true understanding of what love is. It is great to be viewing TV that is presented with such simplicity and love in its truer sense.

A beautiful experience of true tv which changes the whole concept with the energy that is put out and what receive. This leaves us to be to and opens us up to see and feel for ourselves and sets a new marker and evolution for the real tv of the future with the love we all are as our basis to come from. A great episode to be viewed over again and more to follow.

‘bringing the whole body to what you do’ this is something that is a profound way of living. The part that is our head likes running the show but it brought me anxiousness and frustration and thus a heavy head and migraines and a body I did not know. When I choose to be with my body life is simple and joyful and then I feel the endless wisdom of my body.

I had not fully understood what intelligence is until watching this video, and I feel that there is still so much more to discover! Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith are such a great team in presenting such an important and vital tool for life in so simple and understandable ways.

Love is the highest form of intelligence, now that’s definitely a statement that everyone needs to hear, even if they don’t grasp the concept first up, it may get some of those little cells inside waking up as a start.
