Episode 1 - Whole Body Intelligence
What is ‘Whole-body Intelligence’ and what can it tell us about how to move and walk so that we can deliver an intelligence that holds all equal in the realm we live in.
Sound grand? It is. Welcome to Episode One of Serge Benhayon TV.

I have been feeling very unsettled and in my head recently, this has been going on for a couple of days, it took 2 mins of coming back to my body and doing some simple Esoteric Connective Tissue Exercises to totally clear this.
There is a real equality in understanding that our body has a lived intelligence. If it is based on recall or mind based knowledge – some people are better at this than others, therefore some people are elevate because of that intelligence. But is it really ‘intelligent’ if we are abusive to ourselves and our body? Everyone has lived a life full of wide and varying experiences and there is an innate wisdom contained in this way of understanding ourselves and the world. In that way no one is any better than anyone else and we begin to understand just how valuable everyone is to the growth of the whole.
“The body can’t love only one person” – I remember when my second child was due and I wondered how it was possible to love another person so much. Of course it was not an issue. If we truly love another person we would not allow something to come in between. I love the energetic responsibility that Serge talks about.
Those words jumped out for me too Nicole and I have been really allowing myself to feel the truth of them, and have found that when I feel them from my body they simply make so much sense; life changing words being offered from a television in my lounge – now that doesn’t happen very often in today’s media driven world.
Brilliant! In this first episode I love the clarity with which Serge Benhayon speaks about the intelligence of the body and how it is not a selfish way to be, to love and honour ourselves, and when we do the knock on effect it has on those around us. It is also wonderful to be reminded that when we have issues with others it is inevitable those issues will come into our relationships. It always comes back to us and our responsibility in the way we choose to be and live with ourselves. Thank you Serge Benhayon and the team who has made these broadcasts possible.
Serge concludes this interview by saying ‘ Love is the truest and highest form of intelligence’ A powerful yet simple truth the whole world needs to hear.
This is what I call TV worth watching. It has purpose, is inspiring and truly educational.
The discussion on psychology was fascinating, to consider how a long held reaction in the body may then cause the hormonal and biological imbalances we then later down the line diagnose as a mental health issue. We all have the experience where a long period of high stress or emotion physically wears us down, makes us more susceptible to getting sick – but what if more subtle and longer term emotions and reactions cause the same effect.
Now this is how TV could be the world over – inspirational, expanding and healing. Thank you Serge Benhayon.
Serge Benhayon TV is a great resource to share with others. Two friends visiting from America have just sat in a hotel room with me, commenting that ‘they thoroughly enjoyed watching a program of this quality that truly makes sense of things’.
Awesome, at last a TV channel that truly serves humanity.
I have spent and still do much time living from my head, where by living from my body makes everything, not just life, so simple and so clear.
Whole body intelligence is something that we are with and in all of the time … we can simply listen and connect to what our body is telling us. How incredibly beautiful and profound, and it makes total sense.
Wow – have you ever heard Love explained this way? So beautiful how it begins and flows from our connection with everything and everybody. The complete opposite of the idea we are sold about ‘the one’. Except you could say we are all part of the oneness that Love truly is. Thank you Serge Benhayon for sharing from all of your body this truth.
This is an amazing interview with incredible insights into life, love and health.
Such a beautiful gift, this lived wisdom of Serge Benhayon. Watching this I get a feeling for what the term “Ageless Wisdom” really means. It is so deep and true, it can be put in practice in any time, culture, religion, era…
Great interview and no popcorn needed – it was enough just to watch and listen to some fascinating insights and sharing’s into the intelligence of the body.
Simple truths presented right from the beginning ‘essentially we are all the same’ indeed. I will definitely watch this again.
Now this is what I call “intelligent” television; television that does not intrude into your home leaving you feeling wired and disconnected from life, but offers itself to you with love and buckets of inspiration and a deeper understanding of the wonders of the body and of life. And for me, each time I watch it there is another level of wisdom being shared, and it comes with absolutely no conditions!
Our relationship with our body is significant to all aspects of our life. I enjoyed hearing what Rebecca shares here about the ‘whole body’ experience and the impact that living only from our head or with mind intelligence and disregarding the whole body really has on our relationships with other people too. What are we bringing to our loved ones, to other people when we move and live not in awareness or connection to our whole bodies and thus our universal intelligence? We are bringing a lesser version than the otherwise brightest stars that we really are and are not at all moving in love. Without love we are loveless and without whole body intelligence we are again not only loveless but being harmful towards our own physical bodies and to others as the disharmony swells from trying to be something we are innately not.
And so if we nurture our vessel, our environment, our body then we are aware of a deeper lived wisdom, as is shared in the film “Knowledge can be something that lives in our body, not something we recall…” And so a whole body intelligence. Something I am learning is that it is exhausting to switch on a recall, having answers. And being ready, being prepared in how I live in all areas is supporting me hugely and I can feel I have the words I need to say without the pushing, trying and force that I once felt I needed to muster to be think I had the answers, the wisdom is flowing more naturally, through whole body awareness.
What a profoundly beautiful understanding, that the more one truly connects with one’s body and one’s self, the more we are aware of , and encompassing, the bigger picture of life.
What a difference it makes to watch something that leaves us feeling inspired to make choices that allow us to experience a deeper connection to our truth. It’s a long way from the many other visual offerings that are out there.
What Serge shares for us all is so empowering and a true step forward in understanding self responsibility and how profound this choice can be on not only our own bodies, but in all that we do, so everyone benefits.
This episode gives us a whole new insight , or at least it had given me new insight on what is true intelligence. And how the intelligence I have been taught, was most surely not coming from my body but my mind. And so, by hearing this man Serge Benhayon speak, I have been asking myself, ‘how come I was not aware of this?’ As I thought the mind was the only intelligence. Then I had looked an episode further where it is explained that we buy our own numbness so to speak… by using our power to give away to things that drive us away from our root course, our innate-being, our inner-heart and Soulful selves.
Serge Benhayon’s teachings about the intelligence of our body has been and continues to be an absolute game changer – personally my life has turned from a state of struggle and ‘giving up’, to making life changing choices through learning the profound importance of taking responsibility and seeing how we all create or co-create our own reality by the choices that we make in our day to day living.
Whole body intelligence – the kind of intelligence that tells animals to seek higher ground in natural disasters, or which foods they can and can’t eat – what if it’s not an instinct but a connection so an intelligence we all too often dismiss in favour of what we consider greater – but as Serge is presenting, whole body intelligence gives us a connection to ourselves and then to others that nothing else can.
Television in its truest form, just watching this first episode gives me so much gold, that I can take with me into my day and all days to come. Evolution in my living room, what more can I ask for?
That was like watching one of the purple books, in that when I read them or watch this I get the sense that something different will always pop out and stand to attention again and again.
For the first round it made sense that if we hold a reaction in our body from a situation in life, our body moves from situation to situation – so if it’s not dealt with at the point we react to it, it doesn’t matter if we move away from the situation because we carry the issue into other area’s of life. Makes a lot of sense. It then makes me wonder if I do feel my body change or react, is it something in the moment causing the reaction or has this been carried and undealt with from another area of life?
Love how what serge Benhayon presents is clear and absolute. Its inspiring to see someone who lives from their “whole body intelligence” as when we live in the mind we can try and fool others, or hide emotions and feelings. Living from the body on the other hand everything is transparent and simple.
What I find inspiring is the relationship with the interviewer and the interviewee. It is clear that the conversations happening here continue to go deeper and deeper – it is a discussion more so than an interview and it is amazing to watch.
I agree the relationship with the interviewer and interviewee is really beautifull and healing to observe to the point where you don’t know sometimes who is the interviewee and who is the interviewer! They both support the conversation to unfold and go deeper and there is no push or drive but instead this absolutely effortless flow that never takes away from the content of what is being expressed, its quite incredible both what is being shared and the interview itself.
The revelation that psychological problems begin first in the body before they manifest as any of the conditions that we can identify and label, is huge and will over time revolutionise that branch of our health system.
Yes, Gabriele, this is an amazing point of understanding that will open up our approach to mental health issues completely.
I love Serge Benhayon TV, and always find more . . a deeper insight every time I watch. Riveting viewing and ever living wisdom. Thank you all involved.
It’s quite an outstanding thing to say that our mental health issues have first begun in the body. So really if that’s where they begin then we must be able to address then through the body also. I work near a mental health unit and watching the comings and goings has been a real eye opener, just from the perspective of looking at how the clients/patients walk and move. Which makes me want to ask what would happen if they changed their movements? Would this change the quality of their thoughts? I know for myself if I go for a walk and focus on my body and how I am moving it certainly does.
There is such a wealth of wisdom presented here one has ot watch it again and again to reap the benefits.
I could watch this over and over again! and I most probably will. This is the kind of TV that we need in the world, stuff that makes us ponder, words that support us to expand our own understanding of ourselves and of life and a viewing that leaves us feeling completely connected to and committed to life as opposed to feeling like a couch potato! and checked-out or numbed by fiction. I can’t wait for more episodes and to re-watch this one, exploring more for myself the whole body intelligence that I have access to.
Now, by watching it a second time, I get that being self-centered does not mean to make it all about me, me, me, but to connect to my whole body before I do anything and live in that connected way. And through my connection to my body I am connected to all of you, because we are out of the same material, so to speak. By bringing all of me into what I express, I am with all of you – that would mean that no harming action from my side ‘against’ you could happen, that I would do just what is the best for all of us. A harmonious and integral way of living. So the ‘whole body’ is not just my body, but we as a whole body of beings.
The body is smarter than the mind, that’s turns everything we’ve been taught to believe, completely upside down! But it’s true, I can definitely say that my body protests after I’ve eaten or done something that my mind thought was a ‘good idea at the time’ – it doesn’t hold back in letting me know that that wasn’t such a clever idea!
What a joy to have something of this quality to watch on TV. A reminder of something we all know in our core essence and may have chosen to forget for a very long time.
When we truly understand that we are all the same it clearly shows that there is no place for arrogance or lack of self worth in anyone.
These words are still ringing in my ears – “intelligence never stopped anyone from suiciding, but love has”. It is time we acknowledge the truth of this statement and look to love for the answer to the alarming rise in global mental health issues and suicide.
Whole body intelligence – now this is a topic worth investigating. Thank you Serge Benhayon TV for making this kind of universally relevant content available to all.
True TV – fascinating to watch and so educational – when true self-centeredness results not in self-absorption and the disregard of others, but in a far greater awarenenss and consideration of others.
It’s a real gift to have this type of TV access to the wisdom of Serge Benhayon, and I really look forward to the guest interviewers bringing their unique questions on different themes to a man who it seems can answer any question with extreme clarity and exceptional insight.
What we get to see and feel here is a man talking from his whole body, a wisdom that is immediately felt in its vastness.
I just love listening to Serge and what he shares, how he opens up and shares what he has lived in the past and how he came to feel that it wasn’t a true way of living. Everything Serge shares it all makes complete sense, even if I don’t fully get it straight away without fail I get it later on, its like the penny drops when I experience it for myself.
At last, TV that offers me connection to my whole body intelligence. Now when I feel like watching a little something I have somewhere nourishing to turn to.
Awesome, who would have thought, from Serge Benhayon’s humble beginnings in 1999, to Serge Benhayon on tv, telling the world the way it is, and the truth of everything, with no hype, no adverts, just truth, plain and simple.
This is beautiful documentary TV, truth being shared about the whole intelligence of your body. It is great to hear Serge speak the truth about our body, it is simple to follow. Our bodies hold so much wisdom, that has been buried.
There’s nothing more nourishing for our bodies than to have a good solid dose of truth, and Serge Benhayon definitely knows how to deliver this in spades. The world needs to know what is truly going on with our ill health sky rocketing out of control. Serge Benhayon TV is a huge step forward in bringing much more understanding to a hugely important and necessary subject.
Serge Benhayon’s TV is definitely on my list of true support and a great dose of true medicine.
To truly allow the understanding of what is said here about our bodies is changing the world forever. I felt when Serge talked about the particles we are all made of and which we are sharing that it make absolute no sense to feel me separated in any way. There is not something like a isolated ‘me’ and ‘you’. We are not just connected but sharing what we are made of all of the time. To feel the sphericality I am, makes a lot of, if not all ‘problems’ and ‘issues’ naturally go away, because it feels like they are just created to keep me in an illusory separation.
So great to have these ‘episodes’ to view and reflect on. Episode one – whole body intelligence, indeed, this has been one of the most foundational learnings for me. I was so convinced the solutions to the world would come from the mind but in reality, the real intelligence is in the body.
Having access to documentary TV that supports well-being for our body and mind is brilliant. This is fascinating viewing, listening and well worth tuning in to what is offered.
What if that is really the case that the body itself, the particles it is made of naturally know themselves to be equal to everyone else? I mean we really need to let that notion sink in, feel it, consider it and allow the body to show us what it is practicing the whole time even when we may act from our minds in quite the opposite way by constantly comparing, judging and trying to improve ourselves. Might be the reason for at least some of the many dis-eases, complaints or even severe illness and diseases, the fact that we are not in harmony with what the body cannot deny, stop or change – equalness, wholeness, being an equal part of the whole.
As you say Alex, we really need to let that notion in, ‘that the body itself, the particles it is made of naturally know themselves to be equal to everyone else.’ Developing a body that is in harmony with itself seems like a truly intelligent way to live.
Yes so true Amina, how many of us listen all of the time… the consistency of conscious presence is asked so that we can get the communication our body delivers and act accordingly. And if we don’t and override, well the body lets us know louder and louder ….
What a revolutionary piece of TV watching that brings so much for us to ponder in light of the alarming rates of exhaustion that is plaguing our world this very moment.
This is what Real, Honest and Truthful TV is about and it is fantastic to have it so accessible, thanks Sergebenhayon.tv team. I know I will be coming back time and time again as each one is full of so much wisdom.
Thanks to attending presentations by Serge Benhayon, I began to appreciate and be more aware of my body from re-developing conscious presence with it and being less focused in ‘living from my head’. Whole body intelligence led to true confidence and a strong, solid inner foundation from this.
Whole body intelligence was not something that I would have considered before Serge Benhayon presented on it, but it just makes so much sense, as I know for myself, the feeling I get when I get a resolution about something, it’s a confirmed solid yes when it comes from my body, but when I go to my head to get the answer, I can doubt, double guess and spend so much time mulling over it and exhausting myself in the process. And even when I have the answer I think I feel confident with, I can still have questions hanging over the issue.
So awesome to have this online now and get the teachings this way too – and what a great reminder to really embody this: “Love is the highest form of intelligence.” Serge Benhayon
Such an inspiring episode – the foundation of living harmoniously is already right inside us – our body is the key if we but stop and tune into its communication….instead of burying it in check-out entertainment. Thanks Serge Benhayon, Rebecca Asquith and Johnny Baldwin for delivering this.
Whole body intelligence makes so much sense to me and is a true intelligence. Mind intelligence alone that can remember information doesn’t help us or humanity as a whole because it relys on facts and research, but that isn’t helping humanity. The state of our world is worse than ever and yet we have more people with double degrees and PhD than ever before. So something isn’t working by relying on our minds and brains alone for intelligence.
We are very gifted to have Serge Benhayon so simply explain what intelligence is – we all know what we think intelligence is, is not, and what has not worked – yet because we are so constrained by it, have we delved deeper into it rather than stopped and said’ maybe we are on the wrong track altogether?!!’ I know for me what was presented in this episode makes complete sense not only to my mind but also to my body.
Yes ‘the wrong track’ feels very true with current climate of the world. So often I will hear people shared how the world is changing and we know now with this presentation that if we choose our head intelligence over our body intelligence we are heading further from the truth of what true intelligence is.
What is presented on this episode is so supportive in understanding why we behave the way we behave and is the fist TV programme I have ever seen that informs us about us bringing universality compared to the standard TV that only considers the limited 3 dimensional version of our lives here on earth.
I find it quite amazing how much I did not want to feel my body at numerous times during the day because I didn’t like the message. It could be as simple as my body cringing at the second dessert. I find it even more amazing how much our life can transform simply by listening to our body.
Same here Christoph, the body is so simple in it’s messages, amazing in how it feels when listened to and yet it’s the one thing human life seems to avoid following at all costs.
Whole body intelligence, it makes so much sense. I know I can feel everything from my body first before my mind starts telling me anything about the situation. And simply by the fact that my mind can choose to override what my body is feeling, and make choices that are in disregard of my body, is proof that this kind of intelligence is not so clever after all.
This is as groundbreaking as it was to say “The earth is not the center of the Universe” in the past. In a couple of hundred years from now people are going to say: “What? People in the past were disconnected to their bodies? And you got cyber-bullied back then because you talked and walked the truth?!?”
For most of my life, I favoured ‘mental’ intelligence and tried very hard to be intellectual and knowledgeable. Only when being introduced to connecting with the whole of my body, developing a sense of the intelligence of the body and experiencing life with this greater range of understanding and responding I realised how arduous my efforts have been to be in a way that is actually not harmonious to my nature. Letting go of being the intellectual (as much as I have done that yet 😉 ) has allowed me to blossom qualities that were asleep but always waited to finally come to the surface and be expressed and shared. Life has changed much for the better since and there is no end in sight to this ongoing unfoldment.
Yes, it is quite humbling to notice how often our body is smarter than our mind.
And how often we override it and realise that it’s a simple process of returning to it in every moment of the day.
Very humbling and a huge lesson of how often we choose to learn or ignore.
Yes, I agree with you Alex whole-heartedly with what you say here and also that my life, too, has changed beyond recognition since letting go of the idea that the mind is superior to the intelligence of the body.
Letting go of the ‘mental intelligence’ allows us to let go of the weight we carry on our shoulders each day. Serge Benhayon shares the simplicity of how life can be when the decisions come from the whole rather than the part.
We can continue to unfold ourselves out into a universe that is continually unfolding, how amazing is that. A process that has no end. It makes me realise just how much most of us put the brakes on. But what an enormous amount of effort that takes, it’s so much easier to simply allow ourselves to fall back into what is naturally unfolding all around us. We then become the expansion within the expansion. How glorious.
The fact that nobody in the medical or spiritual industry has presented with this clarity and quality on the subject of ‘whole body intelligence’ is quite befalling to concede. Serge Benhayon directly addresses in this amazing video interview why this seemingly obvious science has been overlooked thus far by most professionals. Most of us are raised to place an enormous amount of value on the mind as the center of the body, in this narrowed prospective we actually are missing out on the true potential of our most advanced and natural intelligence- the body. What I found very interesting was that our psychology is actually secondary to this intelligence but it makes sense when you consider – if someone dangerous is in your presence you can feel it in your body well before you have been shown a police report or any proof of danger.
It so true what you say here Sarah. The fact that this truth (and it is truth) is not presented by anyone else so far as I am aware of with such knowing and clarity other than Serge Benhayon definitely exposes where we as humanity are at. Not only that, body intelligence is something Serge Benhayon lives … he doesn’t just talk it. And it’s super important to bring it back to this truth. Thank goodness for things like Serge Benhayon TV that gets to the true truth and heart of the matter.
Understanding and appreciating ‘body intelligence’ as described here makes so much sense and gives a whole new meaning to the common concept of the mind/body connection, opens a whole new door to relating to ones body.
And it makes so much sense when we take it on board and feel the ease in which we can live life to the full.
Isn’t it fabulous, at last a programme that really makes you stop and ponder and feel how all the cells in your body are nodding in agreement with what is presented. We are standing on the edge of a whole new sphere of education that is going to completely revolutionise our perception of our bodies and the quality of our relationships.
A new TV Show is born and I love it. To have the body and how it works explained so well, not so much from an anatomical and physiological perspective, but the intelligence that it is and brings makes it so clear how very important the body is, how much wisdom it carries and thus how very crucial it is to take the utmost care of it and how much there is already with us – intelligence wise – by the sheer fact that we live in a body.
I love the simplicity of the wisdom Serge is always presenting. He makes sense and speaks in a universal language. He opens my eyes to seeing things in a different way. This is TV I will definitely be watching.
What Serge Benhayon presents is truly illuminating and Rebecca’s responses greatly compliment and help deepen the understanding of what is presented. I will definitely keep watching.
This is a brilliant episode completely challenges and changes our perspective of what we know intelligence to be. Serge Benhayon has been presenting for a long time that our bodies contain a wisdom and understanding of life that is way more expansive/beyond a recall of information or experience. Our current forms of education and intelligence are clearly showing to us that they are falling short of the mark in terms of delivering a truly healthy, vital and harmonious way of living for all of humanity, so I welcome this philosophical ‘back to the drawing board’ approach and a stunningly simple yet profound relook at intelligence and where it comes from.
Whole body intelligence, so basically not living from your head but your whole body, what simplicity and yet in life many of us can feel a push to live from our head, work harder, learn this , remember that, throughout school it is about memorising and recall. Coming back to how the body feels and moves is how I have found a way to express my true intelligence and wisdom without the trying, force and exhaustion.
A definite move away from the push you have explained Samantha Davidson, with all forms of learning in our current world – from educating our young and old into data and knowledge driven learning that leads to high levels of anxiety and exhaustion worldwide. What Serge Benhayon presents is another way. A way that is lived and shared through this great episode. Definitely worth watching again and again.
Groundbreaking revelations about intelligence, which really makes you question, are we accessing all the intelligence that is available to us? Or are we limiting ourselves to and aspect of intelligence that is based on recall and as such not innovative at all and can this intelligence bring us true answers? Serge Benhayon gives an insight into these very profound questions.
Yes Judith, never before listening to Serge Benhayon philosophise had I considered that what we consider intelligent may not actually be that intelligent at all. And it becomes blindingly obvious that we aren’t accessing intelligence as we ought to, in light of the maliase we currently find society embroiled in, illness, disease, cruelty, corruption, suffering. Anyone willing to open their eyes will see a new (perhaps age old) take on intelligence is long overdue.
Yes Judith, the idea that recall is intelligence leads us back to just the head time and time again, not leaving any awareness as Serge Benhayon has highlighted in this episode, to ponder on the whole body and what is on offer – to bring the power of simplicity to the word intelligence rather than what is championed today with such complexities.
TV that is interesting, informative and something I actually want to watch. Thankyou Serge and team for producing such great content. This is the future of TV.
‘Intelligence’ for me always meant something to do with brain – it was never about a whole body, let alone encapsulated the life as a whole, it was always applied to a segment of my life such as ‘study’ or ‘work’, trying to get ahead of others. Our current education system pushes us to be ‘intelligent’ and in that pushing we get trained to abandon our body entirely. And through experience what I have found is that it is not possible to know myself in truth without a deep connection with my body.
I too had the belief that intelligence is about the body. What a gift to know another way – and this episode shows the need for this. That it is possible for all of us to listen to our bodies and see the wisdom that is presented.
A mental health issue is a consequence of the body already shut down – this is a real eye opener for me. I have taken part in various courses and workshops in somatic where a body-mind connection is the focus, and I don’t remember its connection being explained with such clarity.
The statistics in mental health are rising with 350 million cases world wide. Serge Benhayon brings such clarity and understanding in how we can feel the connections when the body and mind work together.
Thanks for highlighting this Fumiyo it is really important and with mental health issues on the increase it is a must that we have this understanding in order to truly support others. That is why it is so important we have things like Serge Benhayon TV, which are dedicated to truth and love for humanity. Amazing.
“A mental health issue is a consequence of the body already shut down” – yes this puts a totally different spin on what we are being told with regards to mental health and all that that entails in the mainstream, doesn’t it?
The interesting point here Karina Kaiser is that when I hear this comment from the TV program I can feel the truth and is makes so much sense. Not part of me questions as it is shared with such simplicity and a knowing that comes from within.
Finally, real tv, talking about real life and now it is, in a way that can bring about greater understanding and evolution for everyone. Awesome.
Real TV is definitely what I have noticed about these episodes Julie Chung. There is a truth that has been far from what I have watched in a very long time. A great step forward in understanding our true potential and holding everyone in equalness.
I am really enjoying these episodes on Serge Benhayon TV. I have not watched TV in about 15 years, and though I would on occasion watch a movie, I always found TV a waste of time and I always had too many other things that I wanted to do instead. But now for the first time, I am actually enjoying sitting down to watch these episodes and there is always something that I take home from the episodes. It certainly does not feel like a waste of time, and I most importantly in my busy life it allows me a moment to put my feet up and relax too!
I took my TV off the wall and put it away because there was nothing of substance or value to watch. Not any longer! sergebenhayon.tv is a game changer, time to get it back out for sure!
Never before Serge Benhayon had I truly been aware of my body. Sure I knew it was there – but I lived in my head. To watch this sort of interview where someone can explain in absoluteness the importance and the clear message our bodies give us, is revolutionary.
It’s so great to see Serge Benhayon on TV. I was talking to someone today who was saying how there is simply nothing on TV anymore. Well, now that we have Serge Benhayon TV this is no longer true. I just re-watched episode one (move over Star Wars) and loved how Serge was talking about self-centredness being totally the opposite to what we think it is and in being truly self-centred we are more open with others. How many phrases and words are the opposite or something different to what we think or what we have been taught it is. I look forward to all that will be on offer in SB TV.
SB.tv Love it 🎉💕 Takes intelligence to a whole true level. Whole bodied sounds good to me : ) knowing and feeling we are part of the all getting our ‘self’ out of the way. Amazing, always pure gold listening to Serge and Rebecca. I love the sharing about the cars I could really feel this in what was being expressed and how when we don’t care or are not fully present with what we are doing ‘body intelligence’ it shows in everything from our body, our walk and how we are with others. I love the support lines that are given at the end .. very caring.
I grew up understanding that what was most important was the grades we got, what our academic achievements were and the job you secured. No where did I get to appreciate the importance of whole body health. This is my new favourite TV series right here.
Join the club MA. Everything that was taught was to drive the mind beyond the body and to achieve academic success. This lead to me to enjoying shows on TV that prompted this level of academic banter. For the first time ever it was great to hear the truth and how far we have gone in living from the potential we all have. A must see episode that is defining the truth about whole body intelligence.
Whole body mindedness is a great expression, leaving no part out. This is an expansive interview talking about what it means to be, and live with ‘Whole body Intelligence’ bringing awareness and understanding as to why we end up with many of the health and mental issues we experience today.
At last a truly responsible use of this medium and what joy, Having ditched terrestrial TV some years ago, now I can enjoy watching some really nourishing TV, enter-tain-ment that supports me to attain a deeper understanding of life, of people and of me. Superb achievement and look forward to many more episodes.
There is definitely a lot to learn from these episodes and more to come with the dynamite sharing that has been presented so far.
After 9 years without a television, I now choose to watch TV – TV that is Serge Benhayon style. Whoopee!
Whoohoo Jonathan – and how awesome is it!!! 🙂
This is the only TV I watch and I must say it has been an incredible source of inspiration in how I live each day. Television that makes you squirm and learn for the right reasons!
What a welcome change – you can feel the quality of life and your connection to the realness of others and your expression in it with this TV channel!
Awesome to have a television programme of integrity delivering truth. Serge Benhayon brings a greater understanding of what it is to have whole body intelligence – in being loving, gentle and tender with ourselves we are loving all.
You can definitely feel the difference in the quality that is offered in this TV viewing.
Serge Benhayon explains the difference between intelligence as we know it and ‘whole body mindedness’ where knowledge is not just regurgitated information but it is “embedded in the body and comes from our body living it.” Serge has a practical and down-to-earth way of explaining things and our commonsense confirms the truth of such anecdotal evidence, as for example in his statement: “All the intelligence in the world will not stop you suiciding – love will”.
I have watched this episode twice now and intend to watch it many more times in the future as each time I watch it I am inspired to deepen my connect to my the intelligence of my all knowing body as not only does this work for me, bringing greater awareness and discernment, it works for the harmony of humanity. We are all made up of particles that are naturally and scientifically known to be in a constant movement towards harmony. Serge explains how we can move with this process rather than obstruct it. These movements effects everything and everyone around us. This really drives home the responsibility we all have to move with true intelligence.
This sequence about suicide is very pertinent – intelligence doesn’t prevent suicide (as proven by the number of medical doctors who take their own life), but love in the body does.
So true Gabriele – when love is the only true intelligence, and when we connect to that, than suicide will never be an option.
Gabriele a great point to raise and one that we often don’t consider, if we have people in our world that are “highly intelligent” then how is that possible they suicide? However if someone has built a way of living that honours and cares for themselves then this love stops them suiciding.
Yes and this is the point that has been raised so supportively by this episode. Serge Benhayon is getting real about how far ‘intelligence’ has really got us if we just stop to take in the statistics of illness, disease, self harm and mental health rates that are at alarming rates world wide.
Love how you re-iterated this Gabriele – love in truth can heal so much, when we truly begin to love ourselves we are well on the way to healing things we may have thought were never able to be healed…
And the quality in which we interact with others goes to a whole new level of respect, decency and understanding.
Yes Gabriele Conrad. This sequence rang a cord with me when viewing this episode. Serge Benhayon shares the unwavering truth on the simplicity of love that is missing when we make the head the primary source of our intelligence.
A very powerful understanding with the alarming rates of suicide documented world wide.
So just as intelligence does not prevent suicide, nor does it (or will it), in isolation from love, solve any of our world problems.
Now this is true body Intelligence – our body is more important than we can possibly imagine and forever gives us feedback of where we are at.
Developing a relationship with our ‘whole body’ (beyond a mere improved function of the body) and bringing this to all that we do, forever changes the quality of what we produce, our output and our every expression – for our body is part of a greater whole and our every particle’s natural intelligence is to express the Universal Love that we are. If we deny our body’s intelligence and wise counsel, we are given instant feedback…now this is absolute love and true support.
Hearing Serge Benhayon speak and present is unlike anything I had experienced before. From the outset I knew something was different. I was deeply inspired by what he shared, not because of anything particular, but because of the quality of this man. His integrity was tangible and at that moment that I first heard him speak I knew I had not met someone of this quality before. Needless to say, I returned for more presentations to learn more. What I have discovered since that first meeting is that what Serge presents is the true education I was looking for.
I would have to agree. The first presentation I attended hit the nail on truth and honesty. There was no holding back in sharing the power of Serge’s whole body intelligence whilst holding each individual with respect. A must see TV episode and quality viewing for all.
True, The Ageless Wisdom is true education and points the way forward for all of us.
Love is not the focus in the education system. This is deeply hurting everyone in the system, and yet because love is neither the focus in our own body, we do not allow ourselves to see the truth of this situation. And yet our bodies know truth. As a child and student I knew this truth in my body and the overwhelm of not knowing what to do about this, and as an adult now, I see children who know this truth too and choose to either rebel by being against or engulfed by the system, and their bodies suffering from these reactions. Nothing has changed and nothing will ever truly change if we do not set our foundations back to love. Being trained in a system currently which does not rely on the true intelligence of love, simple exercises of re-training our body to work as a whole is very worthwhile.
Love is definitely not the focus in our current education system. It is from the words of Serge Benhayon and this incredible TV site that we can start to delve into the truth and not only hear but see that there is another way.
Adele you make a great point and the crazy thing to it all is that all we have ever wanted is to be met for who we are – appreciated that our natural essence is extraordinary and divine, so beautiful that it needs to be celebrated. Yet as you say this is not the case and the education system can crush such a truth. This is what we have to really look at – is it not interesting that this appears to happen from the day the child enters school and in some cases at home before starting school. It has all become about the figures and ticking everything off that is being demanded from the teachers while the child is often left feeling alone, ignored and not good enough for not meeting the criteria. When these are the children coming through it is no wonder there is so much disruption and disharmony in the world.
It is so easy to not want to feel the lovelessness of the education system and the comfort of keeping our head down is what allows this level to increase. To bring true intelligence to our curriculum is to bring the sparkle back to the children who are innately wise and waiting for the truth to be shared.
Bringing a whole body intelligence to work in a world which has made working in parts an accepted normal, this is a reflection asking for a deeper responsibility from everyone. There is no selfishness when whole body intelligence is shared, which is something understood by the body and yet much more difficult to be grasped by the mind. It makes absolute sense that love cannot be contained between two people when we consider the body as a whole, and any interaction in any relationship affects every relationship in the world. This puts a perspective of responsibility of how we hold ourselves first and foremost with ourselves, as it does also explain why monogamy, as well as harmony with everyone is a natural way of our bodies, simply because everything affects everything else. SergeBenhayon.TV is revolutionary, this is tv that actually talks about what truly matters in life.
…’any interaction in any relationship affects every relationship in the world.’ Yes, to this and the connectedness and responsibility it brings to our awareness. I understand too that our primary relationship is with ourselves as this is the quality base for all our interactions.
I really enjoyed watching this and can’t wait to share it with my friends.
The more episodes that come out the more I am realising how media is riddled with ill truths – and the conversations which help us grow and learn are on this channel.
Thank you Serge Benhayon – for bringing a new way with T.V viewing – the world is ‘hungry’ for programs /interviews like this, presenting truth as no other.
Yes Stephanie Stevenson I couldn’t agree more. The quality of TV viewing leads me to ask is there something here for us to question about what shows truly support us to learn and grow as a society as this is definitely on the mark with sergebenhayon.tv
Great interview. Thankyou “Love is the highest form of intelligence” SB.
That is true. What comes from love is more intelligent than anything I have experienced coming from my mind. Both working together is especially powerful.
As long as the mind is being informed by the heart, by love, i.e. we adopt a cardio-centric way of life, we are safe and things change for the better, for ourselves and the world in general.
This first episode is brilliant – it explains how, by being more aware of our bodies when we are doing anything, changes the quality of what we do and being self-aware makes us less selfish because we can feel all of humanity. Great interview, well worth watching.
I agree Carmel the first episode is definitely food for thought in how we are currently living and where we are heading with our self-awareness and approach towards working together in all aspects of our life.
After being addicted to TV for years, the great difficulty in letting it go in the understanding that it is too stimulating, draining, anti-social, etc. now there is true TV, something worth watching, not because it is entertaining but because Serge shares truth about who we are, giving also understanding on the human condition. Looking forward to future episodes..
I found the more I chose to eat healthier food, the less tasty and satisfying the other stuff I had been eating before became. Serge Benhayon TV is like the healthier food. Your whole being can feel it is getting something of quality.
It is super cool to have this bank of tv interviews to watch as and when we choose, access to universal philosophy and discussion… some of the best meals have been prepared in our house whilst listening to these episodes!
Yes these interviews are quality listening that has us pondering on the big questions that are often swept under the carpet or avoided on mass.
SBTV = Awesome = truth = revolutionary TV.
#abouttime
Yes Natasha, I totally agree #abouttime
#abouttime indeed – Serge Benhayon TV is like no other TV program I have ever watched, there is no agenda other than to share the truth with humanity. There is no concern for ratings, fame, what’s in it for me, only the sharing of truth so that people have the opportunity to listen, consider their own lives, how they are living and whether they feel impulsed to makes some changes, or not.
