I agree Gill these episodes of Serge Benhayon TV should be part of the education curriculum. What is being shared in every single one of these episodes is true Science, Religion and Philosophy which is nothing like what we have been falsely educated to believe.

Rebecca said when she is working on the computer she is so engrossed (pharaphrasing here) that she doesn’t notice she has a sore back. When we go into our minds it stops us from feeling the sensitivity of our bodies. We can lock ourselves away for centuries in our minds by making it our fortress, but this I have discovered is a false way of living because it is our bodies that hold the true intelligence. Coming back into our body from a long absence can be extremely difficult because we have relied on our minds to dictate how life should be, what we want it to be based on the pictures we have been fed. So there is a huge amount of control being wielded which our minds do not want to let go of. We have been fed the belief that without our minds we are nothing or that if we loose our mind we will go crazy. This is a complete set up. I know this because I fell for the lie that to lose one’s mind will send me crazy so that I lived terrified of losing my mind.

Gill Also when we can clear enough rubbish out of our bodies so that they feel lighter it gives us the opportunity to feel the tension. Then we can ask ourselves the question: where is that tension coming from? Because it sticks out like a sore thumb. However if we dull our bodies so that they are heavy and unresponsive we won’t feel anything therefore we have cut ourselves off from our bodies intelligence that is always there to be accessed.

These episodes are truly incredible .. groundbreaking and something for the all. Every time I listen to them I learn and receive something new that is needed for my true evolution and could feel here, as Serge and Rebecca are talking about whole body intelligence and a way of being, my body had a deeper understanding of this more than ever before. Serge Benhayon TV is part of my everyday, so very enriching. Thank you Team for what you are bringing here ✨? is it ABSOLUTE GOLD ??

I feel Ariana that we as a collective seemed to have moved on from function and have made a world where we act more like a human machine than a human-being. There is no quality, or integrity, just the doing. I cannot understand why we would want to do this to ourselves, it makes no sense to me why we should want to denigrate ourselves to such an inhuman way of life. Watching these episodes of Serge Benhayon.tv is like a breath of fresh air, someone is at last asking the question, that I have been asking myself since young why are we living like this as it goes against everything we know to be true.

  • Mary October 3, 2020   Reply →

Ariana we just have to read the health statistics to realise that our bodies are rotting away from the toxicity we are ingesting. This tells me that the way we are currently living is having an adverse effect on us, it just doesn’t add up, why is humanity so sick. To me these presentations offer another dimension to life by asking questions that up until now we have not wanted to hear.

There is a wisdom to explore in the body that is greater than what we understood as intelligence in our society. The way this truth is presented here feels very beautiful because there is no ounce of imposition or knowledge but a delivering from the living experience of someone who walk what he talks. This is what makes it so inspiring and accessible.

    • Mary November 7, 2020   Reply →

Inma I agree, Serge and Rebecca express in a conversational way a willingness to look underneath the carpet of life and expose with no judgement or imposition what we have as a collective swept under there in an attempt to hide the truth of our dissatisfaction of life and ourselves so that we can pretend that our current way of life is working.

This sharing brings me to understand that true vitality and wellbeing starts with being loving with ourselves as every choice we make has an impact within our body and in the whole. This raise the bar about what true responsibility is about. Thank you Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine team for sharing about the intelligence of love that we all have access.

I understood this in such a deeper and different way today, it was like watching a new episode. I am a real thinker and I haven’t spent a great deal of time connected to my body, but the more I do the more I feel settled. As soon as I leave my body I begin to feel anxious and racy, and there is no real point to the endless thoughts that disturb and unsettle the body, and that take me away from myself. It makes sense to me that the whole body has intelligence because I definitely feel different things around my body, and I have felt how the body holds different consciousnesses based on experiences I’ve had in life, that then are stored in different areas of the body.

  • Mary January 6, 2020   Reply →

If we are so intelligent then why do we smoke cigarettes when all the evidence shows that they are harmful to our health? Why do we drink alcohol when again everything points to the fact that it is harmful, and yet it has become our everyday drug of choice; if this is true intelligence then this doesn’t make any sense to me at all.

  • Matilda Bathurst October 27, 2019   Reply →

True intelligence is a lived way of being and not an intellectual brain thing. I can feel that when someone shares from their lived experience and choices I am much more ‘all ears’. I guess because my body can feel the integrity of what is being shared and that it is not just an transactional piece of information.

    • Mary June 19, 2020   Reply →

What you have shared is really interesting Matilda because just recently I was having a conversation with somebody and I got the feeling in my body that they where regurgitating something they had heard. It was fascinating because their body was completely flat and they were so wanting to convince me and themselves of what they were saying. Is this how we can trick ourselves into believing something because we want it to be true because it fits a picture we have built about how life should be.

After watching this video I felt more in tune with my body. Afterwards I looked myself in the mirror and I found a beauty beyond this world. After years of having lack of self worth issues I understood how different this society would be if men and women would see themselves in this way. Comparison, jealousy, eating disorders…all these issues based on the physical just wouldn’t exist as you can’t help but feel amazing when you are connected to your body from inside. You get to see the beauty of your being which is far greater than any image this world may provide.

      • Mary April 4, 2022   Reply →

Inma I have rediscovered a deep connection to my body it is fascinating that when I go into the Bathroom there is a big mirror that faces everyone as they enter. I always avoided mirrors there was a time I would hardly looked in one. Now, I stop and take in my delicacy, the sweetness that shows the world the joy in my cheeks and this radiance pours from me it cannot be contained. As you say when we are connected to our bodies from the inside the pure joy that is felt is then available to everyone.
Because I listened and took note of Serge Benhayon and the Ageless Wisdom teachings I have gone from a depressed given up on myself and humanity, a total killjoy, to being this immense glowing beauty. The transformation is an absolute miracle. We could say I have gone from rags to riches in one life time.

If the body has the intelligence of love, and all that comes with it such as harmony, then we would have to say that the way of the education system currently is a reduction of our true intelligence. Obviously to learn mathematics, science, to write, etc, is very needed so we can understand the world and eventually contribute to society with a career, but we are cutting out the intelligence of the body. We see this in the way people abuse and neglect their own body and the skyrocketing rates of ill health, we aren’t connected to our bodies so we can’t respond to their needs, and we see it in the way we relate to one another from the mind, and not from a whole body experience. Even love is something we relate to from mental beliefs, not as a truth felt from our body. Something enormous to explore – whole body intelligence.

  • Mary August 11, 2019   Reply →

I was chatting to some people recently we were discussing how we know we belong to something grander, we may not be able to articulate what that grandness looks like but it is there because we have reconnected to the access. What if there was a door to another world where everything was totally opposite to the way we live today. There are so many books, films, TV series on this subject what if it’s not science fiction but true and all we had to do was reconnect back to what is ours by right. Our bodies know everything but we have this tendency to use our brain to discount what we are feeling.

    • Matilda Bathurst October 27, 2019   Reply →

Thank you Mary. By your last sentence I am inspired to honour more my body’s communication. Actually I find it really fun to respond to this wise guidance.

  • Mary August 11, 2019   Reply →

I like to come back to this particular interview because for me this is where it all starts when we can admit that our bodies are actually so much more intelligent than our minds and that we have fallen for the lie that the mind is the center of our intelligence. We have allowed this very suitable lie because if we were to admit that actually our bodies are so intelligent then we would have to clean up our act so to say and become responsible for the way we behave towards ourselves first and then all others.

Every time i play it, even if it is a for a short period of time – a minute or two, I get to hear something differently – a different perspective, a deeper understanding. I think that’s worth gold, the enrichment it can bring to our lives is something special & worth playing with/ exploring or just giving it a try.

    • Mary March 31, 2020   Reply →

I have found that the more I watch these episodes, the more there is that is unfolding so that it feels as though I am watching for the first time. I have a similar experience when reading the books that Serge Benhayon has written as I deepen more within myself the more is revealed to me in the books and now the TV episodes. This to me shows me the truth of education one is just a regurgitation of something that is dull and dead, so favours those people who have a good recall memory. The other form of education is a constantly evolving and expanding knowledge that is there for everyone equally no recall needed just a willingness to deepen ones awareness of themselves and the world they interact with.

The intelligence of the body cannot he measures by the simplicity of the reduced version of science we have today. It is deeper, grander and encompassing much more than what we see on a physical basis.

I remember watching this for the first time, my friend and I were so chuffed to finally have TV that was worth watching. Nothing that stimulates you & is constantly reporting on the dramas they want to hook you in, no emotion – just a plain presentation. Plain but ever so rich.

I was talking to someone recently and we were discussing immigration as it was very dear to their heart as the UK is not their birthplace. And we agreed that everyone should undertake a DNA test and may be from that we would all come to realise that we are all the same under our skins despite what country, nationality, and language and that it is possible that we are using such words as a way of keeping us all in a false sense of separation. So the next question has to be why do we want to keep ourselves in the separation as this way of living clearly isn’t working? If we used our whole body intelligence rather than our minds how would that look practically?

  • matilda March 25, 2019   Reply →

It was fun listening to this interview again today whilst cleaning the house. It makes so much sense to move in relationship with and awareness of our bodies and how they feel. The feedback communicated by our bodies is immediate and very clear.

The body is intelligent, intelligent in a way which our mind may not yet be able to comprehend. There’s a lot to discover, much to learn and tons to understand. How beautiful is it that woth every single day we have an opportunity to know more.

    • Mary June 4, 2020   Reply →

What I am discovering Viktoria is that there is such a wealth of detail to life which is fascinating we seem to have a tendency to rush through life but there is so much we are missing out on when we do not pay attention to the actual details of life because I feel that is where the joy of life is to be found.

  • Ariana March 7, 2019   Reply →

That the body doesn’t lie is a powerful statement, and what we can do is learn from this source of truth, or try and bury it with food and activities that stops us feeling. It’s always our choice.

  • Mary March 7, 2019   Reply →

I am fascinated by my body and what it is showing me, that there is an untapped intelligence within that I have totally over looked. It’s as though we live our lives on the surface of the water, oblivious to the fact that there is so much more to be lived under the water. As the adage goes there is so much more to life than meets the eye.

When we bring our whole body it is received by everyone!

  • Ingrid Ward February 28, 2019   Reply →

Serge Benhayon makes so much sense of what happens to our body when we work in parts, that is, we are not in harmony with every single part of what makes up our wonderful body. But it’s crazy really that we don’t natural live in this harmony, supported by the wisdom of our body; using our ‘whole body intelligence’. We all would have experienced this wisdom many times in our lives, especially when our body is speaking very loudly to us, so why is it we are not raised to know something that is actually totally natural to us?

    • Mary February 13, 2020   Reply →

Reading your comment Ingrid about our body working in parts it reminded me of how we look after our cars. We take a lot of care with them we ensure that the engine is running smoothly the tyres are pumped up, we use the correct oil and petrol, and we take them to get regular services. In fact we seem to look after our cars better than we look after ourselves and when you ask people why they take such care of their cars, they say because cars are expensive and they need a car to get to work, go shopping or drive the kids around. I understand their reasoning but surely it would also make a lot of sense if we looked after ourselves in the same way we look after our cars but for many of us we do not do this and I do wonder why our cars seem to deserve greater care than ourselves.

I am trying to remember in my new work role (as much as possible) to step aside and to hand things over to my body. What I mean by that is that I know that by getting out of my head and dropping into my body I am employing an intelligence way beyond my intellectual means.

    • Mary November 28, 2019   Reply →

Alexis what you have said is really interesting because for a lot of us especially when we have an investment in what we have gained such as a degree or many degrees, would disagree (pun intended) because we have often invested so heavily in our mind – that to discover that there is more intelligence that we can tap into than we could ever imagine and it flows through our bodies – is too exposing and so is bound to be shouted down or ridiculed. What scientist, mathematician, professor wants to know that whole body Intelligence far out weights what the mind will ever know, when many of us have invested so heavily into our minds to get us the recognition and acceptance for the whole body intelligence we naturally are but that most of us never received as a child.

  • Ariana February 22, 2019   Reply →

The body knows what love is, it’s in our particles. We can ignore it or embrace it and connect with it. The joy is ours when it is felt and lived.

  • Michael Brown February 20, 2019   Reply →

An engine can’t function over a long time properly without taking care of all the parts, not just a few so it makes sense to be the same for the body.

  • Ariana February 17, 2019   Reply →

To value what is presented here is so affirming of who we all are. The connection with our body gives us a deeply respectful quality of life, a respect for ourselves and for all others.

  • Ariana February 15, 2019   Reply →

The wisdom and knowing of the body is far greater than that of a mind that just runs in circles every day thinking it’s so great. Feeling the wisdom within us, we can listen to what is needed.

  • Jonathan Stewart February 11, 2019   Reply →

Whole-body intelligence brings an awareness that we are far more than we are generally regarded to be. In fact we are multi-dimensional beings with a wisdom and knowing that is far greater than is what is commonly perceived as intelligence, which in truth is really the glorification of the ability to recall.

  • Rowena Stewart February 11, 2019   Reply →

The more I study Anatomy and Physiology the more I realise that intelligence is not simply generated by our brains, it is a far grander Universal river of information flowing through our bodies all the time, engulfing our cells with a wisdom that keeps everything working in harmony. Learning how to become a conscious part of this conversation has completely transformed my life.

  • Mary February 10, 2019   Reply →

Watching this episode again reminds me of the simplicity of how our bodies work if we stopped trying to control them via our minds. I wonder if the reason we want to control our bodies is so that we stay being the individual because when we are in our minds we have the ultimate power over our bodies. This would make complete sense as to why we eat certain foods and drink that race our bodies to destabilize it.

  • Ariana February 8, 2019   Reply →

It’s the body that shows us everything of where we are, it explains where more tenderness is needed, down to the specifics, all we need to do is listen.

  • Alexis Stewart February 5, 2019   Reply →

The consciousness of God can’t come through a body that is hated because when we hate our bodies we don’t care for them. In fact we’re much more likely to abuse a body that we hate. Abuse, hate, dislike and disregard etc all come from a consciousness that is invested in us not connecting to the consciousness of God. It is a consciousness that draws in more of the same. It’s imperative that we eliminate abuse, hate, dislike, disregard and anything else that comes from the pranic consciousness if we want to draw in the consciousness of God.

We don’t grow up with the understanding that the body has truth living within it. It’s time we lived with this absolute knowing.

    • Mary October 9, 2021   Reply →

-Ariana, I agree with you when you say
” we don’t grow up with the understanding that the body has truth living within it.”
It is only since 1999 that humanity has been given a different slant on life, which is enabling us to break free of the astral intelligence that has held us all locked down for eons. We talk about being in lockdown but this is a deeper, more insidious form of lockdown because it has become so normalised we don’t realise that we have fallen asleep to the fact that we do not live the free life we all say we want and should have by right.

I have not one smidgen of doubt, that if I had been introduced to the intelligence of the body, as Serge Benhayon presents in this episode, my life’s story would read very differently than it does, especially where my health is concerned. But I wasn’t introduced to this wisdom until I was 55 years old and by then my body had suffered in many ways through me accepting the intelligence of my mind as being the guide in my life, a guide which lead me off in many self-disregarding directions, as it had no consideration for my body in any way whatsoever.

    • Mary May 3, 2019   Reply →

I agree with you Ingrid the mind to me is cold and heartless and has absolutely no consideration for the body. In fact we could say it trashes the body so that it can maintain control over it.

  • Danna Elmalah January 22, 2019   Reply →

The ease in which Serge Benhayon speaks tells us that the whole body intelligence is not something fixed but a connection to our body that knows love so well, that once we allow it to speak all intelligence is there.

Seeing ourselves in parts drives separation from the whole. We can see this everywhere in life today: healthcare, education, daily life where the part that considers itself to be everything – the mind/brain has ruled over the body for long enough now that we can see that this experiment has failed. Very much time to re-introduce the intelligence of our bodies so we can re-learn how to listen to its very clear non-judgmental communication.

  • Jennifer Smith December 31, 2018   Reply →

Its very beautiful to consider that when we approach life with whole body mindedness then we know that we are not in separation from any other body on this planet. We then begin to understand that everything we do or however we are affects another, somewhere along the line. Responsibility in a nutshell.

    • Ingrid Ward February 28, 2019   Reply →

This is one very beautiful knowing Jennifer; that ‘we are not in separation from any other body on this planet’. When we start to feel into the consequences of this connection to everyone else, it doesn’t take long to also realise that everything we do, think or say all has an impact on everyone else; a huge responsibility, but one that if accepted by all, has the power to change the world.

    • Mary May 13, 2020   Reply →

Jennifer, I went for an early morning walk the sun was coming up and the meadow where I walk was so still and yet the birds were singing their heads off heralding the day to come. I sat down on a bench and felt my body the reflection of the stillness around me supported me to feel how racy I was feeling which meant that my thoughts were all over the place. I then was able to feel I had taken on energy from someone else by going into sympathy, so effectively I had said yes to that energy which enabled it to enter my body. So I just allowed myself to feel this and stop the energy going any further because I do not want to infect another with the energy of raciness with thoughts that do don’t support our bodies to settle

    • Mary October 3, 2020   Reply →

Jennifer understand what you are saying in your comment, as I got to see how we move has an effect in water, I went swimming recently and I was the only one at the pool and the water was very still, as I walked down the steps, my movements disturbed the stillness of the water. I stopped to watch the ripples expand out to the point where in minutes the whole pool was disturbed by my movements of just walking down a few steps. What if water reflects the ripple effect we have when we move on land. If this is true, then we do effect everyone as the air is made up of molecules and these vibrate with friction as we move. So therefore, we can say that everything we say, every move we make has a vibration, is the vibration one that is in tune with the Universe or is it one that disturbs. This is a science that we have not been educated to understand. If we were taught this science from young surely, we would live with a greater understanding of life and the responsibility we hold to ourselves and all others.

I can see that my life is divided into two very different stages; the first 50 years where I denied the truth my body was continually trying to share with me, so not surprisingly with ill-health a regular feature during this time; and the last 19 years, where I have come to understand the intelligence of my body, that it is my best friend and wisest companion, and as a result ill-health is only an occasional visitor compared to the boarder it used to be.

    • Mary June 20, 2021   Reply →

Ingrid Ward I agree with you. I can look back and like you and see my life divided into two entirely different stages; The first 50 years when I was constantly ignoring what my body was trying to tell me as a result of my arrogance. Having to cope with ill mental health which dogged me from a young age because of my wayward choices that I continued to make. Since meeting Serge Benhayon I have turned my life around, it wasn’t an overnight wonder but a chipping away of all the ideals, beliefs, pictures, justifications on how life should be, were looked at discarded and healed which has resulted in a completely different relationship with myself, which in turn has changed my relationship with all those I meet. I adore the communication I have with my body and how it constantly supports me to deepen our communication, to a point where I cannot bear to hurt it by using food as a way of racing it or numbing it, because when I do that I do not have the clear access to everything my body shares with me and this sharing is so important it means everything to me now I have reconnected back to my soul. I can say it is something I always knew was there somewhere and having realigned there is no way I want to relinquish the fullness of what I have re- found.
There are no words to describe my appreciation of Serge Benhayon and all that he shares with humanity so that we can re-align, re-connect to the truth of who we are.

Oh my gosh Otto! I totally agree with you, I have not come across any TV program that dares to explore and discuss what is actually going on in life and how we have been imprisoned in a life which we deep down loath because there is a part of us that knows that we are not living to our true and full potential. We crave love but because we ourselves have disconnected from that source; we have accepted a lesser version which is not true love but an emotional soup we then call love. These chat shows expose the rot we live in and have accepted for lifetimes. To me it is because we have accepted this lesser life it has stupefied us, so that this all we know and have come to accept, that is until Serge Benhayon came along and said hey did you know there is another way to live? Speaking for myself we now have a choice; we can watch these episodes of pure gold or we can flip to another channel but we can no longer say we don’t have a choice.

Alexis, Because I didn’t do well at school because I hated being trapped in a system that I knew deep within me doesn’t work, as education as we know it today actually takes us away from everything we know to be true deep within us. You actually have to be very self aware and devoted to yourself to withstand the heavy yoke that is placed on our shoulders as a result of our education system. As you say true intelligence comes from the universe and this teaching has been denied to us from the moment we are born into a model of life that ensures we are not taught the origins of where we come from and just how powerful we all are. Therefore it is no coincidence that we are taught the complete opposite of our true origins so that the model of life we are born into can be upheld.

It makes sense that the body is the marker of all truth when you see how much we attempt to obliterate it during our lifetime.

    • Ingrid Ward December 11, 2018   Reply →

And with that continual choice to obliterate the wonderful body that is the vehicle which supports us from our first day in this life, to the last, it becomes obvious that there is something about the truth that makes us so uncomfortable that we will do what ever we can to deny it. We can deny, ignore or obliterate as much as we choose to, but it doesn’t stop the body from endlessly ‘being that marker of truth. It’s not going to stop just because of our errant behaviour.

Ingrid the body as you say doesn’t stop just because of our errant behaviour, it is in tune to a higher vibration than we can at this time imagine… if we stay in the resistance to the higher vibration then I believe this leads to dis-ease in our bodies which is reflecting to us the energetic poison we have ingested, if everything is energy what energy are we aligning to that the body then has to discard?

However all is not lost there is a way to breathe the fresh air again, and there are now thousands of people who are enjoying the smell of fresh air, all we have to do is put aside any prejudices and just listen to what is being presented and these TV interviews stand as a testament to the teachings of the Ageless Wisdom.

I totally struggled with the education system and how it asked you to not be who you are but you were told how you were based on what you could deliver. There was not connection to being within and certainly no connect with the body, it is based all on the skills with your mind. I agree a loveless system that delivers nothing but devastation of being separated from who we truly are.

I agree with you Natalie that our current education system is devised to keep us locked into our minds, this too me is very unhealthy and is borne out by the fact that we have so many people going on to higher education and obtaining degrees in a plethora of different subjects but this has not stopped our overall health from deteriorating and if as we know our bodies cannot lie then what are our bodies showing us? And isn’t it time we listened ?

When we live in our heads it feels like there is very little space in or around us but when we start living from our bodies space starts to open up, so much so that it feels like it cracks right open.

I know for myself Alexis it has taken me years to return into my body as it felt so full of yuck, I had to clear out the poison of all the negativity I had absorbed from life, before I could slowly come back and feel what it is like to live within myself again. When we live from our minds it gives permission for another energy to occupy our bodies and that energy isn’t pleasant by any means as I discovered and it has been reluctant to leave. Everything has to be looked at and addressed otherwise the energy festers and comes up somewhere else in the body, always attempting to take back what it once owned.

    • Mary June 20, 2021   Reply →

The biggest revelation to me was that we do not think, Joshua but are fed from a stream of consciousness that is constantly passing through us. To me this was such a huge relief to know this because my thoughts have been so self crushing, vile and degroitry. Thank goodness we have been taught this so I can say that my thoughts are not me. Now I know where they are coming from, I can deny those thoughts access into my body which has changed my whole outlook about myself. Because I do not entertain those thoughts any more I have actually developed a very self loving relationship with myself and the turnaround is amazing. I actually enjoy my own company rather than trying to run away from me because I considered myself to be such a ‘bad’ person. Which were all lies fed to me from outside my body! How many more billions of people think there is something wrong with them or that they are ‘bad’ in some way, when actually they are nothing of the sort just caught up in a vile energy that seeks to control and manipulate us.

  • Ingrid Ward November 14, 2018   Reply →

When Serge Benhayon first shared the words “An issue of ambulation” I didn’t quite know what he was talking about, but as he explained further it made sense. If I am feeling down and begin walking in the energy of this low feeling, my movements – my ambulation – buries that feeling into my body and my body begins to reconfigure as it adapts to something that is actually foreign to it. And of course, if the issue is not healed then the configuration becomes more and more ingrained causing many other problems. This piece of wisdom helped me to make so much sense of certain times of my life.

    • Ariana March 8, 2019   Reply →

I love how you captured the “issue of ambulation” from this presentation, for how we move is everything for us as we move in so many different ways with our body, our speech and our thoughts. Everything is movement.

      • Alexis Stewart June 14, 2019   Reply →

Yes we do move in so many different ways but all of those different ways can all be boiled down to only two and that is either moving with God or without Him. Moving with God is not difficult or elaborate, children move with Him all of the time but as adults we have learnt to move in ways that are not in keeping with God and these ways have unfortunately become our accepted living way. The Way of The Livingness is a way of returning to moving with God within his body so that we return again to being reabsorbed back into His body. No identity other than Him.

        • Mary June 20, 2021   Reply →

Alexis Stewart I like the idea of being reabsorbed back into the body of God which is the universe because that is where we all come from as our particles are made up of the particles of the universe this fact even the scientist cannot deny.

I love the discussion on intelligence. There is no criticism of what we currently know intelligence to be but asking is there more to intelligence that we currently think? The final discussion on suicide in doctors is an important case in point in showing is that our current understanding of intelligence has not stopped people from suiciding where love has. The phrase ’emotional intelligence’ comes to mind here for this is also seen as a pinnacle for health professionals. I am wondering if people with high levels of ’emotional intelligence’ have suicided? My feeling is that they have, but it would be good to look into this more. The other question is there a loving way with ’emotional intelligence’? and are emotions actually intelligent? Looks like I have given myself a research project.

Serge Benhayon making sense of life, once again. From this episode he makes so much sense of the fact that, as we take our body with us wherever we go and whoever we are with, if we are disconnected from it, will be naturally be disconnected – not in a true connection – with another. And then of course the opposite is, that when we are connected to our body we are naturally connected to all others and in both instances the feelings within our body will be so very different. When we allow the wisdom of our body to lead the way, we will definitely not be able to disconnect from it, ever again.

Yes, it is a huge mistake Sam, and one that we are paying for dearly. We consider ourselves, as humans, to have a superior intelligence to any other species on the planet, but do we ever see other animals treating themselves in the extremely disregarding way we treat ourselves? The escalating global statistics as to the dreadful state of the world’s overall health certainly exposes that the intelligence of the mind, we place so much stock on, is nowhere as true as the intelligence we naturally have access to in every moment, and that is the intelligence of the body.

Our minds will always take us away from our bodies and yet it is through our bodies that the answers to every conundrum and predicament that we will ever face will come. We have to therefore keep coming back to our bodies over and over again. And it is from that reconnection to our bodies that we then get to feel how we’re treating ourselves and we naturally start to make changes that are more loving. Gradually our body becomes more like our lover and it is then that Heaven can really work through us for the benefit of humanity.

To live in a way where we are truly vital and living and expressing the beings that we are is something that I have started to feel within myself as possible. From this beginning we can then understand that we are all living in disharmony and the effect this is having on our bodies. What I don’t quite understand about us as human-beings is we have built a life which most find extremely stressful as we seem to have built a way of being that is all about security, which supports being in competition with each other and we are glorifying and feeding the profit monster that has an insatiable appetite. This is all of our own making and so if it is of our own making and we are suffering the ill effects of what we have done to ourselves then surely we can also unmake it all?

Now there is no way I would go back to my old way of living which was plagued with mental health problems they do not register in my body now because the amount of love I have reconnected to is greater than the devastation that living from my mind brought to me.

There are many courses that talk about the client’s body language but only as a way of reading their mood now, not as a way of predicting mental illness to come.

One of the many incredible things that Serge Benhayon has shared here and really hit home for me was how when we actually live in a way that is focused on our own bodies and the innate intelligence that comes from it when we are with our bodies in all our movements, it is not really being ‘self-centred’ but actually dissolving ‘self’ by feeling the connection we have with everyone else on the planet and beyond. We are then so much bigger than this one arrangement of particles, and the responsibility to care for our body then can be felt to be much greater as we know that all that we do to it effects everyone and everything else! Wow, so cool!

I agree, Otto. Who would not be interested in finding out more about ‘Whole Body Intelligence’ and re-discovering the limitless power and wisdom within each and every one of us, that has been there all along waiting to be tapped into?

    • Rowena Stewart August 30, 2018   Reply →

Have never heard of that expression before Otto but I have to wholeheartedly agree. Serge Benhayon TV is the coolest ‘water cooler’ show going, one that provides food for thought for days, weeks and months after as we gradually digest all the wisdom that is on offer here, around the water cooler, the copy machine, in the canteen and beyond.

Where better to start at episode 1 than the body, the marker of all truths. The very same body that is by nature designed to support us, we neglect like it’s the biggest annoyance of all.

  • Rik Connors August 12, 2018   Reply →

I agree with Serge Benhayon when he says if the body does not feel right, I will feel uncomfortable or even awkward. My ‘next move’ then is a simple movement. If it is something that takes a little more work then that what is needed — more continuous choices and moves to help support a true change.

‘…the whole body is responsive to everyone…’ and therefore when we are working, walking, talking, cooking, cleaning, eating, sleeping etc. in relationship with our whole body, we are doing it in consideration and respect of everyone else… this is the foundation for community and harmony.

  • Leigh Matson August 11, 2018   Reply →

I sat here watching this, especially the part about having an issue with the neighbour or another person and having someone you truly love I asked myself “How much do I love myself?” because when that tension from the reaction comes it in affects then how I am with myself and not allowing my body to express how it wants to in order to be reactive. Whenever I focus on the other I have an issue with not much changes. When I bring it back to myself, addressing the reaction I allow in and through my body then the situation changes.

    • Otto Bathurst August 17, 2018   Reply →

So you just watched a piece of TV that inspired you to ask the question “how much do I love myself?”… the volume of moving image content that is being produced and is available to us is growing exponentially every year; we are literally being swamped by it…and yet here, from amongst the barren, toxic sludge, a glorious lotus flower has sprung up.

      • Janet August 30, 2018   Reply →

Very true, Otto. This kind of TV does not bombard us with anything but rather lets us be without imposition, and in that space we are free to consider the universal truths that are being humbly presented.

Even though I have seen this a few times I felt like I was watching it for the first time today because the way I was able to understand whole body intelligence was at such a deeper level. It’s amazing what a shift in personal awareness allows us to access. My new understanding has inspired me to start exploring this more myself starting by being more connected to and present with my whole body. Thank you to the whole team behind these amazing TV epsiodes.

What we have been following isn’t the real us, isnt wise or looking after our best interests, it’s just familiar, strong and vociferous. But it’s time the voice in our head took a back seat to the knowing that’s there in our every cell. Thank you Serge Benhayon for the stunning way you keep making life about everything.

Our body presents the truth – full stop. It is always communicating our choices back to us, whether we like it or not. Therefore we have to say that our body is from love, because love never holds back from the truth.

    • Matilda Bathurst August 12, 2018   Reply →

And if we accept the fact that the body communicates with and from love it becomes more blatantly futile and ignorant to ignore what it has to say.

  • Jennifer Smith August 2, 2018   Reply →

A very beautiful conversation regarding love in relationships and because we have a body we cannot contain that love to one person that it is something that we naturally are with everyone. These conversations take our everyday conversations and connections to a whole new level.

  • Michael Brown August 1, 2018   Reply →

The fact that we have championed one section of the body as being the entire intelligence of it all, is well…. unintelligent to begin with!

Now this is what I call true television. To be presented with so much incredible and potentially life-changing wisdom in just over 23 minutes feels like one huge gift for humanity. You could watch hour upon hour of ‘regular’ television programs and never get anywhere near the level of love, wisdom and integrity that Serge Benhayon presents with. Now looking forward to the next episode and to learning more about me and life.

  • Jennifer Smith July 26, 2018   Reply →

I love how Serge talks about our body being responsive to everyone, which is why when we begin to take care of our body we begin to realise that we do love being with people and we start to feel more of what is going on around us. This has certainly been my own experience.

  • Natalie Hawthorne July 23, 2018   Reply →

To think that our bodies are not connected with everyone and thing around us is a level of arrogance that society has been caught in for a very long time. Our current affairs around the world and our general state of our health and wellbeing sums up clearly how this arrogance is not working. To live in a way that honours and listens to what our bodies are communicating to ourselves and everyone is the return to a state of being not only for ourselves but the whole world of harmony and balance.

I am understanding and practicing that self-centerness that was mentioned. Having my focus or awareness on my body and within me and THEN everything else around me or what I may be doing rather than focusing on outside of myself and ignoring whats going on inside the body. It makes me feel much more steady and stable, often appearing very calm and centred as opposed to erratic and stressed.

When I didn’t understand the intelligence and the wisdom of my body, but allowed my mind to run my life, my body suffered incredibly as did the quality of the way I was living. But from the moment Serge Benhayon began to present about the body’s innate intelligence it made so much sense to me so I started to listen intently to my body. It was one of the wisest decisions I had ever made, as once I began to listen I started to make different choice and life slowly changed as did the quality of my well-being and vitality.

This could change the course of psychology, understanding that, if there is a psychological problem, something is already manifesting in our body, and that looking at the body, how it moves and how it is, can help us to resolve those problems.

Serge Benhayon is a perfect example of how when connecting to our Soul and our Body the way we then communicate with every movement and words spoken are then unified and are in vibration with the All. Deeply inspiring and can feel how possible it is to live this with each choice that we make. We either magnify or reduce such a potential.

There is a very exquisite science to what has been presented here about how honouring our own body and its continuous communication means that we becoming more responsive to others. The body can’t be a stand alone thing that just functions there absolutely is an intelligence beyond what our mental intelligence has lead us to believe. Our Soul is a being that is constantly there and when we pass over it clearly has moved on and we are left with the a body that is empty.

It is really quite incredible to contemplate the possibility or simply just the fact, that our human bodies are aware that they are sharing space with all the particles that make up all the other bodies on this planet, and perhaps even with the stars and planets and everything else that exists. This whole body intelligence is an intelligence that for me inspires a great humbleness.

  • Joseph Barker May 17, 2018   Reply →

The way we attack truth in this world is testament to the fact that what we call intelligence is very limited indeed. You don’t have to believe Serge Benhayon but surely it is time we gave listening to our body a proper try?

I can feel that there is not one true love, I do feel like I want to be committed to one person in life, this feels amazing, but we can have this with every one, we do not need to make someone more special, when we love another person in truth we learn to love everyone in that quality. We can have a different sort of relationship with them, but the quality of Love can be the same.

It was explained to me recently that the ‘Harry Potter’ books were all about love conquering evil because we all know within us that this is true. As you say Joshua
” love is actually greater, grand and way way more powerful than the cold mind would ever be but this highlights if not is highly indicative of where humanity is truly at.”
We all know deep within us that there is this undeniable love, but for many of us we have been so hurt by the inhuman way we live, that we would rather stay in the denial of love than learn to trust it again. I believe this is why these teachings are by many rejected because we cannot bear to be reminded of what it is to truly love and be loved.

I so appreciate all the workshops, presentations I have attended, I have grown so much in my understanding of our bodies and how they communicate, the universe and of course energy. This is much more than anything I have learnt growing up or at school. That Serge Benhayon is taking the presentations out to the wider world so that everyone has an opportunity or choice to feel for themselves whether what he says makes sense or not is just what is needed. Speaking from personal experience I was sleep walking through life until I met Serge Benhayon now I walk through life full of the wonder and joy I had when I was a small child when anything was possible and wealth and health was what we carried in our hearts.

Nattalija of course it does make sense doesn’t it, the mind run by the spirit doesn’t want us to reconnect back to our bodies because if we did deeply connect then the whole foul game would be exposed. That if we regain our sensitivity which is currently being bludgeoned by our spirit that keeps us all trapped in our minds we would find the stillness that resides within us all and in the stillness the spirit is no more hence the constant fight to keep us locked away in our minds.

The statement, apt as it is, that intelligence has never stopped anyone from suiciding but love has, is seminal and proves what we miss out on when we put the mind’s intelligence ahead of everything – even human life, if need be.

    • Jennifer Smith March 20, 2018   Reply →

So true Gabriele. We need to examine this further to really expose the intelligence that we think is intelligent. This intelligence pegs one against another, making one better than another. Its no wonder in some situation that suicide results when we convince ourselves that this is true. We have highly intelligent people suiciding and really this does not make sense. Serge Benhayon is the only person I have heard of questioning our intelligence and exposing it for what it is, and at the same time saying that we all have equal access to an even greater intelligence.

Love how Serge breaks it down to its plain and simple truth. Essentially there is no ‘smarter’ or ‘dumber’ person than anyone else because we all have a body that can equally access and know the same things about life. The only true difference is the level of connection we have with ourselves and our body.

  • Lieke Campbell March 5, 2018   Reply →

I love the sharing that putting a lot of attention into ourselves is not selfish but actually something that holds everyone when it is done in a true way. We need to love ourselves and our bodies and feel totally at ease with ourselves before we can truly not impose on others and this is something I am learning and deepening still to this day.

  • Zofia March 4, 2018   Reply →

Teaching about “whole body intelligence” as Serge Benhayon TV shares so well here is monumental … and through understanding some of this vast science myself, the wisdom the body does hold and honouring this intelligence is how I turned my life around. What I’ve been learning over the years is that without true connection to our body, we lose connection to life and to living. We lose our zest. No wonder the rates of suicides are escalating as the world cements disconnected-ness through varying forms of distraction and numbing ways.

  • Elaine Arthey March 3, 2018   Reply →

“Love is the highest form of Intelligence” Were we to take this statement to heart and truly ponder on it we would realise that Love is not what we have been led to believe and that although we have had a sense of the truth of it always, we have actually had this intelligence inside us, we have not been living it and thus not allowing Love, true Love, to be in the world.

    • Andrew Mooney March 15, 2018   Reply →

Yes I completely agree Elaine and what is very interesting is that the words love and intelligence have often not been in the same sentence in human history, because as human beings we seem to have this belief that intelligence comes from our minds or our intellects only. However what I have discovered is that my body and my heart has a wisdom and intelligence that is way beyond anything my mind can come up with. It is an intelligence that knows love and therefore also knows when something is not loving.

  • Melinda Knights March 3, 2018   Reply →

Everything becomes so clear for me when I listen to Serge. Whole body mindedness is such a fascinating topic, for me it’s the missing link and explains how disconnected we have become to ourselves and to the whole experience we are having with life because of the focus on the mind and knowledge based intelligence. The body is still experiencing life and accumulating tensions and hurts which the knowledge based intelligence doesn’t know how to deal with. What is shared here is a truly wholistic way of living.

I now can completely understand the notion of fully body intelligence and how we hang on to hurts and suppress them in our childhood which we then carry with us into adulthood. I am a great example of this. I wasn’t able to deal with my hurts as a child and they festered in my body as I grew up these un dealt with hurts led to depression and mental ill health as a young adult. I ignored what my body was trying to tell me for years and it wasn’t until I met Serge Benhayon and listened to his presentations attended the workshops that with support I was able to understand my body and just how much I had ignored it to the detriment of my own health. So from personal experience I can say that we really do need to sit up and take notice of what Serge Benhayon is telling us because the illness and disease rates are so out of control nothing else appears to be working. My point is if by listening to my body worked for me then surely it can work for everyone else, I am by no means unique.

A beautiful life changing interview offering a totally different approach to life from our bodies and all we feel and the true intelligence it connects us to. Working in connection with our body in our being ness allows a beautiful quality and love in or lives. This is something that I am finding for my self from the presentations of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine that makes absolute sense in its oneness and whole body ness.

Whole Body intelligence = Love in the body. I once had suicidal thoughts over 12 years ago. I had them recently too very randomly out of the blue 6 or so months ago. These latest thoughts stood out and were not entertained for what they were knowing they were not mine. The suicidal thoughts earlier in my life were entertained but were never taken to that next level of how was it to be done – this was never a consideration. This proves the love I had in my body was too strong. The love I knew I had for me that I could say carried over from choices from past lives. It’s proof to me that every choice we make should come from and in full respect to the body in response to the all as this is what we return to.

    • Mary December 27, 2021   Reply →

Where do these thoughts come from Rik the thought to suicide, or to feel that we are worthless, scum etc. Well Serge Benhayon has given us all the answers from a wayward spirit that separated from the one soul and by doing so has to keep the lie going in whatever way it can so that it doesn’t have to face its responsibility of the separation in the first instance and that nothing it has created is working, literally nothing we are living in a world of smoke and mirrors and the spirit has to keep us all in the constant motion of life, because the moment we stop the trickery and false way of being is exposed.

I was there when Serge invited us to go out to our cars and reimprint how we sat in and closed the doors and yes you could feel the difference in the room when we came back. How different our world would be in offices, in our homes, if we do everything with tenderness.

Interesting how the way we walk can amplify what is going in our minds, so if we walk in anger we leave behind an imprint of that anger as well as cementing the tension in our bodies. We can use walking to reconnect especially if we walk gently.

The idea that we Love one person over another, is so false and hinders us so much, when we live Love it is an energy, a way of being that can not be directed and held in only for one. We can be married to one, and have a sexual relationship with one, but Love that is lived is for everyone to feel.

One day “whole-body intelligence” will be taught as a normal part of life and the age when we isolated one organ and made it more than the other will seem primitive by comparison. Serge Benhayon and these teachings are before their time but ironically, they are also ancient, as we are not really coming to anything new, but rather returning to our original wholeness.

I find our bodies to be absolutely fascinating that it understands that it is sharing life with everyone else, it understands it self to be part of the whole and instinctively knows it is love and that this love is not just for a few but to be shared with everyone because we all come from the same love. So to me this exposes our current way of living which is the complete opposite to how our bodies would live if it was given the opportunity to do so. So could it be this is why there is so much illness and disease in the world because our bodies are living against this innate sense of love we all come from?

  • Melinda Knights January 23, 2018   Reply →

It’s quite amazing to consider that it’s the body that leads us back to brotherhood, to living the truth of what love is, and that psychological ill health begins with a condition in the body. We have kind of isolated parts of ourselves in terms of viewing the human condition, such as with psychology focusing in the mind, instead of looking at the whole body and how it’s impacted. It’s a different way to view human beings, which is exactly what we need.

I am finding that as I listen to my body more this is naturally exposing another energy that is the complete opposite to my whole body intelligence. This is huge for me because I am being shown that I have been allowing an energy that has been very abusive to run my body. I know this from the choices I have made in my life, which were extremely abusive to me and others around me. As I make more loving choices to respect and take a greater deeper care of me the more this other energy gets exposed. And it hates being exposed because the more it gets exposed the less control it has over me. Coming to this understanding that there are energies at play that I have been choosing to ignore is a huge relief as I have been trying to dismiss something that cannot be dismissed which is that there are energies at play that will wreak havoc with us all because we have not been taught that they exist. Re learning this via my whole body has enabled me to take back control over my life.

The question is do we choose to listen?

That’s true Rachel, living from the body also offers so many opportunities to take better care of our health and wellbeing. Going through life unaware of the body and it’s many signals can lead to ill health as we may be ignoring its many warnings that the body is not coping with how we are treating ourselves. Considering the care we give to our cars (but not our body) really exposes the focus we have on living from the mind and its intelligence without consideration to the whole body, and the pervasive disregard we have for our whole selves.

This brings home the depth of wisdom I deny by giving preference to my mental intelligence at the expense of the body. There is still an arrogance for me in thinking the body is less, is subservient and dumb when actually it is far more intelligent than my mind without it can fathom. When we live by usual forms of what’s considered intelligent, and are not in line with what our bodies are communicating then it’s easy to miss the fact that the quality in which things are done isn’t great at all because we’re not able to feel the difference.

What is being offered here is a reminder that we are all sharing this space with each other and that the word “self-centred ” has been so distorted over the years, for true self centeredness is the ability to be in your centre, from this place you are with your whole body equally, all parts and then as an extension of this, you are also with all others in this same way. It is amazing how we have turned this phrase into being selfish, which has a negative connation.

The example about the neighbour is such a great teaching that in fact our bodies know true intelligence that we are all one and the same and that this Love is that absoluteness of who we are. Understanding that so many issues that seem to dominate society actually start in our bodies is most definitely a game changer… It also opens up the can of worms that is where does our responsibility start… We can have so many positive ideals and belief, so to speak, but if we are ignoring the innate connection that is there to be had with our own bodies then nothing can truly change.

Coming back to watch this first episode again I have a clear understanding from what is being discussed that we can restrict our bodies by moving in a certain way. As an example, I know that I have lived life in reaction to it which has resulted in my body contracting away from life and people. I realise this way of moving which came from a hurt not only shuts me down but also shuts people out because they can feel my coldness towards them. I have reversed this, changing the way I move by healing the hurt that kept me contracted. This is the transformation because having healed my hurt I can fully interact with life and I enjoy doing so – I have found that people are drawn to the warmth they can feel in my body. I’m embracing life and them it’s the best medicine in the world.

What is shared here is the key to the expansion of love – that the body is not designed to love only one other person. And that if I love everyone then it is felt when I direct my love at another. So what we have here is the gift of oneness and in that, the answer to any and all separation that exists in the world.

We are not really brought up nor encouraged to develop a relationship with our body and being. That’s just the way it has been but it has become very obvious that the lack of this relationship is causing much illness and disease. Learning to listen what the body is saying and communicating and then honouring this is an unfolding journey. One that we will all eventually take as and when we choose too.

I have never heard anyone other than Serge Benhayon discuss the relationship between intelligence and our choices through life and the example that he gave was suicide. He is correct, it doesn’t make sense that people so intelligent like doctors would complete suicide and all of their mighty intelligence does not reduce this. The very beautiful thing here is that he is not saying that there is anything wrong with our intelligence, it’s that our intelligence is greater, when it’s not about it coming from our brain, but through the wisdom of our body.

  • Samantha Davidson December 3, 2017   Reply →

Our relationship with our body is where we need to come from in everything we live, I have no doubt that this developing relationship has opened up doors, wisdom, and understanding in my own life and I see this in other people who I have encountered that are making it a priority to be whole-body aware.

Its very true that we put what we are doing ahead of how we are, or our beingness when we are doing what we are doing. Attending a retreat this year I became aware of this very thing. For 5 days, other than a walk or 2 everyday, I was sitting, in fact I did a lot of sitting. Ordinarily I would feel stiff after sitting for a couple of hours, but there was not one ounce of stiffness, in fact my body felt more light and more flexible and I even felt taller. This just highlights when we approach anything from our beingness first our whole body benefits as does the quality of our output.

It supports me to understand in a deeper way that we are all the same bodywise as it exposes for me more the different often separative behaviours we have against each other. The more I consider this possibility – the fact that it is with our whole bodies (not just our brain) that we access our true intelligence – the more I experience the innate wisdom of my body as it feeds back constantly about what is going on, how I am choosing to live, move and respond in life and there is a completeness to this that does not leave me making decisions (from my brain) that disregards any part. My whole body is much more attuned to seeing what serves the all rather than just a select few.

What I find fascinating in this interview is that long before we develop any mental health issue in our mind, we have already cemented and contorted our bodies in a way that shuts us down, hides us and generally disconnects, in the way we move and relate to others. So, although psychology has come leaps and bounds it is still working backward in a way. When we finally realise that we are actually one unit and we need to look at our issue from every prospective, as in the way we move, the tone of our voice and our posture, not just the way we think, the thoughts we have and diet and exercise. If we do not begin to connect the dots like this, we will only be band-aiding our issues, as opposed to actually treating the root cause.

It takes an enormous amount of effort for us to pretend to be who we are not. We have to apply ourselves constantly to the business of not being ourselves because if we didn’t then we would naturally know ourselves to be the segments of God that we are. The fact that we don’t consciously know that we are ‘made in Gods image’ is evidence of the considerable effort that we are putting into not knowing.

Listening to Serge Benhayon he is saying the same thing that our bodies know far more than we give it credit for, we tend to live in our minds rather than listen to what our bodies are communicating to us, and this is to the detriment of our health and wellbeing.

There are so many times I have felt I was not in control of them yet if we take this as an experiment and consider the quality of our movements as the potential to change our thought patterns, processes and we also consider the potential immediacy of those changes, then we must start that experiment immediately.

This is prime television, it should be in the peak tv watching times for all to see. To have the opportunity to hear that there is something much more than what we have accepted as our truth. That our bodies have a Multi Dimensional quality and vibration that they are continually communicating with and it is up to us whether we connect with this or not. Law of free will.

This is just so clear and makes full sense , for how can love individualise itself , for love is love. Thanks Rebecca Asquith

How amazing when we change the quality of our doing and movements how different the energy we emmanate is and how much more harmony is then possible as a consequence. Everywhere and with everybody we choose to bring our movements back to quality we change the world by changing the energy as microcosm is like macrocosm.

This is a way of looking at our personal responsibility in life that we should all be taught in our homes and in our schools. How we do things matters because it has a ripple effect that affects others. Without considering ourselves as energy and part and parcel of a greater body of energy we can stay arrogantly doing whatever we want, however we want, without considering the consequences on other people.

Watching episode One today, brings me to a place where I find myself pondering. I am studying, so there is information I do need to remember. But how I allow myself to retain this information is a choice. I can either rely entirely on my mind, or I can study and present caring of my body and allow the memory my body has of the experience of the study I am doing to be where the information is that I need to come from. This is very challenging and is taking an innate trust in my body, as I have never before considered that my true intelligence is held within it.

  • Natallija June 30, 2017   Reply →

This is making more sense each time I watch this video. The complications that are fed to us truly take us off task when we think that true intelligence comes from the head. We are given absolute truth and gold of this topic from this TV viewing.

  • Samantha Davidson June 29, 2017   Reply →

Our bodies feel the truth of life, right from the beginning, but what is represented as true by the creations of society often opposes this and so we shut down, and compromise on what we feel, I know I did it. An example is the education system, it does exactly this, it can control and deny a child’s natural joy and wisdom. We do not need to look for it, try and get it in a sense our body is already absolutely intelligent, we need to allow and accept the wisdom in our lives and not deny it.

  • Natallija June 29, 2017   Reply →

Each time I watch the first episode of this amazing TV channel I am always brought back to the simplicity that we can all live and can feel that it such an example of supportive journalism that asks us to ponder on our day and lives. Quality TV at its best.

We have sadly reduced the whole body intelligence for something so much smaller and less able to support us in life. No wonder we are struggling to flourish and in many cases just trying to survive.

  • Natalie Hawthorne June 26, 2017   Reply →

Wow when we look at our bodies with this multi level of dimensionality you can’t but be in awe of how incredible we are. Every particle is in its divine order that is corresponding and in line with the Universe. Each and everyone of us has a purpose and constellation that is needed for the whole and that we are all unique yet we all come from the one uniting source. You can’t bring in comparison at all because it literally doesn’t make any sense what so ever.

  • Natalie Hawthorne June 12, 2017   Reply →

You literally can not get bored watching this time and time again. I know that I haven’t in the past chosen to be aware of what my body was communicating and I have always believed that it was about being clever and how intelligent you were. For me this instantly put me in a lesser position because I never connected to the way the education system was taught. The knowledge would not stick and I struggled in the way I had to learn. Letting go of this and coming to understand that it is actually a connection with my body and Soul that vibrates with the Universe, I actually am all knowing. You can’t play the lesser card any more as we all have access to the same Universe.

Thank you Serge Benhayon for bringing ‘whole body intelligence’ to the fore. We have spent centuries championing mental ‘intelligence’, disregarding the wisdom the body feels and knows, and look where it has got us as a humanity – sky rocketing health issues and still at war with each other.

I view this website often due to the joy I receive in hearing the truth offered to the world. Each time this episode has brought me closer in not only understanding but starting to live the whole body intelligence. In the past I would have raised my hand and said I don’t know how to do this but now I am aware that the body will offer all that is needed and the part I need to offer in each situation not matter how big or small that may be. Brilliant sharing Serge Benhayon!

  • Natalie Hawthorne June 6, 2017   Reply →

With out fail Serge Benhayon makes complete sense in what he is sharing, of course we have a whole body intelligence considering we are made up of cells and particles. There has to be a source that is communicating with this micro level in us so to say we are intelligent only from the mind is what I would call narrow mindedness.

  • Natallija June 5, 2017   Reply →

I have just re-watched this episode and it blows me out of the water how we can champion intelligence of the brain when what is offered in this short and powerful viewing is an opportunity to delve deeper beyond ourselves and truly take in the bigger picture.

  • Golnaz Shariatzadeh May 28, 2017   Reply →

The whole of the Universe and nature are constantly reflecting that we are part of a flow and intelligence far greater than our brain can even understand. We cannot possibly be proud of the world we have created through using the intelligence of our mind alone which seems to go contra to the harmony and flow of everything else around us.

Connecting to a greater intelligence through our whole body in its entirety – what is expressed in this episode is a breath of fresh air and inspiring. Looking into this area ought to be the next wave of scientific focus.

The understanding that to call the love between two people to be the meaning of love is to diminish the truth of love as presented by Serge Benhayon explains so much as to why love is constantly being sought and yearned for deep down by practically everyone.

  • Jonathan Stewart May 19, 2017   Reply →

Serge Benhayon is making a hugely significant point when he says, “The body cannot be contained to loving one person”. Love is our true expression and is universal and to make one person the focus of our love is to reduce love to something far less than what it truly is.

  • Jennifer Smith May 18, 2017   Reply →

There is so much being exposed in this conversation. The quality of love we hold another in and how this affects all of our relationships. This in itself needs a much greater exploration from each one of us.

Listening to Serge Benhayon share how healing is to truly arrest the root energy that is in the body in the first place is what has blown me away by the modalities of Universal Medicine. Every single time I have a session of healing, be it any of the different modalities, I can feel the energy that I have chosen be exposed being released. Such is the power of Universal Medicines modalities that they are life changing. Hopping off a table and feeling the physical difference is extraordinary, especially when you are unaware that the energy was there in the first place. By being in the session you are giving your Soul permission to release and discard what is not of this vibration. Deeply deeply powerful.

  • Kerstin Salzer May 10, 2017   Reply →

I start to grasp that what Serge Benhayon is presenting here is filled with so much love that it is leaving the choice to me to take this to heart and take responsibility or reject it. I always was listening to Serge and what he said was absolute to me so I tried to put into practice what he was presenting. But in this behaviour there was no true responsibility, as it was more a ‘doing what the other is telling me’, which brought up resistance in my body. It was not a personal discernment, making a conscious choice and truly taking responsibility for what I have chosen.

I love how we can hear something, often repeatedly, and think we understand it and do it; then we hear it again in a whole other way and realise we haven’t understood it at all – at least not to the extent that we’re truly living it. And so it was with the beginning of this episode when the act of sitting in our chair to work was described in detail, along with why it matters. I’ve heard this presented many times before, but this time I heard it in a way that I understood it at the felt level, in my body. That is whole body intelligence – a knowingness we can actually live because it is embodied, rather than a mental, tick-the-box, ‘yeah I got it’ exercise that promptly get forgotten or dismissed.

I thought I knew the body very well until I came across Serge Benhayon. My awareness of the body was through anatomy and physiology from text books, plus the theory of how emotions, food and energetic flow might also affect the body from various alternative health care modalities. But what Serge Benhayon presents has expanded my understanding and appreciation to a whole different level in a way I did not imagine was possible.

I look forward to the day that such wisdom and wealth of information is part of our education system.

What Serge shares about how it is the quality or our being before any doing is something that I continually am deepening – I work in senior management in hospitality and like most positions in senior management there is a lot going on and you are juggling many balls. So when I am going about my day and feel any tightness in my shoulders or hardness in the way I am moving, typing on the computer, making coffee or serving I know that I have made it about what I am doing. When I bring it back to my connection to my beingness and feeling my body and then move, my movements are completely different.

So inspiring what is shared here about relationships and how we have this state of the world that says ‘love our partners/family more than others’ and yet – by not having equality in our relationships we bring issues into our seen-to-be more intimate relationships because we hold others as less. The wisdom shared here is amazing and shows how we can get caught in the trap of inequality and how this effects everyone around us.

The,character in the body may not guide the body with the same love the body innately has. Often we do not distinguish in our temporal world that there is something in us which guides the body which often has an unloving behaviour, whereas the body itself is loving and in its nature would express pure love. The key for me is the body and to understand its symptoms and language.

When we try to understand life with our mind, there is a scrambling for explanations, theories, justifications, suppositions, ideals and beliefs. Yet when we settle into the stillness of our body and let it lead the way, we know life with an awareness which is steady, vast and irrefutable.

In fact love never has thoughts of suicide while a mind full of intelligence can have them. Isn’t it weird that a doctor who has studied anatomy and physiology of the body should know the body inside out and as such have a great love for the magnificence of the body and its parts working so accurately, lovingly and harmoniously together, instead accumulate tension in ther body to a degree where suicide can occur. This is showing that knowledge does not guarantee a loving connection to the body and as such robs humanity from truth, as only being connected to the body, being present in one’s body allows the love and as such the universal and all-encompassing, heart-connected intelligence.

There is a sentence in this interview that rocks my world, and it is when Serge Benhayon talks about the body being always a part of everything else, so with everyone else’s body we each share this space and I love this because it brings responsibility right down to its very basic core – and this is the responsibility of caring for our bodies with the understanding that they are a part of everyone else too – which makes sense when we look at life through the science of particle physics.

The more whole-bodied we become in our thinking and feeling the more aware we are of ourselves, and so, because of our interconnectedness, the more we are aware of everyone else also… This really turns the table on what is widely considered ‘selfish’. In truth, to bring focus to one’s self, who we are, our body and our movements, we can in fact put our self aside.

As we are categorising and measuring the relationships we have as important or non important, more loving – less loving , and often we do not realize this on a conscious level, it is revolutionary to grasp and understand that our body is always communicating with the all and only our mind can resist this. Listening to this TV episode I understand that the body has an intelligence which is greater than our minds are able to grasp. Understanding and allowing of people is key but what Serge Benhayon is presenting here takes it to a whole other level of understanding. That the love within us is all equal and that this love doesn’t actually go any where. To be able to remain connected to this love even when people are not presenting this to you and not react allows the other to be reminded that what they are choosing is not really their innate being.

It is interesting about just loving one person. As A child this did not make sense to me at all and felt weird. But in my adult years I was caught in the same trap, however always feeling this is not true and always wondering how much love I felt for strangers. Now to bring this truth more into an equalness, an understanding and embodiing that everybody is my sister or brother, that we all are anyway connected by something much more huge and grand than our blood.

It is just a matter of choice.

The quality we deliver in everything that we do from the body is so different to what we deliver from the mind. The body delivers form a harmony that it is connected to the whole we are from and belong to and therefore will always be in correspondence with that and in that will serve us all. While when we come from our minds, and in this in disregard to our bodies, we are serving in fact only ourselves and that is the difference in quality I am taking about.

Utterly stupendous to hear how an emotional reaction can affect the way we move our bodies, a reaction that which becomes more and more compounded in our bodies as we move, which in turn leads to psychological issues. So simple and not only that – but very empowering too, because with this we are able to address our lives by the quality of our movements.

It really does make sense that our bodies are wiser than our minds because the mind can’t feel and the body is the one experiencing everything that it does. And because everything is energy, our thoughts and actions are energy, so those thoughts that we have are not only stored in our minds, but in our bodies also. So your more likely to get a truer version of events and why from the body than the mind.

Even though I am familiar with body intelligence I realize how ingrained the pattern is to not listen to the body but react on the outer impositions. Whole body intelligence, basically my understanding it that this means making all our choices consider the whole offer own body but moreover how others are affected too, so not making choices that hurt ourselves or other people. If we lived by that inner sense we would not want to drink alcohol or take drugs, we also wouldn’t want to do anything that belittles another person, our use of language would be more caring and considerate of everyone. The far reaching all encompassing nature of what whole body intelligence means is such a huge responsibility and one that we aren’t seemingly yet ready for in our societies, but it makes sense that if people who are ready to live this way, then they provide an example and a sharing for others to do likewise.

It is amazing to hear and start to understand that the body is made of particles which are in constant communication with the all and all people on this globe.
Even if it seems difficult to grasp because we are so used to live in a three dimensional world and everything is turning around us it is very widening and freeing to understand what a communication is going on between our bodies all the time and what a change this understanding can bring to one’s own life.

That many of us do not use our bodies in the way we can – we function but we don’t truly live from a point of connection and love first. So what a gift to hear this interview and have recorded a way for us to look at how we are living and ask ourselves where are we at with our bodies.

This discussion is very exposing of how we currently view intelligence to be. Smart, high marks, quick witted, good at lots of things, but ignorant of our body, over riding the tenderness in our body because of a belief or ideal. How is it that very intelligent people can smoke or take drugs or be in abusive relationships or even self harm. How can we call ourselves truly intelligent really when we continue to make such choices. It not about criticising ourselves, but just asking ourselves different questions. Ones that ask us to explore that what we are living is not it, and has never been it. Ones that ask is there more to us than this? This is the beauty of Serge Benhayon. He has not only asked these questions but has answers to them.

If the whole body is designed to work in harmony with itself, it is good to be aware when we put strain on any one particular part. Serge stresses in this episode that we do this when we are focused on what we are doing rather than feeling what’s going on in the body. For example, I recently attended a conference in London which I found very interesting and I loved meeting the attendees there. It was only when I returned home I realised how shattered I was, so at some point during the two days I was away, I did not listen to my body, and did not take care of it as well as I could have.

  • Natalie Hawthorne February 3, 2017   Reply →

So simple what Serge is presenting but one that is over looked so easily. An equal Love for all will offer relationships that hold each other with so much respect and love that how you are with one person will effect the quality that you will have with another. What if this was taught at primary school and in the homes, my sense is we wouldn’t be in the world that we are today if we did. The key foundations are being overlooked and children today are completely lost in a world of abuse and disconnection.

We do not like to know that our body has an intelligence which is far greater than our “head intelligence” . If “love is the truest and highest form of intelligence” then what is going on with our education systems. How did they come to be as they are, where we leave the schooling system not knowing who we innately are and have a form of intelligence running us that is capable of abuse towards ourselves and others?

“Whole Body Intelligence” this is so my thing….so to speak…I love what I am learning through body connection, it is beautiful to feel where responsibility develops and supports us and expressing from our whole body, not just our head. This is the future for all of humanity….no doubt.

Television is often used as a distraction, a check out, a relief and big fat switch off. Serge Benhayon TV is a huge light switch back on asking us to wake up to whats really going on and to remember the love we all are.

Isolate part of the whole with anything and you will always diminish the capacity of that which have have made less. The human mind and the body is no different, and if you seek to reduce your experience of life to a mental one, then so shall you reduce your ability to have a true relationship with all of life. Our body communicates to us in ways we do not allow ourselves to be aware of. And that is why the esoteric way talks about building a body that is again tender in movement, delicate, gentle. Because this assists to create a body that is again more receptive, more attuned to what is going on within it and around it. It is, what in truth allows us to feel the essence of life.

A great explanation of how our body is such an invaluable friend an ally in every aspect of life and for expanding our awareness. And how unwise it is to focus just on our mental thoughts at the expense of the depth of wisdom available if we deepened our relationship with and paid attention to what is communicated to us via our body.

Body intelligence is already in us, we do not have to search for it, just align to it, how cool is that?

To understand that we are meant to love everybody eqally is exposing how reduced or unloving we often are in directing our love to one or a few number of people. I understood in having an issue with just one person in my life, I am not able to love others to the extend of love which is possible for me .

Not using the Whole Body Intelligence that is within us all has resulted in the world that we now live in, a world that quite literally is full of things that simply do not make any sense. And how could they make sense when they have been produced by a very limited form of intelligence?

    • Victoria March 10, 2017   Reply →

Yes true, we can often see and feel what has gone astray in our world, yet do we consider that how we live and the quality of our choices every day are contributing to the whole we are a part of ?

I’ve watched this a couple of times now and every time a different part stands out. If ever I need to understand something tracing it back to the body and how I am with my body makes life make so much sense. We go around in circles if we blame or focus on other people or objects or situations being the reason for what we are experiencing but ultimately it comes down to us and our body and the quality we are living inside.

I love the example that Rebecca Asquith gives about coming home with anger or anxiety, and how this will affect the whole family, even though it may be a great house with a great car and a beautiful family, all confirming successfulness. and yet, when there is anger and tension and anxiety what is all of that success really for? What is the point of working so hard, which so many of us do each and every day, if we then come home and are not our wholly loving and beautiful selves? Success cannot simply be for the material worlds we create, there has to be more otherwise life can feel like treadmill that goes nowhere, it can in affect lose its sense of purpose. How beautiful and wonderful would it be to work hard, and remain in a constant loving response with life?

  • Stephen Gammack January 12, 2017   Reply →

What we access affects what we think, so the last part of this interview about suicide got me really considering how it comes to pass that people make that choice, its comes from a helplessness, but that arises from the choices we make, and perhaps that is where we need to consider the source of our thoughts, what it is we value in society and what it is that truly supports wellbeing. For it is not found in being mega smart or having a high status, as we see how many struggle in such capacities and can allow us to consider that there is another type of intelligence based on love and care for ourselves and one another, a much deeper and richer form of intelligence.

  • Jennifer Smith January 11, 2017   Reply →

How exquisitely beautiful is it to here that the love that someone has for everyone then naturally extends to a partner and the love that is shared with a partner then becomes an extension of the love that one has with all. There is so much more to love that we have allowed ourselves to feel and to be if that is in fact a possibility. It doesn’t then make sense to say put all of our attention on making sure we are ‘loved’ by another. Which I have done numerous times during this life. It was all about seeking love, finding Mr Right, only to be left feeling that there is more. All this results in is feeling and being isolated and we have a world full of people that are isolated and yet surrounded by people. This does not make sense.

I am constantly being amazed by how much my body reveals to me should I make the space to listen to it. I spent most of my life off in my head, my body didn’t get a look in and I often had injuries that I ignored and some awful pre disease symptoms which have now reversed due to bringing love and commitment and dedication to my body listening skills. I really appreciate the opportunity to watch Serge Benhayon on TV bringing me and all of those who choose to watch a deeper understanding of whole body intelligence and how it works. It is so simple, common sense really, almost a duh! moment when you get it. It is magic too as the body responds to the love and care one gives oneself enormously and one’s relationship with oneself begins to truly evolve.

  • Julie Chung January 9, 2017   Reply →

Whole body intelligence just makes sense, as how can we isolate a body part and not consider the rest of the body. These interviews are exactly what is needed to bring a truer insight into our part in our own bodies function and health. Love it.

I loved Serge Benhayon talking about his tennis days and using the body, or isolated parts of it, and maximizing their function for that purpose only whereas now he sees his body as a company, where all parts work together building harmony and love. I understand this now having experienced it myself in my own body.

  • Samantha Davidson January 7, 2017   Reply →

When I studied remedial massage, it was taught as only parts of the body that you fix, generally with little consideration for the the other limbs, organs attached. Now in my work I see that many if not most people come in with other issues related to whole body health, not just because they have a sore elbow. We are a whole unit of life / energy / matter, our body responds to stimulation / energy / feelings / experiences in this way, not in isolated parts. Whole Body Intelligence is intelligent wisdom to be sharing. Thank you.

  • Leigh Strack January 7, 2017   Reply →

In episode one Serge talks about holding ourselves. This I feel is significant in going about living our days. As this is not something I learned as a child or in any other aspect of my life. In fact we have been conditioned to believe that we need to be held by another. Yet as I explore holding myself it presents much for me to consider. First of all, how do I hold myself? With knowing I am responsible for what I bring, be that with steadiness, acceptance and integrity, or in disregard of the responsibility I hold? As I explore more this way of living, living with responsibility is nourishing for my body, as it is how we are ment to live and the body releases tension and simply stands in its fullness. When ever I step away from this an unease and tension creeps into my body, as it doesn’t naturally do irresponsibility.

  • Sandra Schneider January 6, 2017   Reply →

I love, love, love what is expressed here about that we can’t love one more than the other. As if we do have ‘less-love’ for someone, we have this in our bodies and so it is present and expressed all of the time. The more I can embrace the love I have for all – the more I can live this love in all my relationships, as every single one of us is part of the all. Only we like to get loved by someone more than others, because we would be confirmed in our individuality. But the love for all makes sure that we are ONE and not separated in fact. It brings in the big LOVE, true love that reflects the union of us instead of emotional love that created separation between us.

  • Gabriele Conrad January 6, 2017   Reply →

This is revolutionary and will over time change the fields of psychiatry and psychology – when Serge Benhayon says that mental health issues start in the body long before they manifest in a way that is diagnosable by the means we have at present at our disposal, it makes total sense. The body says it all, long before the actual diagnosis.

  • Stephen Gammack January 6, 2017   Reply →

Its a revelation to consider that a group of people could go to carry out a task and by the simple act of being aware of their movements in the action, they all become more intelligent. As Rebecca said in this interview, that is beautifully simple and it is also readily accessible to each and every one of us. It is definitely a reset of what intelligence has been held to mean, but don’t we for sure need that reset.

Watching Serge Benhayon TV is a totally different experience as what is presented is the truth whether we are ready to hear it or not.

  • Natalie Hawthorne December 29, 2016   Reply →

I remember when I first heard Serge Benhayon present that we are not designed to only have Love for certain people. That Love is for all and that when we are in a relationship, yes we are with them monogamously, but the Love that we share is the same Love that we can have for everyone. Serge has been an incredible example of this and seeing over 12 years a consistent dedication in being this Love with everyone is super inspiring and it makes complete sense.

  • Rik Connors December 25, 2016   Reply →

How beautiful is the body to alert you to take notice and respond with decency and respect for your-self. It makes sense if we are not responding to our own body with love and tenderness, the actions of tension are then expressed to others. This is psychology.

  • Shami December 24, 2016   Reply →

A hugely important point that Serge Benhayon makes – is that he does not criticise intelligence or intelligent people – he is simply stating the fact that there is more, a greater intelligence that we can access through our bodies and the way we live.

  • Rik Connors December 22, 2016   Reply →

I find it remarkable that we are all the same but I have voice in my head stating otherwise. So, as presented here what am I recalling when my whole body intelligence feels the truth of what Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith are presenting and there is a reaction to what is being said?

  • Golnaz Shariatzadeh December 21, 2016   Reply →

I really appreciate Serge Benhayon introducing the concept of ‘Whole Body Awareness’ for me. I am at the early baby steps of learning how to live with such awareness as my thoughts tend to override and dominate a lot of the time. But wow when I do manage to stay present with my breath and my body, life expands to a whole new level. The limited version of life mankind has settled for is nowhere even close to the grandness that is our true essence.

  • Jenny McGee December 19, 2016   Reply →

Phew what a relief to understand that there is something much grander than the just relying on our minds for all our intelligence. In the past science has focused on how we under utilise our minds when in fact we don’t actually utilise the whole body/mind/soul intelligence that we are naturally connected to.

    • Stephen Gammack April 24, 2017   Reply →

Yes Jenny, the focus with science has for so long been on utilising the mind more, accessing more of the brain, yet hopefully we are going to start to see a greater understanding of the part the body plays, how it really is where all our intelligence lies. Of course Serge Benhayon has presented this for a long time now, but I guess we are a bit slow on the uptake in regards to accepting this to be true.

  • Shami December 12, 2016   Reply →

Serge Benhayon describes the psychology of our thinking minds as having its roots in the movements of our bodies, and how it can be very difficult for the practitioner who works in psychology to treat this condition if they have not addressed the movements of their own body first. This is a hugely important lesson, and one that is fundamental to many of the teachings that Serge gives – this is how we get to learn about energetic integrity, by addressing ourselves first and establishing from there what we are going to live and in turn give to the people in our lives.

  • SLE December 11, 2016   Reply →

I could watch again and again these interviews, such wisdom expressed is a joy to see. You can quite clearly see Serge Benhayon is someone who is not trying to impress or be something he is not he simply brings his all and that is quite something!

  • Stephen Gammack December 11, 2016   Reply →

The more self centred we are the more we actually see the whole world around us. This is counter to what we are taught about selfishness and perhaps one of the ways we feel discouraged from looking after ourselves. But it is definitely true, when we make choices that leave us feeling vibrant and aware we see the world around us much more clearly, and are far better placed to help others should they need it.

  • Julie Chung December 11, 2016   Reply →

The level of integrity and deep loving care towards others, is very evident in Serge’s presentation. He can see what is out there and yet hold us all with so much love and appreciation, as he sees first off, who we truly are and never does he hold us less. This supports us to start to come back to honouring our bodies more in a way that is simple and natural.

“How can we move and walk so that we can deliver an intelligence that holds all equal in the realm we live in?” This question itself opens up and expands how we relate to life in a way that we are rarely used to. What Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith share here is so deeply needed. We have indeed become so focussed upon what we ‘do’, rather than who – and how – we are. As such, so much of what we ‘do’ negates our interconnectedness with all. We have forgotten that every thought, action and expression has a ripple effect upon the whole.
Embracing the whole of our body and being – and the fact that this then ensures our connection to all, and that we ‘do’ can be in harmonious relationship with all…? This is a living philosophy that impacts upon every area of human life and expression. I have never heard anyone speak of this in such real and practical terms as Serge Benhayon.

Wow so much in this episode and love the sharing about how it has already started to happen in the body before it goes to any form of mental illness as an example Serge was sharing. To me it makes complete sense if we shutdown and disconnect with our bodies leaving them hard and out of sync then if this is played out for an extended period that has to be a further development in this dis-connection. Hence why the illness next phase is with the mind. Whole body intelligence is exactly what we are all needing then, is it not?

It’s interesting as my whole body is speaking very out and clearly to me, more so than before, or it may just be I am listening. For example when I go into the slightest rush, my body tenses up and my mouth gets dry, this is not normal for me, so it’s a sure fire sign something is not right. Another part of my body also aches, my ovaries, when I am doing, saying or thinking anything that is not loving. This may sound weird and whacky to some, but it’s sure fire tested and experimented with by me, and I know my body. I first noticed it a while ago, I was feeling amazing, super light and playful then I allowed in judgemental thoughts about someone and my ovaries started to ache. I thought no way, then asked myself was this because I was being judgemental – the answer was yes from my body. This is not a on-off thing, it’s happened times again, today for example again where I let a judgemental thought sneak in. When I dry my hands now, it stands out big time if I am being even a little bit rough with them, which I am a lot, but my body is making me to be more gentle. Now that’s true intelligence to me, you can’t get any wiser than your body.

What Serge discusses on being the same love with everyone, even if we are in a dedicated one on one relationship is really revolutionary in terms of its applied ability to really impact the world for the better. We currently have a situation where we believe that dedicating ourselves completely and exclusively to one person, and one circle of people, our family and friends, is the only way of expressing love, but what Serge is presenting is that, without deviating from the respect and physical expression of monogamy and exclusivity with your partner and the obvious physical expression of living with family etc, there is a way to live that actually loves everyone equally, not just your close circle. When I consider the wider ripple effect this would have, what I see the potential of is the end of only protecting and caring for me and mine, and instead the opening up to considering everyone – its not just your children you think about being cold when they go outside, but equally any other children around you – its not enough for your family to have warmth and love and a comfortable life, if there are hundreds and thousands of others out there suffering. What I get a sense of is that this way of living and loving people makes us much more worldly and able to see past our own bubble or circle to the rest of humanity.

Wow, whole body intelligence makes so much sense to me. We could have a world where everyone is deeply caring for and honouring of one another and we are ALL evolving as one. ‘Whole body mindedness’ brings a different dimension to how we live. Our education system will teach ‘Healthy body, healthy mind’ but the focus is still on the mind. What is being presented here is that the body can feed the mind with an intelligence that the mind is not capable of on its own.

Working in busy nursing environments I have always put the needs of my own body second, in putting patients needs above my own. Not stopping for a drink when I am thirsty or taking a break when I need to stop or even considering how am I sitting in that chair when I sit and do the computer work that is required. Then there is the needing to go to the toilet. In nursing being able to hold onto your bladder is often championed, even if it is in a joking manner. “I have been so busy that haven’t even been to go to the toilet this shift”. What are we doing to ourselves when we put all that we need to do above our own bodies? and then when we treat ourselves in this way, how are we then with our patients. clients and customers? Whatever we do, we also deliver to others how we are being with ourselves and this is then reflected back to us. So when we offer to others a person who deeply cares for themselves, they feel deeply nurtured and cared for and are offered in that moment a new opportunity for themselves to be the same with themselves.

Thanks to Serge Benhayon I have expanded my understanding and appreciation of a far greater awe-inspiring depths to my physical body, as well as understanding that we are far more than physical and have energetic aspects which very much impact our lives (something that I had previously heard about, but until Serge Benhayon’s books and teachings had neither an understanding of nor a relationship with). Once we start to appreciate the vastness of the awareness and expression available to us through our body, it becomes inconceivable to keep limiting ourself to our thinking mind or emotions.

Life changing! The intelligence that resides on our bodies far out weighs the intelligence mankind claims to be. All the rocket science combined can never compare to the immense multi-dimensional intelligence that resides within every cell of our bodies. And so we are presented with a choice of intelligences to tune into, just like having two TV channels, do we want to tune into a source that is going to deeply enrich who we are, or just tune into a channel that keeps us fascinated but stagnant?

To hold all equal, that’s an intelligence I thought only exists in some far away dimension, where God lives. Serge Benhayon brings this dimension into human daily life.

As a person who has spent their entire life run by their head I was humbled by this episode and received a gentle wake up call. The body does speak volumes when we allow ourselves to nurture it as a whole not in parts.

  • Rowena Stewart November 16, 2016   Reply →

This episode re-writes our entire understanding of intelligence. It is not about academic ability but the willingness and ability to listen to and honour our bodies. Anyone who has studied even the smallest amount of anatomy and physiology cannot help but be in awe of the complexity and beauty of the physical body. It is clearly governed by a higher order that on an intellectual level alone we can never match. Therefore surrendering to and honouring this physiological intelligence surely opens the door to much grander realms of intelligence than we have ever previously imagined is possible. All we need to do is tune in, pay attention and respond accordingly, a choice that empowers us to make fundamental and extremely positive changes to the way we live.

My experience of “reacquainting myself with my body” is something I find interesting. I have gone from being super fit in terms of my VO2 max, my ability to keep going at high intensity, to a much gentler level of fitness – yet in that same time I have a better sense of myself, of how my body feels, which for me is about no longer overriding my body but actually becoming much more in tune with it. This is a bodily intelligence that I listen to, whereas before when I exercised heavily I wasn’t able to pick up the signals as I had to override how I actually felt to go to the extremes of constantly pushing more effort out. It feels much better to not push like that even though I understand when people say they get a buzz out of the big effort, believe me the rewards of staying in tune with your body are far greater than the adrenal buzz, the “high” at the end of a hard session.

For too long we have praised the brain/mind for its intelligence and what it is capable of, but it seems it’s not very good at working out how to be in a relationship with others as that aspect of most of our lives needs lots of work and responsible honesty, something that is sorely lacking with so many. Thank goodness we have SergeBenhayon.Tv to bring us back to what is true and brings more understanding of the ways of our bodies.

It changes your whole out look and relationship with yourself when you bring in the Whole Body Intelligence. To be able to connect and feel our sensitivity and nurture this is something so foreign to us that when we do start to allow ourselves to express this within ourselves and with others you get to feel more of who we really are.

  • Natallija November 12, 2016   Reply →

Each time I watch this episode I am inspired by the simplicity of how the body works to support us when we remove the focus on the intelligence and make it all about the whole. The potential is limitless!

The Science of Relationships….who would have thought that relationships were a science, but as I consider this it’s very true. Our every action, thought, reactions, the way we respond is all very worthwhile considering much more deeply and how we allow one relationship to affect another. We can learn so much from each other in every moment if we choose or not. It’s really the only way that we do learn, grow and evolve in relationship, not by sitting locked away in a cave forever.

There is no one else that I have ever heard speaking, who talks so openly and respectfully about gay and lesbian relationships as Serge Benhayon. And so when Serge talks of relationships in general, I really get the sense that he talking about people and not the relationship defining them, but who they essentially are in relationship with eachother. And this takes away completely the stigma attached to gay or lesbian couples, because no matter what gender your body may be, the love you share is eternal. This is very gorgeous.

Agreed, it is this very quality in Serge Benhayon that allowed me to accept my same-sex sexuality that under a Catholic upbringing and my own ideals of right and wrong. From the mind I had previously shut this down as wrong, a curse, and something to be deeply ashamed of constantly battling with myself as a result. With whole body intelligence, fighting myself in this and other ways to shut down my expression no longer makes any sense.

This is what I Love about Serge Benhayon, he always speaks of the All on a micro level and a macro level. So when we live we can’t just focus on one area of the body and ignore the other because they are actually totally connected. How can we possible have one part harmonious if there is another area that is dis-harmonious. To be aware of our being and whole body mindedness is actually what is required in life. Here we are being responsible with the whole because every choice we make reflects back into the Universe.

Serge Benhayon TV brings the best news I have heard for a while. The incredible intelligence of the body is with us all of the time. How we tune in, and keep ourselves connected with our vessel of intelligence is our responsibility and begins simply with Love.

It can’t get any clearer then that! Love is our highest intelligence. And what stood out for me is how insular it is to only focus and put effort into loving just one person. I used to think it was bad to love anyone as much as I loved my husband or family but then I realised that how I am with everyone else I met is also what I bring home to the ones I think I love most. Awesome to have sergebenhayon.tv available for everyone.

It may sound strange to ‘express from the body’ but it can simply mean to be aware of our body while we are speaking and or moving and to notice the feedback from the body. When the feedback indicated harmony, the expression can be very healing.

  • Gyl October 29, 2016   Reply →

I can live life so much from my head, but when I live from my body is just makes sense, it’s so much clearer, joyful, lighter and simpler living this way, there is no stress or anxiety. The anxiety comes from being in my head trying to work things out and the indecision.

Holding everyone as equal – sounds like a quality that is not from this realm of life where we are used to bullying, war, violence, separation, nations, cultures etc. Yet it can be lived as expressed by Serge Benhayon. I stopped watching TV a couple of years ago as flicking through over 500 channels and finding nothing to watch just proved time and time again to no avail, there was nothing other than a feeling of stimulation or buzzing from a drama or TV series. But this episode felt very different, it felt like watching this there was a purpose to it that wasn’t about sensation or stimulation but deeply supportive and healing, bringing a greater understanding to life, and that is what I will take away with me after watching this. I have no feelings of buzzyness or being revved up but actually more understanding of my life. Pretty cool.

Speaking of whole body intelligence, look how open the body language is in this episode.

  • Jennifer Smith October 27, 2016   Reply →

I think deep down we all know that we are the same. We may all look different on the outside, live in different places speak different languages. But what really matters to all of us is the same; being loved, having people who are close and having a life of meaning (to name a few). So if we are more alike with what matters then we must have more in common than what we see on the outside. But it’s deeper than what we have in common for the inner spark that we have is what we share with each other and in that we see that we are made of much grander stuff than we could possibly see with our eyes.

To consider every part of my body in every moment, decision, choice, movement is an incredible thing I reckon, and a beautiful way to enjoy being in our body. Recently I heard a comment about exercise and pushing the body to extremes – that is an indication for me of how important it is to offer a reflection in my own body that is getting closer to whole bodied movement and expression, for surely that shows others that pushing to extremes and punishing ourselves is not allowing us to enjoy being in our bodies. I love the wisdom on offer in this short broadcast, every listen brings more clarity to how it is we might be living.

  • Rowena Stewart October 26, 2016   Reply →

It is such common sense really, how can our bodies not absorb and be affected by the way we live, they are after all quite literally our vehicle of expression and are an immutable part of the natural world too. Having studied human biology I am in constant awe of how our bodies work, finely tuned to respond to miniscule chemical molecules, comprised of complex systems that work harmoniously together, powered by tiny cells that pump out enormous amounts of energy. And we seem to so readily trash them with strong stimulants and man made toxins. Why are we spending billions of dollars exploring Outer Space when there is so much to discover within our selves, so much Inner Space yet to be fully explored, re-claimed and celebrated?

I have in recent years realised what an utter time waster TV is so gave up on it. I had often allowed to it numb me out to the point of being stuck in front of it programs I wasn’t even interested in, unable to move. That though the TV had an off switch the only thing that got switched off, disconnected, was me. I would eventually go to bed disappointed in myself for getting stuck in front of it.
This channel, sergebenhayon.tv is a whole other ball game, and I have to laugh at myself as I can feel a slight tension within me about it. On the one hand, that it is gold to stop and take the time to watch and feel the wealth of what we are being offered, and conversely that it is asking me to get off my butt, not waste time, but get on with living a connected, truly intelligent and loving life. Unlike regular TV it is TV that leaves me free to make the choice.

It is really fascinating to consider, the more self centred we become the less selfish we are, so to put that in the context of sport, I would in the past play sports strongly, and in doing so became less aware of my own physicality as I would override the feelings of having done enough, which brings a whole new understanding to what exercise could mean in regards to using exercise to enhance our wellbeing and thus make us better able to communicate and share our qualities with others. I know for sure that when I used to do triathlon I wasn’t able to share my qualities with others as I was too tired to give of myself to conversations and really appreciate other people and how they felt.

There is no signs of trying to convince the other or trying to catch the other out or a sense of push. It’s simply a conversation, a presentation with no attachment by either Serge or Rebecca. I have heard that 80% (if not more) is non-verbal communication. Now that I have been introduced to watching body language without sound, I will be definitely doing more of that.

Once again Serge delivers us some pretty stop in your tracks bombs. Intelligence of the head being one of them and the fact that intelligence won’t stop suicide, but love will. I mean – these are simple statements with a lot of truth. The fact is that if we live in our heads then we ignore our bodies. To have a TV program that delivers something like this (when TV usually asks us to switch off in our bodies) is changing the way in which this medium can be used.

There is a real equality in understanding that our body has a lived intelligence. If it is based on recall or mind based knowledge – some people are better at this than others, therefore some people are elevate because of that intelligence. But is it really ‘intelligent’ if we are abusive to ourselves and our body? Everyone has lived a life full of wide and varying experiences and there is an innate wisdom contained in this way of understanding ourselves and the world. In that way no one is any better than anyone else and we begin to understand just how valuable everyone is to the growth of the whole.

“The body can’t love only one person” – I remember when my second child was due and I wondered how it was possible to love another person so much. Of course it was not an issue. In this first episode I love the clarity with which Serge Benhayon speaks about the intelligence of the body and how it is not a selfish way to be, to love and honour ourselves, and when we do the knock on effect it has on those around us. It is also wonderful to be reminded that when we have issues with others it is inevitable those issues will come into our relationships. It always comes back to us and our responsibility in the way we choose to be and live with ourselves. Thank you Serge Benhayon and the team who has made these broadcasts possible.

The discussion on psychology was fascinating, to consider how a long held reaction in the body may then cause the hormonal and biological imbalances we then later down the line diagnose as a mental health issue. We all have the experience where a long period of high stress or emotion physically wears us down, makes us more susceptible to getting sick – but what if more subtle and longer term emotions and reactions cause the same effect.

And for me, each time I watch it there is another level of wisdom being shared, and it comes with absolutely no conditions!

Our relationship with our body is significant to all aspects of our life. I enjoyed hearing what Rebecca shares here about the ‘whole body’ experience and the impact that living only from our head or with mind intelligence and disregarding the whole body really has on our relationships with other people too. What are we bringing to our loved ones, to other people when we move and live not in awareness or connection to our whole bodies and thus our universal intelligence? We are bringing a lesser version than the otherwise brightest stars that we really are and are not at all moving in love. Without love we are loveless and without whole body intelligence we are again not only loveless but being harmful towards our own physical bodies and to others as the disharmony swells from trying to be something we are innately not.

  • Samantha Davidson October 12, 2016   Reply →

And so if we nurture our vessel, our environment, our body then we are aware of a deeper lived wisdom, as is shared in the film “Knowledge can be something that lives in our body, not something we recall…” And so a whole body intelligence. Something I am learning is that it is exhausting to switch on a recall, having answers. And being ready, being prepared in how I live in all areas is supporting me hugely and I can feel I have the words I need to say without the pushing, trying and force that I once felt I needed to muster to be think I had the answers, the wisdom is flowing more naturally, through whole body awareness.

  • chris james October 12, 2016   Reply →

This episode gives us a whole new insight , or at least it had given me new insight on what is true intelligence. And how the intelligence I have been taught, was most surely not coming from my body but my mind. And so, by hearing this man Serge Benhayon speak, I have been asking myself, ‘how come I was not aware of this?’ As I thought the mind was the only intelligence. Then I had looked an episode further where it is explained that we buy our own numbness so to speak… by using our power to give away to things that drive us away from our root course, our innate-being, our inner-heart and Soulful selves.

  • Eva Rygg October 12, 2016   Reply →

Serge Benhayon’s teachings about the intelligence of our body has been and continues to be an absolute game changer – personally my life has turned from a state of struggle and ‘giving up’, to making life changing choices through learning the profound importance of taking responsibility and seeing how we all create or co-create our own reality by the choices that we make in our day to day living.

  • Rebecca Briant October 12, 2016   Reply →

Whole body intelligence – the kind of intelligence that tells animals to seek higher ground in natural disasters, or which foods they can and can’t eat – what if it’s not an instinct but a connection so an intelligence we all too often dismiss in favour of what we consider greater – but as Serge is presenting, whole body intelligence gives us a connection to ourselves and then to others that nothing else can.

That was like watching one of the purple books, in that when I read them or watch this I get the sense that something different will always pop out and stand to attention again and again.
For the first round it made sense that if we hold a reaction in our body from a situation in life, our body moves from situation to situation – so if it’s not dealt with at the point we react to it, it doesn’t matter if we move away from the situation because we carry the issue into other area’s of life. Makes a lot of sense. It then makes me wonder if I do feel my body change or react, is it something in the moment causing the reaction or has this been carried and undealt with from another area of life?

  • Harrison White October 11, 2016   Reply →

Love how what serge Benhayon presents is clear and absolute. Its inspiring to see someone who lives from their “whole body intelligence” as when we live in the mind we can try and fool others, or hide emotions and feelings. Living from the body on the other hand everything is transparent and simple.

I agree the relationship with the interviewer and interviewee is really beautifull and healing to observe to the point where you don’t know sometimes who is the interviewee and who is the interviewer! They both support the conversation to unfold and go deeper and there is no push or drive but instead this absolutely effortless flow that never takes away from the content of what is being expressed, its quite incredible both what is being shared and the interview itself.

It’s quite an outstanding thing to say that our mental health issues have first begun in the body. So really if that’s where they begin then we must be able to address then through the body also. I work near a mental health unit and watching the comings and goings has been a real eye opener, just from the perspective of looking at how the clients/patients walk and move. Which makes me want to ask what would happen if they changed their movements? Would this change the quality of their thoughts? I know for myself if I go for a walk and focus on my body and how I am moving it certainly does.

This is the kind of TV that we need in the world, stuff that makes us ponder, words that support us to expand our own understanding of ourselves and of life and a viewing that leaves us feeling completely connected to and committed to life as opposed to feeling like a couch potato! and checked-out or numbed by fiction. I can’t wait for more episodes and to re-watch this one, exploring more for myself the whole body intelligence that I have access to.

  • Sandra Schneider October 11, 2016   Reply →

Now, by watching it a second time, I get that being self-centered does not mean to make it all about me, me, me, but to connect to my whole body before I do anything and live in that connected way. And through my connection to my body I am connected to all of you, because we are out of the same material, so to speak. By bringing all of me into what I express, I am with all of you – that would mean that no harming action from my side ‘against’ you could happen, that I would do just what is the best for all of us. A harmonious and integral way of living. So the ‘whole body’ is not just my body, but we as a whole body of beings.

I felt when Serge talked about the particles we are all made of and which we are sharing that it make absolute no sense to feel me separated in any way. There is not something like a isolated ‘me’ and ‘you’. We are not just connected but sharing what we are made of all of the time. To feel the sphericality I am, makes a lot of, if not all ‘problems’ and ‘issues’ naturally go away, because it feels like they are just created to keep me in an illusory separation.

  • Alex Braun October 10, 2016   Reply →

What if that is really the case that the body itself, the particles it is made of naturally know themselves to be equal to everyone else? I mean we really need to let that notion sink in, feel it, consider it and allow the body to show us what it is practicing the whole time even when we may act from our minds in quite the opposite way by constantly comparing, judging and trying to improve ourselves. Might be the reason for at least some of the many dis-eases, complaints or even severe illness and diseases, the fact that we are not in harmony with what the body cannot deny, stop or change – equalness, wholeness, being an equal part of the whole.

    • Bernadette Curtin October 10, 2016   Reply →

As you say Alex, we really need to let that notion in, ‘that the body itself, the particles it is made of naturally know themselves to be equal to everyone else.’ Developing a body that is in harmony with itself seems like a truly intelligent way to live.

Whole body intelligence was not something that I would have considered before Serge Benhayon presented on it, but it just makes so much sense, as I know for myself, the feeling I get when I get a resolution about something, it’s a confirmed solid yes when it comes from my body, but when I go to my head to get the answer, I can doubt, double guess and spend so much time mulling over it and exhausting myself in the process. And even when I have the answer I think I feel confident with, I can still have questions hanging over the issue.

Whole body intelligence makes so much sense to me and is a true intelligence. Mind intelligence alone that can remember information doesn’t help us or humanity as a whole because it relys on facts and research, but that isn’t helping humanity. The state of our world is worse than ever and yet we have more people with double degrees and PhD than ever before. So something isn’t working by relying on our minds and brains alone for intelligence.

  • James Nicholson October 8, 2016   Reply →

We are very gifted to have Serge Benhayon so simply explain what intelligence is – we all know what we think intelligence is, is not, and what has not worked – yet because we are so constrained by it, have we delved deeper into it rather than stopped and said’ maybe we are on the wrong track altogether?!!’ I know for me what was presented in this episode makes complete sense not only to my mind but also to my body.

    • Natallija September 3, 2017   Reply →

Yes ‘the wrong track’ feels very true with current climate of the world. Whole body intelligence, it makes so much sense. I know I can feel everything from my body first before my mind starts telling me anything about the situation. And simply by the fact that my mind can choose to override what my body is feeling, and make choices that are in disregard of my body, is proof that this kind of intelligence is not so clever after all.

  • Felix Kremer October 7, 2016   Reply →

This is as groundbreaking as it was to say “The earth is not the center of the Universe” in the past. In a couple of hundred years from now people are going to say: “What? • Alex Braun October 7, 2016   Reply →

For most of my life, I favoured ‘mental’ intelligence and tried very hard to be intellectual and knowledgeable. Only when being introduced to connecting with the whole of my body, developing a sense of the intelligence of the body and experiencing life with this greater range of understanding and responding I realised how arduous my efforts have been to be in a way that is actually not harmonious to my nature. Letting go of being the intellectual (as much as I have done that yet 😉 ) has allowed me to blossom qualities that were asleep but always waited to finally come to the surface and be expressed and shared. Life has changed much for the better since and there is no end in sight to this ongoing unfoldment.

We can continue to unfold ourselves out into a universe that is continually unfolding, how amazing is that. A process that has no end. It makes me realise just how much most of us put the brakes on. But what an enormous amount of effort that takes, it’s so much easier to simply allow ourselves to fall back into what is naturally unfolding all around us. We then become the expansion within the expansion. How glorious.

  • Sarah Karam October 6, 2016   Reply →

The fact that nobody in the medical or spiritual industry has presented with this clarity and quality on the subject of ‘whole body intelligence’ is quite befalling to concede. Serge Benhayon directly addresses in this amazing video interview why this seemingly obvious science has been overlooked thus far by most professionals. Most of us are raised to place an enormous amount of value on the mind as the center of the body, in this narrowed prospective we actually are missing out on the true potential of our most advanced and natural intelligence- the body. What I found very interesting was that our psychology is actually secondary to this intelligence but it makes sense when you consider – if someone dangerous is in your presence you can feel it in your body well before you have been shown a police report or any proof of danger.

    • Vicky Cooke November 4, 2016   Reply →

It so true what you say here Sarah. The fact that this truth (and it is truth) is not presented by anyone else so far as I am aware of with such knowing and clarity other than Serge Benhayon definitely exposes where we as humanity are at. Not only that, body intelligence is something Serge Benhayon lives … he doesn’t just talk it. And it’s super important to bring it back to this truth. A new TV Show is born and I love it. To have the body and how it works explained so well, not so much from an anatomical and physiological perspective, but the intelligence that it is and brings makes it so clear how very important the body is, how much wisdom it carries and thus how very crucial it is to take the utmost care of it and how much there is already with us – intelligence wise – by the sheer fact that we live in a body.

This is a brilliant episode completely challenges and changes our perspective of what we know intelligence to be. Serge Benhayon has been presenting for a long time that our bodies contain a wisdom and understanding of life that is way more expansive/beyond a recall of information or experience. Our current forms of education and intelligence are clearly showing to us that they are falling short of the mark in terms of delivering a truly healthy, vital and harmonious way of living for all of humanity, so I welcome this philosophical ‘back to the drawing board’ approach and a stunningly simple yet profound relook at intelligence and where it comes from.

Whole body intelligence, so basically not living from your head but your whole body, what simplicity and yet in life many of us can feel a push to live from our head, work harder, learn this , remember that, throughout school it is about memorising and recall. Coming back to how the body feels and moves is how I have found a way to express my true intelligence and wisdom without the trying, force and exhaustion.

Groundbreaking revelations about intelligence, which really makes you question, are we accessing all the intelligence that is available to us? Or are we limiting ourselves to and aspect of intelligence that is based on recall and as such not innovative at all and can this intelligence bring us true answers? Serge Benhayon gives an insight into these very profound questions.

    • Stephen Gammack January 29, 2017   Reply →

Yes Judith, never before listening to Serge Benhayon philosophise had I considered that what we consider intelligent may not actually be that intelligent at all. And it becomes blindingly obvious that we aren’t accessing intelligence as we ought to, in light of the maliase we currently find society embroiled in, illness, disease, cruelty, corruption, suffering. Anyone willing to open their eyes will see a new (perhaps age old) take on intelligence is long overdue.

Yes Judith, the idea that recall is intelligence leads us back to just the head time and time again, not leaving any awareness as Serge Benhayon has highlighted in this episode, to ponder on the whole body and what is on offer – to bring the power of simplicity to the word intelligence rather than what is championed today with such complexities.

  • Sue October 5, 2016   Reply →

TV that is interesting, informative and something I actually want to watch. Thankyou Serge and team for producing such great content. This is the future of TV.

  • Fumiyo Egashira October 5, 2016   Reply →

‘Intelligence’ for me always meant something to do with brain – it was never about a whole body, let alone encapsulated the life as a whole, it was always applied to a segment of my life such as ‘study’ or ‘work’, trying to get ahead of others. Our current education system pushes us to be ‘intelligent’ and in that pushing we get trained to abandon our body entirely. And through experience what I have found is that it is not possible to know myself in truth without a deep connection with my body.

    • HM March 11, 2017   Reply →

I too had the belief that intelligence is about the body. What a gift to know another way – and this episode shows the need for this. That it is possible for all of us to listen to our bodies and see the wisdom that is presented.

  • Fumiyo Egashira October 5, 2016   Reply →

A mental health issue is a consequence of the body already shut down – this is a real eye opener for me. I have taken part in various courses and workshops in somatic where a body-mind connection is the focus, and I don’t remember its connection being explained with such clarity.

    • Natallija October 13, 2016   Reply →

The statistics in mental health are rising with 350 million cases world wide. Serge Benhayon brings such clarity and understanding in how we can feel the connections when the body and mind work together.

    • Vicky Cooke October 23, 2016   Reply →

Thanks for highlighting this Fumiyo it is really important and with mental health issues on the increase it is a must that we have this understanding in order to truly support others. That is why it is so important we have things like Serge Benhayon TV, which are dedicated to truth and love for humanity. Amazing.

    • Karina Kaiser October 23, 2016   Reply →

“A mental health issue is a consequence of the body already shut down” – yes this puts a totally different spin on what we are being told with regards to mental health and all that that entails in the mainstream, doesn’t it?

      • Natallija November 22, 2016   Reply →

The interesting point here Karina Kaiser is that when I hear this comment from the TV program I can feel the truth and is makes so much sense. Not part of me questions as it is shared with such simplicity and a knowing that comes from within.

  • Julie Chung October 5, 2016   Reply →

Finally, real tv, talking about real life and now it is, in a way that can bring about greater understanding and evolution for everyone. Awesome.

    • Natallija October 26, 2016   Reply →

Real TV is definitely what I have noticed about these episodes Julie Chung. There is a truth that has been far from what I have watched in a very long time. A great step forward in understanding our true potential and holding everyone in equalness.

I am really enjoying these episodes on Serge Benhayon TV. I have not watched TV in about 15 years, and though I would on occasion watch a movie, I always found TV a waste of time and I always had too many other things that I wanted to do instead. But now for the first time, I am actually enjoying sitting down to watch these episodes and there is always something that I take home from the episodes. It certainly does not feel like a waste of time, and I most importantly in my busy life it allows me a moment to put my feet up and relax too!

  • Jeanette October 5, 2016   Reply →

I took my TV off the wall and put it away because there was nothing of substance or value to watch. Not any longer! sergebenhayon.tv is a game changer, time to get it back out for sure!

  • H M October 4, 2016   Reply →

Never before Serge Benhayon had I truly been aware of my body. Sure I knew it was there – but I lived in my head. To watch this sort of interview where someone can explain in absoluteness the importance and the clear message our bodies give us, is revolutionary.

  • Jennifer Smith October 4, 2016   Reply →

It’s so great to see Serge Benhayon on TV. I was talking to someone today who was saying how there is simply nothing on TV anymore. Well, now that we have Serge Benhayon TV this is no longer true. I just re-watched episode one (move over Star Wars) and loved how Serge was talking about self-centredness being totally the opposite to what we think it is and in being truly self-centred we are more open with others. How many phrases and words are the opposite or something different to what we think or what we have been taught it is. I look forward to all that will be on offer in SB TV.

  • Vicky Cooke October 4, 2016   Reply →

SB.tv Love it ?? Takes intelligence to a whole true level. Whole bodied sounds good to me : ) knowing and feeling we are part of the all getting our ‘self’ out of the way. Amazing, always pure gold listening to Serge and Rebecca. I love the sharing about the cars I could really feel this in what was being expressed and how when we don’t care or are not fully present with what we are doing ‘body intelligence’ it shows in everything from our body, our walk and how we are with others. I love the support lines that are given at the end .. very caring.

  • MA October 4, 2016   Reply →

I grew up understanding that what was most important was the grades we got, what our academic achievements were and the job you secured. No where did I get to appreciate the importance of whole body health. This is my new favourite TV series right here.

    • Natallija October 31, 2016   Reply →

Join the club MA. Everything that was taught was to drive the mind beyond the body and to achieve academic success. This lead to me to enjoying shows on TV that prompted this level of academic banter. For the first time ever it was great to hear the truth and how far we have gone in living from the potential we all have. A must see episode that is defining the truth about whole body intelligence.

  • Luke Yokota October 4, 2016   Reply →

A very insightful look into how the body and its intelligence may be as, if not more, intelligent than that of the mind

  • Victoria October 4, 2016   Reply →

Whole body mindedness is a great expression, leaving no part out. This is an expansive interview talking about what it means to be, and live with ‘Whole body Intelligence’ bringing awareness and understanding as to why we end up with many of the health and mental issues we experience today.

Awesome to have a television programme of integrity delivering truth. Serge Benhayon brings a greater understanding of what it is to have whole body intelligence – in being loving, gentle and tender with ourselves we are loving all.

    • Nattalija February 4, 2018   Reply →

You can definitely feel the difference in the quality that is offered in this TV viewing.

  • Sandra Newland October 4, 2016   Reply →

Serge Benhayon explains the difference between intelligence as we know it and ‘whole body mindedness’ where knowledge is not just regurgitated information but it is “embedded in the body and comes from our body living it.” Serge has a practical and down-to-earth way of explaining things and our commonsense confirms the truth of such anecdotal evidence, as for example in his statement: “All the intelligence in the world will not stop you suiciding – love will”.

  • Kathleen Baldwin October 4, 2016   Reply →

I have watched this episode twice now and intend to watch it many more times in the future as each time I watch it I am inspired to deepen my connect to my the intelligence of my all knowing body as not only does this work for me, bringing greater awareness and discernment, it works for the harmony of humanity. We are all made up of particles that are naturally and scientifically known to be in a constant movement towards harmony. Serge explains how we can move with this process rather than obstruct it. These movements effects everything and everyone around us. This really drives home the responsibility we all have to move with true intelligence.

  • Gabriele Conrad October 4, 2016   Reply →

This sequence about suicide is very pertinent – intelligence doesn’t prevent suicide (as proven by the number of medical doctors who take their own life), but love in the body does.

    • Karina Kaiser October 9, 2016   Reply →

So true Gabriele – when love is the only true intelligence, and when we connect to that, than suicide will never be an option.

    • MA October 23, 2016   Reply →

Gabriele a great point to raise and one that we often don’t consider, if we have people in our world that are “highly intelligent” then how is that possible they suicide? However if someone has built a way of living that honours and cares for themselves then this love stops them suiciding.

      • Natallija December 28, 2016   Reply →

Yes and this is the point that has been raised so supportively by this episode. Serge Benhayon is getting real about how far ‘intelligence’ has really got us if we just stop to take in the statistics of illness, disease, self harm and mental health rates that are at alarming rates world wide.

    • Karina Kaiser October 23, 2016   Reply →

Love how you re-iterated this Gabriele – love in truth can heal so much, when we truly begin to love ourselves we are well on the way to healing things we may have thought were never able to be healed…

      • Nattalija January 28, 2018   Reply →

And the quality in which we interact with others goes to a whole new level of respect, decency and understanding.

    • Natallija October 31, 2016   Reply →

Yes Gabriele Conrad. This sequence rang a cord with me when viewing this episode. Serge Benhayon shares the unwavering truth on the simplicity of love that is missing when we make the head the primary source of our intelligence.

    • Natallija December 24, 2016   Reply →

A very powerful understanding with the alarming rates of suicide documented world wide.

    • Matilda Bathurst March 15, 2018   Reply →

So just as intelligence does not prevent suicide, nor does it (or will it), in isolation from love, solve any of our world problems.

  • Deborah October 4, 2016   Reply →

Now this is true body Intelligence – our body is more important than we can possibly imagine and forever gives us feedback of where we are at.
Developing a relationship with our ‘whole body’ (beyond a mere improved function of the body) and bringing this to all that we do, forever changes the quality of what we produce, our output and our every expression – for our body is part of a greater whole and our every particle’s natural intelligence is to express the Universal Love that we are. If we deny our body’s intelligence and wise counsel, we are given instant feedback…now this is absolute love and true support.

  • Vicky Geary October 4, 2016   Reply →

Hearing Serge Benhayon speak and present is unlike anything I had experienced before. From the outset I knew something was different. I was deeply inspired by what he shared, not because of anything particular, but because of the quality of this man. His integrity was tangible and at that moment that I first heard him speak I knew I had not met someone of this quality before. Needless to say, I returned for more presentations to learn more. What I have discovered since that first meeting is that what Serge presents is the true education I was looking for.

    • Natallija November 20, 2016   Reply →

I would have to agree. The first presentation I attended hit the nail on truth and honesty. There was no holding back in sharing the power of Serge’s whole body intelligence whilst holding each individual with respect. A must see TV episode and quality viewing for all.

    • Gabriele Conrad March 31, 2018   Reply →

True, The Ageless Wisdom is true education and points the way forward for all of us.

  • Adele Leung October 4, 2016   Reply →

Love is not the focus in the education system. This is deeply hurting everyone in the system, and yet because love is neither the focus in our own body, we do not allow ourselves to see the truth of this situation. And yet our bodies know truth. As a child and student I knew this truth in my body and the overwhelm of not knowing what to do about this, and as an adult now, I see children who know this truth too and choose to either rebel by being against or engulfed by the system, and their bodies suffering from these reactions. Nothing has changed and nothing will ever truly change if we do not set our foundations back to love. Being trained in a system currently which does not rely on the true intelligence of love, simple exercises of re-training our body to work as a whole is very worthwhile.

    • Natallija November 5, 2016   Reply →

Love is definitely not the focus in our current education system. It is from the words of Serge Benhayon and this incredible TV site that we can start to delve into the truth and not only hear but see that there is another way.

    • Natalie Hawthorne November 22, 2016   Reply →

Adele you make a great point and the crazy thing to it all is that all we have ever wanted is to be met for who we are – appreciated that our natural essence is extraordinary and divine, so beautiful that it needs to be celebrated. Yet as you say this is not the case and the education system can crush such a truth. This is what we have to really look at – is it not interesting that this appears to happen from the day the child enters school and in some cases at home before starting school. It has all become about the figures and ticking everything off that is being demanded from the teachers while the child is often left feeling alone, ignored and not good enough for not meeting the criteria. When these are the children coming through it is no wonder there is so much disruption and disharmony in the world.

    • Natallija November 26, 2017   Reply →

It is so easy to not want to feel the lovelessness of the education system and the comfort of keeping our head down is what allows this level to increase. To bring true intelligence to our curriculum is to bring the sparkle back to the children who are innately wise and waiting for the truth to be shared.

  • Adele Leung October 4, 2016   Reply →

Bringing a whole body intelligence to work in a world which has made working in parts an accepted normal, this is a reflection asking for a deeper responsibility from everyone. There is no selfishness when whole body intelligence is shared, which is something understood by the body and yet much more difficult to be grasped by the mind. It makes absolute sense that love cannot be contained between two people when we consider the body as a whole, and any interaction in any relationship affects every relationship in the world. This puts a perspective of responsibility of how we hold ourselves first and foremost with ourselves, as it does also explain why monogamy, as well as harmony with everyone is a natural way of our bodies, simply because everything affects everything else. SergeBenhayon.TV is revolutionary, this is tv that actually talks about what truly matters in life.

    • Matilda Bathurst March 15, 2018   Reply →

…’any interaction in any relationship affects every relationship in the world.’ Yes, to this and the connectedness and responsibility it brings to our awareness. I understand too that our primary relationship is with ourselves as this is the quality base for all our interactions.

As long as the mind is being informed by the heart, by love, i.e. we adopt a cardio-centric way of life, we are safe and things change for the better, for ourselves and the world in general.
