Episode 3 - Universal Medicine and the Media
Do we really live in a free market? Are we actually free to offer the services that we know will benefit our communities? Or is it the case that if the services we offer expose others’ modes of business it will be seen as a threat?
In this episode we explore the new innovator bullying, cyber abuse and press abuse levelled at Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine and take a look ‘behind the news’ at the business the media dubbed a ‘cult’ and the man they labelled a cult-leader. In a region renowned for its celebrated diversity of healing therapies, communities and groups, in 2012 when a series of articles came out vilifying the popular complementary healing business with outright lies, it was clear that there was a greater agenda at play. After all, why lie about something unless you have nothing of genuine concern to report? And why lie at all? What was it about Serge Benhayon and his work that he was being perceived as a threat to the status quo of health, medicine and healing? Moreover, what was he presenting about Women’s wellbeing that was breaking with an unspoken cultural protocol?
The championing of true equality for women, not just talked about, but lived, has never been more publicly available than it is through the work of Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon. In a world which continues to foster an embedded culture of mysogyny and especially within a media landscape in which inequality and sexism is rife, the media and particularly the journalist’s involved in early coverage of Universal Medicine were unable (or unwilling) to discern fact from derogatory pulp fiction about ‘brain washed female followers’. Through an already broken lens they failed to see the story right in front of them. This episode explores the lack of accountability in media that impacts the very fabric of community and society.
I wonder have we actually moved on from the dark ages where the governing (religious) authorities of the day decided who was a ‘witch’ or a ‘non believer’ and who wasn’t. If you fitted these categories laid down by an external authority then the chances are your life would be forfeited and many thousands of people were exterminated using these rules made up by the few who ruled over the many. And it is still occurring – the word now used is ‘cult’ not ‘witch’ but the energy hasn’t changed. It’s now often the media and the disgruntled few that are the voice of the authorities that hide behind directing the procedures. As I say nothing had changed except we now live in the so called 21st century. So have we really evolved? If we have not changed the energy then the answer has to be no.
Deepest form of common sense – this is true because when someone asks about my involvement with Universal Medicine, or ask about my relationship with religion. The basic principles I share, verbally or otherwise, are understood because they are a common-sense.
We live in a very corrupt world and everyone has contributed to the corrupted society we now live in and we have no one to blame but ourselves. So it makes sense to me that there is a concerted effort to close down the ones who can see through the corruption and have ripped off the sticking plaster we are using to cover the rot to let in some much needed air and light so that we can start to heal the rottenness we have made for ourselves. No one likes getting caught out in a lie and we have all been caught out hence the rage target towards those willing to stand for truth.
The media has become like the church was in the Dark Ages, we are giving our power to it without questioning its motives or agendas.
I agree with you Melinda and would go so far as to say nothing has really changed since the dark ages actually. The buildings have changed and technology has changed but the ideals and beliefs we are saturated with have not changed at all. We are all herded like sheep in a consciousness that is stopping us from knowing who we truly are and where we come from. We make and watch all these science fiction movies about being possessed etc, But what if we were actually possessed and are mere playthings for a consciousness that we are currently unaware of that is controlling us?
In year 11, during my A Levels I studies Sociology and one of the subjects at hand was how Media impacts on society. The lightbulb clicked when our teacher proposed that the media actually fueled the 2011 riots in the UK. It made so much sense, and I realised what an important role the media plays in our understanding and perception of life. Today, even more so as we are constantly bombarded with images from the media and information from news reporters.
We have been criticising the media as a false source of information, within literature examination one of the least reliable sources is the media. People who write or present news are known to be under the influence of social demands, it is well-known that what is said & what is presented is done so that it appeals to a larger audience, yet we still believe it. We still want to go onto the roller coaster ride and experience all of the emotion. So one can’t blame the media for the drama within society, it is society who creates the drama and incites the media to keep feeding us carrots.
The only evidence that is required is what we feel when we engage with Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. I know that for the past three years I have never witnessed this man harm another, be rude, derogatory or disrespectful in any shape of form. I know that the people I have met through attending these presentations have been the most caring and down to earth I have ever come across. I have become a part of a community that has supported my growth like nobody in the world has had the capacity to do so. So, the media will ultimately write whatever they please, but for those willing it is clear to see through the lies & know what side of truth we choose to position ourselves.
I am not shocked by the lies printed on a paper, that is expected – so many of us are drowning in our need for recognition that we are willing to do whatever it takes to just get a moment of glory. But what has shocked me is how devotedly we believe what is written in the paper to suit our own needs, we will attack those it is written about simply because something in them triggers us, we will discriminate because it’s out in the media and therefore we are allowed to also express our opinion, regardless of how vulgar or disrespectful it is.
We are hard wired to believe what we read in the newspapers. On top of which I have a natural tendency to trust people. These two things have meant that I have been hoodwinked on many occasions and taken on opinions that I have read. I enjoy having a natural trust and am simply waking up to reading more carefully what people’s superficial agendas are and therefore what may be impulsing them to act in certain ways. Our media industry is now so deviant and corrupt that even those with the highest integrity struggle to maintain standards within it.
I have also witnessed just how hard wired we are to believe what we read in the newspapers and how it can leave seeds of doubt in our minds and that is how we are caught. This is often how lies are spread because we are cut off from the access to the truth.
The absolute circus the media are presenting is shocking in its lack of integrity or basic decency.
As the media exposes its loose relationship with truth we see more clearly what we have aligned to and allowed to develop in the business of news distribution. A potentially reputable profession has become at best untrustworthy and at worst destructive and cruel.
If life is all about supply and demand – which energy are we demanding in our day and why? Are we making a conscious choice, or choosing to pretend that we don’t know what we are demanding?
That second question is so important, Ariana. How many of us pretend we are not choosing and in so doing align to what ever the mass movement it? Unless we are consciously (responsibly and actively) choosing, we are being chosen for, and if we were honest about this we would be deeply rattled by allowing ourselves to be played like this.
I have now seen the way in which media operates and I must say that I will never trust what I read ever again.
Universal Medicine and the media is an example of a huge lesson for the media, a lesson in integrity that is presented in their faces and what is done with it? Nothing that makes any sense.
We live in a world where the voice of truth is cast aside for the glee of incitement.
Gosh this is true and a sorry state of affairs. However, avoiding the fact that we would rather salacious gossip than adherence to truth is a further deviance and simply delays us accepting the fact that whilst we demand ‘the glee of incitement’ the supply will continue.
When I consider the depths the media will go to, the lies and depravity they will sink to, the abuse of people they will engage in, on line for all to see – it’s incredible. Why do we call them ‘the media’, they are not media, not by any definition, they are as much fiction as any bad ‘C’ rated Hollywood film.
The point that stands out for me here is the devastation and destruction that is the wake of the media these days. It is persistently and relentlessly destructive.
What beggars belief is that certain sections of the media will outright lie and fabricate outrageous stories that have no shred of truth, all for the sensationalistic sewage that pumps out of the industry. They have nothing because there is nothing to have, yet they make up their lies to sell – and all too many will read such lies. The truth of what is there is grand, glorious and inspirational, but they don’t want that, it smacks too much of responsibility. What I say is bring on the truth, it is sensational when lived, but not in the sense the media manipulate sensationalism to be.
The media have put themselves in a position similar to a drug dealer, they provide the hit and the user seeks the supply, there’s a symbiotic relationship between the two. What is needed is to cut off the demand and the supply will dry up.
Attacked by the media for being true defies common sense – yet it seems that there are those with the backing of media barons who are very comfortable lying – and consistently so. What has been perpetrated here against this man whose life stands for truth is nothing short of an abhorrent display of the misuse of power. Greed hates truth, and when truth lives in the body it clearly cannot bare seeing that.
The truth can have such a reaction in people, in everyone. To consider how much the world does not like truth, one only needs to look at the media industry, it is constantly burying and twisting truth on a professional basis. That is how far we have come from truth. Yet here we have a man who lives truth and look what the media are doing with that – it is an abomination.
A market that picks and chooses what’s allowed inside based on personal reasons is not truly free.
If you consider that many communities and religions are based on beliefs, and that this one is not is very unique. Relationships are instead based on qualities such as tenderness, sacredness and preciousness, all innately part of living from the soul and expressing from that in daily life.
Something is not right when a way of life where people decide to commit to tenderness, sacredness, and preciousness to not harm themselves or others is questioned in a way that is like an inquisition, as many would think that this is something we would all aspire to. It is clear that this way of life creates a stir and upsets those that don’t want to take any responsibility for the Garden of Eden that is being systematically destroyed by our wayward behaviour. We live in a society that is out of control, has lost all sense of decency and respect and yet can point the finger and criticise those who are making an effort to realign themselves and live in a way that brings them back into line with evolution.
Yes we seem to “have lost touch with what is real and true” and I wonder if many of us even care about it. For example regarding Brexit in the UK, there is currently widespread opinion that the nation was lied to from the beginning. But for some reason right from the beginning people chose to point the finger at one person mainly, although there was a whole government at play and as always there was the finances behind it all, there were also the numerous media outlets rehashing the information, and the masses perfectly happy regurgitating the absurd lies. So what makes people decide to use the exact same set up as an ongoing source of information and assume that this time round it will be true?
It seems we are all complicit in playing an absurd game and no one is willing to own up to being perfectly content with ignoring the stench of corruption actually at play.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could believe what we read in the media and not only that, but be inspired by the contents too!
The saying goes if you don’t like something start with yourself, that’s exactly what this is about. When we look at the media and all the lies that are spread why do we as a humanity demand them? In a way we not only see what we want to see but we start to get society to tell us what it is that we want to see and make that the news.
Serge’s sharing about the community that has grown around Universal Medicine is very beautiful. There is something very precious about being a part of this community. Learning to live in a harmonious way together with the foundations of decency, respect and true care. This then is carried to every community we are apart of. This is something we all deserve to live with.
Jennifer I appreciate your comment about Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, there is something very precious about being part of this community, I’m learning to live with myself and others at the very least with decency respect this leads to true care which I feel is something that is lacking in our current society.
It is astonishing when the media doesn’t like you how it is able to build up a whole body of self-cited material without any evidence creating the illusion of whatever effect it chooses. This is particularly obvious as currently a future wedding of a TV star receives nauseatingly positive coverage every day.
Forget freedom of press I’d rather have freedom from abuse.
I feel Serge is correct when he says that we have a collective interest. I feel as a society we have a collective interest to stay comfortable. We want to stay in the comfort that we have surrounded ourselves with and we do not want someone coming along rocking our boat and pointing out all the flaws we allow ourselves to be blind to. What is it about us that we prefer the struggle of life, the corruption, the abusive ways we interact with each other over and above another way to live which is actually to truly love and support each other. Could it be that it would mean we would have to be responsible for ourselves rather than blame everyone else for the mess we are all living in.
The vicious way Serge Benhayon has been portrayed in the media at times you’d think he’d have an axe to grind. But what he shares is simply a clear and simple reading of how all the corruption and lies in this world begin with us first and what we allow. This integrity is his style.
Joseph my takeaway from all the negativity, lies, threats and outright vileness that is rife in the media is that you cannot fight hate with hate as they are one and the same energy. What everyone is shown who cares to observe is how not to react, no matter the provocation but to live life in all its rich qualities which gives back an even deeper aspect of the heaven we all come from.
The problem is that everyone is on a constant drive for distraction from really looking at the mess of a world we are living in. And the media excels at fabricating sensationalised stories to help with this.
It is alarming that, if we go by what is printed about Universal Medicine, most of the stories have no resemblance to the truth. But was truth ever the objective when all along the game was about a demand for and the supply of distraction.
We see in almost every film and tv show how corrupt the media is yet still seem to put our collect trust in it.
Serge Benhayon’s understanding of life and people in life is so exquisite. There is not any ounce of judgment at all. Towards the end of the conversation he talks about men choosing aggression and all he shares is understanding of this without any suggestion that this needs to be changed. For that is for each of us to see in ourselves in our own timing. These are really beautiful conversations that need to be heard so that beauty of this man can be felt. So that we can then feel the beauty that we all have glowing within.
Just in the first sentence Rebecca has exposed that because Serge Benhayon is outspoken and is shaking up our comfortable way of living by simply explaining that the model isn’t working and will never work unless we make changes to the way we behave towards ourselves first. Any ill behaviour shows me that we do not live in a civilized society. We have for thousands of years tried to paper over the cracks and tried to make our society work but the veneer has been ripped apart and society has been exposed for the falseness it really is and in the anger of being exposed it seems to me the way society defends its self is to attack the truth. And so history repeats itself.
Interesting how the ‘people on the ground’ those who know the business of Universal Medicine have a completely different knowing of Universal Medicine that those who rely on the information that the media have. Chalk and Cheese. Truth and lies. The lies will be eventually seen for what they are.
We all know the media have a great tendency to lie yet seem to be obsessed with what is written in the papers and said on TV. To me it shows a level of convenience we enjoy, and as long as we – the individual – are not inconvenienced then anything seems to be able to slide past us without question.
Who do I trust? A journalist who I have never met or a man who I have known for over 10 years and been a backbone support for me during those years 🤔
Who do I trust – someone who has proven his absolute commitment to expressing the truth and an unwavering love for humanity, or a journalist who is writing a ‘story’ about this same person but they haven’t actually taken the time to meet him in person – which seems very incredible if they are at all interested in writing the truth.
The only way to know the truth is to discern for ourselves whether something feels true or not – despite what we may ‘think’, we are all extremely able to do this in connection with our body. Then we will realise that a lot of what is presented to us as the truth is not the truth at all.
There is a cavernous difference between what I have read about Serge Benhayon from the media and what I know from my own experience and what has been shared by those who know Serge. I’m sticking to what I know.
‘We are living an amazing way of being which is against the current trend’ Yes it does deserve study, I agree, there is much for humanity to learn – but as Serge says, we are not there to convert, this is key, that we are not trying to sell anything, we are simply living and being and if that inspires or is a role model for others then that is great.
Putting all cards on the table so that people can make up their own minds and choices. When all cards are on the table, there are no vested interests.
Trash what you feel threatened by is an old tactic, but one that only works if those who live the full movement deviate from what they know to be true.
Serge Benhayon here talks about tenderness being a form of intelligence. Which makes sense because is it not deeply intelligent to be tenderly moving through life, with delicacy and grace, so that no person is imposed upon?
Universal Medicine and the media is a showcase for the bias of the media and how ugly the media is.
The more we believe what we see instead of know what we feel the more we will see lies accepted as truths.
The lies I have witnessed in the media since 2012 about Serge and Universal Medicine are astonishing. As the saying goes, “Don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story.” It is so important for the truth to be told otherwise we have the public buying into the lies peddled by the media, and not just about Serge and Universal Medicine, but anything else the media falsely report about in their agenda for profit. My experience of Serge and his business are nothing like what is reported, but there would be many people in the public reading those stories and believing they are true.
Whilst the church no longer has the power it once did to influence people and their behaviours, sections of our media have very successfully stepped into this role where they can create stories that are not true to influence the behaviour of others.
I used to be scared of what the media or people might say about Universal Medicine, but now, really, I couldn’t care less for there is no opinion on this planet or the next that could outweigh the quality of my everyday life.
It’s quite a monopoly, isn’t it Alison! We all know this to be true but conveniently ignore the fact and quite literally, buy into it.
‘Living against the trend’ yes, it certainly is a community way of living that deserves to be examined not criticised, because so many people have benefitted from improved relationships, improved health and better lives in general. Yes it does require a change in thinking and there are many who are not willing to change and who will speak against it, but that does not mean it is any way ‘harmful’.
Interestingly, genuine health improvements attract certain people who feel the need to attack the organisation delivering the health benefits as much as they possibly can and the better the organisation does, the worse the attack get. Very strange.
With all the vile and untrue media, public and cyber bullying attacks on Serge Benhayon, he never holds or utters a word of judgment against anyone. He simply consistently reflects that everyone is equal in their essence, only the energy we choose to live by is what makes the difference – that is, from love and harmony with all or loveless-ness, hate, fear, jealousy and comparison.
I Love Truth. We all love it. It’s something I have deeply yearned all my life. I had enough of what we call life today and deep inside I called for Truth. Not long after I found Serge Benhayon — I have not looked back.
It’s quite incredible that despite the media attack Serge continues to express a deep wisdom and truth without holding back, whilst having understanding, with no judgement, reaction or anger as to why detractors and journalists have abused in the way they have. To hold steady in the face of such onslaught is unprecedented.
The miss-use of power by some factions of the media serves as a warning as to the huge depth of corruption there is in the world today. It would be so refreshing to know that each article which is published in the papers or online is a totally truthful account of an event, but situations like the one Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine have been subjected to, show that this is definitely not the case. And unfortunately, when one sensational seed is sown, many corrupted seeds soon follow, swallowing up the truth as they are constantly fed with the lies and deceptions. But as we know, eventually the truth will see the light of day – and how long that takes is up to us.
A balanced enquiry is a thing of myth like the minotaur in the labyrinth, the chosen tactic is full blown inquisition with lies woven through.
Re-watching this episode I am struck by how non-judgemental Serge Benhayon is, even to those who lie and attack him. He has a depth of understanding of what motivates human beings and can see through the behaviours with an absolute knowing of what is true and what is not, what serves humanity and what denatures us.
Yes, that is quite something to behold. Much easier to react.
Decency care and respect are foundational to every community and relationship. it is definitely worthwhile stopping and considering how we bring these important qualities to our daily lives and interactions, but also when we don’t. Not to berate ourselves, but to simply observe when we accept less than what we would normally.
The fact that there is a term called new innovator bullying highlights how resistant we can be to change, regardless of what that change may be.
What inspires me so much about Serge Benhayon is that he loves humanity too much to bow down to any form of bullying, because everyone having equal access to truth is the only thing that matters.
What is being spoken about is freedom to chose for ourselves, but we are not free to chose we are in fact controlled by the media, governments etc. However, I feel that this is small fry now as my feeling is we are much more controlled than ever before by modern technology that tracks everything we do and is then used as data analytics to control and intrude on our way of living more than ever before.
We all deserve to be left alone to life the life that we choice, so long as there is no harm involved. Even though people have no right to criticise others for their choice, we do it anyway and persist with it to the detriment to society as a whole.
I have spoken to a lot of people about media and most people have a level of distrust in it. Some organisations more so that others. The challenge that I find is seeing the truth in an organisation that ticks all the boxes of doing things right. They say and do all ‘the right’ things, but there is something equally unsavoury as the quality of what is published in the tabloids. In fact it’s much worse because they hide very nicely behind being good and nice.
Doing a google search today and the word cult came up as the first word in the headline of one of the articles that came up in my search. Its such an emotive word and sections of the media very happily and easily bandy it about without any consideration for what they are saying and who this may affect. They try and dull it down a little by putting it into inverted commas. But really the word is there in black and white and it immediately creates a picture in our minds, which is never a true representation of the truth.
Complaining about the media on its own is just another form of comfort – we as humanity have for so long ignored, blocked out or attacked the truth whenever it was delivered. The media just reflect the true depth of our unwillingness to face up to our irresponsibility. Thank you Serge Benhayon for persevering in the face of our many layered lies.
Media can say what they want I know what I stand for and what I know I want my life to be.
The reason most media give for the way they treat people in their attempts to write a story is that of ‘public interest’ and because of this they feel they can get their stories in any way possible. But as a result they have little concern for how someone may feel about the way they tell their stories. Look at how the average politician is treated. Yes its true they also use the media for their own purposes. But we need to look at how we consume our media, for it is us as consumers that actually have the final say about how they conduct their business. We can simply stop consuming their product.
It’s deeply disturbing to see what something as refreshing as Universal Medicine is done to in the media circus.
‘I am simply expressing truth from my body as I know it to be’ says Serge Benhayon and he is a role model for us all – we all need to be speaking truth from our bodies, not playing mind games, then there would be less war, fewer misunderstandings and greater harmony in all our relationships.
What is said here about free market is very revealing. There are many ways in which we can be bullied without it obviously looking like bullying. We have gestures, movements, pregnant pauses, sighs etc. that can be just as effective as being openly aggressive and bullying yet we don’t clock it as the same. We have as a society no true free market because tenderness can be laughed at, slowness can be complained about, and responsibility is not a favourite of most to just name a few. In a true free market there would be no judgement.
‘Expressing what I know to be true from my body’ is a phrase Serge Benhayon uses in this interview, he is not claiming anything, simply talking from his own lived wisdom. We all have access to that same wisdom but we tend to gather information from outside sources such as media, which means we can be mis-informed.
When something new is presented that requires people to make a shift, a change in their way of living, which is away from the comfortable lifestyle they currently experience, there will always be a reaction. The fact that the media ride this bandwagon with column after column of lies and criticism shows the false nature of the media in that they publish what sells and if the consumer wants drama and horror the media can reword absolutely anything to bring the exact vibration of drama and horror as required.
As too in the past have many soul- full servants been ridiculed and abused by the media during their time so to Has Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine.
The future will indeed show up the lies and the misrepresentation as the utter contrived attack it is.
I’ve been part of the Universal Medicine student body since 2012 and I’ve been able to experience what Serge talks about here, to relate to myself and others with the qualities of preciousness, sacredness, tenderness, etc. What I’ve learned is this is actually a natural expression, that these qualities are innate but we’ve lost connection to them. It’s truly amazing what Serge is bringing for humanity, I feel truly blessed to have experienced his work and be living the way I am – thank you Serge.
Serge Benhayon is an amazing man, he definitely lives what he presents, I have seen his dedication and love for people, it is incredible. He is an absolute inspiration to thousands and thousands of people on a global scale and I love everything he presents because it is delivered from his Livingness and from his Soul.
If we don’t stand up and say that the current way media is presenting such lies, sensationalism journalism, defamation, corruption, greed, abuse, hatred, propaganda – it just goes on and on, and if we don’t say No to this then we feed all that they are giving us. So who is really at fault? Where has the truth gone and why don’t we want to see, read or feel it?
No media in this universe could convince me that what I have felt and experienced over the many many years I have known Universal Medicine.
Or report unfounded allegations as a fact or disproven allegations as a fact.
When the media doesn’t like somebody they report in a partisan way – cherry picking, misrepresenting, perhaps even outright lie and then report on previous negative reports as confirmation of their negative bias. If you complain they threaten you with more of the same.
Wow I always find these conversations immensely interesting, inspiring and empowering.
Why are some journalists choosing to regurgitate the utter nonsense of a cyber bully about Serge Benhayon and not actually what he himself presents or is about? Their self-serving action is robbing everyone, because I am sure many others would be as appreciative as me of what is offered by this man. What he shares is so very needed in the world.
Talking about truth as a whole body experience, is very beautiful in this day and age where truth seems, in many cases at least, to be controlled by the scientific study or the media article. But if we all have the truth, right here with us all of the time, then there is no need to look outside for answers and as such to give our power away to anyone, instead to be free to have open discussions and to gather in honesty where we can all explore what truth truly is.
Surely if you want to test something’s credibility you would simply watch it unfold and observe its consistency rather than attack it and see if you can sling any mud that will stick.
I agree that when you meet someone who actually lives decency and respect every day and does not just talk about it or wish for it, it comes with a authenticity and genuineness that is very inspiring.
Hear, hear Andrew. I absolutely agree, Serge Benhayon is the most authentic, genuine, deeply loving, respectful and inspiring man I have ever met. He has mastered living divinity in a human body, what a man and what a beautiful reflection he is to humanity, a true world teacher of our current era.
Serge Benhayon’s observation that the truth is not discussed or traded because of people’s vested interest is spot on. We might say that we want the truth but our actions say otherwise. This is definitely something we need to at least get honest about.
And for me the main vested interests are profit, recognition and power, and in the type of journalism that is being used to attack Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine and its students, I can see all three so very clearly. So while the public would like to think they are being presented with the truth, what the actual truth is, is being tainted and in some cases buried, as for it to be known does in no way serve these vested, and very corrupted, interests.
The quality of love, integrity and responsibility that Serge Benhayon lives consistently 24/7, offers the opportunity for humanity to realise that this is a natural way of living and being in brotherhood together, that we can all return to live from. Throughout history, these ‘bringers of truth’ (including Serge Benhayon) have been under immense attacks, both physically and verbally from exposing (by reflection of their living way) the complacency and acceptance of the evil that continues to run amok in this world.
I have not yet met any other presenter and practitioner who lives everything they present to the depth and consistency that Serge Benhayon does. His words carry so much lived experience, wisdom and therefore authenticity as well as a real simplicity and practicality that is understandable and relatable to any human being irrespective of class, religion, education, gender or culture. I can see why his business is called Universal Medicine!
Serge Benhayon lives what he presents – it is a truth and the depth of that truth can be felt by anyone who listens. Some people may not agree and may, in their reaction say the most awful things about him, but we all know that at some level they can feel the truth of what he is presenting.
Very true Carmel. Serge Benhayon presents a truth that is inherent within us all. What people are resisting when they invent baseless lies about him is not Serge or his teachings but their own true nature, something that they can never actually escape from. One day the depth of harm they have done to them selves and others will become very evident and in that, the potential to embody the immense grace and power of Serge Benhayon’s teachings to correct the ills of this world. We all know we come from a far greater love than the one we currently live on Earth and Serge consistently holds the door open to all who sincerely want to resurrect our true responsibility.
It seems to me, and I am sure too many others, that the media are a law unto themselves and in believing so often placing themselves above the law of the land. Many involved in the media appear to go to any lengths possible to obtain the most sensational story, the most revealing photos and in the process having no regard to the human beings involved, often causing incredible and sometimes lasting harm. Serge Benhayon and his business Universal Medicine, have been the target of this drive for sensationalism, coming from several journalists who have simply cut and pasted from the online rantings of a well-know cyber-troll. The way he has handled this is so amazing to observe, but others who are more vulnerable have simply folded. Where has respect and care for a fellow member of humanity gone when these despicable acts are allowed to continue and in some cases flourish?
This is an astonishing level of callousness and harm not only by the journalists who are dishing out the abusive stories, but also by those of us who choose to be entertained by such stories.
I have noticed this for a long time, it started off by the way public figures have been seen as fair game and more and more it seems that journalists have no stop except when the reporting would go against the sentiments of the publisher.
I imagine that most people don’t consider that their choices of how they entertain themselves could be so harmful to their fellow brothers & sisters. I certainly had not considered it several years ago. Such conversations and bringing it out to the open are very much needed.
So many moments of Gold in the conversation. As Serge and Rebecca were sharing on the tenderness of men, I was taken back to a memory of watching a male patient, who was a very big man, walk down the corridor in the hospital with his new baby over his shoulder, who was completely surrendered in how he/she was being held. It was how he was moving and holding his baby that brought me to a stop and I have to say I melted. What I saw was tenderness in action and it was in his every step.
Throughout history we have perverted the truth about our world leaders and their teachings and Serge Benhayon is no exception to this, being the subject of many outlandish lies, fabricated stories and complete mis-representation. The real man and his award winning business are fundamentally changing people’s lives as can be seen in other episodes here. What hidden agendas have the press and media got running that makes them completely avoid these living miracles and manufacture fake news about a person who is totally incorruptible?
The media tells what sells, not that which ringeth the bells of truth.
The wisdom of Serge Benhayon has offered thousands a path of true healing and a joyful life with a basis in self-care and self-love. What are the media offering humanity?
Yes, Alison, there are very deliberate forces at play attempting to offset the game-changing and universal truths being humbly presented by Serge Benhayon, but the truth always wins out in the end.
It is really interesting in this episode to feel the truth of how we think we are in a free economy, but evidently this is not the case in truth, as Serge has experienced, once we live in a way that exposes the rot of the ruling systems and institutions.
What do we invest in: Lies and corruption or the Wisdom in the truth of one’s lived experiences?
What Serge Benhayon shared about the media essentially being no different that communism is really powerful and I had never really considered how the media came to be this way, But he is correct. So long as people conform to the way the media see it, then all is ok. If we really on the media for our information then depending on what we consume, we are being tunneled into a view or way of seeing the world. This can happen no matter the media we can consume.
Trial by media happens so frequently but we don’t even blink an eye. I saw something recently where a politician in Australia left politics because of the media shaming she experienced based on a series of anonymous complaints released to the media. You can see the total set up in things like this to put pressure on someone so that they crack. There was no evidence, no court decision, nothing like this, but the media could apparently use the complaint as fact, even though none of the complaints were being shown to be true. If we don’t start to speak out, or at least stop consuming this style of media, nothing will change and unfortunately good people with continue to be hurt and we all miss out on what this person may do to support the community as a whole.
Universal Medicine is loved by its clients and staff equally, for they know the integrity that it is held in.
There are areas of the world with oppression and brutality beyond what most of us can imagine, I am well aware of that and relatively there is much to appreciate in the ‘free’ world. But at times I am so alarmed by the complacency with which we live. For example every day watching hundreds of people reading the same free paper and wondering if they are aware that at least half of what is printed is fabricated by a journalist who wants to meet a deadline, let alone the bias of the editors which colours the whole thing, is somewhat concerning.
Wow! What a bomb shell! Here we are supposedly living in a ‘free market’ but if we don’t conform we are bullied and quashed with lies from the media – “communism without a leash” — “the illusion of freedom”.
Yes we are definitely not as free as we like to think we are as a society and so it is great that Serge Benhayon is willing to bring these conversations so we can become more honest about the world we live in.
Observing and exposing the veil of misogyny in every area of my life is a very much needed part of my unfolding to counter this evil force or heavy consciousness. It is through calling it out and speaking up that this energy is laid to rest.
More and more our freedom is taken away from us, bring back truth with freedom.
Yes Fiona, it certainly has supported me too to see and feel more as to what can actually go on in the media and I sense I have much more to be aware of and see that is not pretty. I cannot turn a blind eye like I used to because I am beginning to get a sense of my responsibility no matter how painful and sad it is and my part especially as to what I have allowed – the lies and untruths said which I have not spoken up against.
I find it very interesting that the qualities of tenderness and fragility as spoken about in this interview are frowned upon and seen as weaknesses in society. It makes sense to me that there has to be more at play here than what we are educated or raised up with. It then begs to ask the question as Serge Benhayon ends this interview with ‘are we producing a society that freely allows men to be tender and women to be sacred and precious or are we producing a society that is crushing this?’
It is sad to see that our society currently views tenderness as a form of weakness because tenderness is in fact a strength. I am only beginning to understand the true meaning of tenderness through what Serge Benhayon has been presenting. Thank God Serge knows tenderness inside out because he lives it through and through. We all need to know the true meaning of tenderness and start to live this intelligence once again.
‘We have not evolved past the dark ages’. What once was the Catholic church hunting down ‘witches’ – women offering healing, we now have the media and evidence based science hunting out and lying about anyone offering anything that challenges vested interests.
Too me the problem we are faced with is that we do not live in a free society, it is very much controlled I feel by the huge multi-national corporations the Politian’s seem to be career Politian’s and in some cases are funded by the corporations, so they ‘toe’ the line. And while we as a race of human- beings allow this to go on, nothing will change and to me there seems to be little impetus for a change. We have got what we in fact asked for.
Its interesting how the media barons are protected by the law .. it makes me ponder and many would be aware how many other institutions and industries are also protected by the law? So, where do we stand with the law? Is it also corrupted? I know it is .. and why do we live with it knowing they are? I can also say it about my industry IT — everywhere I work I see the same issues of the customer not being met for who they are instead they are looked at being lesser because they do not understand IT. IT has been setup to be complex. Also, when I research IT or study new stuff there is not many if any who share how the IT works. This is a huge consciousness and I know what I’m going to do to make IT simpler if not expose it not bringing us closer but separating us more and more eg. Virtual Reality – if your connected to your body like I am when you operate it, my head starts to spin and I do not feel balanced no more. So, all this stops us from connecting to who we are. Whenever I experience this force to disconnected I know it is my God given right to connect to who I am look at exposing it as trying to disconnect me.
What an amazing way to start a conversation, by saying that: “At the root of all we are all the same. So when one body speaks the truth, it speaks on behalf of all bodies.” Serge Benhayon. From this point, which is a foundation for the whole conversation set, it is clear that all that will be said, will be said from a collective point of experience and not from one person’s isolated perspective or agenda. Serge sets the standard here for how true communication can begin and for what its true purpose can be.
The part you highlighted is inspiring Shami and it remind us all of our responsibility to express truth. This is something many of us tend to shy away from. For me, I have been deeply inspired by Serge Benhayon to step out of my shyness and holding back, and start expressing truth.
Definitely the deepest form of common sense. I have connected to many people across the student body or ‘village’ as the interview described it as such. Some people I’ve never met (yet) yet speak to them over the internet with a level of decency and respect and collaboration that I’ve found void in working relationships or even friendships and family across the board and as a student body, we share an interest or livingness of what Serge and Universal Medicine presents.
There is a crime being committed against the whole of humanity and a majority of us seems to not know this is happening under our very noses. For many of us it is such a struggle to get through daily life, that this is all we are concerned about and there are so many crimes and injustices we tend to think what’s one more? We are worn down and in this worn down state we are not able to understand or appreciate the enormity of the force behind those few people that want to gag Universal Medicine. I feel this is done so Universal Medicine is not able to inform humanity of the fact that we are being lied to on a huge scale. To me the book ‘1984’ written by George Orwell has come to life and this is the life we are all living and there is someone saying ‘but actually it doesn’t have to be this way,’ and the controllers and manipulators of the false life have too much to lose and are making a concerted effort to not allow the whistle blower to be heard and is making every effort to close down the truth.
To keep humanity from the truth of the wisdom Serge Benhayon is here to share with the world, is as far as I am concerned, a crime against humanity, and those committing that “crime” ought to be answerable for their actions. As Serge expresses, not everyone may agree with what he shares and some may absolutely hate it, but at least they know it’s there and that they have the choice to reject it or say yes to it. This is a true market, unlike the market we have today where certain factions try to control what they want humanity to hear and to know, and in so doing removing the right for each and every one of us to have the freedom to make that choice for ourselves.
A lot of the food products in many supermarkets have started a basic colour coded labelling system that tells you about the amount of calories, fat, saturated fat, carbohydrate, sugars, protein and salt in the food so that you have an idea what your money is buying. How about we have such a system for media items, so that we know the amount of truth, first hand experience, genuine research, suspect information, fabrications, personal views, personal agenda or deliberate lies we are getting.
Same here Fiona, it has changed my perception as well. The media are not interested in the truth so does that mean nor are we? Or could we change and make truth important to us?
While we allow the media to print lies and buy their produce then to me it is saying that as a community of people most of us are not ready to hear that we live in a world full of greed, corruption and abuse behaviour. May be it’s all too much as then we have to take responsibility for the mess our society is in and I feel not many people wants to own up to this or seemingly do anything about it.
The Truth and what sells papers are two very different things in our society.
Serge Benhayon has inspired both men and women to see each other as true equals, and to help us see the sacredness and preciousness of a woman’s body. He has done this through the way he lives, he presents what he lives and we can feel that equalness whenever we are with him.
If you ever get to thinking you’ve got issues and life is too hard, just watch one of these videos here and it all just falls away to leave you with responsibility, simplicity and connection. Thank you Serge Benhayon for what you bring ‘hot off the press’ from your inner heart to ours.
Serge Benhayon is absolutely correct when he says we have not got a true free market when ‘Big Brother’ dictates what can or cannot be allowed and this reminds me of the way that the Catholic church has throughout history crushed the teachings of the Ancient Wisdom. If the Library of the Vatican was opened up to the public, the world would at last know the truth behind the Albigensian Crusade in 1209 which led to the massacre of the Cathars and the people of South America. This was the brutality of ‘Big Brother’ in action and it is still occurring today.
I was considered outspoken when I was a child growing up and this was frowned upon by my parents especially my father. I have come to the understanding that people who speak the truth of a situation are not welcome because they expose the lies we live with and have accepted as truth. And no one likes to be exposed and so the pack energy is wielded against you.
When I look back over the last 100 years I see that humanity has been lied to so often. and the truth hidden, such in the case of the harm of cigarettes – which was finally exposed; the harm of sugar which is currently being exposed; and still being lied to about the harm of alcohol. All these lies have harmed humanity in so many ways. And today we have more lies being fed to humanity about Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, an organisation of the utmost integrity which is offering the answers to the ills of the world. People aren’t stupid and when presented with the truth they will more often than not know, so why hide a way of living that has the potential to change their lives; they can always say no thank you.
We have to stop and consider the extent of lies and how this seeps into so many areas just so we can maintain our version of the truth. Is it possible that Universal Medicine is too exposing for some and so extreme lies are spread about them?
I agree, truth does not get much air in society, there is so often self interest and so if this happens regularly how can there be truth, we talk about it but we do not live it. We know this but it serves us to pretend that it is true, when it is loaded with agendas.
The average person if they were in the shoes of Serge Benhayon would have collapsed with the on slaught of abuse that has taken place. Serge Benhayon is remarkable and every single abuse that has taken place he hasn’t reacted but only has understanding and respect for the persons that continue to acuse with accusations that are totally empty.
I was brought up with an idealistic look at print and the media. Whatever was in print was looked upon as the efforts and wise contribution of those who deeply cared about all aspects of life, so it was treated with great reverence. My observation over the years has led to a 180 degrees change of view.
Everything has a supply and demand relationship. This realisation is a very bitter pill, especially with the extent of lies, misrepresentations and manipulation we currently have everywhere and in every aspect of society – our media being a loud and clear example of that.
A very bitter pill that we are starting to get truth and clarity from with this incredible site and the discussions offered.
‘I’ve set a standard where Truth is lived’ says Serge Benhayon, and we have all witnessed that, it is not a cult, he is simply living with a unity in the world-wide community in a way that inspires us to do the same. As Rebecca says, it is not a dogma or a set of beliefs, it is the deepest level of common sense that we relate with the deepest decency, care and respect.
Agreed Carmel, this standard will one day be everyones standard. And what is interesting is depsite all the media attacks its actually the standard that everyone wants today. Ask anyone and they will say they want love, simplicity, amazing wisdom, incredible relationships and a feeling of joy throughout the day.
Self gain over humanities hurts – interesting what we offer when the world is in dire straits.
I recall at one of the first Universal Medicine workshops I attended Serge Benhayon started talking about different occupations by describing the most divine contribution they could be offering humanity. I recall for example for the first time I saw that the profession of Law was about supporting people in establishing and deepening harmony with one another, far cry from what I had assumed it was, i.e. pitching one lot against the other and coming out as the hero by securing the upper hand at the expense of the other party. As he described one profession after another I cried. How glorious our expression can be and what a sham we are actually living.
Ironic that there are journalists who have sided with a cyber troll to attack him. Journalism could be so much more. But it could all be so very different, e.g. here is a website of someone I consider brings great quality to the art of journalism, while her main line of work is actually a general surgeon! http://thesoulfuldoctor.co.uk/
We can see the shark-like attitude in the media: “I can do what I like and get away with it”. It is time for us to wise up with what we choose to be consumers of rather than go for entertainment.
There is zero judgement from Serge with regard to those who abuse, vilify and lie in society about Universal Medicine. There is complete understand and holding of them in love but there is also a calling out of the irresponsibility and zero pandering to their foul energy. A delicate and carefully mastered expression of love and truth all in one.
It’s true what Serge has shared about the amazing relationships in the Universal Medicine community, they are totally different to what I’ve experienced in the past, as relating is via qualities which come from our essence, and in the essence of who we are there is an equality that transcends physicality and gender. It’s a really beautiful experience and something I take out with me to the world, people love being related to this way as our essence is something we all innately have even if it’s buried temporarily under beliefs, ideals, and the roles we have taken on – the true beauty is still in there.
A man who loves men and women, equally, he inspires us to question our roles and gender ideas concerning our assumptions, but why not…there is much to reconsider about how men and women relate to one another.
With fragility being an open sharing of the undeveloped part of us, I can see how supportive this would be in relationships, because to be openly fragile allows the space for another person to come in to their strengths and to support you as you openly learn and develop, thus making it possible for greater intimacy.
The media are masters at manipulating, bastardising and compartmentalising what ever the subject to get their side across in which ever way they are wanting to sell it at. The irony is we buy and support such corruption. We have the power and it’s about us asking and calling for truth.
I agree with Serge Benhayon, people are not stupid and people will be able to work out what is true and what is not, especially when they experience something for themselves. In this example where the media has made up lies about Universal Medicine, it means they are robbing people of truth, of them accessing support that could potentially be life changing, inspirational and revolutionary. Many people may think that the media is about publishing truth and bringing real news to people, but in this example with Universal Medicine, the media has not delivered truth but lies. So, what has happened to our media industry, if lies are allowed to be printed?
When I look back over the last few years at the absolute lies about Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine certain sections of the media have published I am quite puzzled. Puzzled because they are missing out on the most newsworthy story of the century, a story that once published has the potential to change the lives of many and the world. But it seems so many readers/viewers want the shock-horror reporting, the sensationalism. Unfortunately there is usually very little truth in this form of reporting, unlike the absolute truth Serge Benhayon is sharing with the world.
I am puzzled too Ingrid, because my experience of Universal Medicine from day one has been absolutely incredible. There are no other businesses in this world I have seen that have the same level of integrity, love, respect, and care for people and true success.
I love the fact that the media is now looking at the lives of those who have cast the first stone. A stone that did not land mind you, for Universal Medicine’s integrity is second to none.
Great point, there are ‘invisible lines’ that we do not often cross and if we do then we feel the force of those who want to maintain the status quo, the status quo is harmful, it does not support us as we grow, it limits and prevents us from flourishing. As women and men equally, we all have responsibility for how we are with one another. Serge Benhayon inspires relationships of responsibility. I am inspired by that.
Defining a group of people by shared values and not by a belief system. This is mega huge in this day when there is so much human abuse being inflicted upon eachother in the name of belief.
We like to think we have a free economy, but how can it be free if someone can take a dislike to you for some reason and then work to defame you and your business and then other take up that cause. All this based not on truth but on innuendo and rumours. Should we not be allowed to make up our own minds about what we seek in life to support us?
I agree Jennifer, we should be allowed to make up our own minds. This interview exposes that free economy is not so free and how many people would question this? I love how Serge Benhayon presented this so clearly and it makes absolute sense, and packed full of truth and wisdom.
Media will report whatever they like, regardless of truth and facts. Our job is to simply live truth till the lies fall to the side.
It is amazing how much force comes into play when anything new comes along that reminds people that they are not living in a healthy way. There is a lot of money at stake in the large corporates who sell sugary drinks, alcohol, sugar-laden foods, health products, weed killers and pharmaceuticals, let alone the black market on drugs. We as a one humanity are still demanding these products and Serge Benhayon is merely pointing out this fact. The media have slammed him for expressing an uncomfortable truth. They are cleverly manipulating words and regurgitating their own lies in order to try to bring down Universal Medicine, an organisation that presents courses and events geared towards inspiring us to live a different way, a way that moves us towards Love, Stillness, Harmony and Truth.
What I love is that Universal Medicine’s response is to carry on doing great work, no defence or justification necessary!
Great point Michael. There is also no judgement or condemnation of the detractor, media or abuser. Universal Medicine’s response is in no ways holding back from the truth of what they are doing but equally holding them as an equal.
One of the most powerful things I witnessed attending my first Universal Medicine event in 2012 was the equality women were held in by Serge. It really stood out to me because as a woman I have always felt a power within me that comes from a connection to God, and I have had an intention to explore this and what the truth and meaning of life is, but there are very little avenues to go down that could nurture that within me. Religion in general does not hold women as equally powerful to men, and New Age spirituality also has little to offer on this, so where do you go as a woman? For me Universal Medicine and all Serge offers has been tremendously empowering, at last the equality I have always sought as a woman and the nurturing of my power in practical ways through workshops, clinic sessions, and Serge’s books. It’s a vital point to state for women everywhere that not only are we equal but that there are people in the world like Serge willing to support women to live their power.
Interesting how conclusions can be jumped to when we only know part of the story and especially when the part is based on lies. What we then think is the truth is not even a fragment of what it was started with. This is corruption at its core.
“What was it about Serge Benhayon and his work that he was being perceived as a threat to the status quo of health, medicine and healing?” Great question, why shoot the messenger? We clearly do not have all the answers and what are we afraid of uncovering; the truth of how we are living?
Yes what truths are we unwilling to see that we need to lie, and what lies are we living when we are not prepared to see.
I have often been to the region that you say has a abundance of healing therapies, communities and groups that are incredibly diverse but live with each other seemingly harmoniously a sort of live and let live atmosphere. So I was very surprised in 2012 that a few people could hold such a grudge for such a long time is it nearly 6 years? To me it feels as though there is something greater at play here than what is portrayed on the surface. For me it shows how evil and twisted jealousy can become as it seems capable of eating people up and poisoning their bodies so that this is all they know and live off.
Something that I have observed within the media is, the stories that they tell are re-cycled. There maybe a new slant but they re-tell the same story that may very well not be true. In the case of Universal Medicine, everything that I have seen in the media is a lie and this same lie is getting recycled. How can this continue to happen in civil society where free speech is a respected value? Maybe we need to return to the words free speech and look at what this means and how we have allowed this to be bastardised.
Agree Jennifer, free speech does not give one licence to abuse, which is clearly what has been and continues to be wielded At Universal Medicine or anyone by association.
Any vilification of another through any words, action or movements is harming the ALL.
I feel it’s very common sense what’s shared here, that we have a basic human right to have a free economy and one that is based on truth. If companies don’t share the harmful effects of their product (like in the case of tobacco) then we are not fully informed when we make a decision. If the media smears a company and steers people away from it and its services or products then that is another imposition on our basic right to choose freely. It’s very necessary to expose what’s going on out there, as if the media have smeared the name of Serge’s business Universal Medicine then it’s really a form of bullying, as well as treating the public like pawns in a game of manipulation and power.
There is no media story that can negate how I feel in my body and the journey i’ve been on during the (almost) 22 years I have spent on this planet.
What Serge is presenting is a different way of living and when people get a sense of what this is and how it exposes what is loveless and empty then there is a fight and a struggle to hold onto what comforts us. I know I have resisted on many occasions but it always gets to a point where I just have to stop the fight and say yes to what I know is my inevitable way of being. Letting go of my self possessed ways and live what I know is true.
An industry found on lies and deceit deserves no protection in regard to freedom of speech or print.
The deceit of how things are edited in the media needs to be appraised, it is not uncommon to find out that there has been an agenda set within the media company before filming even gets started and it is ignorant for us not to be honest about the influence of this agenda on the finished copy. Why Universal Medicine is portrayed as it is in the media is for us all to reflect on, it is no different from the games played at election time in the UK for example…, why only look at the surface level drama and gossip as our reality?
Great point in this presentation that the media having free reign to label groups as cults with the implication that they are dangerous to society is no different to the Catholic church and its witch hunts. The media do this all the time using words that they know will get an emotional knee jerk reaction from the public and in this the people in power in the media who are pulling the strings in the background can manipulate public opinion to suit whatever agenda they want. This is exactly the same as how the church kept a firm grip on control of society in the dark ages.
Media and Social Media are all part of the same stimulation fest…there is no if any accountability for what is written and it is so harmful that there is not responsibility chosen, it poisons all of our lives to have toxic flood of salacious gossip poured on us daily.
What amazes me about what Serge presents here is not only the corrupt media, something so many of us already know, but the fact of why is the corruption there? The fact is what are we wanting the media to report on. If we looked at this perhaps we would not have the media we do today.
When there is no accountability there is a responsibility gap and therefore a dis-ease within society.
How often do we cast judgement on people and tell or collude with lies and gossip about others without really observing and understanding them and how they live? The media do this all the time but are we giving them a licence to do this by how we live every day?
Truth can only be lived, it is through the body , how we express that this is felt, not merely though the need, mind and mouth. Truth is an energetic choice and movement and it can not be corrupted, regardless of what is said or suggested about it. It is felt by all of us.
So much has been said by both Serge and Rebecca that after each question/answer you are left to be free to be who you truly are. This is a principle of truth and love.
Do we ask for the Truth from the media or do we ask for something to stimulate our conversations?
I love the example that Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine set. This level of love, care, truth, honouring, dedication and responsibility should in fact be the foundation of every single area of life – including the Media.
There is nothing that someone can tell me that would override my lived experience of any aspect of my life. My body, my life, I know exactly how I feel and what i’ve been through.
If you do the slightest research on the way healers over history have been treated, by organised religion and monarchial and political institutions, it is very clear that there has been strategies to keep the power out of the hands of the common man and woman, they are seen as dangerous and unruly. In truth you can not control anyone, but it can delay, impose ideas and breed fear in the general public when others are made examples of, tortured, excluded and vilified because they are open to healing. …something for us all to ponder, it may not be like the past, where healers were called witches and killed, but I feel organised religion, the scientific community, the media etc…do the same tactics of exclusion and ridicule to anyone that offers an another way…..of living life.
It does not matter how abusive and un-truthful the media maybe about Serge Benhayon never once has he allowed his integrity to lessen nor his love and care of people. By doing so not only is he an inspiration for others he also highlights and exposes the corruption of the media and all that is associated with that.
It’s very true from my experience of Serge that he holds women as equal, as when I began attending Universal Medicine events in 2012 one of the first things I noticed was how well the women attending were doing. After seeing the inequalities in religion, if not degradation towards women, I felt very strongly to continue with studying Serge’s work and it’s definitely been my experience that women are deeply honoured, respected, and truly supported and held equally. I have also attended many events specifically for women from both Universal Medicine and Esoteric Women’s Health which have been life changing for me. Universal Medicine is truly an organisation that is there to serve all people equally.
Like all things when they have been allowed to run a certain direction for a period of time then it will take time to undo or to turn that momentum around. The lies and corruption we see bleed out from how our current media is now operating was set forth long ago in incremental steps, these steps allow it now to stand where it does with few truly believing what is written but then not taking steps to correct what they are already seeing. The way our defined media is at this point hasn’t occurred overnight and when we truly look we see the hand we have played and possibly still play. The consistent correction of what we now see is now needed and in time this will turn everything on it’s head.
We are also our own media in terms of everyday life. We are controlling what we let people see and what we don’t let people see. I wonder where the press got their system from!
Very true and like so many words the word media has been pigeoned holed into what is a small part of a larger picture. When we mentioned media my mind goes straight to a definition and all responsibility points to that definition. Here we have it opening up to include us all and what we are seeing is only a result of what we have all put into this system or this words meaning. As is presented there is more then meets the eye when it comes to media and as we open this back up how we are, our quality comes to the fore.
If the truth were truly sought we would see it, for we all know where to find it.
What is it about us as a society that we turn a blind eye to the way media has so much control and dictatorship over us… The free market that Serge Benhayon is presenting is something that is totally possible and it is down to each and everyone of us to say no to the lies we are being fed. The media wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for the demand so what are we really asking for?
I love the exposing of the lie that there is a free economy when it’s far from free when those who do not fit the designated roles are so unashamedly targeted, lied about and attemptedly discredited – and, what’s worse is those targeted are actually of true service to humanity in a time of much/dire need. This take no prisoners campaign communicates to everyone to not step out of line or else they’ll get the same treatment. It’s wonderful it’s being exposed for what it is so we don’t remain blind to what’s going on and we can stand up to what is true, if we so choose.
We are seeing the media shift in the sense that through blogs we can now be our own media reaching millions of people without publishers or editors… That comes with great responsibility as to what we put out there.
What Serge Benhayon is presenting here is very true as the control media has over businesses or people in the public is huge. A lot of people, even if they have experienced the fact that there are many lies in newspapers and media, still read or watch and react to what it is reported, instead of firstly discerning if what they are hearing or reading is actually truth.
To bring trust back in to humanity simply through how we live in the current world, as it is and in its current state, is quite spectacular and brings with it a great appreciation for all that each person has to offer.
I love Serge Benhayon’s live and let live approach to life. Being a part of the broader Universal Medicine Community I also feel it is important that we are able to live our lives without the criticisms or attacks of others, simply because they don’t like what they think is being presented.
Gee this brings up some memories and an old thing about a concern or controlling yourself because of what you perceive others may say or do. It sinks more and more into living freely within how you truly are regardless of what is playing out in your thoughts or perceptions. Like so many times when you have thought that something is a certain way only to find out that it wasn’t like that or wasn’t about you in that way. What I am saying is that we are being played and our perceptions and thoughts can make up anything they want. Only when you ground truly what is going on do you see the full picture. I see this play out when you perceive or think someone is saying or being a certain way from a simple look but if you approach them or were to approach them and look deeper you see your thoughts had run off into a specific direction. That direction seems to always point critically at yourself and then others. There is another way to lead life and that way isn’t critical of every move you make but supportive and refreshing of you simply truly learning and freely making steps to the rhythm you feel.
The media is our own making, we can not point the finger and say, hey, that is gross, because as a public we ask for it or condone it through our silence. Responsibility says “why are you picking up that paper and reading that story of this and that sensational tid-bit”…and we say “because it distracts us, entertains us, helps us feel better off than others”…but where is the truth? And so Universal Medicine teaches the power of self responsibility….that is not going to go down well in today’s current media climate…it will not ‘sell’, as it is truly represented, so false accusations and lies are spread. Simply put it challenges the current set up in society, it says life is more than what we have settled for… ground breaking stuff…
As you are saying it would appear people won’t ‘buy’ the truth they are preferring drama and gossip or similar. Yet it’s possible this is what we are all wanting and yet no one has delivered it consistently into the public forum for us all to wake up. No one until this current time with Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon and I know I picked it up to read as have many others. This confirms that we are all ‘looking’ for the same thing and yet have sat back on our hands and not actioned all we are feeling. This is all intertwined within our society, no part is isolated and you can see how we are in one area then how it impacts within another. The media part and how we define success or what is popular again are needing our fresh eyes. To not only see what is truly going on but to feel how and where to walk out of it all.
What Serge Benhayon talks about business and a free economy could also be said about general workplaces. When someone or even a team are offering a new way, there can be much reaction against what is being offered. There is much time ‘wasted’ in these levels of debate and often a great deal of hurt.
What Serge Benhayon is exposing here is how we allow ourselves to be controlled. In years gone by it would have been the church, today it’s being controlled by media. What we think, believe, what’s the new in thing, etc. However what’s going on for us that we find ourselves in the position of allowing this control? Are we not wanting to see the truth of things, which is why we are happy to see the so called truth of what is put forward by media? When we consider that everything is energy…are we potentially feeding the might of the media with our own choices and arrogant ways of being?
There seems to be a real apathy within our society that I can relate the feeling directly to myself. We see all that is happening before us and yet to different degrees we sit on our hands and wait. It’s almost having the detailed TV guide and remote beside you and knowing that nothing is coming on to watch and yet in place of taking action and turn off the TV we just let it run and keep looking back at the TV guide thinking it may change itself. Like all things it will need an action point from us consistently to bring the change is needed but if we are sitting on the couch watching then the TV is just allowed to play all it wants.
There is a lot happening in places of control- the media, government, business, education system etc that we don’t want to feel or make a stand on, short term personal gains are often chosen over a long term commitment for real change. Many of us, do not give a second thought to the media unless we are personally impacted by its ruthless attempts to use us as the next day’s sensational story, and most of us occupy ourselves by reading other peoples misery. What is it that will make the shift to long term change? understanding that there are ripples and that every choice matters in our life can make a huge difference to how perceive life. Every turned cheek, sarcastic thought, laugh at someone else discontent, is a ripple in the pool of the universe. I have begun to take steps to leave a wake of responsibility. This makes for true long term change and this has been inspired by observing walking this within their own lives…including Serge Benhayon.
Cyber abuse is a crime and needs to be treated and punished as such.
Anyone that has truly spent time with Serge Benhayon knows that he lives everything he presents. It’s a truth that has a livingness. Serge has set a different standard when it comes to integrity and if the media do not represent that, which in my experience they have not, then they are simply doing what the catholic church did to the so-called heretics of their time, we like to think we have come a long way, but have we? It’s time we make our own media, one that is grass roots and from the villagers and that is exactly what UniMed has done, leading the way once more!
Serge Benhayon has such a deep and profound level of respect and understanding of all people and where they may be in life. There is no judgment at all here just a great honouring of the very natural and innate qualities that is within every person.
In talking about a free economy, what I find interesting is that Evidence Base Medicine is used as a way to reduce the choice and free market if you will of what is available to us in terms of health care. The vocal proponents of such are basically the equivalent of the church calling complimentary therapists witches to try to prevent people from using their services. What I find fascinating is that the two blend in beautifully together and if practiced together would provide a huge benefit for the whole community and ultimately save a lot of money for the government’s spending on health care.
There is so much corruption in our media, that we have gotten tangled up and some how many of us think it is normal, and it is some how it is naive to be honest, truthful and accountable…cynicism, bullying and sensationalism is the flavour of the day, be witty and not feel the seriousness of our situation as a humanity and ignore what is being portrayed as news for the falseness it is….I am not alone in ignoring that fact that I have been fed information with a certain slant rather than the truth. And we know that the media holds a lot of control on other areas of life, it is definitely time to look at where we are accountable in our lives for what is false, as we are the consumers of the media.
Serge Benhayon continues to inspire me as he steadfastly presents to humanity the truth that he knows in every part of his being and that he lives in every way. He knows that there will be many who will fight this truth, challenge it and in some cases, there have been some who have tried very underhanded ways to have him and the truth discredited. You may be able to discredit the truth, usually using sensationalism, for a while, but eventually the lies will fall away and the truth will be there for all to see; but of course it will still be our choice to live it, or not.
and unfortunately we are avid consumers of it. I have observed on numerous occasions in varying situations that we can criticise the honesty of the media and their tactics, which is very much justified on occasion. However at the same time, we don’t make the choice to turn off the TV or stop buying the newspaper. As Serge Benhayon has presented on, where there is a supply, there has been a demand.
Imagine if we were told the truth on all products and services we purchase and use? And that was the basis or advertising and marketing? It would change the ball game completely. Lets say working at a fast food restaurant. “I work at a restaurant that sells items for people to eat that does not consider the wellbeing of the body and simply considers the balance of the businesses bottom line.” That would certainly make life very interesting!
There is a long history of spokespersons for truth being shut down, persecuted and abused if not worse. And it is very difficult in our societies to get the truth out there to a wider audience if you don’t have the media on board, because if they have a different angle to sell or protect, then nothing is safe from their wrath. Why lie about Serge Benhayon, there is the big question that one day we will come to the understanding of and recognise what is being presented.
When not one mainstream media outlet wants to look openly at Universal Medicine and study it to report the absolute Truth, rather than pursue a sensationalist headline or story, you have to ask – What is it about this organisation that ruffles the feathers of the ‘high and mighty’?
I loved what was shared about the free market and how the media muddy that, acting like they are the deciders of what services the ‘villager’ should like and not like. It was also a great point that it was never the villagers who persecuted the healers in their towns. It was the power and control hungry institutions like the church, and now it’s the media.
This episode highlights how integrity and responsibility is sorely needed within our media and broadcasting services. Otherwise what are we consuming, aligning to and agreeing with, when we do not discern or speak to distortion and misinterpretation of the truth?
When Serge Benhayon says that “tenderness is a form of intelligence” he says it with so much clarity. There is not an once of doubt or even of trying to convince anyone. It simply is stated as a fact which we are free to accept or reject. This in itself answers many questions about what intelligence Serge Benhayon is working with, to be able to be so clear.
Its so beautifull how Serge Benhayon presents how he markets the products with universal medicine ” allowing the consumer to be informed by the truth so that they ( the customer ) can make the choices about the product that they are choosing ” . Would this not be lovely when all product sellers do this . The words ‘small print’ will lose its value.
Sitting with the reality that we the consumers, are the people who demand stuff from suppliers, the media, corporations etc really gets you to to stop. It is easy to blame the media, yes responsibility is there, but we as the consumers need to really question what we consume and why? If we did not want it they would not be able to sell it.
The media has turned into emotional stories and opinions which is not what I thought it stood for. The fact is the media can be a true and factual account but as a society we have allowed it to not be this. The question becomes why are we looking for the drama and the hook rather than the facts.
Thank you Rebecca Asquith, I love the way Serge Benhayon has simple explained “the free economy that is not so free”. What products the minority want for the masses so as to support their greed and their arrogance and their perceived status – anyone that brings truth to this set up will often be attacked and smeared.
I like when Serge Benhayon explains that ” truth is not been traded ” a simple example of this is how ingredients are camouflaged by whats written in bold writing on the front packaging like certain breakfast cereals , it will say ” hight fibre ” ” low salt ” ” vitamins d and calcium ” then look at the small print on the back and it says 40 % sugar . A lot of these deceptive ways of selling ” junk food ” was discovered by the English house of common committee on obesity.
The media is a mouth piece for an agenda, the agenda is set by the few and consumed by the many and many of us do not question its origin, authenticity and why the issues raised as news are so narrow and so clearly of a certain mindset. Time for journalism to be accountable and time for us to be more discerning about what we choose to consume.
Its amazing in an era of modern technology , where just about all evidence can be confirmed if it is true or if it is not true . By emailing confirmation , video , Skype interviews ,Facebook and so on ,people can be contacted at a drop of a hat to verify a story . One would think it would be impossible to tell a false story in the media and if a false story did happen to get out it could be very quickly removed and apologised about.
But NO its the oppose ” freedom of the press” what a sad joke that has come to be .
For the record, I, being a male have not found Serge Benhayon to be a ” man hater “. I have found him to be a very caring supportive friend. Thank you Serge .
The media is like big brother in the sense that they deliver what they want the public to know rather than a sharing of unbiased facts that are simply presented. We have come to the point where journalism picks a side of the story and can manipulate its readers. What a shame that we as a society have welcomed this with open arms.
Brilliant – an amazing exposure on the illusion of living in a free society. Sure, we have a myriad of choices available to us in a so-called free market, but we need to ask the question Serge Benhayon poses at the end of this interview – are we providing choices that nurture and support our innate qualities of tenderness, preciousness and sacredness that we all hold within, or are the choices available to us all from the one ‘pot’ so to speak, all of them designed to crush these qualities from us.
We have allowed a lesser expression within the media for too long, the media is an industry not based on truth rather it is based on wanting to excite, stimulate and entertain, within this we get many stories that are false and misleading, the media needs to take responsibility for the way in which it reports and we as a general public need to ask why we keep buying stories that we know deep down are lies.
Most media is so corrupt, it really incites blame and anger, though we are the ones that fall for it and continue to buy papers and give energy to something that we all know deep down is harming our society.
Serge Benhayon is a leading light in standing strong against such malevolent, manipulative behaviour.
In the latest elections here in the UK the papers were having a field day; just like the referendum all it showed and exposed was how manipulative and corrupt the media is today. It was a form of propaganda and it was feeding it down our faces. Here we are in 2017 and we call ourselves the intelligent race where-by we allow such corruption and lies to run and influence our lives. Calling it out and asking for Truth is the only way it is going to change and this is exactly what Serge Benhayon is claiming, and it feels amazing not accepting such lies. We all have the responsibility of calling out what is not true and asking and seeking the truth.
To see Universal Medicine standing stronger than ever under such a media storm is a testament to the integrity of a business that is community based, people based and upholds true community values.
Jenny that is so true and yet at the same time how many people miss out from the amazing qualities they get from Universal Medicine should the media not have ‘scared’ them away.
“We are our own media” this can be a great positive for change that the world needs, we reflect in everything we do so why not reflect the love the world needs and not be in reaction to the lack of love that abounds. The media is not offering us a true reflection, we know that by the experiences we see and hear others be misrepresented and lied about, so being our own media is needed more than ever before.
Now this is real television that is well worth watching. You can clearly see the equality between Rebecca Asquith and Serge Benhayon so when they discuss the topic of equality between the sexes we have already witnessed this to be true for there they are before us living that truth. I love the understanding that Serge Benhayon brings as to why the media are so hell bent on publishing the lies they do. I also love how Serge has likened what is happening today, with the savage media attacks on anyone who is standing up and making a difference and effecting change in a community, to the witch-hunts of the past where healers were dragged out of their homes and burnt at the stake on the whim of the church. Today we have people’s names denigrated all across the media in vicious smear campaigns in the hope that the lies stick and their livelihoods are destroyed.
There is a part in this interview where Serge Benhayon talks about the freedom of the consumer to choose based their own experiences, and I do not think that this has ever really been spoken about in such a way – that is – with genuine freedom given in the way that he has, because as I listen to his words and his tone of voice and watch his body, there is not a hook or a need any where. Serge seems to actually totally want freedom of choice, with no desire to benefit himself, it is just a possible way that things can be.
Since most media outlets seem to refuse to let the truth get in the way of a good story its no surprise some chose to report on the uttering of unfounded and untrue statements from one or two people over the facts, and the benefits that hundreds of tax paying citizens experience with Universal Medicine. The jaded angle that some media have taken means it is longer a free market for Universal Medicine, as the consumers may not have the opportunity to truly choose freely. To explain in more depth, the consumer has been bombarded with propaganda or affected by this gossip and innuendo, giving an unfair playing field. It’s amazing when we look at the fact that despite all of this, there is still a high demand for this product and business. That is pretty incredible considering what we have learned in this episode and the fact that the brand has suffered such targeting. With all this in mind, the more pressing question might be…what exactly is being offered by this company for it to continue to thrive despite these conditions? If most other companies would have been destroyed by the savage lies that have been spread, what’s different with this company? It’s something to ponder anyway; maybe what’s on offer is worth its weight in gold?
What we each express when it comes from the truth affects all in a positive way and allows healing, whereas when we express just from ideals and beliefs and our hurts, it is harming to all that allow that.
“We can be our own media” and this could be seen as a good thing, or a negative dependent on how this media is used; I feel it is overall good to see the lies of mainstream media being exposed through alternative news sources. Always there for us is the necessity to read and feel what we are getting and if it is true or not.
The next thing we need to awaken to, is the insidious real impact on the quality of our thoughts and our lives when we choose a daily exposure to such media which we know can not be trusted.
It is so refreshing to hear Serge Benhayon talk about the media and what they are actually doing, we have all known this but didn’t really want to call it out like Serge has because it will ask us to be all of who we are. To keep quiet about others means that others will not call us out in what ever it is we are using to stop us (humanity) from being the enormous Love bombs that we are.
The community of Universal Medicine should most definitely be studied and the results widely circulated for without a doubt they will be found to be the answer to so many of today’s, and history’s, problems.
Serge Benhayon explains here what true equality is and exposes the societal illusion in which we live.
The intent of the media has shifted hugely and seems to be getting more and more entrenched in presenting drama rather than the truth. And then we have a world that engages in this and relays it back to others without us truly feeling into what is being presented here. This presents an opportunity for us – to look at media in a different way and stand for what we feel is true.
Conforming to the ‘big brother’ that is controlling us is what is making us sick. The ill and dis-ease that they propagate in what they are delivering to humanity is pure evil. Is it not time that we stand on our own two feet and not let ourselves be spoon fed the lies. Serge Benhayon so clearly explains in this episode the truth and I know I have only just started to really look at the truth of what is going on and can admit that I have been a part of this by conforming and saying nothing.
The way that Serge Benhayon talks about a true economy inspires me to look at parenting in the same way – how when a child is informed of all their choices and with honesty about what are the real consequences of each, they can have the personal authority to choose and to experience being their own person – these choices can always be given responsibly and within reason of course, but the situation is very similar to that of a true economy and this shows me how brotherhood is in everything that we do and this can be applied to every situation because it is always about love for people first.
I can confirm as working as a physio with gentle exercises that men have a natural tenderness and they cannot totally hide it. It is felt in how they respond to the treatments they get.
Exactly Ariana. The purpose of news should be to state the truth, not to lie. It could be said to be the same with any form of communication and expression. The moment someone in the ‘media’, which is now everyone due to current technology, steps up and begins to tell the truth, they are often targeted as a way of saying ‘stop’. Why? Someone speaking the truth exposes all those who are invested in protecting and keeping the lies alive.
When an award winning company is targeted to this extent by the media, one wonders what other great businesses are getting the same treatment. It seems that the agenda of the media is to suppress all that truly supports humanity in it’s drive for sensational news, but this shallow self interest will always be exposed at some point in time, while the true work of businesses like Universal Medicine will become more and more evident.
No doubt that “the true work of businesses like Universal Medicine will become more and more evident” as the exposure of corruption, illness and disease, violence and natural disasters all increase.
When we step back and observe the patterns of history it is actually easy to see what Serge Benhayon presents as true, and that is that we have discrimination and witch hunts and persecution in many forms through the ages, and we very much have it today in how someone can be treated for delivering a common sense take on wellbeing that actually asks more of us than we have in recent times accepted we could be living.
Serge Benhayon has indeed set a standard where the truth is lived. This offers a very powerful reflection for the rest of humanity to see and feel. And no lies thrown against him will stop him living all of who he is because he knows the responsibility he has to stand firm in who he is. The media can cast opinions and lies, but the state of where the media is at is a reflection of what the community is asking for.
If you provide the right narrative to the media, it seems to be that the media’s private maxim of “Don’t let the facts get in the way of a good story” can take over, leading to a trail of affected lives. Yet this is what sells.
It makes a huge difference if I just adopt belief systems, which I did in the past, or if I have principles which I live by because they feel true in my body.
There is a great part here in this interview when Serge Benhayon talks about a freedom to choose that is based on the truth and not on lies touted for the sake of one person’s or a particular group’s individual or selective gain.
The media has sadly become a channel that hardly delivers unbiased truth. A shame to see that this is where we are as a society and this is what we allow. But Serge Benhayon is not one to fight back – he simply lives all of who he is and that will long withstand any claims that are thrown his way.
Serge Benhayon shows here in this interview an aspect of himself that I have come to very very much appreciate: his incredible depths of understanding coupled with a no nonsense straight talking approach that does not compromise or pander.
I only can confirm that what Serge Benhayon is presenting on stage, he is living on a daily basis. He is no liar, he is true, expresses truth and lives truth inside out.
I agree – How can we still hold that we have free press, free speech, when we are faced time and time again with the corruption, double dealing, bias and censoring that happens in the press every day?
Just recently in the UK we have seen the frenzy of the media – there was attack in Westminster, and literally everywhere from newspapers to social media where plastered with every possible angle of the story, jumping to terrorism and its fearful connotations with in minutes. What is a very serious and sad event gets made into a media circus that only feeds into the issues at play and does nothing to help resolve them.
Our media has much to answer for, but then again so do we in what we allow the media to get away with.
Knowing people well who are attacked in the media is an eye-opening experience. The callousness and carelessness coupled with the aggression when asked for a correction are initially shocking and then so gross that they can become numbing.
I love to listen to these videos as there is a huge amount of wisdom in them and always when I listen to a part of them something new gets revealed to me.
Anyone be it media or otherwise who is out to speak badly and lie about Serge Benhayon clearly doesn’t know him. I have known Serge Benhayon for over 13 years and he has been extremely inspiring, the amount of love and dedication he has for humanity as a whole and then for individuals and honouring relationships is seriously amazing. To see otherwise or to try and taint this clearly is for manipulative reasons.
The world and people’s lives are a far cry from the glory that is our true essence. It would make sense for this to prompt a more dedicated commitment to at least consider when someone presents a different way and shows by example the magnificence that is our true birth right.
The fact that from some quarters such as the media instead of an open discussion or even a sensible disagreement, we have lies, slanders and attacks displays how far humanity is currently lost to itself. Thank God I say for individuals like Serge Benhayon whohave not ever given up on humanity.
Serge Benhayon is a living role model concerning a man relating to women, the equality and respect that he expresses is something that allows a woman to ‘be’, with no imposition. It is healing and can change perspectives concerning how we view life and relationships.
I am only realising now the true harm that the media and cyber bullies can cause without consequence in this current climate.
It is an observation that even if you know that most main stream media is rubbish and that the days of true reporting seem sadly a thing of the past, what you read on the internet still makes an impact on your opinion. For instance, any troll with a motive can spread lies about your business and feed the media sensationalist lies to suit their agenda and then Wikipedia will reproduce the content that they have read on the internet and call it “fact”. We are living in an age of online abuse that is yet to be seen for its true colours. I am with Serge Benhayon; people should be free to choose but its pretty unfair if they are already tainted before they even have a chance to hear about the product or its benefits.
Through what Universal Medicine has presented to us – I can feel how equality in women is about women embracing themselves as equals – appreciating ourselves, connecting with who we are. This is so gorgeous and feels like a true way of coming back to who I am as a woman. If I appreciate myself and what I bring – then there is no doubt that I am equal to everyone else.
HM this is a great insight. It makes so much more sense than just demanding to be given something if I am not giving it to myself.
I have also noticed that when someone is not appreciative of themselves and considers themselves unworthy, it is really difficult to engage with them on an equal basis because they keep behaving as an unequal themselves. This and has been a great eye-opener to my own irresponsibility when I act less than all that I am.
The depth and breadth of these interviews are amazing – so much is covered in just a few episodes
If we don’t like what another is saying we can ignore what they do, we can reason, we can state an argument to counter. If something was harmful that would be worth standing up to, but even if this is the case we should never be abusive in how we stand against that we do not believe in.
I really like the way that Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith explore what exactly is a free market today and the impact that media can have on it, because there is a common belief that we live in a liberal society, that has evolved to the point where everyone has the freedom to create their own life, and yet, what if we are not actually as free as we think we are? And what if there is something else pulling the strings, so to speak, in the background as it influences our choices? And what if the media is actually that governing voice, dictating what is acceptable and what is not, making us think we are choosing when actually we are only selecting from a range of certain choices it has deemed as appropriate?
What do we do if something comes into our view that hits us with the fact we knew something but did nothing to stop what was going on or even be honest about what we had seen? You would think we would self reflect as to why we did nothing but instead the common theme is to attack to denigrate the messenger. So many have lost our radar when it comes to things like this and often believe the sensationalised story before checking the facts. We buy into the bright lights without seeing we have been blinded or startled by them. Lies are lies as always and unfortunately we live in a world that has you guilty until proven innocent but yet you can never clear yourself fully. The guilty verdict whether justified or not very rarely is lifted even though you bring the truth to it, somehow it still lingers. We need to be careful with what we read and more so how it changes how we are. I see the landscape of the world and it doesn’t look great and yet I look at the people around it and they are all great. What is missing? Our knowing of that, our ability to self reflect on what we are feeling deeply. If we keep the world on a less then skin deep level then nothing will change and you will think things and say things of people that are way off. This whole story is an example of that and we need to bring the truth to what is here and not attack the messenger or allow a sensationalised story to blind us.
You can totally see what Serge is saying is true – how the witch hunt is no different to today’s world being called ‘you’re in a cult’. That having some extremest do crazy things – then everyone that is not following the normal is considered to be of the same ilk. This absolutely exposes the narrow mindedness that this is viewed upon and how set up it is for people to fall into such a way of thinking.
It is shocking how controlling and manipulative the media is concerning economie and politics. And we call this democracy and a right for free speech when in truth it is lies which are told. At least there should be an ethical and moral code of conduct which should have consequences for those telling deliberately lies publicly.
I feel very held by Serge Benhayon as the woman I am, but I myself often are not aware or do not choose to live this as the world around me is reflecting another picture. It is shocking how much women are suffering under lack of self worth and self appreciation and where I can see this loudly is on the many dating platforms as well as in magazines and newspapers, to name a few.
One of the more interesting aspects of this media storm has been the large number of transparent lies being printed – lies that were obvious to the journalists at the time and that are often even obvious to the reader. It is a surprising low standard that has been embraced and endorsed by the editors and proprietors of these newspapers.
It is interesting how our society can be tricked by the belief we are having a free market when in truth it is the opposite through the abuse of the media telling people what they should do and shouldn’t do.
This is a sad story, that often there are found more lies in media than truth.
The media is a medium which would be able to change the world if there would be truth and honesty.
When journalists lied about Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon, I feel that they were selling themselves short too, because there is a great story here to be published, a story about true and inspiring transformation, which they could have been a part of, but chose not to, which is their right of course, it’s just obvious – to me anyway – that there was so much more on offer which they chose not to accept.
Very true Shami. The media could have reported so many inspiring stories which were handed to them on a plate and they chose to give airplay to a cyber abuser’s fabrications instead. Astonishing. Just now I was considering how many articles could be written using this one interview alone. It covers so many inspiring areas.
I once heard a saying that we greatly respect the writing of journalists until we read an article where the journalist writes on a subject we are expert on. It would be inevitable that we may know more than the journalist but the surprise is just how much such an article often misrepresents the facts.
We have a free and open economy where we know things are corrupt, where businesses thrive that hurt us, where those companies can run operations in hospitals. And we stay blind to the obvious, that their products can make us sick. But they of course are not to blame and are just examples, because we ourselves are apathetic to the harm that is our ‘normal’, and are not willing to hear the truth of this, which is why Serge Benhayon gets attacked, because he presents the plain and simple truth that many do not want to hear.
Talking negatively and without truth about something or somebody is abuse and has its consequences sooner or later.
I was captured by the words ‘institutional way of thinking’ when I listened to the 3rd episode. How often do I hear statements of society or government or other institutions and I know they are not true. Probably many people think or feel equally as I do and if they would understand that many people know truth and would unite, lies could not have their destructive effect and consequence anymore.
The media has an amazing power of censorship – in the way it reports and the angle it chooses to take it can leave out anything it wants, or it can make a subject centre stage but in such a way that not an ounce of truth is told and therefor it is equally censored.
Fascinating insights into the modern day witch hunt – the perfect way to ostracize a person or a group from society with a few labels guaranteed to garner the desired reaction.
The discomfort of knowing someone is speaking truth but it doesn’t fit in with the way we want to live almost always leads to that person speaking truth being attacked. And of course in this society there is always a point of view we can find to justify just about anything and always others we can enjoin to normalise what we do, even when we know what we do is not loving or caring of ourselves or those around us.
We do have the words ‘cult’ and ‘cult leader’ for a very specific purpose, these words are designed to expose certain individuals or groups of people who are living in a way that is very particular in its harm towards themselves and others. These words are powerful in that they can expose such practises which should not be allowed or accepted in our communities, however, the danger is when we do not use these words responsibly, and brandish them towards whomever we feel is wayward according to our own agenda or desires. When in truth – the words ‘cult’ and ‘cult leader’ are to be used very carefully and with absolute precision to exactly call out what is there to be exposed. These words do not apply to Universal Medicine or Serge Benhayon, as can be clearly seen by this interview.
I love the clarity Serge Benhayon brings and how free choice is not actually what is on offer in todays world. Wouldn’t the world be different if it didn’t have the media and corruption going on and that we all chose to feel what everything was and if it felt true to us or not. This would certainly turn the tables and is very much needed.
Reading a facinating booked called ‘Manufacturing consent’ as a addition to my degree and it is amazing how clearly we can break down the monopoly of the media and smash the idea of free media, free speech. It is a carefully constructed farce in many ways, one we have all bought into. That is not to say the media isnt an amazing tool, but in general because of its foundational set up that is not how it is used.
We have for far too long been complacent in accepting a lack of honesty, integrity and care from the media, politicians and even in business dealings. Most of us have even given up that anything different can take place. Serge Benhayon is a great role model in how expression can be unifying and empowering. He tirelessly calls it as it is, expressing in a way that exposes the ills without inciting reaction, with great care, offering insights and wisdom that provide a geater understanding and inspire a deeper sense of responsibility.
It is indeed refreshing to see someone express so candidly about the state of our world without a personal agenda or drive for an outcome, but simply calling it as it is with such accuracy as well as a great deal of care, understanding and love of people. Sadly many of us have given up on having this level of love and integrity expressed in the world, I certainly had until I met Serge Benhayon. But thanks to him many hundreds of people have been re-igniting the same qualities in their own lives and the trend is changing.
I love what is shared here about equality and women. It has been my experience with the contact I have had with Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon, that equality, is felt and lived deeply. As a woman this is truly honouring and healing to experience.
The media have been one of the biggest spreaders of Evil since day dot. The media are responsible for so much hatred and blame and we are responsible for letting it happen when we have know all along much of what we need is not true or unnecessary.
When I originally witnessed the attacks on Universal Medicine, I was quite naive as to the true state of affairs regarding our press. I was under the illusion that we had the due process to deal with such misrepresentation. But the truth is we don’t. And so I say to the media, tell me, whilst you are there overlooking government and the corporate world as society’s watchdog, who is there overlooking you? For surely you do not proclaim that the press and the media is immune to the same forces of corruption it seeks to expose?
Accountability in media, something that we lack currently, but who is to blame, is it only the journalists and the news corporations, or does the corruption that allows lying in media, particularly in journalism, but endemic through all forms, arise from our own apathy and disinterest in truth. After all media feeds us what we eat, stop eating it and the feed changes. Is it that simple, perhaps not but it a cracking good start.
It’s really interesting to out the modern day version of stigmatizing someone with the label of ‘witch’, with the now current version, ‘cult’. Both are aimed to imply evil and wrong-doing. Back in the day it was the Church that held the power to persuade, today it is the media too. This just serves to show a new seat of power when it comes to influencing the majority.
It’s interesting how Serge Benhayon talks about the freedom to choose that we all have, such as the freedom to form groups in which we all share equal values, or the freedom to select the healing practitioners we go to to support our life’s work. This level of freedom is seen by him so clearly, and yet it is not so obvious perhaps that we are all actually living this freedom with some pockets of the media industry set on its intent to dictate what and how we should all live.
I love what is shared here about ‘when one body speaks the truth it actually speaks on behalf of all bodies’ – we may not realise just how connected we all are and how much we reflect to others but this sentence captures it pretty well.
Interesting how the example that Serge presents of the small village and people that were offering support and healing were called witches and hundreds of years on the same thing is playing out – the only thing that has changed is the word to cult. We as a society must be pretty dis-connected and checked out for no evolution to have occurred and in doing so we have devolved further away from how we naturally are.
I have really had a wake up call concerning the media, and observing how it has treated and misrepresented Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon. I knew that it was not always true in how it worked, but to see the length of lies and scandalous propaganda that had come to attack Universal Medicine, an organisation I now have over 9 years experience of, has been shocking. We all need to feel the quality of what is being shared, not just go on words and images. This SB TV is awesome, feel the quality.
It doesn’t matter what topic Serge Benhayon presents on, I am always left with new awareness about life. It is real, it is practical and it is always inspiring as it is a constant reminder that there is so much more to what we see.
True Ariana, there is a respect and understanding of the truth we men and women offer each other. Women returning to living in connection with sacredness bring a much called for reflection in our world.
It is not like we don’t know about the spin and lies the media wield, yet if there is an acceptance of it or lack of care for truth it is ourselves that we need to be focusing on too, as we create the need that is then fed. It is the responsibility it calls forth that inspires, and this is where the true power lay. Will we accept that we are all a part of what we see playing out around us? I love the straightforward honesty in this interview, without judgement.
You can feel the equality between Rebecca Asquith and Serge Benhayon in this interview, which feels so refreshing to watch.
What better way to get the truth out than to produce your own media when so much of traditional media is seemingly fixated in telling lies.
How have we managed to allow an industry to get away with printing lies by protecting those that are telling the lies. Surely this doesn’t make sense?
Serge Benhayon TV is the real deal. It is true, it is confirming and full of wisdom.
This is the future of TV and broadcast – the truth being spoken that speaks for all.
This presentation on the media and the ‘free market’ asks us as consumers to go deeper in our understanding of what is at play here and what responsibility we have in what we choose to buy and watch and read. Rather than just consume news or entertainment what is the energies and influences at play.
The words ‘Free press’ or ‘free media’ is probably the biggest lie of the 20th century – a very obvious and easily exposed lie, but one we time and time again turn blind eyes to. The evidence of the media’s bias and false reporting stacks up in all corners of the world, and yet we continue to shape our views and ideas around that which is printed in the press. What accountability do we as the consumers of this mass media hold to the people producing it – is our call for more on mass entertainment, stimulation and scandal, or for truth, integrity and transparency?
I love the way Serge Benhayon consistently calls it as it is. There is no making wrong or even demand and expectation of a change, but always the most tender and loving reflection of our true essence and a reminder that love, harmony and responsibility is our true foundation.
Have you ever seen or felt someone speak with so much love, presence, truth and integrity? Neither had I until I met Serge Benhayon. Immediately I remembered that I too know what truth is.
In this episode Serge Benhayon not only exposes the falseness of the so called ‘free’ market but also inspires both men and women alike to truly be themselves despite what has been laid on them by the media. I have never heard anyone else talk so freely of the sacredness of a woman and the tenderness of a man.
Serge Benhayon is forever inviting us to deepen our understanding, awareness and responsibility in life. The question at the end of the day becomes not are we such stupendous, tender, powerful, aware, loving beings, but whether we have a society that crushes or encourages the expression of this innate essence.
Vested personal interest in a business, commodity or service is the ingredient that robs us from having products and services that will benefit our communities and all equally.
This is TV as is should be – exposing what is not true in this world – no sensationalism or hype – just the absolute truth as it is.
We do not have the free marked we think we have. We are controlled by many institutions and when truth is brought by new and fresh businesses they are treated in a way to make them to conform to the old as it is uncomfortably disturbing the status quo that was there before and brought a way of comfort to all. A comfortable way of life is not a value that should be strived for as life is about love and equality and to serve mankind based on these values, and in that the so called ‘comfortable’ status quo does in fact not have a place to exist.
Serge Benhayon has a well established business based on love and truth. What is there going on in people telling lies? What is the sense of telling lies? Why are some people are deliberately trying to harm others? It does not make sense for species who call themselves intelligent.
Such a great point that Serge Benhayon makes about the fact that we – people – are not stupid. Because we do all know when something is working and when it is not. We each have the ability to discern true harm and true healing. I guess the difficulty comes when there are variations on the meaning of the word harm – variations which give a spectrum of definitions, and thus what is harming for one person may not be so for another. This can in turn create an environment of confusion about what real harm is, and this can lead to us feeling unsure of what is harming and what is not – thus – true harm is able to slip past unnoticed, while true healing gets mislabelled according to a spectrum that it has no part of.
Serge Benhayon is a living example of how to handle the media. For to long we have allowed lies, manipulation, hatred and blame to come from our daily media feeding the masses poison. If we want to truly live in a harmonious world we need to become far more selective and discerning of the media we read.
The media’s role should be to provide transparency, not control and bastardise the truth. ‘We haven’t evolved from the dark ages’ I agree we should all seriously reflect on this. If you allow yourself to observe, be willing to be open and not judge others it is amazing what is revealed to you. That is when we start to give space for true truth. It is great to learn about the free market and communism I do not know much about this and this was clearly explained and made simple to understand. In a truly free market everyone should be able to live how they choose to live (as long as it is not harming another) and in the end the lived quality and choices made will be felt and seen. Serge is right we currently do not have a free market if people point a finger, blame and lie with regards to others. It is great when things are explained with no hidden agenda and this is how Serge not only explains things but lives … there is absolutely no hidden agenda. Every person has a right to know the truth without a hidden agenda. Serge also treats all women, men and children with deep respect. He is a truly and deeply beautiful man indeed. A community ‘Sharing with each other their preciousness’ .. how beautifull is that! That is so gorgeous and from experience I know this is true. A great reflection to the world that this way of life can be lived in the world.
To understand in what kind of lie we live as a society is the first step to eventually make a step to honesty and truth. Serge Benhayon presents the truth and offers through this true healing for everybody.
This is a great expose on an industry that has channelled evil for too long. The media industry has a huge responsibility to report the truth yet for many journalists it is about recognition and getting the story out with little regard to what is really true.
I love the truth and the clearness spoken with love in those episodes with Serge Benhayon.
Do we rely on mass media and social media for ‘entertainment’ or for ‘news’? Do we approach it with a need so when that need is satisfied we don’t bother checking the quality and integrity of the rest of the package? I have noticed deliberate avoidance by the media in openly reporting on actual ills of society which require greater responsibility from us all, whilst there is widespread use of false and sensational stories fabricated in order to entertain, incite emotions and gain traffic. But since a great deal of focus is on best manipulating the public to sell more papers or bump up traffic, our choices also matter enormously. It is US THE PUBLIC that encourage or discourage the trend of irresponsibility and unaccountability that is prevalent in our media and throughout society.
For too long the media have dominated public opinion often based on lies and manipulation to suit their own agenda. The way that Serge Benhayon has handle lies and allegations thrown at him is an inspiration to us all.
I was just pondering on what Serge was sharing about the truth not really being discussed or traded, with everyone having a vested interest. I do not work in private business, so profit is not the driver. What’s interesting though to see is that there are still vested interests, especially when change is being called for. From my own experience I have seen that I have been invested in how I see things, how I see the world, how I see what I do and how I do it. In the last 12 months I have been working in another position, which has given me a completely other view, which has in a sense allowed me to step back and see everything from a completely other perspective. I have to say that it has been deeply shocking at times, especially when I have realised what my investments have been. However I am profoundly grateful for this, for I can see how much I have grown at work and in my own practice. I am also grateful for the immediate support around me, that has allowed me to see what I have needed to see, share that with honesty, supported my reflections and therefore supported me to grow. It’s not always easy to see how comfortable we can become in our own ways and the rot that sets in because of it. But it’s certainly worthwhile working our way through it and seeing the truth that is being presented.
Why are we on mass feeding on a media that is entertaining us by fabricating and recycling stories that encourage mistrust, complacency, blame, irresponsibility, voyeurism, separation…. when humanity needs all the support we can get so that we all wake up to the truth? A reminder that we are each equal divine beings, with the deepest level of love, sensitivity and awareness, that we are all deeply connected to one another and to the whole universe, that we can each have access to the deepest wisdom and we are responsible for our choices which all impact the whole fabric of life.
Truth is nothing to do with right or wrong, it unites us all and invites us to return to the glory of the original expression we have deviated from.
The way that Serge Benhayon talks about misogyny, makes me stop and take a closer look at some of the industries and institutions that we still have around us today which are perhaps not so respectful towards women, which again makes me stop and wonder why it is that we still have such inequality between us. Not just in a financial way, but just through the respect and honouring of each other.
Serge is presenting and exposing what we have been living that is completely irresponsible with our manifestations that speaks volumes with war, abuse, natural disasters, ill-ness and dis-ease and the list goes on. So if we are asked to be accountable for the life that we have created I’ve observed many want to run for the hills and in the process even try to shut down the source that is exposing them.
SergeBenhayon TV is the real deal. A presenter and reporter speaking with respect of each other and delving into a deeper understanding of the current world.
I love what Serge shares about respecting and treating men and women equally. Just reflecting on the many presentations I have been to and it is correct. There is never an ounce of judging men or women. I have been part of many conversations where one gender is having a go at the other. Men are like this or women are like that. I have to say I have always felt uncomfortable with that, especially with the broad sweeping generalisations that are made on a gender, perhaps because of a particular experience they have had. But we need to look at how successful this has made us as a society and really if we have anyone that is considered less then it hasn’t. Respect and a willingness to understand each other would be a good place to begin.
It appears to me like a catch 22. There is gross irresponsibility by the media in their complacency and at time refusal in reporting the full picture that bring about a more harmonious and responsible understanding. But also from our end as readers: by and large most of us know that at present what we read in the papers can not all be trusted as the whole ‘truth’. So who buys the papers and gives the green light for them to carry on as they have been? We the public! We are ALL responsible and the sooner any of us wherever we are in the cycle start to speak with love and responsibility as Serge Benhayon here is, the sooner the trend can start to change.
Our relationships with one another seems governed by our media, we are very much coerced into living according to very set measures of normality. If you do something outside the those “norms” you get labelled, and yet how we live globally doesn’t make sense, we relate to one another in a more brutal and unforgiving way than ever even via the world web. So to see Serge Benhayon and to have heard him speak for 5 years in complete common sense against those normal parameters shows me how manipulative and deceitful much of what is presented to us through the media, and how the philosophy he presents is actually very attractive and very accessible and might just offer an answer to our malaise of social and health problems that dominate our global communities.
Yes the level of care and decency has been plummeting across society while we have been settling for a lack of responsibility, accountability and regard for others as a norm. Hearing Serge Benhayon call it as it is and with the deepest level of love, understanding and tenderness offer a reminder of the truth of our essence and the responsibility that each of us hold is wake up call sent from Heaven.
Every single conversation with Serge Benhayon is a reminder that our true expression is the deepest level of love. The underlying message is the same regardless of the topic discussed. The way he relates to people is a confirmation that we are all multidimensional beings, deeply connected, aware, sensitive and caring of one another. Most of us have either forgotten this or have given up on it. The opportunity offered for everyone to reclaim the truth of who we are is invaluable. This level of responsibility and truly serving humanity is sorely needed in our media.
Serge Benhayon and his family offer an exemplary, living proof of the way that it is possible to be in every aspect of life, including very successful in business – the constant reflection of harmony and flow by putting people first, rather than the usual cut-throat arena of the business sector needs to be studied rather than attempted to be destroyed by sensation-seeking media who continue to print lies and untruths about this humble family man.
“The truth will be in the living quality of the people”
I love the simplicity and the wisdom that flows forth in Serge Benhayon TV with Rebecca Asquith’s unique way of interviewing. Their daily living way reflects the truth for all to see on this TV event – of men and women working together without perfection being needed, and with a highly responsible way of living in general, including relationships – all from love. The Way of The Livingness, – that is going against the trend of the accepted norm of disharmony, hardness and living less than the truth that we all are, innately so. People in every walk of life can benefit from these and businesses can develop a new foundation based on people not greed.
Serge Benhayon has certainly brought back equality between women and men and how we should all be honoured deeply for who we are. It shows where we are at if this stands out in such a huge way as it does, and some are reacting and attacking. For me I had never met a man like Serge before, who didn’t want anything from me and completely treated me with the utmost respect, love and understanding.
TV watching with loving honesty and humbleness. Definitely on my favourite re- run list!
Lack of unbiased research, and private agendas are the antithesis of good, fair and just journalism, and it is often very dangerously wielded. Universal Medicine however is laying a step towards reclaiming our right to honest and truthful reporting.
Serge Benhayon’s business has been built through word of mouth and has grown beyond measure by the truth of what consistently presents from the truth of his own body, the truth that is a collective truth to all.
I can really understand how tenderness and being tender can make someone more intelligent. Being in tenderness opens up my awareness of what is going on around me and allows me to read situations with much more time and space. If I was to see an unintelligent way of acting is to be in reaction then it makes perfect sense that being tender means being open and less reactive to whatever is occurring. A beautiful philosophy and its such a support to hear this explained and embodied so fully by Serge.
It’s interesting to ponder on how, in sections of the media, only part of a story is told or in the case of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine straight out lies were told, without any thought of what the ripple effects of this is. But it’s not just about Serge or Universal medicine, it’s how sections of the media are in what they present to the world and the quality of what is presented. it’s obvious that there are many intentions in some cases, other than that of simply telling a story, so we as consumers need to be very discerning in what we read and then accept.
So many people now living against the trend of mysogyny, hatred, depression, illness and disease. So many people living in a way that does no harm, who are learning to be open, transparent, more loving, more productive and committed to their work and workplaces, having family relationships which are harmonious and inspiring. The list goes on and on and on. These are things worth reporting on. Loving sergebenhayon.tv for its wisdom here and for claiming back the free market.
Misrepresentation is not something new, however I have not paid so much attention to it, as I have over the last few years, I have become more responsible, it is amazing how twisted interpretations can become. I have known of and experienced Universal Medicine for years, around 8, and it has proved to be consistently amazing, professional and supportive.
Mysogyny is rife in societies, religions and cultures all around the world. The way Serge Benhayon talks about women invites us to appreciate a tenderness and delicateness that women themselves have been largely unaware of and try to hide with a tough hard shell designed for survival. He also invites men to feel their own tenderness and that shows us all how hard we have been brought up to be and how differently we can be with each other.
That “free economy that is not so free” envelops our whole lives. I notice it more and more in the news feeds and how on social media we are gaining alternative sources of news and getting to see how little is truthfully reported without agenda and bias in our so called free press. There is so much corruption which clouds our view of the world. Universal Medicine are a perfect case in point, utterly harmless and potentially of benefit to millions if not billions and yet not reported respectfully and truthfully, instead targeted with malice and lies. Present the truth and let the people decide.
If there was ever a champion for equality for women, Serge Benhayon is it, and for this I am so very appreciative. But what I appreciate the most is that his support comes from the way he lives, the equal way he treats all women he comes into contact with, and it is not from any agenda to get recognition and attention. He lives the truth of what he presents in every single moment; now that to me is a true champion.
In a society that claims to be evolving, in which organisations jostle to show themselves the most customer and service oriented, where millions are invested on PR and personnel training to portray the image of caring about the customers, we have Serge Benhayon who offers simple, deeply honouring and inspiring truths that can be adopted to deepen the care and service offered for real – and it is for free! He has a long track record of living what he speaks, with thousands of people testifying to this fact. This is obviously deeply challenging to some as demonstrated by the atrocious lies and smear campaigns of the media. Yet what is so gorgeous and characteristic of Serge Benhayon is that nothing stops his dedication to offer true service to the world, so he will carry on speaking the deeply caring words of wisdom. He will continue to show a reflection of the love and integrity he chooses to live. And people like me and you have an opportunity to observe and realize that THIS is the reflection of our own true essence.
Serge Benhayon TV is an amazing experience to listen to and watch . It is revolutionary and brings real integrity and truth with a harmony and joyful interactions of Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith and real addressing of what is going on. The speaking up and calling out of what needs to be seen and exposed with truth is so refreshing and brings a clarity to what we all know inside but is not what we are fed by journalism business and every aspect of the world.
Absolutely, if we were studied for how we are choosing to live and the quality that we are connecting to, people would understand why hundreds of people have made this their priority in life. The teachings of the Ageless Wisdom is the basis of what Serge Benhayon lives and teaches and they are all encompassing – absolutely everyone can access it if they so choose to go there.
The might we use to choose to stop a truth that has the potential to change our lifestyle is huge, employed so that we are not jolted from the comfort we have conveniently built our lives around. Companies produce products that their market audience want, known from market research, therefore what we are commonly and inevitably presented with is more of the same, nothing changes and no evolution is offered or accepted. What Serge offers is a product that can bring change; and that is not always embraced.
That first question that Rebecca asks is a great question, especially in reference to those bringing new ways or new ideas forward only to be criticised. It’s interesting to ponder on this and consider that if we are being criticised for bringing the new then maybe all that is, is a confirmation that we are on the right track and is not really a criticism at all, but someone actually saying I wish that was me instead. The sad thing is in reference to this, isn’t necessarily that someone’s ideas are being poo poo’d, but that a) it can get personal and b) that this can end up being believed by others and then retold, even without the others knowing anything about you in the first place. It always just confirms to me that there is more to a story than what we are being told.
If you’re going to watch Serge Benhayon on TV and have done a bit of googling then you might be asking yourself – is this man the real deal. So hats off to Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith for addressing that question head on. Universal medicine are not hiding from the accusations – they are standing up to address them and the extent to which they are not true.
This sets a huge example for all of us to call out when something is false. We have been avoiding this in society for far too long.
‘A free economy that is not so free’ As consumers we always have a choice as to what we can buy but the media can withhold information in a way that means our choice is not based on full information or truth. Serge Benhayon presents a philosophy and a way of healing that is being targeted by a few detractors and the sections of the media that have come on board with them, so that the general public are put off and do not try it and decide for themselves. Rather like the smear campaign of the Catholic Church in the Dark Ages when witches were persecuted, so we haven’t truly evolved. But now we are our own media – we can publish our own stories and experiences via the Internet, so more Truth is out there.
Dissolving the thin veil of the illusion that a free market world is free changes ones perception of the world and understanding of freedom. In this interview Serge Benhayon clearly and simply elucidates this understanding.
When Serge Benhayon talks, there is nothing I can see or sense at all in his movements that is trying to pull me in or hook me or convince me of anything. There is plain and simple nothing hidden or devious about his presentations. They are clearly very practical and sensible and unimposing.
Serge Benhayon is willing to ‘express truth as my body knows it to be’ and because we are all the same our body can feel it and then it’s our choice to accept or fight it. Many of us avoid truth if it feels uncomfortable, but the world is not going to change if we keep burying our heads in the sand.
It is such a refreshing word that Serge Benhayon brings, we are kept in the false idea of the truly free market. It should definitely not be tainted by any holding back of information, everyone should be free to choose on the truth that is presented.
I love the fact that Serge Benhayon calls it as it is, regardless of how much flack he might get from those who don’t want to wake from their stupor or from those who don’t want their game exposed. He loves humanity far more than his own comfort. We pride ourselves of having evolved, we consider ourselves in a free market and we by and large consider bullying and intimidation something that happens in the schoolyard. But in truth how widespread is cyber bullying and false reporting by our media, how far have we evolved and how free is our free market? These are great questions to reflect on, and reflect we are invited to here in this episode.
Serge Benhayon has always seen men and women as equal – he has treated them as such, recognising the different qualities they bring. Truly respectful of humanity as a whole. It is something to deeply appreciate in a world where there is still so much separation.
“Allowing the consumers to be informed by the truth so that they can make the choices about the product that they are choosing.” This makes absolute sense to me. Allowing people to lie about their own products and intentions or spread rumours to put down others makes neither a free market, nor an evolved society.
The fact that honouring women has become something we need to re-learn and remember says a lot about the society we have created. Thank god for people like Serge Benhayon who have integrated what it means to honour women who remind us once again.
For me I have always felt the truth in what Serge Benhayon presents which has always come from the quality in the way Serge lives in. I have found it fascinating to observe over 12 years how he is in what he does and the way he communicates with someone. It is without question that this is the foundation that he stands on and where by he can deliver what he does. As he has said on numerous occasions that he is no one special, just making the loving consistent choices to have access to the Ageless Wisdom.
Another great episode, it does not feel like an interview at all but instead a sharing and deep conversation between both Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith. I am really looking forward to watching more of these. A great expose and calling out in that even though we haven’t truly got a free market or economy we seem to ‘think’ we have! But in fact there is bias and a false illusion of freedom. I loved what Rebecca shared about the Livingness being the deepest level of common sense. It is also great to discuss what tenderness is ‘Tenderness is a form of intelligence and communication’, and that men are able to show their tenderness. As well as women being in their sacredness and preciousness – ‘Are we producing a society that allows this?’ If not why not?
In the way we currently behave as consumers of entertainment, food, sports, education, health care … and the list goes on … we are actively asking to be lied to.
I look at online forums today and I wonder how different it would be if we truly considered other people in what we say. It really is a reflection of the life we live if we feel the need to be mean or scathing or abusive about another in an online forum. What are we really saying about ourselves and how we are living. In this regard Universal Medicine is a game changer as it has supported so many people to not indulge in mean and inconsiderate behaviour but instead see that how we are in each action has an effect on everyone. Huge responsibility but also huge love on display, and isn’t love the common denominator we all crave.
Society is formed on the interrelations of the villagers. So if we have a society that doesn’t allow or attacks the expressions of truth, be that Serge Benhayon or a man showing how tender he is or a woman showing her fragility – as a society and as individuals (as I ask myself this question) how do we live with others that supports the quality of society as it stands today or how it can be in the future? What really inspires me about Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine is now normal these truths from the body are presented, so normal that it makes integrating them into human life as it is today very practical, simple and indeed normal. And yes they are exposing but it exposes the unnatural way we have chosen to live.
As long as everybody conforms and lives the same disregard, misogyny and toughness as everybody else nobody is challenged. But the moment someone or a few start to live differently and present another way we have to ask ourselves is what we are living true and of course this will create reaction in those that are not ready to question their behaviour. It is shocking though that there are so many people in powerful positions, like the media, that are more willing to destroy the person or people challenging them than asking themselves that question.
Serge Benhayon is reflecting a potential that is still in the ‘ouch’ stage for humanity. Of course this will rattle many but the quality stands on its own and can be viewed again and again on this website.
Here we have Serge Benhayon calling a spade a spade. Serge is presenting the truth in what needs to be told, exposing the corruption that is slowly but surely eating away at the world. The ones involved with the corruption naturally will do what ever it takes to try and stop such exposures with no consideration for the consequences of their actions. Time will only tell.
Thank you Sergbenhayontv team for the quality of this production.
Life is a constant expression of business, an eternal process of mutual exchange transmuting energy into different currencies for different purposes and back again, all reflected to us in the natural world and the workings of our bodies. Business is very much part of the natural order, what differs in our societies in general is that humanity wants to twist that natural order to suit our own desires and greed. What Serge Benhayon has established in his business is a return to the natural order of business, one that is honest, transparent, responsible. As his business has flourished, so has the support he offers the community he is inherently a part of both locally and internationally. Universal Medicine is worthy of many an acedemic study that will in time completely transform our entire understanding and implementation of business.
In the smallest of living cells business is done, the exchange of goods (molecules, proteins, mineral salts…) – our whole body expresses business. There is a divine order at play and Serge Benhayon has co-created a business-model that reflects this divine order in the business-world.
Beautifully expressed, Felix. The business model practiced by Serge Benhayon is but the replication of the workings of the Universe.
And there the beauty lay, a co- created business on every level is one that is in harmony with all. Everything affects everything as Serge Benhayon has shown by the quality with which he lives.
What Serge is presenting is something that I and many, if not all know to be truth – that the media can deliberately go out of their way to reinterpret, manipulate and print lies for the interest of themselves. To be able to see it for what it really is and the greater understanding that Serge is offering is what I have been longing for, for a very long time. We are the ones that create the level of abuse that we accept as normal. Any lie is a form of abuse.
I agree Elizabeth and although we are a million miles away from living this way at least we have this as a form of reference and foundation of how to move forward.
I agree as well. There is at least an example that we can watch again and again that reminds us of where we can start and how simple it can be when we make life about love and respect of ourselves and another.
The description of tenderness and fragility around 24 minutes in is beautiful to hear. It feels like a reset of what these words mean, and how aggression is for many a default to cope with situations. A great question I would ask is why there is a smear campaign, why if you disagree with Universal Medicine not just ignore them, there is no imposition from anyone, merely people who have chosen to live a different normal.
The media and science are two areas in which society has assigned a great deal of power to in informing and enlightening us about what is going on. It is astonishing that we have been paying such little attention ensuring that there are very clear guidelines for them that are properly monitored and reinforced. The level of blatant lying, fabricating and arrogant dismissal of what is actually true in order to serve personal agendas is alarming.
“tenderness is a form of communication”. Living with a tenderness toward oneself and thus others communicates love, communicates that there is something to trust in a world where very little supports us to trust.
Serge reveals that Truth is never honestly traded, and yet truth is a fundamental necessity to any relationships whether it be commercial or personal. What Serge offers here is the call for the intelligence of the heart to be applied equally across all industries.
‘And why lie at all?’ The media as it is today is full of lies, and everyone knows it. How did we create a demand for a source of information that can’t be trusted.
Indeed, and so it reflects the responsibility we equally hold to live in a way that reflects truth.
I love the way, and it is phenomenal how, Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith can start with talking about one subject and from there cover pretty much the whole of life, to then end up back at their original topic again. This is clear evidence that everything is truly is everything and nothing is nothing, and we simply cannot talk about one thing in an isolated manner, because every subject has the potential to touch upon everything that exists. Beautiful to watch and learn from. Thank you to the SB.TV team.
I agree SD. There is so much potential to support and learn when the interviewer and the guest speaker are respectful and understanding of one another. No hidden agendas!
We need more people like Serge Benhayon who care about humanity far more than personal comfort. Individuals who are prepared to stick their neck out and express what may ruffle feathers if needed, even when the response by those who want to protect the status quo may attack, lie and conduct smear campaigns of the worst kind. Ironically such a response in itself is a confirmation of the lack of integrity, accountability and care in those exposed. I am deeply appreciative of Serge’s dedication and consistency in presenting how our true nature is to live with love, integrity, harmony, joy and deeply honouring of one another, whilst the pursuit of personal gain, achievement at the expense of others and quantity instead of true quality is championed throughout society.
It’s an important point that Serge raises about how some groups get publicised as being a cult when they are simply living in a way that is different from societies ‘norm’. It’s important to consider the effect that this has and why this is happening in the first place – is it calling out something harmful, or simply sensationalising?. I know for me being a part of the Universal Medicine Student Body, a world wide community, I have had to work through “I am not doing anything wrong” because of sensationalist ‘reporting’. I am simply living a life where I am becoming more responsible for all of the choices I am making and therefore I am consistently making new choices all the time. This isn’t necessarily easy for myself or others in my life, but it absolutely does not deserve to be outed as something extreme for it is definitely not that. It’s always seem a bit strange to me, although sadly not surprising that some sections of the media would target some people in this way (calling them a cult) to sell papers, and not see and report something that is a huge issue in society and call it out for the true concern that it is – this would be true reporting.
Serge and Rebecca are spot on about how much misogyny remains in business culture, and both genders feed off this dynamic.
We have a responsibility as an audience and a consumer to call out when something is amiss. The media is a great example of this and the importance of questioning what does not feel true. Serge Benhayon is one such man who has done this and stood by what he feels no matter what.
I certainly would love to see Serge Benhayon TV become viral, the world can learn so much from this man. We now have a voice the mainstream media can’t silence even though they try. I came home from work yesterday and watched this episode and instead of getting sucked into the drama of the News or some other nonsense, this was pure magic to watch.
This interview really exposes the fact that we don’t actually live or trade in a ‘Free Market” as we like to think we do, but are heavily influenced by multi-million corporate businesses that have a vested interested in controlling consumer habits to their own advantage.
It feels so different to listen to an interview that is true. It leaves no mark of imposition and its clarity is available to discern for myself if the information I am hearing is true for me. When media reviews information with an agenda it is pre-determining what has already been decided as the required outcome. This is a sentence without a fair hearing, and if we this is accepted then we are basically puppets to what we are told, not what is truth.
I thought women’s position in society was a bit better than say in the 50s. Universal Medicine was an eye opener for me to see that this is not the case. Women are only treated better when they become like men. This revelation came to me when I saw true equality between men and women at Universal Medicine events, especially in Serge Benhayon’s family.
‘Through an already broken lens they failed to see the story right in front of them.’ This is what happens when we become bitter and cynical about life, we view everything through a broken lens and in this everything looks wrong.
What I love about this, is how there is no judgement here being made, just the simple facts about how we can relate to life when we have been hurt, but that this hurt is not the truth of who we are.
Yes Shami, the blame game is often what keeps the ‘them and us model” thriving when the main aim in all of this is to connect to the fact that we are far greater than we can ever imagine, and true quality in living is being shared right before our eyes on this website.
Serge Benhayon has in great detail explained the truth about what why he and Universal Medicine has been attacked for now a few years, I have received nothing short of absolute respect and integrity from this Man and his teachings and so I am very pleased to see audios with his real life experiences presented here. Serge Benhayon will go down in history as being that man that brought true change to this world and therefore will continue to lead the way back to a true way of living for all.
Well said Amina, and the clarity in this episode is the same quality I’ve also felt from Serge, there are very few people that make such a difference in the world even though we all equally can.
Whenever we try to squash a truth that exposes the way we are choosing to conduct our life, to me that is a clear indication that not only do we already know we are living a lie, but we also know that if others become aware of what is going on our game is over.
It is so rare to meet a man who champions women, not just in terms of equality but in terms of what women in their essence actually bring. Learning what it means to be a woman from a man on the outside would appear strange, but makes total sense when you can feel the utter integrity, love and truth that comes from Serge Benhayon. I have learned to appreciate my preciousness and fragility as a result – this has been a gift beyond words.
The power of the media is incredible as for many people we take what is said as near gospel, even if we don’t believe every word I don’t think we really appreciate the reach and influence the media has. Yet for the business of Universal Medicine to grow and not fall apart, even after all the lies that have been spread, shows that the truth is stronger than anything else. It’s a great episode to watch and certainly a clear reminder that no matter where we source our news we should also discern what is true or not.
This is a great exposé of the illusion that we live in a ‘free market’.
Absolutely on the mark Jonathan Stewart. The idea is sold to us yet the reality is far from the truth as revealed in this great episode!
Serge talks of a ‘free market’ and yet how as soon as anyone goes against the trend, they are put under scrutiny. So how free are we really? And why have we accepted it as normal to be unloving? I.e. It is normal to work in a business where there is no equality and a lot of power playing – perhaps it is ‘normal’ but it isn’t loving. Universal medicine is one such business model by which it is showing that everyone is equal and everyone has the same choices. This is true business – about relationships first.
A great explanation of how the free market is far from free!
I agree Hm, when we create a basis of equality and sincere relationships within a business, it imbues the services of the business with a quality that can be felt by all its customers. There can be no better way to engender a successful business than making it about people first and keep people coming back for more.
If the claims in the media were true then Universal Medicine could not have succeeded as a business, that they have succeeded in spite of the persecution (and that isn’t too strong a word), shows the strength of the business model. And though you could say what is on offer is sold, it isn’t pushed or promoted heavily, those interested are informed of their choices to partake, and the fact so many do is worthy of coverage, as is their outcomes, the wellness that has occurred against the trends locally, nationally and globally in communities around the world. Good journalism should be groundbreaking and look objectively at what is occurring in every situation, to not do this and run an angle to sell a paper shows up the parties involved as being of low moral standing, and protected by processes that should not be there. Inform your public, not shower them with distortions that don’t present what has gone on, present and allow the public to decide from their own lived experiences.
I was touched by the mention of trust and how, as a society, we have lost that ability to openly question and inquire without prejudice and an agenda – could it be true that Universal Medicine is for some just too good to be true, too much for those deep hurts that need to be walled off securely?
Exposing the illusion that we think we live in a free market/democracy, but not really is done really clearly here. This is something we can all feel but very few of us so clearly express without reaction, blame or judgment. I love how it is presented as simply fact and nothing more.
I agree Michelle, and the facts are in our faces and in our own hands. It is therefore time for us to develop our own relationship with returning ourselves, our bodies, our relationships and our lives back to a way of living that is truly healing, open and understanding of all that is to be done and needs doing. The responsibility is ours.
This is an amazing frank discussion on the truth of our society and where it is. The rules we have created on what is accepted in how we should live are exposed as being loveless and hiding who we really are. Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine students are living another way – a way we all know inside our bodies and no media attacks and lies can alter this. But they can keep truth, love and harmony away from the reader when this is what we truly all seek and know. It allows a real respect and responsibility for humanity to expose what is going, and to show tenderness and fragility as our strengths – this is a real gift
There are few presenters on wellbeing who are living in the quality that they present about, the vitality, the boundless energy, abundant health and deep awareness and ability to connect with people. If we embrace these as essential qualities for someone delivering wellness workshops and presentations then we start to see that Serge Benhayon stands out in the most impressive and potentially influential way. Most would admit that we are far more likely to be inspired by someone if they embrace fully the topic they present on, so in this regard it is a business model for the ages, one that makes people of first and foremost concern. And any model of business that exposes our own lack of care for our own wellbeing is either loved or creates jealousy and lies to try to taint what is being offered.
Thank you Serge and Rebecca along with the whole team working on this website as it is Gold and I can now trust a TV channel to present actually truth about life as a whole and the human body. It is a great start to rewriting and reestablishing the simple truth that this world deeply needs.
The truth shared in this episode is a great start . Looking forward to many more.
At last Serge speaks for himself on TV and expresses the truth of his work, not afraid to expose the ways of our world that are false, imposing, deceiving and corrupt. It is in the midst of this very ‘unfree’ world pronounced as ‘free world’ that his utmost integrity, love and dedication to humanity has been attacked, vilified and viciously lied about. Nonetheless we are at last able to hear the truth for ourselves from his own body.
The ‘free world’ is definitely, being exposed here! Far from free when there are so many ideals and beliefs that are constantly being bombarded in all facets of our lives to change, improve and make new directions that often lead us down the path of self -doubt.
Universal Medicine inspires and promotes the greatest level of integrity, responsibility and care in all that aspects of life. I would expect all people who are also truly dedicated to those qualities to thank anyone who points out how our expression could be deepened. This is a true gift and many pay a fortune for a specialist to give them exactly that information. When a handful of people do their utmost to stop the public from hearing the truth of what Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon actually say, their actions to me is a clear indication of their priorities.
“Tenderness, love and nurturing between men and women …it is an amazing way of being, living against the trend… a highly responsible way to live”. I have experienced this among the men and the women in the student body and in the examples of Serge and his family. There is a very high level of respect and care, acceptance and inspiration, no imposing to be had here and I love that I and more and more others have found this as I did not know that it was truly possible. It is.
This is a great episode to watch, I was amazed at how I “thought” we were in a free market yet had not truly considered the effect the media have on business, events, people, elections. To paint or tarnish one person or business in effect stops the free market. This happens all the time so the reality of the market we are in is very different to what we believe it is.
It is not a coincidence that this episode was released and to now watch what has played out with the exposure of many big giants in the world of media, business and government and their corrupt lifestyles. We could say that we are watching truth TV of the future.
Truth is not always comfortable to hear for it exposes all the ways we may not be living that. We can be either be inspired by the call to be fuller versions of ourselves, or we can attack and shoot the messenger. The quality we live with is a choice, which has an affect on our families, communities and society as a whole.
Another thing I love about this interview is how there is clear understanding for how all live, no matter what choice is made. Yet knowing without doubt we all hold within the ability to be tender. In this knowing I can feel that no matter what has been chosen or lived before, that we can change this if we feel it no longer is how we want to live. Because our tenderness comes from within, knowing it is there is the beginning of choosing it over past choices that we tend to re-choose from habit. The true potential of what Serge discusses with Rebecca is that which can change the fabric of society. Not ‘have to’s’ or ‘should do’s’, but in responsibility, understanding and an honor of all others.
Watching this evening and hearing Serge share how all men are capable of tenderness, and that all men would have moments where they are tender in their lives, is all the evidence needed, as all of us have felt these moments in life. Learning that these moments can become a way of living, is a gift beyond measure to all of humanity.
Beautifully expressed Leigh. We are all born deeply tender, fragile and delicate, it seems we very quickly step away from these qualities as they get knocked out of us one by one through our life experiences. Serge Benhayon shows us that it doesn’t have to be this way, we can access a form of intelligence through reconnecting to the intelligence of our body and Serge is living a beautiful example of a deeply tender, delicate, fragile and sensitive man. Thanks God Serge is so willing and open to share his wisdom and lived experience with humanity.
I just love observing the settlement and ease with which Serge Benhayon presents what we all deep down already know, whether we are ready to admit it or not. In many ways it could be said that he is ahead of his time – but is that actually true? Or is it a case of a few trying to stop the public from accessing what is being offered because it exposes their lack of credibility and responsibility?
Well said Gabriele Conrad, of the deep settlement from which Serge presents the possible reality of the way the world is, and are we as humanity avoiding the truth.
Beautifully said Gabriele, it is very apparent that a handful that are trying to stop the public from accessing these simple truths are doing just that and of course they are exposing their own lack of integrity and grace. Thank God for Serge Benhayon.
From the media, to misogyny, to men in their tenderness , it takes Serge Benhayon only 28.55 minutes to dismantle so many of the accepted ‘normals’ in this world, ‘normals’ that sadly we have used to hold us back from our inherent amazingness. But he just doesn’t dismantle them; he replaces them with common sense and truth, a truth that he knows from his body and the way he lives. This wonderfully wise man offers us a light, so bright, to shine into the areas of our lives and this world that we may simply want to avoid seeing, but then offers us another way to be; a way of equality and true brotherhood
It would be terrific for society to be presented the true story of what Serge Benhayon is actually doing, what he is living and presenting instead of this ‘cult’ nonsense which sells papers but totally misrepresents the incredible service that is on offer from Serge Benhayon through his business Universal Medicine. Study is needed of the impact he has had on so many peoples lives and how contrary to the “witch hunt”, he is actually supporting people to improve their lives, while giving incredible insight into how society operates and what our future may hold if we aren’t willing to change our ways.
A “witch hunt’ is to put it mildly when we look at the ways journalism can be used to target individuals who are speaking truthfully about topics that are often buried in the sand. This episode is once again showing the lifestyle that many live that is inspired by a man who has made choices to go against the trends that are obviously not working world wide with alarming statistics that are presented on numerous topics of human health and well being.
That’s a very pertinent question that Serge finishes the interview with.. Are we producing a society where people are able to express their tenderness without being crushed? On pondering further I wonder what is it about being tender in our everyday moments that others or even ourselves want to crush? Does this show us what we are not willing to accept about ourselves? It’s like we do not want to see this as a constant reminder of our own capacity for tenderness for it shows the lie in which we choose to live. Thereby crushing in reaction to that.
What a great question to ponder on Jennifer. It is interesting that we question the word tenderness and how quickly we can crush this expression. Have we forgotten this quality that was nurtured as babies in us all and one that melts us, when we are met by another with deep levels of respect?Serge Benhayon is starting to ask the questions that are reflecting the current state of our world. Could tenderness be one of the expressions we are fighting in our world to express – not because it is not within us but because of the avoidance of the responsibility we carry to speak up like Serge Benhayon has in the TV site about the media mess? Have we allowed lack of responsibility to be accepted as the norm?
We grow up with the pictures of what a man is and what a woman is but seeing this video makes me realise that those pictures, or stereotypes we call it as well, actually might not be it. That being a man or a woman should be able to mean anything, however that person feels to live without being judged as unmanly etc.
One of the things (and there are many) that I love about being a part of the community that Rebecca and Serge speak of is watching how the men are with each other. They are just so naturally tender and gentle with each other and genuinely interested in how each other is. They have opened up the conversations on men’s health, wellbeing including mental health and ill health and asked what is going on for men in their lives that is having serious ramifications to the health of men. They have been prepared to step out of the ‘safe’ but so very limiting way that men can relate to each other. I have personally been very inspired by the men within this community.
It seems to be that it is responsibility that is resisted most when it comes to the living examples of truth, love, integrity and common sense offered by Serge Benhayon in his presentations.
One of the things I will always appreciate about Serge Benhayon is his deep respect and care for women and men equally. Knocking someone because they live in a way that holds no bias against another just exposes those who knock.
Absolutely Jeanette, which brings about the reality of how we can always see through the falsehood that another may have attempted to create, so long as we are willing to see the truth in any situation.
Are we offering a service that truly benefits humanity and are we putting people ahead of any form of self gain? These are great questions about the current ‘free’ market that we are championing in today’s world. When someone like Serge Benhayon poses such questions, we end up realising this is not the foundation most organisations are based on. I have noticed three predominant responses: we can be inspired to explore ways of building and deepening such loving foundations, we can pretend we never heard anything, and thirdly we can be outraged that the whistle has been blown on our game and attack. Each type of response seems to be a direct reflection of the level of care and accountability we are prepared to live with.
No one outside of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine has ever presented such a topic in such an open, truth-full way with not an ounce of emotional investment in the issue. Many economists would baffle over the economic issues of the day yet i have yet to hear of one speak of the truth that Serge speaks of here.
Nothing can be baffling when you speak with truth!
I love the point about that you only realise our society has not such a free market as it says it has when you start to say and express what you feel and when that is outside of the currently accepted. Like starting to eat healthy or being responsible for how I am in daily life receives comments from others that are not that supportive yet shouldn’t it be common sense and celebrated when we take good care of ourselves? This is exposing the not so free free market we are living in.
There is so much to take into life from this short half an hour episode. How we are as a whole of society to our personal relationships with ourselves and others, with always the focus on the quality of our living way. So many things to look at and consider. An eye and heart opening experience.
I cannot agree more here Esther and something I will keep coming back to as it will never be old or out of date.
Definitely eye opening Esther and so much to deeply look at individually and as a community as a whole. This episode so simply reminds us of how our lives are markers of truth and the quality is there for all to see.
There is a lot in this interview, I can imagine that it could go into every topic imaginable. What really stood out was the outsider view coming in to paint a picture that those in ‘the village’ were not experiencing.
Which then makes me wonder, do we take these outside views into the village or claim our own experiences on any topics in life? Which leads me to ask, as a society how much do we place value in hearsay, what ‘they’ said (whoever ‘they’ may be) or actually claim our own experiences or be willing to put life to the test from our own bodies?
I have thoroughly enjoyed allowing myself to write, communicate, express and document the changes in my own life since my first association with Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine as this has supported me to not only begin to express myself again, from an otherwise very shut down body and way of life; but also as it continually confirms to me that nothing is more powerful than my own truth, my choices, my lived experience, my Livingness and that despite the times we have lived and do live in – that no one can take this joy, truth and commitment to life away from me.
I love Rebecca’s question about a possibility of people who have never heard of Universal Medicine as an organisation, knowing of a universal medicine as a deepest common sense that we are all looking for.
Fumiyo I love what you share and call out here, that was my experience as well. What Universal Medicine offered was indeed I had been looking for deep down and what, when I speak to everyone I meet, also is looking for.
Society has learned that there are ways of being socially accepted and ways which aren’t, the problem is when we hold back on what we naturally are and settle for conversations which satisfy a certain level but never leave us feeling fully resolved and ready for the next.
Having watched this episode a number of times I am surprised at how this has inspired me to encourage conversations that don’t settle for less but bring others to discuss topics that we are all global aware of. Now that is inspiring TV!
That’s amazing, and your comment has inspired me to not shy away from what there is to be said. I know I already do this but there are times when I hold back and know this feels wrong in my body. I love how, in this interview, Serge Benhayon responds to being described as ‘outspoken’ and it’s simply him speaking from the wisdom of his body. So I’m inspired to not only speak from this wisdom but listen and welcome its voice to begin with. What a reflection this is for humanity and permission to do likewise for others. What an inspiration Serge Benhayon is to speak from this wisdom and reflect to a sensation-seeking media that this wisdom can’t be touched and allows others to also see the truth in this way of being.
Thank you for sharing this great point Harrison. The social accepted ideal of what to say and not to say leaves us in limbo and continues the style of ‘comfortable’ conversations that leave not room for evolution and deeper understandings for all.
Serge Benhayon is always breaking new ground with what he presents. It’s clear that the investment by the powers that be to hold onto the status quo of health – and control of the masses, would be deeply rattled by the truth of what Serge presents here.
This is the marker of truth that many are afraid will bring down the models that have been all built on profits over people.
What could be more revealing and confronting in our times of exhaustion, stress and burnout – than a business that is ever growing and blossoming like Universal Medicine with staff that is vital, hard working, having fun, motivated to the highest ethical standards, healthy, looking well, loving, caring and available around the clock…?
When something that we have been craving for, and have long thought is not possible, is lived by someone in front of us, what do we do with that?
We can be furious realising we were fooled and not wanting to admit we have been making wrong choices. We can be resentful because of the inkling there is a need to give up some of those wrong choices. We can be angry because we are being shown up for being out of practice with being responsible.
Then again we can be inspired, we can look to learn from the example we are being lovingly offered and we can evolve.
A beautiful expression that a free market is the ‘truth in the living quality of the people.’
Absolutely agree, and in the ‘truth in the living quality of the people’ the lies and distortions are completely exposed. This is a refreshingly honest interview, thank you.
One wonders why the media is so intent on attacking Serge Benhayon – he speaks his truth but does not attack anyone. Could it be they are trying to bully him into toeing the line? The media has exposed its lack of integrity and ability to report truth and provide balanced commentary, which is the service that is its original purpose.
I agree Anne Hart. The true integrity of journalism has gone and Serge Benhayon is a reflection of what truth is no matter what form of media. One cannot toe the line when the line itself is not draw in truth.
Great comment Anne Hart. Speaking the truth without bullying is far from what we are witnessing in the current media circuit. Thank you Serge Benhayon for showing us that there is another way.
Toeing the line is a direct link to the bullying technique and is often dismissed in so many work places and is family situations. At this level we are seeing that the lengths the media who promote themselves as bringing the truth are far from practicing what they preach.
I agree Anne Hart – Serge does not attack anyone, he simply continues to live the truth 24/7 and gives no power to anything other than truth. Everyday life, worldwide, is governed by a bullying consciousness squashing people to fit into a contracted way of being. Serge Benhayon will continue to bring a reflection of the Truth that is available for all to live equally so.
The journalist’s are missing THIS story in this life-time – missing the truth about Serge Benhayon, a World-Teacher, about Universal Medicine, an Organization that will change life on earth for ever and about the Students of The Way of the Livingness, who have thousand of lived experiences and supportive history by changing their way of being not just to a ‘better’, but a healthy and joyful life and are inspiring others to do so.
This is truly revolutionary tv. The wisdom that it re-ignites within us makes absolute sense. What is being presented is that we are all on the same merry-go-round. There is a message that is sent out now that media can be used for a true purpose for humanity – or hook in and protect the needs of comfort, or avoidance that one chooses. There is absolutely no doubt that what this man is bringing through comes from his absolute knowing and living it himself. Thank you Serge Benhayon for standing up and not being afraid to do so, and putting humanity’s true needs first. We belong to an order that is universal. This man has no ounce of individual agenda , that is felt in all of his presentations. And so, I know from my own wisdom – that we belong to truth and that this is brotherhood, no individuality plays a part in that.
I will say this- Anyone that is willing to spread lies about a company like Universal Medicine is doing humanity a great disservice, for the absolute life changing presentations on offer to the general public are well worth consideration.
I have experienced discrimination and harassment for my association with Universal Medicine. I have even been accused of being in a Cult! Universal Medicine is not a cult – I have never once been followed up via email, phone call or text if I was absent at any work shops or presentations, never have I been pressured or contacted by anyone, to do anything in all my years of knowing UM and the Benhayon family. When my previous partner decided he no longer liked Universal Medicine he stopped attending. No one that worked for Universal Medicine ever followed him up or even asked where he went when he decided to not attend events, this is because people are free to come and go as they see fit. There is zero obligation and I rarely see people that don’t resonate with what Serge is sharing.
Universal Medicine has been the most supportive, respectful and honouring organisation I have come across. Should you ask for support it is provided in buckets. I have not come across any group of people so dedicated and supportive. And whatever choice you make, it is completely honoured, holding you in the greatest love at all times. In fact I have learned how to be more accepting and loving with myself as a direct result of how I have been consistently treated. Anyone who wants to continue living an irresponsible life with lack of care of others will obviously take issue with such a reflection, but those who crave a more open, honest and loving world will love it.
Yes I agree Sarah – Serge Benhayon is the least guru-like person imaginable and his business, Universal Medicine could not be further away from being anything like a cult. In 9 years I have not experienced or seen the slightest hint of bullying, pressure or insistence of attending anything you don’t choose to. Serge has no investment in ‘owning’ people or having followers – he simply presents truth and knows that we will all return to the truth of who we are, whenever we are ready to do so.
Well said Sarah any form of lies and spreading lies is doing humanity a great dis-service but particularly with regards to Universal Medicine as they are the complete polar opposite of lies and instead about absolute truth, integrity and genuine care and love of humanity. I have never known anyone like them they are truly inspiring and literally Amazing.
It is not common to find something so True like Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. Of course the mere fact of their existence in a world of corruption and lies must be felt like an offense to the creators of the lies and emptiness.
This is so true Felix Kremer. What Serge Benhayon shares is this episode is far from the reality of what is lived by many these days. It is interesting how we as a society have been numbed by the levels of greed and corruption and turn a blind eye to the harm or in this case ridicule and make up ill ‘truths’ about those that are willing to speak the truth.
So true Felix Kremer. When there is an abundance of ill truths it is often the truth that is buried in order to prevent others from questioning what is truly going on.
Most journalists have their own agenda when it comes to reporting. The spin they put on events is demonstrated if you read about the same event in different newspapers or TV channels. Great to have TV that is worth watching, has no spin, but proclaims truth. Thankyou Serge, Rebecca and team.
Well put Sue and this is indeed very true, it is great to see the simplicity that these truths highlight but most importantly the responsibility for us all equally, it is amazing to see how we are so very blessed by this amazing new TV channel, one I will always watch.
Yes Sue I couldn’t agree more. There is no agenda, not advertising of products and no commercials breaks! True reporting and true TV that makes it all worth watching.
These episodes set the level of commitment to truth, integrity and responsibility as well as care and honouring of the audience which all media should return to.
Great point raised Sue. No room to spin anything, as the truth stand firm on its own with this quality viewing.
It will be impossible for journalist to present truth in media for as long as the industry is beholden to the bottom line of sales. Sales and truth do not marry up in our current climes. Where before there was more honesty in journalism, it is harder to get to the truth now. This is not to say there are not journalists with integrity, but they hold far less influence than we need them to have.
Yes Sue there is no agenda, nothing to hide but a willingness to speak with such a graceful and humble manner on what is truly playing out for all the world to see.
The spin is what is so often the marker to lure more false beliefs and ideas. When you offer the truth there is nothing but the truth that stands on its own.
How interesting to consider what a free market is in terms on media and that given the type of media we have it is not free at all. How can it be when it’s foundation is so often that of self-interest and abuse of others? It’s no surprise really that what we have come to see as the mainstream media is failing on so many accounts. With the rise of citizen based journalist we are seeing the beginnings of a not only a new trend but a way we will communicate in the future.
It is worth taking a moment and consider what we mean by freedom. In our history and many places in our world today we have blatant bullying, threatening and control of expression. In the face of that we want freedom yes. Yet the word freedom has become for many people synonymous to unaccountability and chasing personal agendas at the expense of others. Freedom from shackles and control yes I am all for that, freedom from decency and care of each other? If we are opting for that there is something very wrong with our society.
Thank heavens for sergebenhayon.tv so that the truth about big picture issues concerning all of humanity can be shared far and wide. We all know that we are not really living in a free market society, but Serge calls it out for what it is, with absolute love for all. Let’s get out of the dark ages once and for all!
Oh yes Jane – thank heavens indeed for Serge Benhayon and all he brings to humanity. And with his TV interviews now we have so much more easy access to all the things important to all of us, and are able to to share and spread this to many more. Yes – let’s get out of the dark ages!!
I agree Janet, Serge is and has been presenting the truth of what is actually taking place in this world and in this there is a true understanding with no judgement of why, however there indeed is a responsibility in how we live life and this responsibility is gold. Well done to the bravest man I know Serge Benhayon.
Definitely not a free market for all. We can be so easily blinded by what the media sells us as the truth that often leaves us building a bank of knowledge, beliefs and ideals that are far from what is being shared so lovingly through this episode. Serge Benhayon respectfully and with great care shares what we already know is the true state of our world and how far we are from living the truth.
Thank you Serge Benhayon for presenting a program that is a gentle knock on humanities door. A reminder that the way we are living is of great concern. Choosing to keep the bolted doors shut is leading us further from the truth of what we have created over time.
Expressing fragility without a picture that it is weakness or an expectation of how others would respond, builds within the body a deeper sense of worth and confidence to stand in the world. This further breaks down the many roles we have taken up as a man and a woman.
Yes Adele, this program is showing how fragility can often be seen as a weakness yet there is so much to appreciate in the honesty of this feeling for us all.
We are our own media. It is our responsibility to claim back the truth of our bodies that which the media industry has not and in truth, not allowed to.
I could not agree more here Adele, and in this I see that we are then able to start exposing the games of the media and the intention behind their actions.
The games of the media that are promoting half truths and lies that are sold to the masses as true journalism.
Love this! We certainly have the keys to changing what the media has become. And we have every moment to change our movements in a way that says to the world who we truly are underneath all the labels and titles. The truth of our bodies is waiting to be expressed in full.
Yes we do have the keys to change this. It is the simplest of conversations with others where we hear and feel that the truth is masked where we can bring more understanding and awareness without judgement. This is the gold of Serge Benhayon TV and what is offered to us all.
Absolutely – It is the equal responsibility of us all to create a bigger reflection of what truth is. What is the media – it is just getting a message out to the public – but this can be done on a personal level – this can be something each one of us can do and know that in each moment we are a reflection to others -we are effectively our own walking media which builds the bigger picture.
I have been hesitant about getting into social media, websites, blogs etc, I felt like I did not know enough, or understand the process, or felt worried about being seen or being attacked for having an opinion, but I am realising is that I can express myself in this area and truly it has no separation from any other area of my life. And actually there is a responsibility concerning the media, if we know so that so much of what is shared is not true, it is a priority to share something different out there to be read, seen, observed. This is in all areas of life. This is big picture stuff, it is not about our own lives, it is about what we allow, agree, collude with when we are silent and what we choose when we speak our truth.
This is really important what you have shared Samantha ‘if we know that so much of what is shared is not true, it is a priority to share something different out there to be read, seen, observed.’ and this is exactly what Serge Benhayon TV does ✨
There is definitely a responsibility in acknowledging what is not true and then taking steps to understand that the power of speaking the truth shows the level of love that Serge Benhayon expresses for humanity. Asking the big questions that are often swept under the carpet in the world of TV and journalism.
I agree – and yet the fact that we can have a conversation with someone in ‘real life’ and perhaps disagree, but not often come to an abusive argument, and yet that be a very regular occurrence online shows us that for many there is a distinction between online and offline – that somehow ridicule and abuse directed at someone over the internet is less than in person.
I love this Samantha, and what happens when we express from our experiences and question things that don’t seem true is it opens up the conversation for other to also question the distorted values we accept, something we badly need in light of our disordered media and the agendas that shape the news we receive. It is st our door and our responsibility.
The distorted values of our current world are felt by many but often swept under the carpet. In many cases, many are willing to open up to the conversation but are looking for examples of those who speak with an understanding. Look no further than this episode – it offers the ALL!
So true about not living in a free market but just the thin veil which creates the illusion that we do.
As soon as you step outside the status quo watch the free market principles be put aside.
Isn’t this such a huge detriment that as a society we pride ourselves we live in a democratically evolved government system however under a thin superficial layer it resembles much of the medieval period.
Don’t get me wrong I am not discounting the huge leaps we have made however we have made some premature statements to how free we currently live.
Yes Luke Yokota this is a relevant point you have shared here from watching Episode 3. The illusion is definitely there and covered in a thin veil selling an image for us to believe. It makes a lot of sense that there would be resistance towards someone who is speaking with utter truth about the harmony that is possible for humanity if we allow others to rightfully live a life full of respect, dedicated to work, community minded and always giving back the quality that is lived to another by themselves.
I agree Luke – the reaction of society after the fall of the communist regime’s in the 1960’s, was to form liberalism – the ideals of freedom without oppression – the ability to do as we wish without interference, basically the greatest form of irresponsibility.
We believe as a liberal, democratic society we are creating the ideal free way to live – free press, a government voted in by the public and accountable for its actions, unable to interfere or coerce. And yet, peel back the veneer of the ideal and underneath, is the rot of reality – that in fact our free press is a very small number of very rich, very powerful people with the influence to decide what makes the news and what doesn’t, and in what light events will be painted. They own the way that people see the world, for if it isn’t printed or published then to everyone but those involved in the situation, it didn’t happen. When we know about a war, protest, atrocity, natural disaster or political issue, we know because we have seen it in the news. If the news is then not printing in absolute transparency, honesty and integrity, what version of reality are we being fed?
I have watched the first three episodes and am glad to be alive at a time in which someone stood up and started speaking the truth with true Love and respect. To the point he has inspired thousands to date to do the same in their lives. This is something that truly needs to be studied and explored for the revolutionary way it brings, a way our earth and people are yearning for.
Much appreciation is required here to really honour the work of Serge Benhayon, it is without question an amazing moment when we realise that we are able to live in and with our true selves and that there are no more illusions that can be created to stop this if we choose to truly come back to our simple yet magical way of being.
Yes I would agree Toni Steenson, there is such a thick layer of lies and ill truths that are increasing in rapid speeds in our current world affairs and the media gives the illusion that it truly cares for the all.
I agree with you Toni, as when Serge speaks about the students of Universal Medicine and how they should be studied, there is this sense that there is so much there already built within the lives of the students that would indeed inspire those who are open to change.
I agree wholeheartedly Toni. Sections of the media however are simply not interested in how lives have changed through the very practical liveable wisdom that is presented. They are much more interested in their own versions of events and justify this as public interest.
Pioneers are often ridiculed, dismissed or, in worse-case scenarios, abused and Serge Benhayon is a case in point. Challenge the status quo, and the establishment / vested interests come after you, today in collusion with a sensation-seeking and delivering media, and social media users hungry for same. We have a long way to go before we can truly say we have an ethical media or responsible citizen journalists.
I agree Victoria, and from here we get to see that we are simply at the mercy of what the media deem to be hot news and they can create just as much mayhem as they please all based on a lie with no care or consideration of anyone this may affect.
A perfect example of supply and demand.
The state of our media and its failure to actually print the truth is just one example of how we let our vested interests manipulate our behaviour. Those who have no vested interests, and Serge Benhayon is one of those people, have no difficulty with Truth, yet the media who report on him evidently do, because of the gross mis-representation that has been concocted and deemed fit to print. Time will expose these un-truths and in the mean time, Serge Benhayon will continue to present the Truth.
What is wonderful is that in the face of the gross abuse and lack of accountability by the media, Serge Benhayon has never made the slightest change in the level of dedication, openness, love and honouring with which he presents and relates to people. This is a great lesson showing that when you make life about love, care and understanding of people instead of popularity, one-upmanship and self-gain. Such things like people lying about you of course hurt but they will not swerve you from the confidence, commitment and purpose with which you live every day.
It actually seems to be the case that the ‘media’ paints a picture of women very often as victims or as highly sexualised objects and this seems to be in line with the general commentary that is on the internet.
It would make sense that there would be strong resistance against somebody who isn’t in reaction to the ugliness and misogyny, but simply points it out and shows what can be done about it as such behaviour exposes rather a lot of people.
Journalism in the past was based on bringing the truth to the general public to inform. The resistance you have pointed out so clearly Christoph Schnelle is a reminder of how far we have stepped away from the truth. Reactive journalism is at the forefront in promoting the current world trends and global issues. Serge Benhayon speaks with truth and is bringing awareness back to the basics- a lot of which is stirring the irresponsibility we choose to ignore.
Your point about journalism having a past based in truth can be questioned more deeply Natallija. The seeds of journalism were sown long ago when public communicators spread the word as decreed by the ruling authority (king, potentate etc etc)…their version of ‘truth’ if you will.
We need to be careful about romanticising a past that never was, rather understand that where we are today is the result of a trend started long ago.
It is a trend that the rest of us, the consumers so to speak, have not adequately challenged. And we still don’t really challenge it until we see such an appalling transgression as happened with Serge Benhayon. How many other such transgressions occur through our media that we do not wonder at, question, or ask them to be accountable for?
Well said Rachel Mascord and your comment makes me realise that the roots of our journalism lies firmly in propaganda, self interest and deceit. These might be strong words to use, but when we study the same piece of news from different angles, as the Internet allows us to do today with such ease we see the same bias still exists. The fact that we, the consumer of this news never seem to challenge these inconsistencies demonstrates how much we have given up on the truth, which then results in the crusades against truth that now so commonly occur in the press. How and why do we allow lies to be printed, read and accepted as truth? What has happened to our self-respect?
True Rachel the lack of integrity and fabricated truth so rampant in the media “is a trend that the rest of us, the consumers so to speak, have not adequately challenged.” I remember many years back being troubled with noticing the general lack of decency, regard and honouring of people in most media articles. But it was not until people close to me started being attacked and lied about in the media that I finally started to seriously look at the part I play with my silence.
Yes it would make sense Christoph, especially when those that are being exposed have seemingly enjoyed living in this disregarding way, hence there comes a time that not only being exposed is important but also a whole change in behaviour is required to offset the momentum which is precisely what Serge is and has done.
Very true Christoph. When there is no emotion or judgement in the exposure of the Truth there is nothing to expose in return – there is only the naked truth being presented.
What is amazing about the naked truth is that humanity have nowhere to hide or cover up.
Makes a lot of sense because we can hide from our responsibility in addressing the situation by reacting to it and getting riled up.
So true Leigh, and it is clear to me that this is what has been happening to some of the people who are avoiding responsibility. It is easy to substitute responsibility with blame and lies to delay evolution which of course also affects the evolution of us all.
