Episode 6 - Understanding the Beingness that Constitutes the Human Being

What happens before anxiety becomes anxiety? What happens before dementia becomes dementia? What is the nature of our dis-ease before it becomes a physical and nameable disease?

We each have our own favourite flavour that we use to check out and numb ourselves from the mundanity of life. Yet the why remains. Why, when we are deeply sensitive multi-dimensional beings, do we distract ourselves with chips, television, gaming, drugs, and or ice cream?

In this insightful interview Serge Benhayon takes the ‘100 steps back’ from some very human problems to look at the human being when the ‘beingness’ of the human gets denied and buried. Beyond this he explores the vibrant beauty of what life can look like when the being is fostered and nurtured in a way “that society is yet to comprehend.”

And P.S. if you ever felt like you wanted to blame your parents for how your life turned out, even just a little bit… make sure you watch the second half of this episode.

True Medicine delivered right here. So rich with content and sharing, so much is given here. Truly beautifull. One to watch again and again and again and to support us in and with our interactions with ourselves and others. Listening to this episode again I also really appreciated how as we develop, learn, grow and evolve our relationship with the Ageless Wisdom deepens. I have watched this many times before but this time got a different sense, feeeling, awareness and understanding of what is being presented here. Also to appreciate the relationship between Rebecca and Serge and what this offers the viewer in so many ways. We get to see and feel how relationships can be and how enriching true expression and communication can be.

We have constructed a life for the human but not the human being. I have always known there was more to life but after decades of searching for the truth, for that ‘thing’ that was missing it wasn’t until I came to the work of Serge Benhayon that I realised what I was looking for was me. The multidimensional inner being Serge and Rebecca talk about was so buried under hurts, trauma’s, behaviours and patterns, but as that has lifted with the support of Universal Medicine and their therapies I have been able to reconnect to me and begin living from my being again – the ‘me’ I remember knowing and expressing as a child. The emptiness and search for something was actually for the whole me. It’s astonishing really that we live in a model of life that steers us so precisely away from our true selves.

As human beings we find ourselves in a peculiar predicament, we don’t truly know the depths of ourselves as beings, and we have somehow managed to create a life on the surface and made it look normal, and that this is who we are… when we are so much more.

The more I understand the teachings of the ageless wisdom the more I understand life. Understanding life gives me such a confidence that when something comes up which would have been overwhelming in the past and I would have got lost in the overwhelm and emotion I now have the confidence to handle it and move on this way of living is so different to my old ways it’s like chalk and cheese. This proves to me that we are indeed living contra to how we should be living.

I can honestly say that no one explained to me about being consciously present in my body. I saw a psychotherapist for over 20 plus years never once was this subject discussed between us. Looking back over that period of time I would have thought that psychology would have known about this? It wasn’t until I met Serge Benhayon and listened to his presentations that I heard about being present in my body. We are not taught about our beingness either and it makes complete sense to me now that if we are not present within our bodies but living from our minds then we are not in control over what happens. We would not put a ship to sea without a captain at the controls, but we seem to be willing to go around in our minds with no one in charge of our bodies, is this how we can then so easily trash them? Because lets be honest we do trash our bodies

If we don’t acknowledge the being, we are left confused as to why life happens the way it does. If we don’t acknowledge that there is more to life than just physicality, than bricks and stones, we will forever remain fooled.

  • Viktoria May 6, 2019   Reply →

We have a being inside of us, how can we even question it? The thoughts and the emotions that run through our body. Our 6th sense we observe in sometimes knowing what another person is thinking, when we are being lied to or when two people don’t like each other and they don’t even have to say anything for us to see it, the moment we turn around just as somebody is coming to scare us. All of these things are proof that there is more than just physical. In all of these scenarios we have felt energy, we have registered energy and understood what it is communicating.

  • Viktoria April 18, 2019   Reply →

There is so much for us to undiscover when it comes to the beingness, we live in a world where everything has to be physical in order for it to be real. Writing that I can see how prevalent it is for me – how much I am owned by my perception & the way I see the world is tainted with that.

How important is it to include the being into the equation, without it we left baffled by what happens around us. Without the being we are left trying to figure a maths eqution without ever figuring out what x is.

To understand why we end up doing what we say we never will do is much needed. In stead of criticising ourselves, we need to appreciate what we are up against.

It’s really obvious that something is missing in human life because even in developed countries where we have everything from homes to material goods, and education and health care we are still turning to things like alcohol, drugs, etc, to take the edge off how life still feels. We are definitely missing our beingness, i.e., being who we truly are, the bundle of gorgeous tenderness, cuteness, love and joy we are born as.

    • Mary October 7, 2019   Reply →

Melinda I agree with you the more I connect to the gorgeous tenderness, cuteness, love and joy we are born as. The more I can feel an expansion in my body as it comes alive with an energy that I have not experienced before, it’s like being plugged into the National Electricity grid.

It’s a lot easier to go through life with the understanding that there is a reason for everything, and not just limiting it to human behaviour.

    • Mary September 17, 2019   Reply →

I agree with you Rachel, understanding life and the reason it is currently the way it is, is very empowering. For example I am craving Sugar but I have come to understand through everything I have learned through the Teachings and workshops of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine that this craving is coming from a part of me that does not want to feel what is actually happening in life, it’s a check out. As you correctly say there is nowhere to go when we limit ourselves to purely human behaviour. Why do we want to check out on life so that we can stay human and not be beings in a human body?

  • Ariana February 23, 2019   Reply →

Having a fundamental responsibility for how we live allows our understanding to flourish.

    • Mary May 16, 2021   Reply →

I agree SC, If we listen to what Serge Benhayon has to say there is no judgement or condemnation in his demeanour, just an openness to talk about how if we step back and may be we have to step back life times to understand our patterns and behaviours, which have become so ingrained because we may have reincarnated with the same ill choices for lifetimes. The cumulative energy stored in our bodies needs to be worked on to get to the root cause, which is why it makes sense to me now that we cannot blame our parents or anyone for that matter. It also makes sense to me why we blame others and make ourselves out to be the victim of life because we don’t want to take responsibility for our wayward choices that led us to what we are currently living. Serge Benhayon shares another perspective of life so that we have an opportunity to stop and consider that if we get to the root cause of anxiousness then we will not be anxious any more, that has to be worth its weight in gold as so many of us spend our entire lives running on anxiousness or nervous energy which is so draining on our bodies that we feel we need the go to the ‘pick me ups’ just to function and get by in life. What if there was a way to live where we could actually be full of vitality that we didn’t need the props that we have manufactured to keep us going, what a difference that would make. Imagine not having the need or want to take antidepressants for example because you were feeling so amazing!

A most wonderful and very enlightening program in which Serge Benhayon casts a very wise light on what anxiety is and how it affects the body. If only to have been presented with this wisdom when I was in my 20’s and 30’s and in, what I am sure was, a continual state of anxiety, with the only treatment offered to me being Valium. This understanding would certainly have done away with the need for medication and offered me a true prescription for what I was actually going through.

    • Mary March 21, 2020   Reply →

When we medicate it doesn’t actually get rid of the anxiety or nervous tension we are in which is why many of us medicate, whether it is valium, alcohol or any of the plethora’s of go to’s to numb ourselves, the anxiousness and nervous tension is still there all we have gained is a temporary relief.

SC you say no wonder the world feels crazy -many of have yet to reawaken our awareness of this truth. I agree with you, is it possible that life is set up in such a way that we are in constant distraction not to regain our awareness, that the game is to keep everyone in the motion of distraction because in the motion we will never feel the stillness we all come from and are a part of.

No, it’s not just us that is running the show – there is a being inside us – the being who leads us by the nose to do what it wants regardless of the impact on the body and everyone else around us. Now this is truly great TV, it tells us exactly what is going on in life, making sense of what has never made sense.

life seems to be set up in a way that enforces the belief that our minds are King and the body is also ran. Which is actually the complete opposite, our minds should be in line with our bodies as our body actually holds the greater intelligence it is the access point to the vast intelligence of the universe.

Function without presence to the being leads to illness and disease. We cannot or even pretend to bury, hide, avoid or distract what is there being constantly communicated from our being without having to deal with the consequences later on in life.

  • Jennifer Smith December 27, 2018   Reply →

It is very much worth exploring what our beingness is, from the simple fact that living functionally through life having the mechanics of our body repaired when needed is showing very much that it has limitations. We are seeing that on the front line of medicine. In hospitals, medical surgeries, aged care facilities; even in our day to day lives. We are missing part of ourselves, that part that is connected to every other being. Its worth getting to know and living our physical day to day life from our being.

    • Mary November 26, 2019   Reply →

Jennifer, I agree that as a Human – beings we have our limitations, but if we were to truly understand that there is a spirit and a soul and depending which one we align to determines the movements we will make which is our response to life. It would be wise for us all to stop and consider what has been offered though these interviews with Serge Benhayon. As how many of us go about our daily life with no conscious presence which we have termed ‘ auto -pilot’ when we have no idea of how we got from A – B. It poses the question …If we are not in charge of our bodies who is?

  • Jennifer Smith December 19, 2018   Reply →

Anxiety can be something that is very depilating. What Serge is offering here is very important as it takes us back to the route cause of in this case anxiety. But if we go back to the route cause of any condition we then understand much more about ourselves and why we have ended up in the current circumstance we find ourselves in. We are so much more than our physical body and we all know this, but its not lived and we are seeing the ramification of this in our heath. In fact throughout all of life.

  • Mary November 30, 2018   Reply →

To me in this interview Serge Benhayon reminds us that there is a being part of the human-being which we have ignored. If we were to reconnect back to the being of the human-being then we would all experience a completely different more loving way to live. It’s that simple and yet so hard because the human part of us is in so much resistance as it does not want to lose control over the body. No one has explained in such simple terms the fight our spirit puts up and the misery it inflicts on the human part to stop the inevitable return to the being, our soul.

  • Hm November 21, 2018   Reply →

It is so obvious, now I understand the spirit, of how we can welcome illness and disease into the body. It is so more than we think – it is an energetic alignment that means we are not living who we are and are therefore open to many more ailments that are also not who we are.

    • Mary May 16, 2021   Reply →

HM when we reconnect back to our energetic awareness life changes completely, it has to because we come out of the morass of the lies we have accepted as truth and they are exposed to the bone. As the light of truth is such a cleansing light.

The conversation about demand Vs supply is a very important one as when we are looking at an issue often the supply end is what is blamed and focused on. This negative Nancy part of me has been transformed. we are as you have stated naturally innately and stupendously powerful, sensitive and loving. The lives of those people who are already Living the way of the Ageless Wisdom will be studied in years to come and humanity will discover the truth of what is being lived now and so live the same life style and in the joy of it too.

How many times I have felt and known what is true and denied it is beyond crazy, by having an up bringing where you are told to ignore, not register and dismiss what it is you feel and can read is the total set up for us not to be who we truly and live in a constant state of anxiousness be it high or low state it doesn’t really matter. Re-claiming and learning and feeling the impact of when I honour and cherish what I feel and then when I do it is invaluable. On the return to my truth again and it feels amazing.

So if I want to live in a harmonious world and let’s face it who doesn’t then that starts with me first and how I am with myself, am I harming or healing the world. And could this be why the world is in such a mess because we do not want to go to that level of responsibility?

To come to the knowing that we all are naturally amazing beings, goes to show us that this life we are born into is set up to keep us away from this amazingness from day one. We come into a world full of beliefs, one being that a child is an empty vessel, one that needs filling by us, unfortunately most of the time with all our ingrained beliefs and negative life experiences. How world-changing it would be for every child to be honoured and cherished for the wise and wonderful beings they are and then unconditionally loved and supported as they grow from childhood to the amazing adults they were born to be.

Serge Benhayon exposes so clearly how, when we are living as just a human, we are the masters of distraction, but if we bring in the being, and to begin to understand how it is to live in this completeness – the human being – there is nothing we want to be distracted from. We are currently living as ‘half’ of who we truly are, and not the total human being, so no wonder we spend so much time searching outside of ourselves for something we feel is missing, when all the time we are already whole.

It makes sense that if we are anxious that we haven’t developed the skills to deal with what we are feeling and to then express in full. Sometimes people can say a lot and appear to have mastered life, but deep down this has just become another coping mechanism.

‘Everything is interconnected’ says Serge Benhayon, and he says we cannot ignore the small signals because they will always lead to something greater if we do. Humans seek to withdraw from what feels uncomfortable, but our bodies never lie, we do well to pay attention.

Everything is interconnected’ explains the truth of the old sayings of ‘a stitch in time saves nine’, ‘look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves’ and takes them to a far more deeper and wider level of responsibility.

The effects of withdrawal from life are very significant. I have cared for many people with Dementia and this condition has often long standing consequences for the person and their family. These conversations go along way to us understanding what is going on underneath the physical condition.

I love what Serge Benhayon shares, how he brings it back to what caused the illness and disease in the first place before it manifests as a physical symptom. ‘What is the nature of our dis-ease before it becomes a physical and nameable disease?’

  • Shami September 5, 2018   Reply →

In life, I have noticed how there can be a fear of having nothing to indulge in. But when Serge Benhayon talks about the being, and the multidimensionality of who we are, I can see that there is nothing to be afraid of and that in fact there is something stupendously beautiful waiting for us all to return to.

It appears as though we might be scared of having no problems, nothing to rant and rave about when in fact, the settlement we can feel and move far outweighs any such ‘entertainment’ and stimulation.

Yes Shami and Gabriele, the more we let go of the protection and constructs that have kept us in struggle and strife, the easier it is to connect to our inner being as a gateway to the soul.

We keep ourselves almost permanently distracted from connecting with our beingness and as a result life in a permanent state of unrest, which in turn then fuels our desire to distract ourselves and so it goes.

I certainly attempt to look at what my part to play in each scenario is and how I contributed to arranging it.

  • Mary August 23, 2018   Reply →

I feel I understand what Serge Benhayon is saying that there is an impact on the body when we deny what we know and what we can feel. and it would make sense to me that this would build up in our bodies to have an adverse effect on it. For example I have seen how some people boil over with rage because they have tried to contain it within their bodies but eventually it explodes out and has a devastating effect on them and everyone else around them. If they didn’t explode I wonder what effect that pent up emotion would have on their body over time.

    • Ingrid Ward September 22, 2018   Reply →

You make a great point here Mary. How often does someone boil over with rage, not realising that it just didn’t appear in their body and explode out, but that it had been bubbling away for some time. When we hold back any form of expression the words simply don’t go away, they sit and simmer, and then, often in the most inappropriate setting, explode out and often at someone who had nothing to do with the initial incident. Learning to speak up and to not hold back our expression can be rather challenging at times, but in the long run it is much more considerate of our body, ourselves and of others.

Yeah, I love the fact that this goes against what mainstream psychology says about how much we should blame our parents. Serge puts it very clearly that we constantly have a choice to move on or stay in the rut of blame and irresponsibility.

We can have as many moments of escape that we like but once we return from the ‘running away’ the reality of our situation is still there, waiting for us, and in some cases even worse than before. • Rowena Stewart August 19, 2018   Reply →

Very true Carolien. We put all this focus on the part of our selves that actually dies, our body, and neglect the core aspect of us that does live forever, our Soul. Something that I am finding is that the more I focus on developing my connection to my Being-ness, the more my body glows with health and vitality and my relationships fill up with joy.

Anxiousness is at the root a denying and/or not communicating of what we feel and sense in life…how revealing is this and such an important subject to shed light on. It is as Serge says something that we all live with and by understanding what it really is we can start to address it in ourselves.

  • jennym August 9, 2018   Reply →

It makes sense that when we deny what we sense we can feel ill equipped to deal with an aspect of life as we do not have the fullness of who we are with us. Minimising our awareness does not in fact deal with life it creates a moment of avoidance of life generating anxiety.

  • Mary July 14, 2018   Reply →

We sense something and when it is not expressed we go into anxiousness, so my question has to be how are we raising our children? Are we raising them to say what they feel and honour their feelings when they start to express what they sense or feel about what’s going on within the family? Or, do we cut them down and dismiss their feelings? And if the latter is it any wonder they then go into that feeling of being anxious because they are being asked to deny a core part of who they are. I have come to understand that we are feeling everything all the time, we cannot stop it, but we can deny it. So is it possible that’s when illness and disease starts to build up within our bodies so that 40 years on we wonder why we have an illness or disease, but do not think to trace it back to the times as a child you were dismissed and crushed for speaking what you felt at the time was true.

Living life as mundane ignoring small details can make us ill? Serge Benhayon reminds us that we are truly amazing beings and that mundaneness is an illness for us, it has an energetic impact and we have to address it at that level. He reminds us to develop a way of being that is self-fostering and to avoid at all costs anything that diminishes us as who we are, instead to acknowledge ourselves and our greatness to ourselves first and then out in the world. I have witnessed many students of Universal Medicine achieve awards in their industry for outstanding achievement in their field, showing just how amazing we truly are.

We deny our feelings and in that denial we crush the sensitivity of our beingness.
We seem to constantly deny what at some level we know to be true and instead rely on our minds to get us through the day. When we find a way to reunite ourselves back to our bodies, literally a whole new vista opens up there is such an expanse to explore and we then have to wonder what keeps us so small and contracted that we didn’t feel the greatness of the space all around us.

It’s so interesting about not needing the rewards of life when we are fully connected to our being because there is nothing greater than it. This highlights how disconnected we have become because so much in life is used as a reward, whether it’s a chocolate bar, a glass of wine, a trip away, we tend to endure the daily grind to get to the reward. Even retirement is a long term reward. Living life connected to the being is something I’m getting a taste of, it cuts so much of the need for outer things, TV, food, etc, because it is just such a joy to be me and experience all the qualities that come through from my soul.

I like the way that Serge Benhayon suggests we take 100 steps back to see where these illusions developed and where we went wrong, and he reminds us about the beingness in being a human being. The mechanics to the human part is beautiful and medicine goes a long way to helping us function, but it hasn’t helped us develop harmony in our society. The being is a multidimensional character that many of us are totally unaware of and this is where we need to go if we are to evolve.

I find this so inspiring because of how honest Serge is being, clearly laying out the choice and letting it be known what that choice is. So, yes anyone can choose it – but with the full awareness of what they are choosing and the path that it offers. So in effect any one can say – yes I know this will be a difficult path to walk, but I choose it anyway because it is worth it.

Speaking about anxiousness, it would also make sense that if we are filling ourselves up with stimulants like sugar and coffee we cannot truly feel the ease and presence with our bodies, as we are moving physiologically faster than our natural rhythm and this creates tension and stress in the body.

This is true, ‘that we are energetic beings first and foremost’, and even if we are not choosing to be consciously aware of the fact we are registering and feeling everything on an energetic level. These conversations are so needed in our society today, when Serge Benhayon talks about low grade misery and that there is part of the human being that doesn’t want to feel this any more so it withdraws from life. I completely get this as that is what I did in my early 20’s and instead used drugs prescribed to me by the doctor which enabled me to completely give up on myself. If I look out to society today many more people are choosing this option, only it’s not an option because it comes with huge consequences further down the road so to say.

  • Mary March 18, 2018   Reply →

What Serge is presenting about the human-being and the being within being human is HUGE because as he says we can more or less fix the human but this hasn’t stopped the rise in illness and disease in the human frame. So is it more than time to connect to the being part of us and listen to this part of our body maybe the being has the answer. And let’s face it humanity has tried everything apart from connecting to our being, so why not give this a go?

Serge Benhayon here gives an indication of a life lived from who we truly are, and how energetically responsible that would be. Which is interesting because this takes out the notion that to be connected with one’s essence is a selfish or indulgent act. Which then brings in to question about what is truly going on when there is selfishness and indulgence, because if this is not an expression of one’s essence, then what is expressing in that moment?

Not having an understanding of this inner being can leave us very hurt and frustrated by the actions of others that we don’t understand, or seemingly unable to change or fix ourselves when we do things we don’t want to like over eating or anxiety or depression. No one that I know of has ever explained that we are energetic beings and that we feel energy all the time and it is when we discount what we feel and what we can sense from our surroundings that the body gets anxious. I have to ask the question why is it that such a fundamental part of who we are is totally ignored? Is it possible that if we were to reconnect back to this energetic awareness that may be this would be the answer to our health problems? As we all know through the many scientific studies that stress has a huge detrimental effect on the body and what if all this starts because we deny what we are actually sensing. How come we can train say a guide dog to sense danger and alert it’s owner, but we don’t seem to appreciate we have the same in built sensing qualities in ourselves.

There is so much that we don’t see in this world. We know that we are so much more than simply a physical body, but its not something that we live. Its put down to something that we believe in or not. Serge Benhayon raises the bar on these conversations giving us the opportunity to consider that we really are more and that we can live the more that we are too.

  • Ingrid Ward March 9, 2018   Reply →

Serge Benhayon makes so much sense even out of what appears to be a complicated issue. To take 100 steps back from an issue gives us the opportunity to not just fix it temporarily, but to bring a full understanding as to why it happened and then to heal it in full. It may take a little more time but how valuable will the choice to do so be when the issue is no longer an issue.

“The way we are living is not truly working”. This is not a commonly said statement. So is this not part of our considerations? I think not as we keep moving the goal posts and consistently bury what needs to be address.

  • Jennifer Smith March 8, 2018   Reply →

Its true that the majority of people have at least a low grade anxiousness. I have certainly felt this for myself and I have observed that when I downplay what I have read in a situation, anxiousness is inevitable. When I read what is truly going on, what that does is bring understanding to the whole picture. When in anxiousness what I see is limited to what my eyes allow, rather than all of my senses.

  • Samantha Davidson March 6, 2018   Reply →

This is beautiful definition and so relatable. What we sense is so often overridden for what we think is happening or should happen. I love pondering the gaps….in life.

I totally get what Serge Benhayon is saying about how when we are not given the space as children to express what we feel it gets bottled up inside and this tension has to go somewhere. So is it then possible that illness and disease has a root cause, If we are not able to express what we feel and be held in the honouring and sensitivity of those feelings. I know I was not honoured as a child and now I understand how the bottling up of my expression for years lead to a nervous breakdown as an adult.

This to me just says it all: that we are already feeling everything on a very deep level, and if we deny what we feel and know then we create for ourselves an anxiousness. Without the demand there is no supply. hhhhmm so that means we have to be totally and brutally honest about what our actions, choices and desires are feeding and in doing so the ripple effect that this has in humanity. I know for quite some time I didn’t want to look as I enjoyed the unaccountable way I was living. But I also got to feel how loveless this was and that I deep down craved to be in connection with my inner being. We can’t have our cake and eat it to, we have to take responsibility for our choices.

This is such a huge message in a culture of finger pointing and lack of responsibility. I grew up with a twisted belief that if I could blame the system or people about a wrong, then I was somehow superior on moral grounds. The reflection that without a demand no supplier could possibly carry on the supplying, turns the focus round 180 degrees and introduces an irrefutable awareness of self-responsibility.

Rebecca Asquith, what a great discussion on anxiety, it’s something that so many of us have or do have in life and yet we often don’t know how to deal with it. • Golnaz Shariatzadeh January 10, 2018   Reply →

When we deny what we know and what we feel, well before we register as a state of anxiousness, we have started on this track. I reckon we would see a lot more confidence, wisdom and responsible choices right from very young if instead we encouraged the honouring of all that we can feel and supported developing the ability to express it.

  • David January 2, 2018   Reply →

The more I read and understand about beingness, the very fact that it is the quality of our being and beingness that is the most valuable asset in the world the more I am amazed at how I coped in life before, as when you try to go through life without the beingness its like not being in life.

  • Golnaz Shariatzadeh December 31, 2017   Reply →

The wisdom and guidance offered here is priceless. Our society and institutions may not be set up to welcome our true expression at the level of our beingness. It is up to us to start to live this level of honouring for ourselves and then slowly start to take it out to others and into society.
It is never about pointing the finger and blame, but deepening the level of our awareness and personal responsibility.

  • Mary December 31, 2017   Reply →

We have been taught how to live in our bodies and get by on function. But we have not been taught how to live with this other part of us the ‘being’ that is the all knowing part of us. Most of us have memories of this expanded part when we are young but we are seemingly discouraged from developing and deepening the connection. And to me that is the biggest detriment to ourselves and our society because we are actually missing the best part of ourselves.

  • Karin Barea December 31, 2017   Reply →

This is huge, developing the trust and courage that we know ourselves better than anyone else and can be our own true teacher and not rely on an education system/society that isn’t fostering this currently. • Karin Barea December 31, 2017   Reply →

Yes, I too have never heard this level of accuracy and wisdom outside from what Serge Benhayon delivers. I have experienced anxiousness as what here is described and it’s paramount we start asking ourselves what kind of society we are accepting that discourages us from expressing what we feel as what we feel is there for a reason, it’s there for us to evolve. So where are we heading if we cannot express what supports us as a whole species? Where we are often discouraged or even targeted for our expression and that all too often we cope with this by attacking the body – the vehicle through which we feel- with behaviours that cause ill health. If we did all express what we felt , heeded what was said then society could transform itself, rather than trying to alleviate anxiety by self-talk and confidence-building in what you do instead of appreciating and re-discovering the amazing beings we truly are.

The evil is not in the supply. We have to look at the demand, because without the demand there will be no supply.

I am not talking physical assault, that is obviously abusive, but what if we have a bar for what we accept as normal that allows way more aggression and abuse than we should and the anxiety levels in children are them trying to make sense of what they are being told to accept as normal?

Great point Lucy. Most of us pride ourselves for being tough and how much we can put up with, so it becomes a game to put on a brave face or numb ourselves from feeling much. What if the honesty offered by the tenderness, the sensitivity and the openness that is reflected by young children and those who are considered too sensitive is actually what is needed for us to heal the many issues we are facing throughout the world and evolve?

I love this interview for how simply it explains one of the biggest issues we face today – I have never met someone who has not at some point felt anxiety to some degree, and as is said I think it is an ever present hum in most people’s lives we have come to accept and medicate in many different ways, be it through exercising out the excess tension or numbing with drugs and alcohol or using sugar or caffeine to keep us going even though the constant anxiousness is exhausting – all these things work to a point at managing the symptoms but often only barely to allow us to function, they don’t really deal with why we are anxious to begin with – and this is where this interview is key because it introduces that ‘being’ aspect of ourselves we are all too quick to ignore if we are even aware of it in the first place

  • Sarah Karam November 1, 2017   Reply →

Anxiety is something that most people unfortunately have experienced at some point in their lives but to truly address any condition we must have some distance from the issue, otherwise we are approaching the problem from within the problem. What I am understanding from this interview is that a human being is made up of two parts, the HUMAN element and the BEING element. What we have not fostered enough within ourselves or as a society is this beingness. The being component is a multidimensional character that reaches far beyond the current human flesh model. We cannot write off or dismiss this part of ourselves, the part that has a feeling about someone and then bumps into them that day, or has a dream that warns them about an event or that knows not to go home that way but doesn’t know why and later finds out there was an accident on the road . We have all had these moments and if we were to appreciate and nurture them, we would find that they would not be so few and far between. Equally though, we must respect the fact that we in a body that requires food, water, the correct amount of sleep etc.etc.. My sense is, in order to heal the current human condition and restore perfect balance as human beings, we have to foster these two parts equally. We have tried the human part taking centre stage but when the human part of us is forced to hold everything, it cannot cope, for it is not natural and therefore it will find ways to cope, withdrawal, numbing activities. We were born to shine in both the HUMAN and the BEING and when we do, then and only then will we begin to see the peak of our true potential as human-beings.

At last there is someone who can explain dementia in such a way that we can understand what is truly going on for those suffering. When we understand that there is the physical part and an energetic part which we have denied feeling it all makes sense. If the world is going to change and we want to see reversal in these current trends then we need to start to be honest and allow ourselves to feel what is plaguing society.

Dementia is becoming so apparent because more and more we make it OK to ‘check out’ and not be present. Which put us in a state of disconnection. And it is a horrible way to die – to allow the body to forget to function. And yet it is on the rise.

We are “deeply sensitive multi-dimensional beings”, who have created a world and lives that are nowhere near the truth of our expression. Medicine has been incredible in the way that it supports the physical body. In that way we have come so far. But with all the advancements in medicine we still have advancing states of disease and it is not lessening. We will reach a point that we will need to ask more, we will need to consider that there is more to us than our physical body and this will be an equally important consideration in terms of the future of health care.

The way society is built up, as Serge Benhayon is saying, is that we are not aware or educated that we are in an ocean of energy. That we too are a being of energy and this carries a responsibility that we have to live this in harmony with the whole Universe we are apart of.

Interesting if we ponder on the phrase ‘human being’ we almost leave out the word being. As said in this interview we actually have forgotten what this part of being human is about. Yes we are human, its a very physical experience, but we also have an innate knowing of everything that is around us, that does not necessarily come from our physical experiences and yet how do we explain this? And then how do we nurture this very important part of ourselves so that the human and the being live day to day and moment to moment as one?

I wonder at why we recoil so much at the thought that we are precious and fragile, all beings, not just women but men too. This amazingness is what every person has either yet to come to live or is already living. No matter where we all are on our journeys, being amazing is actually a crucial part of being human.

  • Rachel Murtagh September 10, 2017   Reply →

I love the phrase now…’human-beings’ it makes sense so much to be! We are not called ‘human-doings’… and therefore we need to check we are not overdoing the doing instead of being the being!

    • Fiona Cochran October 29, 2017   Reply →

Yes when it is broken down simply into the human element and the beingness it makes so much sense. The moment I am in ‘human-doing’ mode, I have lost connection to feeling what my body is telling me, I start to push through and exhaust myself and that’s when I reach for food, to numb what I don’t to feel.

  • HM September 9, 2017   Reply →

‘We each have our own favourite flavour that we use to check out and numb ourselves’ – this is pretty insightful to the state of society – and very telling – it is a truth we need to hear in order to see where we are all at and to what extent we don’t want to take responsibility for why we have to numb out in the first place.

  • Carmel Reid September 7, 2017   Reply →

There is so much covered in this episode it will take several viewings to take it all in – I love the explanation that we are Human Beings and that we have been focusing on the Human and need to also focus on the Being, recognising how enormous we truly are and the energetic responsibility we all have to check our movements whether in public or in secret – we affect everybody all of the time.

What an amazing exposing of anxiousness and not living the amazingness and multidimensionality of all we are but sticking to the mundane and depressive cycles we choose. The understanding of all disease and the root courses of where it comes from, and the simplicity and ease of the reality of it all so is beautifully presented and a joy to listen to.

    • Golnaz Shariatzadeh September 24, 2017   Reply →

The deeper you go, the more it becomes clear that the root of all of our issues comes back to us not choosing to live the magnificence of our actual essence. What is amazing is that with Serge Benhayon such revelations are not just left in the realms of a theoretical understanding, you are inspired to start to see how it relates to you and your life in detail and where to go from there.

  • Natallija August 27, 2017   Reply →

What a great way to leave watching a TV episode knowing that you can see the world through another way that asks us to be more loving and understanding – that is far from what is often shared on the mainstream screens.

  • Natallija August 22, 2017   Reply →

To bring this understanding to our young gives the potential for our future generations to feel that they are more than just a body that functions and that the quality that they share with another is valued at an inner level, thus brings the true relationships that we are constantly searching for in our current climate.

I would have never considered myself to be suffering from anxiety, but this conversation makes me stop and wonder whether my ‘normal’ could just be a well learned coping mechanism and actually very far removed from me just being me naturally.

Each time I watch this episode I am total humbled by the quality in which the word “beingness” is been delivered to the world. Stopping to appreciate that we are much more than just what the world thinks they see.

While some cannot in a way be proud of the ‘good’ in this world we have created and the quality of life most of us on our planet are living, we have otherwisebeen pointing our fingers at one another, or getting frustrated with ourselves, we have been piling up solutions after solutions only to find nothing makes much of a difference for long. Many of us have ended up fighting one another over it and many of us seem to have given up.
Very refreshing that Serge Benhayon constantly reminds us that our real issue is that none of this originates from our true essence within us in the first place.
It is a big revelation that it is not about clever solutions, but connecting to the ‘beingness’ that we truly are, and ensuring that this level of wisdom imbues every choice and action. It is not about marching down the street, but developing the courage and the trust that we know ourselves in our essence better than anyone else does, and starting to shine the power of such love in all areas in the world.

Life as a being, a human as a being, a human-being. We often get so obsessed, focused on the physical matter around us and of which we are constituted. We have many layers and being energy aware is how we explore, live and express these layers. Amazing TV.

  • Stephen Gammack August 2, 2017   Reply →

To be a good and responsible citizen is something that is talked about, but this conversation takes it much deeper. By listening to the presentations of Serge Benhayon I have started to understand that “energetic responsibility” goes way beyond just the appearance of good and bad behaviour to the deep intention and care and respect we have (and live) for ourselves and all of life. Our actions are much bigger than just our own life, but impact in unseen ways on the behaviours and outplays of all our fellow brothers on this planet.

I have watched this a few times and find it very transformational and deeply healing for me each time. Serge Benhayon has such profound things to say and such a far reaching awareness of life as human beings, and it’s so very obvious he deeply cares about the human condition. The value of a true philosopher for the whole of society is right there in this one video.

This has also been an episode I have come back to several times and I am always amazed at how I hear something new each time. It’s like I am watching a whole new episode. The wisdom presented by Serge Benhayon is wisdom the world has been waiting to hear for a very long time; I know that I have. His depth of care for humanity, for the human being, is so inspirational and so needed in a world where many struggle to simply care for themselves on a daily basis.

I am so starting to understand how we are forgetting the ‘being’ in order to race to the finish line that does not exist, as without holding each being in equalness we are then stuck in thinking it is only the human being.

There is great truth in the humour of the way Serge Benhayon talks about ” the human being ” I never considered the full words of describing one self ” human being ” . Even in the title of the words it shows we are more than human , we are a being in human form .

Pure gold. This is essential education because we can never be reminded enough that we are essentially a Being first and a Human second and it’s our Being that continues when our bodies have given up the ghost. Learning how to evolve our Being-ness is our greatest medicine.

    • Golnaz Shariatzadeh August 2, 2017   Reply →

I agree. At the end of the day when we understand that we are all Beings first and foremost, “learning how to evolve our Being-ness” and expressing the grace of that in our daily lives is the only education that truly matters.

That is probably a bit too much for some to accept, but I feel it is certainly the way we are heading in how we view life, what Serge Benhayon presents makes too much sense for it to continue to be ignored.

How gorgeous to hear someone talk with such knowing of the beauty of the human being, when we all too often forget this aspect or choose to be ignorant of it, focussing only on the good the bad and the ugly. With reflection on the being, we get to feel there is far more to life and relationships than we had thought, it expands our horizons, addresses our hurts and calls us to greater responsibility in what we can each contribute to society.

At times the incessant innocent questions of children makes me laugh, when they ask “why?”, you offer them the best answer you’ve got, only to find this results in then throwing you another “why?”. Nothing like the genuine inquisitiveness of a child to keep us on our toes and push us into the realisation that so much of what we assume as normal does not even add up.

We all have to walk that 100 steps back in whatever it is that we are learning. We cannot walk from A to Z without walking through every step of the way. Jumping from A to Z doesn’t work. Through this process we understand ourselves and others at a much greater level.

So to develop the being in human being is to work multidimensional and energetically .. this is what is currently missing in our society, humanity, world. And the whole ‘everything in moderation!’ is ‘okay’ for the human but not for the being. We are a greatest teachers and we are currently not taking multidimensionality seriously enough.

Working together and supporting each other to see when we are not being responsible can only come from us taking those steps to be responsible ourselves. One thing that I have observed and learnt from Serge Benhayon is the way he is, is how consistent he is the whole time. Now that is over 13 years of me keeping a very close eye on him and up this point I have not seen or heard anything from him that is not true and consistent. His humour and depth is beyond this world and I love every second I am in his presence because he continually is asking us to be all of who we are with out any judgement. This ultimate Love that he is offering us all is the reason I keep returning and deepening my relationship with myself. Serge is a REMARKABLE MAN.

The way Serge Benhayon has broken down the being in the word ‘human being’ is deliciously playfull but equally quite revealing as it exposes how we are so flippant at the way we use word without understanding what we truly are saying. Even in the words ‘Human Being’ we have mixed up our association of the being with what we call being human – in other words day to day physical life. In this the understanding of who the being truly is is not there and the fact that we are not asking who the being truly is is covered up by our casual use of this phrase.

    • Golnaz Shariatzadeh June 28, 2017   Reply →

I grew up with a language that does not truly differentiate between ghost, spirit and Soul. But even in a language that does have several words for this, I find a tendency to not pay attention to the true meaning of words and muddle them up anyway.

Serge Benhayon’s dedication to precise use of words offers an insight into how our complacency and misuse of words actually stunt our awareness of the dynamics of life, and invite a return to a deeper connection. The flippant use of the words ‘human being’ which misses out the significance of the word ‘being’ is a great example.

Amazing interview. One of the points that stood out for me is that even if we feel a little bit like life is not how we would like it to be there is something to look at and address because otherwise we will try to numb it away with foods and many other forms of distraction and we will find ourselves way down the line, not remembering who we are or why we are where we are in life. I feel this is a great point to look at and implement in our healthcare services.

Changing the focus from the evil of supply to the real evil of demand. This would change the war on drugs we have right now, which is has a demand due to a reaction and subsequent disconnection people feel to the world, that makes them wish to take drugs. There is a study of rats that only chose cocaine when there were no other rats to be with, perhaps many ill behaviours we have are related to not feeling supported and loved and in natural connection to our fellow brothers. And that the antidote to things we consider evil or harming is to create an environment that supports and loves everyone.

This episode brings to light all the things we do to avoid our potential. We have become very good at distraction and delay. It is a big illusion that might be worth us considering ‘why’. In the end this is an opportunity for us to ask ourselves how long we are willing to play the game for.

To seek solace in our addictions and distractions is always ultimately a choice. What is presented here feels so huge and it is when you consider how much we deny the incredible beings that we are. To take stock of just how amazing we are, perhaps for most, needs a reawakening of the understanding of just how much we are actually capable of. And crucially, how much of a difference even one person can make to the choices and behaviours of the many, the willingness to return to love as our foremost action.

Wow the answer to all ill mental health is given here by Serge Benhayon in one simple sentence: “The human being withdrawing and separating itself completely to the understanding that the beingness is bringing to it.” How crucial is it then to know these two components of the human-being. This is absolute gold for any phychotherapist, doctor, counsellor or psychologist and needs to be lesson number one in any training programme.

That’s why we are called Human Beings because we have a multi-dimensional quality to us as well. I so remember having a glass of wine or two pretty much most nights at the end of a shift in hospitality. That was the normal thing to do and really appreciating where the wine came from and all the qualities that it tasted and smelt of. I can say this definitely altered my state of being and my Beingness got smashed every time I did this. When I stopped this and started to honour my Beingness life started to become multi-dimensional. Its a trillion times better the feeling inside of you than any glass of wine can give you.

Humanity has been spending so much effort and resources finding ways to manage or fix the many issues we have in living a human life. What is offered here is truly revelatory: we need to take at least 100 steps back to resolve the original departure from living the truth of who we are.

It is that departure that has led to the myriad of problems we are now trying to address. Without this understanding we will just keep going round and round ingraining and magnifying the patterns which are producing the issues.

Love this whole episode and the how the questions flowed to every part of our lives, truly supportive, thank you. This answered so many questions I had about anxiety, for which I had for most of my life, and I would have loved to listen to this many years ago. It makes so much sense, not expressing everything I felt caused so much tension in my body that I would shake inside from the moment I woke to the moment I went to bed… and of course would have during my sleep. No wonder I was so exhausted. My whole life has changed, as well as my anxiety levels dropping to almost nothing, by expressing honestly with myself and others.

This ‘beingness’ is starting to make a whole lot of sense to me. Stopping to take note of the grandness and how often the human is put in the forefront struggling with doubt, ideals and beliefs.

‘Take 100 steps back’ as Serge Benhayon presents is brilliant in its simplicity. A great reminder of how we can view the veneer, not seeing the layers underneath, and so never get to truly address our ills.

  • HM June 17, 2017   Reply →

Wow this is huge – anxiousness is the left over of not having the ability to communicate what we have sensed. I mean when I read this – my whole body knows this to be true. I used to think anxiousness was a reaction to what was going on around me, but actually it starts with me first! That is a big one to look at and be honest with.

To not compartmentalise life, the link between dementia and all aspects of our life. Great to hear about, as it can be easy to look for a single cause of any condition, but address the whole of what is not in harmony and we remove all the ills. Nothing is chance and nothing is not related to the bigger picture of what is our being and the many conditions we have created through not taking care of the body.

I love how Serge Benhayon points out that the root problem is the “demand” for things that are based on escapism, this stems from the fact that our society is lacking the relationship with any kind of ” beingness”. The supply is secondary, a simple aftermath. It’s refreshing to shift the focus from the big bad supplier and put the responsibility back on us, this interview is asking us why we are disconnecting in the first place? brilliant!

    • HM December 2, 2017   Reply →

This makes so much sense Sarah. We can carrry on as we are, trying to find solutions, or we can consider why something is happening and explore behind this, which Serge Benhayon is leading the way with.

  • Jennifer Smith June 15, 2017   Reply →

I Love the qualities of a human being that Serge Benhayon presents here. Do we know these qualities and have we lived them? Most of us would know these qualities from our experiences as children, but because of how we deal with life along the way, these very natural qualities get hidden underneath our perception of our experiences.

The true teacher is from within, when we connect to this and allow this wisdom through then we are on the path of returning to the Amazing Beings that we are. As a generation that is leading the way forth is it not essential that this is our every moment, in the detail. Not forgetting and accepting the Almighty Beings that we are is the only way of return which will only foster being healthy and vital Human Beings that we desperately seek.

I have used the 100 steps analogy and it is working well by stepping away from any situation or problem and almost observing it in a curious way, with a real interest to know what’s going on. It has helped me put space between me and what is actually taking place so I’m reacting less to the world and my stress levels have fallen quite dramatically, which has changed the way I eat, I don’t eat to comfort myself any more but to nourish my body as it is what I live in and so it should have the utmost respect from me.

Great sharing Mary and something I can see I can tangibly use in my life as well.

  • Jennifer Smith June 14, 2017   Reply →

Our beingness is not something that is outside or imposed on us it is who we are at the core. The phrase ‘Human Being’ is a very beautiful one for it describes our beingness in human form and how we can actually explore that as a human. We lose so much in just seeing ourselves as functional or even in a mechanical way. We miss the fact that we are all made of the exact same stuff the universe is made of.

Thanks for sharing some light on the “polished anxiety” that is often masked by many. This sharing rings so true and reminded me of how I lived a great majority of my career. Giving the impression that all was under control but feeling a deep level of sadness as the ‘beingness’ was never being met by me. Thank you Serge Benhayon for writing about the simplicity of the word yet the grandness that it brings us all.

Loved the playfulness of Serge and love this episode. So … start from the point that we appreciate our amazingness! And … ‘not having the ability to communicate what we have sensed leads to an angst’. Two things I got from watching this for the first time. Appreciate who are are .. that we are truly amazing and express what we feel … all the time.

What other television program gets you to stop and ask yourself some very important questions about the way you are living? None that I know of. But here I am, having watched this episode of Serge Benhayon TV, asking myself – why have I not been living the amazing being that I am? …for that I have come to realise that not doing so is incredibly irresponsible. I know that I am not alone in doing so but that doesn’t make it any less irresponsible because the way I have been living is the result of my choices; it is my creation and the responsibility to change it is all mine.

    • Golnaz Shariatzadeh September 17, 2017   Reply →

The wisdom and empowerment offered in Serge Benhayon’s presentations are immense. Without prescribing anything, or asking anything of you, they always inspire me to reflect more deeply, more honestly, more lovingly and more responsibly at the choices in life I have been making.

Listening to this interview really brought home to me how important, how truly loving it is to cherish and listen to the being inside the body, and to look after the body to honour the multi-dimensional being that we all are.

  • Natalie Hawthorne June 14, 2017   Reply →

That is brilliant way of explaining it Serge Benhayon – we have left the beingness out of the human. Bring a balanced way of expressing and living with the focus equally on the quality of the beingness and the multidimensional vibration that it is into the human life that we have here on earth. It makes complete and utter sense and I for one was not brought up to foster this relationship.

  • Jenny James June 14, 2017   Reply →

Brilliant, thank you Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith. We are not only human, we are human beings and need to develop and not escape from our beingness – our Way of Being

  • Christoph Schnelle June 13, 2017   Reply →

What Serge Benhayon teaches makes sense when you feel the difference in your body – the stepping back and going to the source. Then you have a choice whether to continue with behaviour that harms in the short or long term or not.

  • rosanna bianchini June 13, 2017   Reply →

When the being aspect of the human-being is brought into our daily awareness we will know that we cannot continue to write off the ‘small things’ – the ‘subtle’ changes we observe in ourselves and others. As if we do, and allow this is to escalate, pick up momentum, and cement into the physical human body, then we indeed end up with the very real dis-ease and obvious illness and diseases we observe around us.

    • Natallija June 19, 2017   Reply →

I love what was shared here about the possibility of “reparenting” the way we live and the choices we are making now rather than continue to live in a cycle of blame and feeling hard done by.

      • Nattalija February 4, 2018   Reply →

The responsibility of understanding and bringing change over judgement and carrying more deeply embedded hurts.

      • kehinde James April 20, 2018   Reply →

Yes Natallija, ‘reparenting’ the ultimate responsibility with potential to begin an honest and loving relationship with ourselves.

  • Mary June 13, 2017   Reply →

Once again Serge Benhayon is discussing topics that have for years been closed off, in a way that is educating, scientific and certainly gets me asking myself questions about the way we are all living as a society. To me something is definitely out of kilter with us as a whole and may be Serge Benhayon has the answers? For me he is definitely worth listening to because he dares to go where no one else has dared to go, he dares to lift the lid on society and take a real hard look at what is actually taking place. It reminds me somewhat of curious child taking the top off an Ant hill and observing how they live in a community with each other.

It is indeed a breath of fresh air when someone takes the conversation further than before and supports a deeper observation and consideration of what is going on.
And what I love about the way Serge Benhayon does it is that it never remains in the land of theories and suppositions. Everything comes back to the practical and the deepening of understanding and personal responsibility in real life.

  • Ingrid Ward June 13, 2017   Reply →

Another brilliant episode on life from Serge Benhayon and Rebecca Asquith, where I came to understand so much more about the “human being” and how we are so out of balance, living a life that is way lesser than we could be. We are all amazing beings; we simply need to understand why we are spending so much time, energy and money avoiding being all of who we are. It’s time to stop being so irresponsible and step into the incredible life that is waiting for us.

    • Jennifer Smith June 15, 2017   Reply →

That’s a great question Ingrid..why are we avoiding who we are, when who we are is who we are missing?!

      • Natallija December 18, 2017   Reply →

Spot on Jennifer and the longer we fight it the longer we have to wait to feel and live this.

    • Golnaz Shariatzadeh June 27, 2017   Reply →

Listening to Serge Benhayon speak, my awareness of the love we are held in and the sheer grace and magnificence that flows through us deepens. I also become clearer that the current human world and human existence we have created is at best a caricature version and at worst the antithesis of who we truly are.

The statistics on Dementia are startling – to hear that it is the ‘most popular’ way of dying is showing what a mess we are making of our lives. We are seeking to escape the tension we feel in our bodies rather than embrace who we are in full.

    • Natallija June 14, 2017   Reply →

Yes these statistics are truly an eye opener and what is interesting to note is how often it is considered a conversational piece of laughter yet it is the reality of what we are facing in our current worldwide climate. Serge Benhayon makes so much sense in sharing the understanding of the choices we make to live our fullness, or not, and this impacts us all whether we have dementia or are supporting those with the condition.

    • Nattalija February 12, 2018   Reply →

Avoiding our ‘beingness” has become the norm and the amount of effort that is placed in holding this is harming on a grand scale. The steps back to connecting to our true essence is the powerful sharing of Serge Benhayon that offered through this episode.

  • Jennifer Smith June 13, 2017   Reply →

I love how Serge Benhayon talks about taking the 100 steps back, as he has also mentioned in other episodes. If we look at our issues, whether they be personal or whether they be more society based and we don’t take the 100 steps back then we will essentially end up with more of the same and we won’t be able to reach the core of what the issue or problem is, we will still be in the midst of it and not see clearly what is going on. These interviews are ground breaking as Serge talks about the energetic of how we are living in a very practical and understandable way.

    • Aimee Edmonds June 18, 2017   Reply →

If we understood this and exercised the 100 steps back, imagine what work places, schools, hospitals, mental health etc. would look like?

      • Nattalija February 12, 2018   Reply →

Making this our model of world collaboration would be a great starting point and the harmony on offer would heal many of the unwanted hurts and ways we are currently expressing worldwide.

    • Golnaz Shariatzadeh June 22, 2017   Reply →

When you truly understand the significance of what is proposed about taking 100 steps back before even attempting to tackle any problem, it becomes evident that any other way of approaching the issue simply does not make sense.

  • vanessa mchardy June 13, 2017   Reply →

Only 15mins in and so much gold, loved the Groucho Marcs humour, but it makes so much sense all this focus on human function leaves us without the connection to our beingness. From there we are rudderless so to speak without a foundation to spark from.

    • Rowena Stewart August 1, 2017   Reply →

Agreed Vanessa, when we only focus on our human functionality we are only living from one half of who we truly are, and it has to be said, the human bit is the lesser part of us. It’s a bit like inhabiting in a grand mansion but only living in one room on the ground floor!

      • Golnaz Shariatzadeh February 4, 2018   Reply →

So many of us have become used to this one room on the ground floor and will completely deny that fact that there is a grand mansion. It is an absolute joy listening to Serge Benhayon who is so great at reminding us of the grandness of the multidimensional beings we truly are.

A very playful and confirming interview, beautiful!
The part about supply and demand gets me thinking – when making a ‘bad’ choice, rather than placing the blame and judgement on the ‘bad’ choice and believing that that is where the evil is – this I have felt stuck in for a very long time. But why did I ask, call out or demand the energy to fuel that ill expression? Why did I need to make that choice? And what part of my being am I responsible to/for expressing right now?
This is only going to further expand I can feel.

    • Golnaz Shariatzadeh September 18, 2017   Reply →

I completely agree another “playful and confirming interview” that leaves you reflecting and reaching far deeper realisations about life.
The wisdom, understanding of the human predicament and the genuine care with which Serge Benhayon presents make these TV series invaluable.

Bringing an understanding that there are two beings within the one body, I have to wonder why this is not taught as part of our education. It makes complete sense now that I can feel when my spirit is trying to over ride my senses and asking me to do, eat or say something that will harm the being that holds the relationship with God and the Universe. I had no idea that there was this other part of us that our bodies are totally controlled by our spirit but it makes complete sense why we can be so wayward in life.
